Amber was about to say something to the Budew when a ball came out of no where, capturing it before Amber could do anything and a Shiny Charizard came and flew in front of her. She felt backward on her butt and looked stun. "W-w-what...?!" She heard the person say they wanted to battle. She looked up and saw a person standing before her, staring right at her. She noticed his eyes were red, and seeing the Shiny Charizard she figured this guy was a Fire type Trainer. That poor Budew. She had to save it somehow, if she could. This guy seemed to be a bit annoyed at something. Her voice almost cracking she said, "O-on o-one condition, you g-give b-back the B-Budew." Her eyes wide with fear she had a bad feeling she had made a big mistake. He asked her if any of her Pokemon needed healing, which was a bit odd, but she shook her head. "N-no, I-I d-don't t-think s-so."
Fang barked at the Charizard, he was going to protect Amber no matter what. Though the Charizard could knock him out in one move he wasn't going to let that stop him.

[/tt] Blaze looked at the trainer, a bit glad that she wasn't just going to let him walk all over her. It made his job so much more interesting. After-hour jobs, of course. The trainer stretched himself out. Maybe he could try to enjoy himself a bit. Nothing much to do around here anyways, and he wasn't going to degrade himself the way his commander does.
"No. The budew is mine now," he said, before releasing Wind. The ponyta was different, though. Her flame was blue in colour instead of the normal red. Ryuuku looked at her in disdain. She was nothing more than a useless new pokemon that Blaze should never have taken out. As a professor, Blaze's personal research had been focussed on alternate pigments and she was one of his experiments.
Hearing that Amber did not need any potions to heal her pokemon out, Blaze shifted his stance to get ready for a fight, keeping a hand on Ryuuku to make sure the Charizard wouldn't do anything stupid. "Get ready, then. When two trainers' eyes meet, they cannot refuse a battle."

Amber stayed where she was, a bit too scared to move even. She had no clue who this buy was or even why she took the Budew. She had to battle though, no matter what. She saw the Pokemon they were battling against. She never seena Ponyta that color before. "L-let's g-go, F-fang." She muttered.
Fang barked and ran in front of Amber. OK, so the Ponyta was different color...and level, that wasn't going to stop him! Knowing Ice moves didn't really work on Fire types she only had two moves to use. Tackle and Howl, not a good choice. "Fang, u-use H-howl, t-t-then T-tackle...!" Amber kind of knew she had no chance of winning, this guy's Ponyta was probably going to knock poor Fang out in one move, but she had to try.
Fang Howled loudly, raising his attack before he charged at the Ponyta.

[/tt] The trainer looked at the young poochyena with interest. Seeing it brought back memories of his own journey. He also had one, and his own canine had been an important Pokémon in his team, until the dark Pokémon was unfortunately replaced by his current team of fire types. His own had also been named Fang, and hearing the girl call the pokemon's name made him feel nostalgic.
But there was no time for that. The high and mighty professor was probably waiting for him to come back with the loot after getting completely stoned. Could Blaze just not go back to home base? He'd probably get chastised for it, but did he care? Maybe he'd spend the night in the woods, just like old times. After he finished this battle, of course.
"Wind, stomp once it is close," he commanded, in an almost bored tone. The equine steadied herself before the tackle hit, almost making her legs buckle, but she managed to stay upright. Immediately, the Pokémon reared back and readied to use her body weight to stomp the poochyena with her hooves.

Fang hit the Ponyta when he felt a Stomp come down on his body. Boow! He cried out in pain, crushed under the Ponya's hoove. He sturggled to get out from her hoove but couldn't budge. <Gah! You'll pay for that!> He yelled.
Amber slowly got to her feet, still scared to death she had to think fast. "U-use I-Ice F-fang!" Fang chomped down on the Ponyta's hoove, he didn't let go when he bit down with his glowing fangs.

AC, dear, this would be considered godmoding. You are not allowed to mention if the attack hit or not. That is for your opponent to decide.
Instead, you can change it to something in the lines of:
The core of your post is still there, but instead of posting that your attack hit, you are posting that your Pokémon is going to hit, intends to hit. | B l a z e F e r r i o |⎣ . f i r e . m a s t e r . o f . c h e y e n n e . ⎦
[/tt] The sharp fangs of the poochyena dug into Wind's legs, the ice dulling the pain more than it would have hurt. Blaze almost questioned that decision. A normal bite attack would have been more painful against a fire type. Maybe the poochyena was still too young? Wind was thrashing around a bit, trying to kick the pokemon off but the canine pokemon held strong.
"Wind, calm down and use an ember. Burn the pup," the trainer commanded. The fire types opened her jaw and let out a couple of fiery balls, red in color, toward the poochyena at her legs. It seemed like the change in coloration of her own flame did not alter that of her attacks.
Ryuuku let out a scoff. His embers were much more impressive than that little horse's. A little tap, not nearly hard enough for it to even sting, reminded him that he was to behave and watch the battle in silent.

Boow? The poor Poochyena was thrown into Amber, as the two fell backward Amber squealed. <Ouch...> Fang moaned. Amber sat upright rubbing her head and holding Fang, she didn't dare send Stings out, she'd be Ponyta feed within seconds, plus she needed at least one active Pokémon. Well, Fang did much better than she thought. Holding out for two attacks instead of one.
Great, just great. She thought. Only Arceus knew what this Trainer was going to do next. Fear ran through her, she didn't know what to do now. She just stayed on the ground and let the other Trainer do what ever he wanted to, she felt helpless and useless. - Notes: Oops, I normally catch that. x-x my brain doesn't want to work for me today.... [/tt] Blaze watched the poochyena go down. Well, that was that. Pokemon, check. Beat the trainer, check. Perfect. Taking out a pokeball, he returned Wind to her capsule, though taking the time to praise her for a good fight. At this point, Amber was the last thing on his mind. He did not fear her, nor was he afraid that she'd do anything sudden. Besides, he had Ryuuku on his side, which offered great protection. He fiddled with his jacket, making sure that everything was in place before finally remembering something important. From one of his pockets, he took out a revive, along with a couple of potions for the girl to use on her Pokémon. There. Now that the thought of a trainer getting eaten by a wild Pokémon because he left them defenseless wasn't going to haunt him, so it was time for him to leave. " Catch," he told her, throwing the items toward her general direction, before climbing onto his ride. " So, Ryuu, how 'bout we find a nice place to stay for the night. I don't really want to fly all the way back to HQ," he asked his Pokémon. The Charizard just grunted before taking off, leaving Amber alone, in the middle of route one. Amber blinked a second, first the guy takes the Budew, challenges her to a battle, gives her a Max Revive and Potion, then takes off. A odd guy for sure. She took the Max Revive and used it on Fang. He was snoring away when his eyes shot open. <Huh?! What?!> His eyes darting back and forth, he remembered what had happened and sighed. Amber let Stings out and used the Potion on her. Stings moved over to Fang and tilted her head. <Err, what happened?> Fang was sitting with his shoulders slumped. <I lost, to a Ponyta! That's what happened!> He said, angry with himself for losing. But it wasn't his fault, he just wasn't at that level of the Ponyta. Stings felt bad, she was in the Pokeball so she had no clue what happened. Amber sighed, staying down on the ground. A Pokémon was stolen right before her and she couldn't do anything about it. She felt awful, she just needed to gather her thoughts before she got up. Fang and Stings curled up next to her, she patted them both and sat in silence. ::weedle::

Hoppity hippity hoppity hippity! Boing-a-boing-a-boing! A cheerful Spoink played around in the route with his curly tail propelling him high up into the air. Crying out with glee when he felt that adrenaline rush from falling, he landed with a gentle ‘thud’ before hopping even higher the next time. Sometimes his hops got really low, but others would be so big, that his momma would’ve been proud. Giggling with excitement after that last big hop, he couldn’t help but feel proud of himself. He simply had to boast to someone about it!
His eyes scanned around the route, seeing that it was completely bare. There were birds chirping above him, yes, always there to keep him company. He grinned when he saw a Spearow sleeping on a really low branch, one he was positive he could reach if he hopped high enough. The Spearow looked friendly enough, like an angel when it was sleeping so peacefully. He couldn’t help but feel some amity for it, and instantly knew that he found his friend. Hopping up onto the branch, a little low this time, he fell right back to the ground on his tail. With a determined grunt, he hopped up even higher this time, managing to hold on to the tippy top of the branch. This however, startled the Spearow into waking up in a terrified fright.
<Y-you! You wanted to kill me, didn’t you?!> The Spearow shrieked, looking down from where she was holding on desparately. The Spoink was being stubborn and wouldn’t let go, making the branch especially unstable and frightening. Well, looked like it was time to castigate the punk for being so annoying! She started to peck at the Spoink’s paws, making him squeal out in pain.

Amber's silent world was interuted by a screech. She go up and looked around. A Spoink and a Spearow were near by. Getting up she motioned for her Pokemon to follow her. Looking up she saw both Pokemon were on a unsteady branch. "Hey!" She yelled up.
Fang and Stings followed their Trainer to find Pokemon stuck in a tree branch. Fang ran up to the tree and barked. <Hey! What's going on up there?!> Stings hid behind Amber's leg. OH gosh there was a Spearow! She probably looked like a meal right about now.

::spoink:: ::spearow:: Pokemon encounter ! Spoink clung on even still to the branch even as the fearful Spearow continued to peck mercilessly at the little gray pig's paws. The pain was so great and the piglet so wanted to bond with the bird that he cried out, <I love you! Please don't hurt me..> To which the paranoid bird replied, <Now you're a creeper too!? Go stalk and murder someone else!> She reared her head up for a strong peck on the little squealer's paws, but was interrupted by the human's outcry.
The avian was startled so badly that she took flight and landed on a higher branch, cowering from the sudden surprise. <W-w-w-what was that? Who!?> Cried out the paranoid bird, shaking with fright. After a few seconds she peered down and saw the trainer and two pokemon, one of which was a barking Poochyena. Rather than answer the dog's question, she hid her face behind her wings in flight. <Don't kill me, pleeease!> Plead the Spearow.
Meanwhile the little piglet used his bleeding paws to haul himself onto the branch, his innocence enabling him to forgive the Spearow even though she'd wounded him so badly. <Be my friend,> Cried the piglet, scooting yet closer to the cowering sparrow.

Fang sat down and tilted his head. Him? Did he really look like something who could kill? His ego got better at that point. He shook it off and barked back up. <Why in world would I kill you? I only want to help.> He said. Stings looked back up at the Spearow. Sheesh, and people thought she was a wimp. Crawling up to the tree she looked up, trying to get a better look at what was going on. Amber crossed her arms, what in the world was going on up there? It looked like the Spoink was trying to 'make friends' or something like that wile the Spearow wants him to go away. ::modcoin::

::spoink:: ::spearow:: Pokemon encounter ! Spearow glanced down at the fearsome-looking dog as he barked a reply back up to her, then threw her head back as she laughed hysterically. <Hahaa! Hahahaha! That's what they all say! Aaaalll!> She squawked, scooting closer to the trunk of the tree as she continued to laugh and quiver with fright. It seemed the bird was more than a bit cuckoo in the head.
Spoink continued to climb, pleading eyes locked on the shaking avian, until he couldn't see another hold he could take. He was in a bad position, undoubtedly, when he realized that the thin branch he'd just used as a foothold was cracking from his weight. The pig looked down at the trainer with wild, frightened eyes before the branch broke, leaving only one branch for the pig to grasp.
His hold was not secure. Now the Spoink was dangling from the tree, unable to pull himself up. His only options were either to hang on until he was saved or to allow himself to fall and hope he'd survive; with his paws raw and sore, the latter choice was beginning to look more favorable to the panicking piglet.
Spoink is in trouble!

"Oh good gosh. Hold on." Amber walked underneath the tree and looked up. Trying to position herself correctly in case the Spoink fell she waited. This Spearow was really a sacredly skitty, wasn't it?
Fang couldn't help but laugh. The Spearow was being dumb, thinking that he, a little Poochyena, could and would attack her. <P-please, flattery gets you nowhere.> He said proudly.
Stings looked up at the tree. The two seemed to be...a odd pair for sure. The Spoink trying to 'make friends' with the Spearow as the Spearow wanted out, badly.

Spearow cawed in displeasure at both the Poochyena's backtalk and the piglet's continued closeness to her. Bleeding hands and all, he was still approaching her. God, he just didn't want to give up. Tears brimmed in his beady black eyes, but she felt no sympathy, too caught up in panic. The Spoink was spreading its arms... Did it want to trap her in a crushing embrace and squeeze her until she burst?! The horror! This was one apparition that wasn't going to go away! Driving her beak towards the Spoink, she opened a small, bleeding wound on his belly. The tears on the adorably innocent Spoink's face began to slide down his little grey cheeks, before the momentum from the Peck caused him to topple off the tree, rushing rapidly towards earth. Seeing the ground approaching, poor, castigated little Spoink covered his eyes with his tiny hands, praying for a miracle as he let out a long, high pitched screech. It was the squeal of an utterly terrified piglet.

Amber watched as the poor Spoink started to fall. She ran underneath it in hopes of catching him, if she wouldn't she was sure that Fang and Stings would...or at least she hoped.
Fang gave up, the Spearow was too big of a scaredy skitty to let him help her. He gave up and instead saw the Spoink fall. He ran underneath him as well in hopes of him landing on his back or something.
Stings yelled out in surprise. <Oh my! The Spoink's falling!> Fang rolled his eyes and glared back at her. <Geez, what gave you that clue?!>

The Spoink was falling quickly to the ground, seeing that the branch wasn’t all that high up to begin with, and with a terrified squeak he crashed right into Fang and Stings. Looked like they managed to soften the blow a little bit, though his back was a bit sore from landing on the Weedle’s sharp horn. He awkwardly hopped off of them, clutching his bleeding wound from the Spearow’s powerful Peck attack. He had to admit though, he was pretty weak. Maybe if he was stronger, he would still be up on that tree, making that Spearow his best friend.
<Pfft. Don’t blame this on me.> The Spearow cared enough to see what happened to the Spoink, though she was much too concerned about her own safety to make the effort to fly down and see it. With a stubborn turn of her head, she walked into the depths of the tree, disappearing into the orange colored leaves until the commotion down below died down.

<I…I just wanted a friend.> The Spoink whimpered weakly, ducking his head so that the pearl nearly fell off. He quickly caught it in the last second with a brief stop in his heart, and as his head straightened out he was filled with a stressed feeling of relief. An oxymoron, yes, but it was true.

<WAIT! Go to your...OUCH!> Fang was crushed under the Spoink. Stings was near and tumbled over from the impact. Fang's back was underneath the Spoink, getting up he shook himself. Barking at the Spearow. <Hey! There was no reason to harm the Spoink!> He barked at her. Stings crawled over to the Spoink and sat next to him. <Are you alright?> She asked. Amber missed and the Spoink landed on Fang instead. Rushing over she bent down. Seeing the wound she looked back up at the Spearow. "Hey! What's the big idea harming someone like that?" She looked down at her Pokémon. Stings would be Spearow feed if she sent her into battle. It was Fang's time to shine. "Fang, let's show her a thing or two. Use Tackle on the tree!" Fang snarled, charging at the tree he whacked it with his head, atempting to knock the Spearow out. <This is for Spoink!> He barked as he ran, he hit his head on the tree, hoping this would work. Fang used Tackle on the tree! Stings is taking care of Spoink!

Tears spilled down the little piglets cheeks as she was caught. >Oh thank you so much,< he whispered, burying his head in Stings' chest with a tearful snuffle. His blood loss had left him feeling rather weak. >Murderer! Help! Heeeeelp!< screamed the Spearow, flapping her wings in despair. >I'm a damsel in distress!
