Alan heard Sarah weakly call out to him, making him double take for a second. She was hit by Pound, causing her to be slammed into the ground. Alan, distraught, called out to her. "Sarah!" It was too late, though, as she was already fainted due to the effects of poison. <"Sorry Dusty..."> She managed to chirp out. It wasn't long before she went limp, poison completely making her unconcious. Alan stood still for a second, before looking away. "Dusty!" Dusty started to slowly wake up, getting the grogginess away from his being. Soon, he'd be ready to battle again. Mood: Sleepy Dusty will wake up next turn! Sarah has fainted!

OOC: In the previous turn, I would like to note that the Dustox was hit with a pound by the Grimer. Thank you. =3 Crystal winced as Tummy took out the sleepy and poisoned Beautifly, Sara. "Sorry!" She chimed in, a consolation considering that the Grimer had moved in to 'Pound' the downed Dustox. Dusty however had been asleep for quite a bit. "I don't like to play foul, but.." She looked to Tummy who looked back. <Should I?> "Pound..?" That's all Tummy needed to here from his reluctant Mistress as he moved in for a 'Pound' as well. "I can't watch.." She said, watching as Tummy sped up, momentum helping his naturally slow body. It wasn't going to be pretty. Admin Note: Stench only has the 10% flinch in gen V, which we are using when the games come out in English. So for now, no flinch.

So this was how it was like to have a Pokémon fall? He had seen people fall before, but never Pokémon. There seems to be a specific distinction between these two creatures. Tyron took notice of the awakening Dustox as it seems to be finally taking conscious. Damn, if it was awake, it would be horrible for both sides! "Grimer! Hurry and use Pound on that Dustox!" Tyron demanded, noticing the Gulpin also diving in for a pound. What was this? 2 on 1? It's legal right? Perhaps there's no harm in initiating it! The purple muck dived towards the Dustox, her size seems to flatten out to increase the speed that it was going through. With that, as the Grimer gotten in front of the Dustox, it flung an arm at the moth. Let this be the end! [[ ooc;; agh! not again! Sorry about the misunderstanding again :c ]]

Bug Catcher AlanDustox Level: 10 Hit by Pound x 2 Harden (Defense +1) Uses Tackle on Grimer Notes for the Mods: These are the first attacking moves used on Dustox in this entire battle
"Whoa! Dusty! Ya gotta get up!" Alan started to dance around in a panic, knowing that winning was just right out of his grasp. He could've just spammed confusions, but defending himself was important too. Or something. Right? Can't fight with a fainted Pokemon, after all.
<Aw, shaddup. I'm still waking--> The Dustox wasn't quite in his right mind when he saw two blobs approaching him, but when they both smacked him in the face, he sure woke up then. Flapping his wings in annoyance after the two blows, he could feel his body grow slightly sore.
<You two!? I thought you'd be taken care of by now.> He grunted, going into a Harden to temporarily boost his defenses. See if they could take him down now. Alan shouted at him to use a Confusion, but he preferred using Tackle. Eyes set on the Grimer that attacked him first, with that Poison Gas, he figured it was the best target. Diving down to try and take him out, the Dustox only let out a small chirp before his attack.

Crystal saw clearly what was going on as the Dustox dove in for an attack on Grimer. "Quick, Tummy, don't let Dustox get close to that Grimer, go in there and Pound it!" She called out as Tummy moved it's rotund body to intercept and settle in for an attack. Tummy of course moved to the task to the best of his ability though what it lacked in mobility and speed was made up for in determination. Should he not get there in time, a timely pound would still make the difference.

As the Dustox was finally returned to his full conscious state, Tyron found it a bit intimidating. He can still make it right? "Grimer! Dodge it!" The sludge pokemon swiftly turned before the Dustox could aim a good Tackle on it. Despite it's seemingly dumb appearance, Grimer was a pretty good pokemon in some ways. Smiling with pride, Tyron took notice in the diving Gulpin who was prepared to give a good Pound at the Dustox. Wtih the Dustox obviously failing to deal damage towards Grimer, Tyron wanted to take advantage towards the delay. "Use Pound again, Grimer!" Tyron commanded as he gestured towards the Dustox. The Grimer then threw itself towards the Dustox, hoping to deal a Pound close to the same time as the Gulpin. Might as well take advantage of the obvious.

[ooc; xD ] Dusty the Dustox couldn't get within a couple dozen feet of the Grimer, as out of the corner of his three dotted eyes, he could see the approach of the stomach Pokemon, and worse, the possibility of being flanked. So mid-tackle, he cut his flying, and spiraled into the ground some distance from the two, skidding against the dirt and hurt a little from the sudden fall. He was at mid-range, so they'd have to speed up if they wanted to hit him before he took off again. It was an uneven fight, but Dusty wouldn't let Sarah have fallen as she did without fighting back. No, he couldn't. The Moth like Pokémon was brought back to images of his Trainer Alan scooping he and Sarah up, both as Wurmples, and playing hide and go seek with them, tag, all sorts of things. Alan and Sarah had given Dusty the strength to grow out of the stage of being a Wurmple into being what he was, a Dustox, and a Pokémon that could fly. He wouldn't lose when those were the people he was fighting for, he couldn't. But what could he do to these two, really? Alan had the answer, as the little boy hopped impatiently back and forth, watching the fight. Did Dusty really ignore him earlier when he told him to use Confusion? Did Dusty really spiral into the ground like that? Was Dusty okay? Alan's heart beat quickly just thinking about it, extremely worried about his remaining prized Pokémon. “You can do it, Dusty! Show them what you've got! Confusion attack, and keep it up! If you can confuse them you can even the fight out! Hurt the Gulpin before it can knock you back out!” The trainer's words filled the Dustox with hope, almost lifted it up more than it did itself as it shoved itself off the ground, flapping, going into a low flight, and channeling it's energy into a psychic blast aimed at the Gulpin, who had been the bigger threat before. With hope and his trainer behind him, he could win this! Dodged Pound and Pound. Used Confusion on Tummy the Gulpin.
