{{ooc/ ): .. butbut it IS a rock}}
Terra's armored head allowed it to bounce off Aron's tough skull unscathed, but she knew the little thing was onto their strategy now. Fortunately for her, the collision had shaken some of the dust out of her eyes and she could see just slightly better. "Dodge, Terra! Cried Sierra, who had seen the Aron begin speeding up towards Terra. Quickly, she jumped over the small steel pokemon just before his Tackle pummeled her.
As she saw her Cubone dodge the attack, Sierra cheered enthusiastically. Terra barely heard it, attention focused on the battle. There was only her and him. A voice rang once more - "Ironhead!" But Terra knew that Aron was catching on to their strategy. So, in an attempt to fake him out, she ran at the metallic beast, then suddenly jumped over him and aimed the Iron Head at his backside.
Seryl was about ready to give up on finding some company, and soon rested on a tree that was a few yards away from where Sierra was standing. Sighing, he looked plucked a flower that was next to him and began ripping the petals off of it.

Running into nothing but thin air made the Aron skid to a sudden halt, gasping for the sweet forest air as its head wearily looked around. Meeting eyes with the Cubone, the Aron slowly stood its ground once more against whatever this bone warrior could dish out. This time the Cubone was going straight towards it, and in retaliation it went ahead with a Tackle of its own.
What it didn't expect was its opponent's superior agility. The Cubone was able to leap over its attack, continuing with the Iron Head and executing it right against its back. Falling down to its stomach, the Aron struggled to stand up from the blow, but instantly fell back down in defeat.

Sierra jumped up, raising both fists in a celebratory dance. She almost spit out her pocky, but just barely held onto it with her superior.. mouth skills? "Great job, Terra! You're awesome!" She cried. She looked towards the Aron. Seeing it again, the little monster was actually kind of cute. Definitely a keeper, she thought. Grabbing a pokeball from her purse, she tossed it at the Aron and awaited what would hopefully be a successful capture.
Terra came running back towards Sierra and grabbed onto her leg in a loving embrace. She bent down, took out a bottle of water she'd brought with her on the trip, and poured some on the Cubone's eyes to help her wash out the grime that had continued to stick on her face. Terra rubbed it off enthusiastically and felt her vision coming back. <Thank you, mommy!> Said the Cubone, and Sierra smiled at the little bone-wearing beast's mistake. She didn't bother to correct her - she felt, as her new guardian, like a mother to them anyway.
Seryl, after plucking about 2 flowers clean, hopped up at the sudden silence. He knew that his master had won the battle, so he started to walk back to her side. He believed there'd be no ambushes, seeing that he'd walked around the freaking perimeter and no one even showed their face to him.

The Aron had a slight desire to break free. After all, he still had half a meal to eat. On the other hand, he had a horrible head ache, a bruise on his ass and too many bumps to count. He'd rather be on the same side as the Cubone, and never get hit with that Iron Head again.

Sierra happily ran to the pokeball and picked it up, hugging it against her face. "I'll call you Keitan, new friend," She whispered to the pokeball, then placed it in the third slot on her belt.
Cubone had run up to her again and clung to her leg, rubbing her bony head against her master's leg fondly. <I love you, mommy~> She cooed. Sienna laughed a little, then took Terra's pokeball out and recalled her. "You've done a good job - rest now." Sierra said gently, and Terra's pokeball seemed to lighten as Terra fell asleep in the ball's warm confines.
Looking around, she realized she'd forgotten someone. "Seryl? Seryl? Where are you?" She called, hands cupped around her mouth. Hearing no reply, she sighed and nibbled on a mint-flavored pocky stick, resting against a tree.
Finally, though, the Cranidos came. He'd heard Sierra's voice and followed it, glad that there was something he could navigate by. If he were a human, he'd suck at reading maps too. Sierra exhaled a sigh of relief as she saw him returning. "Let's go now, Seryl," She said, beckoning to him to come and walk by her leg. He complied, strutting along as they looked around for anything interesting. Seryl's hunger showed as his stomach rumbled: hopefully they'd come across a source of food, as Sierra's sugary snacks wouldn't do a pokemon any good.

The route seemed to be quiet for the time being. Sure there was a few rustling sounds here and there, suggestion pokemon in the bushes. But not much action on the path. That was, until a rock went flying across the path, landing in the bushes on the opposite side. A garbled and rather angry response came from the bush. Then, an Oran berry came flying from that bush, back over to the other side. A hard thunk indicated that it had met it's mark. A very ticked off Zigzagoon pushed his way onto the path. Even though it had only been a berry that hit him, there was a clear bump rising in his forehead.
The sounds from the other bush turned for angry murmurs to uncontrollable laughter. A Buizel came from the other side, rolling on the ground with laughter.
Behind a tree, a young girl watched the happenings. She was interested in catching the Zigzagoon, but wanted to know what the twosome would do, and what that trainer down the road might do after coming across the scene.

At the sound of a rock flying through the air, Sierra paused and held her arm in front of Seryl. Then, before she knew it, another projectile was flung: an Oran berry. She then watched the exchange between the two pokemon and couldn't help but laugh herself. After all, it was a pretty comical scene, reminding her of angry neighbors duking it out and pranking each other.
"Well, now, what's the matter, you two?" Sierra asked, walking over to the two pokemon and lowering herself on her knees until she was at their level. "Is there any way I can help?" She continued. Seryl stood guard next to her, watching the two potentially dangerous pokemon with suspicious eyes. Neither noticed the girl watching in the back.

After hearing a chorus of laughter from all around him, the Zigzagoon's face started to heat up from the embarrassment. At least his shaggy fur could hide the bright red color, but the feeling made him want to puke. His claws dug into the soft earth in his frustration, glaring at the Buizel and the girl venomously.
<How about you go mind your own business.> He barked roughly, lifting a snooty nose in the air. His ears perked up when the Buizel started snorting in its manic laughter.
<Oh ho ho, looks like the coon has a bark.> It teased, playfully elbowing the Zigzagoon in the side. What the Buizel didn't expect was a sharp nip to the arm, making him cry out in pain.
<I'd appreciate it if you didn't touch me.> The Zigzagoon growled, not feeling much pity for the Buizel.

At Zigzagoon's retort Sierra's smiling face became neutral, and when the raccoon pokemon nipped Buizel she felt just a little pang of pity for the water weasel. "Someone's a little grumpy." She muttered. "So, are you two friends?" She asked, turning her head to the more cheerful-looking Buizel.
Seryl watched impatiently as his trainer tried to have a conversation with the two Pokémon. He sighed, lowering himself to the ground. He guessed these two weren't going to be much trouble, having only been teasing each other.

The Zigzagoon erupted an answer before the Buizel had a chance to answer. <THAT'S THE WORST QUESTION I'VE EVER HEARD! OF COURSE NOT YOU SILLY GIRL!>
He growled, glaring at the water Pokémon next to him. The Buizel however burst into another fit of laughter. <Oh don't pay him any mind. We've been pals since we met. He's just cranky that I beat him in Bush Wars again.> The water weasel turned it's head and stuck his tongue out at the raccoon Pokémon. Oh sweet, sweet friendship. The girl in the trees however wasn't liking Sierra making friends with the Pokémon. That Zigzagoon was hers! Bursting onto the path she pointed at quick finger at the girl before her. "I CHALLENGE YOU, YOU WITCH! WINNER GETS THE ZIGZAGOON!" This girl is serious, but why so serious?! Alice wants to battle!

{{ooc/ LOOOL, Witch D:}}
Sierra aimed a teasing face at Zigzagoon, pulling the skin under her eye in a childish gesture. "I wasn't talking to you, mr. grumpy-goon," She replied, letting out a small giggle. She turned in response to the friendly Buizel's answer, smiled and gave a little laugh. "That sounds like fun! Maybe I'll try it sometime..." At the thought of his owner playing such silly games, which was definitely possible for a girl of her personality, Seryl smacked his face.
Suddenly, though, the amusing moment passed - rather abruptly, in fact, due to an unexpected appearance - a trainer dressed in green from head to toe. She spat out an unspeakable insult {{ ): }} and claimed the little raccoon dog as hers. Straightening up to face the insulting girl, Sierra shrugged good-naturedly and replied, "Well, technically I talked to this Zigzagoon first, so he's rightfully mine." She boldly rubbed the coon's head fur in a nuggy-ish way as she said this. "But I'll humor you, since I feel a bit bad about your fashion sense." She winked teasingly at the girl, then walked to her side of the makeshift battlefield they'd soon share.
"You can go out this time, Seryl," She said, then remembered that he must have been harboring wounds from the past battle he'd had. "Oh, but first, let me heal you," She continued, digging through her bag again and pulling out a potion. Seryl turned all his wounds to her attention, and the healing sprays felt incredibly soothing to his skin. Soon he was at prime condition again. She placed the used potion back into her bag, disliking the idea of littering in such a beautiful environment.
"Now let's show 'em!" Shouted Sierra, and Seryl added in a roar of his own to lighten his spirits. He trudged into the field, eyes confident. This would be their first battle against a trainer, and he didn't have losing in mind.

The girl, Alice apparently, smiled. "Missus, showtime!" She called, tossing out her own pokeball. She did wish that Sierra hadn't healed her Pokémon. The dino looked tough to begin with. Now that it was full health, this would be more difficult. The Pokémon that popped out was an Illumise, certainly a great addition to a pokedex. The purple and black bug Pokémon trilled a few notes as it settled to the ground. It looked pretty confident in it's battle skills, but it still seemed petite, and unwilling to make the first move. "Missus is one of my prized partners. She's not easy to beat all!" Alice said. Wow, she was feeling pretty confident. Perhaps a bit overconfident. She and her Pokémon seemed to match to a point.. Both looked strong and confident, but didn't know what to expect from their opponent. After all, Sierra had just laughed at the two Pokémon bickering and hadn't shown their battle skills. Regardless, she called out an attack. "Start with Tackle, Missus!" She called. Alice wanted to see the dino's battle strategy. She'd never fought a Cranidos before. Missus used Tackle

Sierra nearly started at the sight of the pretty bug pokemon. Grabbing her pokedex from her bag, she aimed it at Missus and listened as it explained what it was. When it finished, she acted like it'd actually helped her. But it hadn't, and Seryl knew this.
She took a small breath of air and watched the other trainer as she commanded her Illumise to use a Tackle attack. Seryl made no move to dodge it, knowing himself that Normal attacks were hardly a threat against his tough skin. "Seryl, use Focus Energy and Headbutt!" She knew he'd learned a new attack, having seen him practice it as they walked along before.
The Cranidos seemed to light aflame as he concentrated his power. Then, soon afterwards, he let out a roar and charged at the Illumise, bending his diamond-hard head to the ground as he ran.

The Illumise, named Missus, connected with the tackle and frowned slightly as she did a quick spin away. Why didn't the pokemon move? Looking back at the dinosaur pokemon her eyes widened, not hearing Alice yell to dodge. The headbutt collided with her in quite a critical way, right in the chest. Flying a foot away and rolling from the impact another two feet away, the bug pokemon didn't make much effort to get up at first. Not fainted, more like the wind was taken right out from under her. Missus seems to have flinched.
Alice huffed and stomped her feet in anger, giving a nasty glare towards Sierra. "You witch and you're blasted pokemon! You hurt Missus!"

Sierra laughed in response to the girl's outburst. "Only cause my pokemon's way cooler than yours!" She shouted back, sticking her tongue out teasingly. Paying attention back to the battle, she commanded her Pokémon once again: "While Illumise is still down, use Leer and get her again with Headbutt!" Her eyes sparkled with anticipation for what seemed soon her first battle win. However, she couldn't let herself get too cocky, she reminded herself.
Seryl advanced towards the fallen insect and glared intensely at her before lowering his head and preparing to headbutt her at close range.

Missus watched as the dinosaur Pokémon approached with a leering gaze. She laid still until it lowered it's head, then with a quick roll, she moved a few feet away before pushing to it's feet. Her eyes, staying on Seryl the whole in case he redirected the headbutt at her, still trying to get her.
"Missus, use sweet scent and then follow it up with a tackle attack!"
Missus gave a quick nod towards Alice and breathed in and out slowly. The area surrounding her, and soon the whole battle field, was filled with a beautiful aroma lowering evasiveness if it was successful. Quickly following, she glided forwards, aiming a hard tackle attack at the side of the Cranidos.

Cranidos' headbutt had missed, and as he raised his head he growled menacingly at the Illumise that had evaded his attack. Then, suddenly the bug emitted something sweet, and he couldn't help but raise his nose to the scent in the air.
"Dodge her, Seryl!" Shouted Sierra, but Seryl, momentarily occupied with sniffing the sweet aroma, was hit critically by the Illumise' tackle. This time he was pushed backwards from the collision, but it still didn't do much, and he shook his head to get out of the daze he was previously in.
"Alright, use Headbutt again!" She commanded. The dino pokemon bent down, positioning himself. Then he started running, constantly gaining speed, towards the bug pokemon that had evaded him before. Knowing the tactic had somewhat worked before, he swerved around to hit her side in an attempt to fake her out as well.

Twirling away from the dinosaur pokemon, Missus made it seem like she was dancing. (Maybe she was better suited for Pokémon contests instead...) The bug Pokémon couldn't help but grin at the hit she had made, and there for become cocky. She wasn't paying enough attention to her opponent and she she looked up at him... He was gone?
Nope! A hard, critical hit to the side later and one face plant into the dirt told the Illumise that the Cranidos was there the whole time. Shucks. Missus didn't get up from the ground. She had fainted.
Alice screeched and stomped her feet once more. Returning Missus to her ball, she pulled out another Pokémon ball. "Mister you better not fail me!"
Pressing the button and tossing it into the air, another bug Pokémon emerged. This time male, obviously. Fainted(All participating pokemon gain one level)

The Cranidos let out a roar of triumph that his headbutt had hit its mark and beat down their insect foe. Sierra let out a cheer as well, pumping her fist in the air. "You can do this, Seryl!" She encouraged, and he nodded. He would fight the Volbeat as well, eager to prove his might.
"Use Leer and Headbutt!" She yelled, munching on a new stick of pocky. Cranidos glared at Volbeat fiercely, hoping to lower the insect's accuracy, then ran around the field until he finally aimed a headbutt straight at the bug's behind.

Mister sighed and looked away from the Cranidos with a bored yawn. Seems like this go round the leer was ineffective. Gazing up, it watched with it's buggy eyes the dinosaur pokemon run around it. When it launched at him, the Volbeat flew into the air, landing softly behind the "beast" of a pokemon before him.
"You know what to do Mister!" Alice couldn't help but grin. They had been perfecting this move all yesterday morning, now to let it shine in action.
Mister gave a small smile at his trainer before he too began running around Seryl. Using double team it made it seem like there were multiple of him before he charged in with a tackle attack.
