<I'm singing in the sun! I'm dancing in the sun! What a glorious feeling I'm having, again!> A happy-go lucky Hoppip sang to her heart's content as she fluttered about the route. Several trees happened to move into her way, but a gentle kiss of the wind would always blow her away to safety. She simply had good luck most of the time, and was quite the natural when it came to gliding.
<So happy and free, why only me? How I wish this happiness could spread to thee!> She giggled, her pink feet wiggling in the air as she soared a few inches above Val's head. She never meant anybody harm, and her species was naturally a kind one.
And predators? There weren't that many for this kind of Pokemon. Usually the wind came to their rescue before they could get eaten. Which is why she didn't know all that much when it came to defending herself. Still, she was here and happy.

Val's ears quickly picked up the sound of the Hoppip above him, tilting his head up to look at the pink feet drifting above him. He let out a slight chuckle. It was a cute little thing, darling really. "Hm," He sighed trying to look in the skies around him for Nyx.
Val stopped in his tracks. Flciking his ears. His vision turned back to the Hoppip as he watched it float around a little longer. Then he stepped to the side.
Nyx circled the Hoppip, eyeing the pink target. Then she dove for the target in attempt to tackle it. She tried to be silent as she could.
Val spotted his Nyx as she neared the Hoppip, he turned away and started to walk to act as if he didn't see her.

The Hoppip had been unaware of the Starly closing in on her. She singed to herself happily before a pain came into her side, knocking her into the wind. It carried her into a near by tree with a loud 'THUD'. The Hoppip stood up, dazed by the attack she looked around for her attacker. Then, spotting the Starly she frowned. <You don't like my singing? How rude!> She said. She got up and flopped around aimlessly. The wind blowing her a bit faster she used Splashed to get the Starly.

Both Nyx and Val tilited their head when they saw the Hoppip splash about. Nyx looked confused well Val's ears dropped and he let out a small, "Daw.." Trying to keep it to himself before shaking the feeling away. Adoring cute things would get him no where. "Tackle." He ordered.
Nyx looked at the small thing, before trying to tackle it. It had to be weak if it would really try to splash her.

Oh that was it. Hoppip had had it with these nasty little Trainers and their equally repulsive Pokemon mocking her singing and destroying her fragile confidence. Hoppip was like a flower. Beautiful, yet easily crushed. And when she was irritated, Hoppip's irritation was whetted into full blown destruction. This meant war. The interruption of her singing was an unforgivable act, and as another Tackle slammed into her frail body. making her squeal in pain as she was temporarily subjected to the plucks and pulls of the chilly autumn wind, Hoppip decided this meant war. And she declared it in the only way she knew how. By fucking Splashing, bitches. The poor Starly was anything but fortuitous to feel the wrath of her bouncing up and down on its head. >Take that! And that! And thaaaaaat!< sang Hoppip, singing each word an octave higher, until she was practically screeching as she bounced around the Starly's head, looking like some kind of insane tap dancer. Which wasn't far from the truth, really. ::hoppip:: Hoppip used Splash. [/B]

Again the Hoppip's attack didn't affect Nyx at all, if anything, it was funny how the little cat thought it could deafeat Nyx. She shook her head, not saying a word. The Hoppip wasn't worth her words.
Nyx took into the air drifting a few inches above the Hoppip, before coming in for a tackle.

The Hoppip scowled. What was with that face on the Starly? Did it think she couldn't beat it? Well she was gonna prove it wrong! Her body was thrown back from the Tackle, being almost weightless she went rather fast. She shook her head and scowled. She hopped around aimlessly again, her Splash having the same affect like before. <That's right! BRING IT!> She yelled at the Starly. You had to admire it's determination.

Nyx rolled her eyes well the Hoppip really tried to win the battle. Oh, how boring. Nyx took into the sky, spinning in the air before moving away from the pink little Pokemon and toward Val. Flying over head gracefully.
Val looked back at the Hoppip before turning and walking back along the stone path.

<Wha? Why are you ignoring me!>the Hoppip squeaked, jumping up and down in angry indignation. < Yea, You better run!>she called after the Trainer, fuming slightly, trying to pretend that she had won the battle. She wasn't usually this angry, but the way they ignored her really ticked her off. She gave a haughty huff and flew off back into the depths of the forest, trying to forget the fact that they had walked away from her challenge. Hoppip has also left Mood: Rejected .... Maybe if I'm very still, she won't notice me,he thought to himself, trying to remain as motionless as possible. Not exactly a bright Paras, seeing that he was remaining frozen in the middle of the path. His pinchers and legs were tightly held close to his side, making him look like a mound of orange with mushrooms sprining out of his back, which were quivering as he noticed the Trainer drawing closer. His light gray eyes were staring unblinkingly ahead, as if scared that if he blinked, he'll be spotted. Paras is trying to blend into his surroundings (though failing)Confront or ignore?
