"Don't worry, you don't have to be alone anymore" Chris said with a gentle smile. "I'll be with you all the time. In fact, if I get myself a home, you can have your own room in it. It would be perfect for when you want a break from battles. So how about it?"

It nodded. Using it's psychic powers, it levitated a pokeball and pushed the button with a dainty hand. It welcomed the rush of being pulled inside with a brave smile, although deep down it was terrified of the orb. Light faded from the button, leaving it a plain white color. "Wow, you caught Celebi eh?" Syl's raspy voice held a hint of amusement, as he stood below with one hand on his hip. "I told you this was a good spot. And here you doubted me..." "I never doubted you for one second" Chris laughed, watching the Pokeball disappear. "I just thought it was rather weird that legendaries lived here is all." Thinking about what he told his Celebi, he was now seriously considering getting a house.

"Haha, yeah. Well," Syl was at a loss for words at this point, and took another swig from his flask. "You should listen to me because I know everything there is to know about everything, ever."
It was a bold statement for somebody as intoxicated as he was.

"Oh yeah?" Chris asked, smiling at his statement. "You still don't know everything about that girl who likes you. What was her name...Kalina?" He seemed really smug about this comment.

"I know a hell of a lot more than you do," he staggered closer to the tree Chris was still in, resting his head against the rough brown bark. Damn, what happened to the soft mossy trees? This thing was like sandpaper grating at his forehead.
Too buzzed to care, Syl offered a challenge: "Come down here and tell me something I don't know about her. If you're man enough."

"Nah, that would be spoiling the fun" Chris laughed, leaping down in front of Syl. "But, I don't suppose you could tell me the way to go buy myself a house? I could do with somewhere to live, since my previous home was burned to the ground, along with my parents.

Whirling around at the sound of Chris' voice, he smirked. "That's unfortunate. Umm you'll have to go back to the main land for that. Nobody buys homes out here. It's too wild," he shrugged. "Hope you brought a flying type to get you back, because there're no boats for awhile..."
He paused, gnashing his teeth together momentarily. "Teeeeell me." It was odd to hear him whine like a six year old.

"Nope, you're just going to spoil it" Chris laughed. "I'm going to keep it a secret for as long as I want. In the meantime, I might as well get some work done."

His face dropped. "But but but..." Folding his arms across his chest, he shot Chris his best terrifying glare - laced with a hint of sarcasm and more than a healthy dose of childishness. "She never tells me anything," he lied.

"Now now, what kind of talk is this?" Chris laughed, fiddling with his bag. "I really don't approve, of your talk and your look." Opening his bag, he said "Now excuse me, I need to add some things." With this, he quickly attached a silver and black cape to his clothes along with what looked to be a sword. "Don't worry, the sword's only for show. In fact..." Withdrawing it, he revealed that there were six holes in the blade. Without explaining, Chris placed his Pokeballs within the sword. "There we go. That should do."

Thick crimson eyebrow raised as he caught sight of the sword. "Impressive. Even with the holes, I bet you could kill somebody with that. Or at least horribly disfigure them..."
He trailed off, staring at the dark clouds churning in the sky. Where had they come from all of a sudden? Rain threatened to spill at any moment, which would mess up Syl's immaculate hair. Sigh. Such is life for a pokemon master.
"It's going to rain," Syl did his best to sound nonchalant, but failed to push away the uneasy look that showed plainly on his face.

"Thankfully, I hold no intention of killing anyone" Chris said with a smile, revealing six buttons on the hilt. Pressing one of them, he made a slashing motion towards the sky, causing Dark Frost's Pokeball to launch into the air. At the moment of release, Dark Frost came out in a sudden practice Ice Punch, freezing one of the trees. "Excellent work to adapting" Chris said, catching the Pokeball in his hand.

Syl blinked. "Aw come on, you can't honestly say there's not one single person that you hate with every fiber of your being, that you just want to murder again and again and again..."
He snickered, trying to remember that not everybody was as demented as he was. He had a few too many enemies, that was for sure. More enemies than friends, anyways.
A fat droplet of rain plopped onto Syl's face. Then another. And another. Soon, he grumbled something to the effect of fucking rain and dodged under a leafy tree.

"Dark Frost, could you do me a favour?" Chris asked, petting his Weavile. "Could you try your best to prevent the rainfall around us?" Giving a small nod, the Weavile used his Ice Punch to slightly freeze the air around them to prevent the rain from falling. "Syl, it's alright" Chris laughed.

He blinked. Of course, he had a Weavile too. Why the hell didn't he think of that... "Tsume, lend him a hand." Voice held a trace of annoyance, as he took another swig of the flask. It would warm him up, anyways.
Shadow-Weavile eyed her normal counterpart warily, unsure of what her orders were. God her trainer was stupid sometimes. Watching Dark Frost freeze the air in short bursts, she gradually got the idea and joined him.
Tsume's ears perked up as she heard a sudden noise from the clouds. Pausing, she peered upwards, and let out a hiss.
::drifloon::

Dark Frost also heard the noise, looking up into the air. Noticing the Drifloon, he asked Tsume <Fancy a little double team practice? I figure we would do well together, so we should practice in case we have to team up sometime in the future.>

Tsume nodded. It'd be worth a shot. Besides, she wanted to see what this Weavile was capable of.
Glancing back at Syl, she locked eyes with her trainer, giving him a knowing look. He nodded. "Screech." He managed to stammer between drinks.
Inhaling sharply, she let out a piercing shriek on the exhale, sharply lowering the Drifloon's defenses. It covered it's ears with it's heart-shaped appendages, trying to drown out the horrible noise.
<You're up> She murmured, watching Dark Frost closely.

Dark Frost gave a nod, looking around. Noticing the slight amount of snow, he smiled. <Alright, watch this> he said leaping up into the air. Suddenly, he appeared to just leap off the sky as if it were the floor. <I don't get how> he started, continuing to jump. <But I'm able to leap off even the tiniest snowflake as if it were a solid surface...without breaking it. Not that I'm complaining...> He was now directly above the Drifloon (who obviously was too distracted) yelling <Because I can do this!!> His clawed fists were building up ice energy as he attacked from above with a twin Ice Punch.

Drifloon was unable to dodge the attacks, each crashing down on it's head. It's bottom lip wavered, and the Pokémon threatened to burst into tears.
Instead, it focused it's energy elsewhere. The wind suddenly grew much colder, dealing damage to both Weaviles. It's body sparkled with energy, receiving a much needed stat-boost from Ominous Wind.
Tsume bit her lip, lunging for Drifloon with claws extended. They radiated darkness energy, and she swiped at the ghost-type several times in succession, hitting only once. It was an odd combination of fury-swipes and night slash. Triumphant, she took her place at Dark Frost's side and waited for him to make a move.
