Anyone that has ever been to Verona could testify its beauty, but nothing in the city could compare to the serene and pristine park. During the day, the clear brook would glisten in the sun while the lush grass swayed gently in the wind. At night, however, Soren thought it was even more beautiful. With the darkness came a quietness that brought a sense of calm in him. There were a few Kriketot, letting out occasional noises as they sung to the moon. He had been sitting at the base of a tree for the past few hours, watching the people come and go before finally clearing out completely once nightfall came. There were a few lampposts scattered around, the place, casting shadows everywhere. His Swellow was somewhere, probably preening itself amongst the trees. He did not worry for him -- Oosu was capable of taking care of himself. But allowing the bird out and watching him fly for the last few hours calmed him. He hated to admit it to the vain bird's face, but he was gorgeous. It was getting late, though, and he didn't want to lose sight of Oosu for too long. He let out a little whistle, eerily similar to the swellow's own cry. The bird did not take too long before gliding over to him before gracefully returning to his pokeball. Now Soren was alone in the park. He would never admit to being lonely, but he sometimes did wish for a companion. Who would understand, though? Most people assumed the worse in him. He slowly walked the stone path that cut through the park, lampposts on either sides casting their soft glow. A hand went to his forehead, feeling the slight raise in his skin where the red mark had been branded to his forehead. There was no reason to dwell on reality. Besides, this new region seemed pretty ignorant of the old customs, or if they did, no one mentioned anything about it to him. His hands went back to his sides. He did not have his cape on, that night, leaving it in the room he was staying in for the night. The air was warm and he had no need for it, despite making him feel a bit more exposed than he was comfortable with. At least he was the only one in the park.

Kai Senka watched her shadow dance in the moonlight as she walked barefoot on the cool grass. There was a side walk only a few feet away from her, but why bother? Her pale complexion and dark features were brought out by the moonlight. The stretched out white long sleeve shirt glowed as it seemed to bounce the moonlight back into the night. Her blue skinny jeans had a new characteristic to them, a small lump in her pocket where her recently caught Poliwag was snug in its pokeball.
Kai hummed softly, letting the night wash over her. She found it to be peaceful, far less stressful than the days seemed to be. She thought back to her earlier experience with the ranger and frowned. It wasn’t as she had expected, or had hoped for that matter. She sat on the tall grass, looking out over the park. Her gaze seemed to pass over everything aimlessly, almost as if not comprehending. Kai closed her dark chocolate eyes slowly, letting the darkness of her short layered hair swallow her with the night.

< Sierra Catalynn!! ) ---- Or was he?
Sierra was at a full sprint through the archway, and it wasn't long before her eyes caught full sight of the park in its beauty. Many flowers she hadn't seen before were everywhere, and even a fountain was in the center spurting water {{ooc/ idk if this is true but i'm just inventing it okay ]: }} . She slowed down a little when she got through the archway and entered the park. Soren, in his dark clothes, was hidden in the shadows so Sierra hardly saw him walking. As she jogged, she looked back at Nevoa, who looked more tired than she was. "I beat you!!" She shouted, then laughed childishly, knowing she'd never challenged the girl to a race in the first place.
Then, suddenly, she collided into Soren and fell backwards on her butt. "Ow, ow.." She muttered, checking her body for injuries and putting her pikachu hat back on her head before freezing and looking up at the tall figure she'd bumped into. Standing up quickly she apologized nervously. "I'm sorry sir, I didn't mean to!" She said, giggling anxiously and rubbing the back of her neck with her right hand.

Running through the gate behind the gray haired teen was a brunette, with a guitar on her back, who looked like she had seen better days. "Yeah... You... Win... URG! Never!.... Again!" She huffed out in between gasps for breath. Slowing to a well wanted stop the nineteen dropped onto the ground, sitting on her butt, leaning over her knees. "My gosh, I think I'll stick to music. I'll challenge you in that. Ugh, never running. Gosh no!" Nevoa looked up just in time to see Sierra collide into a male and fall down on her butt. Why did this scene sound familiar? Oh because she was in Sierra's spot not ten minutes before. Smooth. Standing up along with Sierra, she took in the time to look at the park now that she wasn't dying. Her chocolate eyes immediately went to the sky though and lit up with excitement. She was right! She could see the sky here. Nevoa took no mind to the conversation that might be happening between the two or whether Sierra would try to introduce her, instead she walked towards the center of the clearing, standing on the low wall of the fountain, staring straight up. "Gorgeous." It was the only word that escaped her mouth and it was spoken in a whisper, as if the loud talking she had done before would scare away the view. Lowering her eyes for just a moment, she scanned for a good tree to lay under, whose branches wouldn't block the sight. Eyes landed on a "ghost tree", aka the sycamore tree, and immediately her feet went to it. She took no notice of the girl hidden in the tall grass as she walked by, blinded but her need to see the stars. Moving her guitar in front of her, Nevoa leaned her back into the tree and got comfy. This was going to be a good night, she could feel it. ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪

It was too late for Soren to move out of the way before the girl hit him. He was also pushed back a bit but managed to stay on his feet. Where did she come from? Why was she here? Didn't normal people sleep during the nighttimes? Soren frowned, looking her over quickly, trying to assess her. She was obviously a human, though he had never seen one dressed so… freely. To be fair, he spent most of his life avoiding human contact and fighting in a war, where women were dressed to kill, literally. He had kept his clothes from the era and never realized how differently humans dress in times of peace. Not that it mattered, of course.
Before he could be accused of staring, Soren looked away, face passive. And then he saw the other one run in after her. What had happened to the tranquility? What had happened to the melody of the kriketots and the harmony of the wind? The humans just came in and destroyed all of it.
A hand reached around himself to grasp his cape closer to himself in attempts of self-isolation, but he soon remembered that he hadn't brought it out with him. He frowned just barely. He cast another glance at the girl before deciding that he didn't want to deal with this. He took a step to the side, though not enough, as she was standing way too close, and their shoulders brushed as he walked by without a word.

Kai looked up at the sudden commotion disrupting the stillness of the night. Two girls had come charging into the park; one of them knocked into a man she had not realized was there. She watched from the distance as the girl rushed to say her apologies and the other climbed into the tree, strumming a guitar. Kai studied the man with interest; the two females seemed too hyper to bother with. He was slim with long dark hair, longer than hers even. He didn’t seem threatening or excessively talkative. She shifted to sitting on her folded up legs, facing the where the male and the clumsy female had been.
Without forewarning or anything at all, Ripple, her recently caught Poliwag, sprung out of its pokeball. He darted around in the tall grass, running toward the sycamore tree, then turning course to the clumsy female. The Poliwag ran in a circle around the girl before darting off in a new direction after the man.
Kai, alarmed, jumped to her feet to try to retrieve this small misbehaved Pokémon.

Sierra watched the strange man as he scanned her. Her expression was just slightly confused, but still worried about what he was going to do. After all, he was much older and stronger looking than her, and she was anticipating something bad from him.
Then he did something that stung: he completely ignored her apology and simply brushed past her. She stared at where he was before, then lowered her head and clenched her fists at her sides a little, trying not to cry. A small tear exited her left eye, which she quickly wiped off in shame. Ugh, that guy was rude. But she supposed that she shouldn't be the angry one, having bumped into him in the first place. She looked back up at the sky once she'd successfully controlled her anger, which calmed her with its beauty. Sighing, she took Seryl's pokeball from her bag and was about to let out her friend when suddenly she heard a commotion near her. A poliwag ran a lap around her before running towards the man she'd just made contact with. "Good luck with him," She muttered, then pressed the button on her pokeball and allowed Cranidos to escape his confines.
He shook his head a bit, then saw the beautiful park all around him. The sound of Kriketots in the trees was like music to his ears. All of it was lovely. He turned towards Sierra, who was smiling down at him. "Let's go find my new friend," She said, walking towards where out of the corner of her eye she'd seen Nevoa walk off to. A sycamore tree, which stood tall and beautiful, occupied her vision as she neared the musician once more.
"Hey again," Sierra greeted, sitting a few feet away from Nevoa. Seryl nestled into her lap and sat there, viewing the endless park. He was in awe of its beauty. She took out a lollipop and popped it into her mouth, having consumed the pocky from before. Then, realizing she hadn't introduced her Pokémon to Nevoa, she picked up Seryl at the waist and turned towards the brown-haired girl. "He's my pokemon, by the way. I call him Seryl." She moved his small right arm up and down to make him wave, and he sighed with impatience. He wriggled his body in her grasp, trying to free himself, but Sierra simply laughed at his futile attempts. She was quite a bit bigger than he, after all.

Nevoa jumped in freight at the movement in the corner of her eye. A Poliwag? Where in the?... Her answer was given as she spotted a female run after it as it ran down the path. Blinking in confusion, she thought it just to forget what she saw completely, it was be easier that way.
Mentally finding a few constellations in the sky, from Orion to the Big and Little Dippers. Much better. Least until her new friend appeared, now it's must bester?...
"Hey."
Her gaze wondered down to the dinosaur Pokémon next to the teenage girl. What is that...? She resisted the urge to get out her pokedex, that would just make her seem like a nerd... "Nice to meet you Seryl." Nev grinned back up to the girl. So she is a trainer... She thought to herself. Strumy strum strum.Nevoa played a few random bars before beaming. "Got any requests? If I know it I'll play it." ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪

Soren tried to convince himself that he felt no remorse, that he did not feel bad. He had tasted the minute hint of salt in the air and knew what it meant. He… hadn't meant for her to cry. Girls are just overly sensitive, he told himself. He walked a bit further, completely set on simply returning to his room and forgetting everything that happened here that night, when he noticed yet another girl in the park. How long had she been here? She seemed to be a trainer, as she had a Pokémon with her. Or maybe a coordinator. He kept walking. He did not belong there. He did not know how to belong there, with others. His interactions with other humans had either been horribly negative ones, or across a table, explaining battle tactics and strategies. No one had ever taught him how to act normal. It had taken weeks before he and Ike… Soren closed his eyes. He had to stop thinking about the other male. They were worlds apart now, and there was no point in thinking about it. As he made his way toward the gates, his hand went to his pouch, reaching in for his personal items. he was digging to the bottom, looking for his mother's ashes which never failed to give him courage before when the unthinkable happened. Somehow, someway, he had released Seath from his pokeball. Panic flashed through his eyes. No, no, no, no! He loved his Pokémon to death, really. She was the sweetest Pokémon he had ever met, but this was not the right time or place. "Return," he commanded muttered under his breath. He didn't want the others to see his Pokémon. Seath was the last of his kind, only surviving due to his stasis that had made him sleep through two winters. And she loved others. The ookira was too far away to hear her trainer's command, and even if she wasn't, she wanted to play with the others. Soren rarely let her out, afraid that others might ask questions about her origin, but the pokeball was stuffy when forced to stay in it for too long. Besides, there were other people here! The little winged wolf made her way across the grass to where the sycamore tree was. Her wings were pulled close to her body, not incredibly visible in the low light. It did not take long before she saw Ripple, who had gone after Soren. The poliwag's slow speed meant that he was still a ways away when Seath came up to him and barked a greeting, her tail wagging back and forth. Soren could only stare in horror as his Pokémon approached the group. Wonderful. Now he had to approach them and… talk with them. He took a deep breath, steeling himself for the encounters and allowing his neutral mask to slip back in front of his face before running walking briskly to catch up with his runaway. His Pokémon was now with some water type. At least she had stopped and hadn't gone any closer to the humans. A quick glance to his pokedex identified it. Hopefully, he could just get Seath back in a quick and efficient way. "Return," he said again, once he got closer. His voice was also louder, and a bit harsher than he was used to. The wolf looked back at him and let out a high-pitched whine, pleading for permission to stay out.

Seryl sighed and stopped in his attempt to free himself from her clutches, nodding towards Nevoa as he greeted him. <Yeah, you too.> He replied, and Sierra set her down in her lap again. He settled down in her lap again, the frills of her skirt serving as a seat for him. She didn't mind it.
Her ears caught the girl's offer, and she smiled back excitedly at Nevoa. "Oh, please do! The one you played before you walked past me will do." She pratically heard the melody flowing through her ears now. Seryl's head propped up when he heard the humans talking about music. What was music. As a Pokémon that hadn't encountered such things yet, he was clueless as to what the two girls were conversing about.
Sierra noticed the Ookira coming towards them, and without a second thought as to if it would make her look nerdy she pulled out her pokedex and listened as it explained what the Pokémon was. "Look at that, it's so cute," She whispered, but soon noticed the man following behind it. The look on her face hardened a bit when she saw the man following behind the little critter. Then she thought about it a little. Well, the little dispute they had was small - she'd probably forget it happened once she got to know the man better. IF she got to know him at all.

At the sound of the girl enthusiasm Nevoa couldn't help but laugh. "Alright, alright! It's called Like We Used To."
She grinned before looking down at her guitar, getting it positioned and setting up her hands. But then she was distracted. "Wait what?" Brown eyes shot up and searched for what Sierra was looking at. "I'm not seeing anyth..... OH!" Her eyes finally landed on a new pokemon and she too couldn't help but get the pokedex from her stuff and see what it is. "It is pretty cute..." Taking the time while the other teen was distracted, Nevoa sneakily pointed the pokedex at Seryl, turning the volume down low so only she could hear it. A Cranidos huh. Nifty. Putting the dex away, she looked back down to the guitar. "That guy wasn't nice to you was he... I can sorta see it on your face." Her hand strummed randomly a moment before she looked back at her friend. ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪

Sierra grinned when the other girl noticed the cuteness of the Pokémon that was approaching them. "Yeah," She agreed again. She looked down at Seryl, her hands comfortably holding the Pokémon at his sides. "No, he wasn't nice.. but I guess he wasn't too mean either. Maybe it's my fault - I tend to overthink things sometimes." The hardened look on her face softened as she looked back up and smiled warmly at Nevoa as she strummed. "Heck, I'm the rude one for not watching my step." She picked a blade of grass and twirled it inbetween her index and thumb, her stare thoughtful as she gazed upon it.
Then she rested her head backwards on the tree's trunk, chuckling softly. "Well, why am I being such a drama queen about this? It was nothing at all. Don't worry about it." She looked up at the sky, eyes appreciative of the deepening blue colors of the night.
At this point she might've stood up and greeted the Ookira had she not been afraid of how it's owner might react. His silence baffled, confused, frightened, and irritated her. But her general friendliness was enough for her to mentally allow him another chance.

Ripple bounced with delight upon meeting this new Pokémon. It was like a small wolf, only standing a few inches taller than Ripple, with dark feathery wings on its side. Ripple, a little too hyper from being in its pokeball too long, tilted his face to the sky and used Bubble. The Bubble was meant to be harmless, only creating large, shiny spheres of water and gas.
It was at about that time that Kai reached the mischievous blue Pokémon. In her skinny arms she scooped up Ripple, glaring down at him as he pretended to act innocent letting out the occasional bubble. Kai could subconsciously feel the other Pokémon’s presence, as well as the other three trainers’ eyes on her. Without meaning to, she hugged the Poliwag tighter, feeling rather embarrassed by his actions.

Two of the girls were still a bit further off, by the tree. Definitely close enough to hear him if he raised his voice a bit, but far enough for him to, for the most part, ignore them for now. He just had to get Seath back, retreat, and forget about this whole encounter. Then Kai had come up to take away at least part of the distraction. He quickly glanced at the girl. Bare feet, sloppy clothes… He didn't know what to think of her. But it wasn't his business. Normally, Soren would also be thinking about how horribly the poliwag was trained, but his pokemon had been no better. And Seath still wasn't listening to him.
The issued command had been clear. Soren stared at his exotic pokemon, waiting for her to come to him, heeling at his feet. She let out another whine what was cut short, distracted by the bubbles that appeared before her. There was a little apologetic look before she took off, playing with the floating spheres for a bit, using her wings to glide a bit after she jumped into them. Seath could feel his trainer getting more annoyed with her, and though she really did want to be a good pokemon for him, she needed to be free, she needed to run around and socialize -- a word Soren did not know of.
Soren had never been so ashamed and embarrassed in his life. His pokemon was acting out of line, and he was getting more and more annoyed of her antics. He understood that she was young, but she also had a duty to fulfill toward him, like any other captive pokemon. Obedience was expected in exchange for the protection and comfort of captivity.
"Seath, Return," he repeated, trying not to raise his voice any further. He was embarrassing himself in front of one of these humans already -- though the mutual awkwardness made it a bit better -- but he did not want the others to get involved. And of course, that is exactly what his Ookira proceeded to due in lieu of walking back to him, like she should be doing. His fist clenched up when she then came up to the girl in front of him with the poliwag, letting out a little bark while circling one, before darting to where the other two humans were.
The winged wolf came to Sierra first, sniffing around, nuzzling the girl's foot, before giving Nevoa the same treatment. Of course, that is when she realized that her trainer was coming from her. She knew that she was in no real trouble (Soren would never hurt her), but he was not happy with her at all. Could the trainer blame her for wanting to say hello to the other trainers in the park? Of course he could.
If Soren had tried to think of a worst-case-scenario a couple of minutes ago, when the park was first invaded by the human females, this would probably have been it. To the girl in front of him, holding the water pokemon, he muttered the words "excuse me", before walking past to where his troublemaker had gone to. Around his feet, the grass shaking more than it should. The night air had not been a windy one, but Soren's shame, disappointment, embarrassment was enough to make the air around him swirl. His hands reached into his pouch again, searching for the pokeball Seath had come out of, but his hands, just a bit clammy from this whole experience, could not make out one pokeball from the other and gave up on it. He'll deal with it once he got her under control.
"Return," he commanded once more, this time his voice harsh, making sure that his pokemon knew that he was serious. But, as the saying goes, in for a penny, in for a pound, and Seath was already in so much trouble that nothing she did was really going to make it worse. It wasn't that she wasn't ashamed of her actions, as she knew her trainer had been embarrassed by her misbehaviour, but the deed had been done, it was too late.
So she snuck a bit closer to the two girls and whimpered, ears flat and tail between her legs, looking at her trainer with wide eyes.

Kai froze as Soren walked past her, actually speaking to her. It was the first time she ever encountered another Pokémon trainer. Were they all this harsh about their Pokémon? ... Kai realized she was no better, having chased after Ripple and keeping him from playing with the other Pokémon. Looking over at the winged wolf, being scorned by her trainer, Kai made a decision. She didn’t want Ripple to resent her because she kept him cooped up most the day, which meant having to let him play around a little. Her grip over him relaxed, and he noticed it. Ripple looked up at Kai in wonder.
Kai stepped towards the other three trainers and the Ookira with some caution. She kneeled beside the Pokémon and let Ripple hop out of her arms. To Ripple’s delight, he began hopping around, using Bubble again. Moving between the Ookari and the other two female trainers, Ripple blew bubbles to amuse each. He hopped over to Soren, too blissful to notice his anger, and blew a fairly large bubble, which floated up to Soren’s eye level.
Kai’s nervous expression softened slightly behind the dark bangs. “Sometimes you have to just let them be…” She said quietly.

Nevoa watched the interaction between Soren and Kai with a bit of anger. Not at the girl but the male. "How can he just be that mean to his pokemon? It just wants to have fun for Pete's sake. Geez."
She huffed under her breath though she was sure that it was loud enough for Sierra to hear. It wouldn't be until the strange pokemon came up to them that she'd give a grin. "Well hey there." Nev reached out a hand slowly, asking if she could pet it's head but drew it back when Soren came up. Her scowl returned on her face when he harshly spoke to his pokemon. "If I was your pokemon I wouldn't want to return either." She muttered again, though quieter this time. If Sierra heard then she could just picture the girl laughing which in turn would make her laugh.... She could use a laugh now with these boso here. When the girl came up however things did a turn away. When she released the grip on the Poliwag it blew bubbles... Harmful, guitar killing bubbles. A short 'oh crap' escaped her mouth before she flung herself up and darted a few feet away, holding onto her guitar like a lifeline close to her chest. As a few bubbles floated her way 'harmlessly' she tried to blow it away. "No. -huff- My guitar. -huffhuff- Go away. No destroy. No destroy." ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪

Sierra stared ahead at Soren as he and and the wolf played chase. She heard Nevoa's complaint and nodded silently, lollipop stick still hanging out of her mouth. She was thinking about replying some of her own input when suddenly the black winged wolf came over to her, sniffing her foot. Her face brightened at the adorable pup, her lips parting as she took in a sharp intake of breath. She reached out her right hand to stroke the dog as it walked over to Nevoa and did the same with her. It was hard to believe that such a quiet trainer could own an outgoing Pokémon such as this one.
Then Soren came closer, and the dog cowered in between the two girls. "You know, just because you're not enjoying the night doesn't mean your Pokémon shouldn't," Said Sierra lightly, looking fiercely up at Soren's eyes while still sitting cross-legged on the ground. Seryl was simply laying in her lap, staring at the dog Pokémon with awed eyes. He'd never seen a Pokémon like that before.
Sierra heard Nevoa stand up and run away from the bubbles, then laughed a bit because the scene was like something she'd seen on television cartoons. She stood up and walked over to the brown-haired whilst holding Seryl with her hands. "I don't really know what's going on, but I can help you with that.." She suggested, smiling innocently. She stood next to Nevoa, placed Seryl down on the ground, and grabbed the bubbles out of the air with her hands. It reminded her of her youth, when she loved to blow soap bubbles with her friends.

Soren hated other people, and this was exactly why. They meddled when they shouldn't, put their noses in businesses that aren't theirs. As a trainer, he was free to choose his methods of training that did not, in any way, involve anyone else's opinion. He told himself constantly that it did not matter what others thought of him, that his journey was his to decide and everyone else were just bystanders.
But then, why did their comments sting so much? Lies never hurt him in the past. He had learn to ignore them, knowing that they were unfounded and completely untrue. The truth, though, was a completely different story. Ignoring them was always more difficult as they were a lot more effective.
His hand clenched and unclenched, his fingernails digging into clammy hands before releasing the pressure. Battlefield, he told himself. Life was a battlefield, and he had to learn how to maneuver himself across it. His mission was… what was his mission? Was it to get Seath back? Was it to save himself from further humiliation? What was he here for? What was his objective? Without an objective, he was lost.
Protection. He was trying to protect his Pokémon. Seath was an ookira, and she was probably the last one around. The wail that the Pokémon that let out when she realized she could not sense any of her own kind had been heartbreaking, and Soren knew it was up to him to protect her. He did not want to flaunt her in front of too many people, attracting too much attention on her. The less people knew about her, the better, but was he doing any good, by isolating her like this? He had thought it was the good thing to do, but she obviously craved the attention he was unable to give.
Caught up in his thoughts, Soren had not noticed the bubble float toward his face, coming closer and closer before it touched his nose and popped. The sudden wetness startled him, making his eyes widen just a bit and glance down at the poliwag.
His objective was to protect Seath, but also to make her happy. Was he willing to sacrifice his own comfort for her? His hand clenched and unclenched once more, the hint of pain keeping him in check. He closed his eyes for a moment, the wind picking up just a bit before dying down once again.
"Sorry."
Seath's ears perked up at the change in tone. Her trainer's voice was unstable, a bit shaky, but not that angry anymore. She got up, abandoning her act and let out a happy chirp and finally went to her trainer. She used her teeth to drag the bottom of his garment pulling him just a bit closer into the group, before letting go and turning back. There were so many trainers to choose from! She decided to go to the one holding the strange object first, Nevoa (though why did she run away a bit?), seeking for attention and maybe a scratch behind the ear.

Kai’s nerves did not calm down until Soren and Seath moved towards the other female trainer with a guitar. Something about Soren made her nervous. It was as though he was hiding something. She peeled her gaze off him and turned towards Sierra. There was a small dinosaur like Pokémon sitting in her lap. “Cranidos?” She asked watching Seryl with interest.
Ripple bounced away, chasing after Soren and Seath with some amusement. He had stopped blowing bubbles and began to roll about. He was almost right on Soren’s heels as they moved along. <My name’s Ripple by the way, I don’t think I told you that.> His high pitched pipsqueak voice commented.

Sierra paused in her strange bubble dance to look at Kai, someone she hardly noticed when she'd ran into the park. She smiled brightly. "Why, yes! He's my Cranidos. I call him Seryl." She knelt down and gave her favorite dinosaur a hug, which he accepted with a little hesitation. She straightened back up to look at Kai. "So, what's your name? Mine's Sierra." She raised her pointer finger to pop what seemed like the last bubble floating towards Nevoa, since the poliwag had already stopped, and grinned in a friendly way towards Kai. Why, she hadn't seen this many people since she'd visited the Ranger Station.
She noticed out of the corner of her eye that the wolf Pokémon and Soren were standing even closer now. Soon the winged wolf had come and approached Nevoa, and she stood aside to allow the canine to greet the brown-haired girl. She smiled just seeing the little pup - she'd seen some cute things in her life, but this one deserved a spot on the list.
Seryl simply sat next to Sierra's feet, a bit drowsy from traveling. He hadn't had a good sleep in a while. He wasn't all that interested in striking up a conversation with another pokemon, but wouldn't mind if someone came up to him.
