A small smirk got smacked onto the trainers face, " Oh yeah, I'm glad I was able to train one pokemon to be friendly and powerful as well." He wasn't trying to brag, he was just stating the obvious. Jay had been a little big-headed, but most people over look that small detail in his fragile personality.
"Pleasure is all mine." he replied to the polite girl, she seemed very polite, quiet, one who might've been foreign. Something, he was curious and wanted to find out why she was so polite. He had never met someone like this, in this day and age.
"Um no sorry, but I'll help you find it. Bowling sounds superb." he was sure to annunciate all of his words using his teeth and his tounge.
Artemis the Umbreon just weaved through the four legs as Jay stood up from the wall and looked around, listening for pins being slammed into the walls. The bowling alley shouldn't be that hard to find.

Alivia blinked, staring up in awe at the giant mansion she stood in front of. Spike was in her arms, his big ears perked forward. The little Nidoran was also awed by the giant housing. How could one human afford all of this?
Looking around, Alivia followed a group of people who were walking inside the mansion. There was a big party going on for the owner of the mansion, his name was Roran. It was his birthday, or something. Alivia had never really known the man, but she had seen him in the Pokemon lab a few times before she had gotten her Charmander.
Usually people brought presents to a birthday party, but what did one get a rich person? So, she was giftless, and Roran would have to be happy with her smile. Lame? Very. At least the inviation had said that presents weren't required.
Alivia's draw dropped as she entered the huge building: the inside was even more elegant than the outside! She knew that she would have to savor this moment, as she would probably never see something like this again.
She definitely would never own a place like it.
The trainer looked down at her little male Nidoran and smiled. "What do you think, Spike? Pretty amazing, isn't it?" she asked him, holding him a little tighter to her chest.
He nodded his head, looking all around at the expensive-looking furnature. He saw all the trainer around with some of their Pokemon and hoped that nothing was going to get broken. . . Most of the things in the mansion had to be extremely fragile!

NO! NO! NO!
A giant cloud of dust could be seen flying behind an innocent 14 year old as she raced down the dirt lane. I CAN'T be late. I just CAN'T be. She screamed in her mind and she picked up more speed making a turn into a nearby town where the invitation said the house was near.
Kimmie didn't pay much attention to where she was at or where she was going all she knew was that she had drawn out a map and she was going to follow it. Finally she hit pavement and past a assortment of large houses. Rich people... She thought silently to herself. I don't even have a house....
Her eyes darted back and forth from house to house. None of these. She skidded to a stop in the middle of the street and sighed. Which way? She stared down at the map and gazed right. Maybe. She shrugged and went off running again. After a minute or two the houses dwindles to a country side and yet no house of Roran's appeared. Then a sign appeared and Kimmie stopped.
Roran's House
Slightly past it she spotted a driveway. Thank the gods. She dashed up the drive and to the front door gasping for breath. Never once did she think she'd have to run so much. She made a half hearted attempt to knock and spoke in between gasps for air. "Roran.... I'm.... here...." She collapsed into a sitting position on the porch.

“My goodness.”
A rather taken aback Noah awkwardly uttered upon sight of a certain magnificent mansion which loomed off in the near distance. Several bewildered blinks followed in his astonishment, his amethyst eyes swirling in wonder as he examined the beauty of this estate. From this distance he swore the basic hue of the manor was cream; a rich butter milk color only outlined with a pure white hem. The walls looked solid and sturdy, appearing as if they’d be able to take a harsh beating and still hold an elegant charm. The sere size of the castle like home was a marvel in its own -- Noah personally wondering if Roran ever gotten lost amidst its surly many halls. The textures, the shades, the spectacular design was all breath taking. And of course every tiny detail which would fall into Noah’s visual path left him breathless and staggered. Even the lawn was incredible! So large and vast, but every blade of that lush grass was healthy and seemed to be like slender emeralds that had embedded themselves into the soil. A sea of trees and brushes bordered the dwellings, but one never dared to even hold a branch out of alignment, subtracting exquisiteness from this home. And dear lord, was that a lake with one of those remarkably elaborate fountains locked in its center?!
“Umm -- October, I don’t mean to question any of your abilities but, are you…”
Noah began to ask his new companion, however hesitated once he spotted the relatively dirty glance that was being shot his way. He immediately apologized to his furry teammate, giving an embarrassed bow of his head before cranking it once more toward the entrance of the manor. He had known that his friend was well-to-do, but never could this lad dream that one of his fondest of people was so prosperous. A pink tinge made its way to shine upon his tanned cheeks, while a baffled feeling swam inside of him. Noah was born into a comfortable life, but by social means it was defined as average and ever so ordinary. His father was a college professor (easily explains why Noah had such excellent grades throughout his schooling), and while his income gave the family a decent life, it was far from extraordinary. In the beginning his mother contributed as she was a seamstress, however with the birth of the needy Vantresca, she was forced to put down her needle and thread. But he had noticed that shortly after his sister’s death, she once again began to sew an outfit here and there for enjoyment. Though his parents happiness or well being wasn’t the point of his thoughts momentarily -- As selfish as that sounded anyways. Yet he couldn’t help but think if he had any right to call someone like Roran his friend, when he had so little to offer.
With a soured expression, the Mightyena Morph shoved those unwanted judgments to the back of his mind. Nevertheless, they still lingered and would make an appearance, popping their ugly head up time to time. No. It was supposed to be a merry day filled with laughter and excitement; he wouldn’t allow it to be damped by such foolishness. And there was absolutely no turning back now! After all he was positive that Roran trusted him to show up, and he had already gone through the effort to locate this estate (that a chore in its own). He had been so lost trying to find the correct location, managing to even lose himself in the great woods surrounding the area. Fluttered and rather irritated, he withdrew his Aerozel’s Pokeball and summoned forth the winged jackal of blight and plunder. He informed the Cheyenne creature of these current events, earning himself a chuckle from the dueled type of darkness and air. Yet after some words and gestures the Aerozel spread its wings, they increasing in size with a silver glow, before taking to the azure sky. October quickly returned to his master’s side, pointing him in the general direction in which to follow. Which had led them here at the gates, their iron force being left open, allowing people to enter freely.
<Well, you know how to pick and choose your companions.>
October snottily teased, his long jewel adoring ears twitching at the sound of his own voice rolling within his chest to echo outwards. The blush across Noah’s face deepened in color before he glared down to the black canine, whom just smiled in return. “And I suppose you’d rather be tucked away in your Pokeball right now, hmm?” The boy of dark hair resorted after composing himself. “It’s just inside of my pocket. I can easily drag it out.” He continued as he gave the Aerozel a distasteful look, which only increased the size of the monster’s devilish grin. <I didn’t know you had the balls to make threats, 'master'. And no, I wouldn’t. I’d much rather walk around and look at all these things you don’t have.> October growled back, the thick fur along his back rising while he sustained with his cat like walk. He had emphasized the word master on purpose, the critter knowing how it made Noah shiver. The Trainer instead could only sigh at this, rolling his lovely eyes into the back of his skull while he allowed the beast to lead the way to the front doors. The much wiser adult decided to drop the argument, he fearing it would only grow worse if both of them pressed on. But if push came to shove, he wouldn’t give a second thought in silencing October if the need ever arose.
"Just please, control your mouth… and your greedy paw."
<How dare you make accusations about me, human. Excuse me, wannabe human. What exactly are you Morphs anyways?>
The Aerozel taunted, the flesh of his muzzle rolling back to reveal the jackal’s sharp set of teeth which formed his much hated smile. Meanwhile, Noah’s temper was near its limits, the only thing to save them both was that he caught glimpse of another near the doorway. With a snarl he withdrew his fiery emotions, and easily painted an attractive smirk to his thin lips. As he ascended the stairs, his arms wrapped tighter around the present in which he carried. However because of his blocking arms, the gift wasn’t visible at the moment. His tidy sneakers clapped against the pavements due to his movements, this ruffling the fabric of his fitting jeans. The Mightyena Morph honestly hadn’t a clue how to dress nor present himself, so he decided to be more casual than anything else. It was a teenager’s party after all -- He wasn’t expecting to see expensive, glittery gowns and tuxedos. He be damned if he did. His light blue button down shirt wouldn’t even be able to compare in the slightest, but at least he’d be able to move freely. However his attention was divided as he noticed the girl from earlier collapsing onto one of the seats along the porch.
<Oh how graceful.> October commented, only to have his owner hush him automatically after the creature spoke.
“Excuse him. Are you alright miss?”
Noah asked as he approached the large doors, and as Kimmie performed, allowed himself to give the wood a rapid knock. It would have been much more gentler, but he was concerned over the lass’s state, believing she’d need more proper air flow from the indoors and a glass of water. [/color][/blockquote]

Kimmie and Noah? Both were dear friends to Roran and were the two people he knew at the party. Perhaps they would become good friends also! With that thought in mind, Roran quickly left where he was with an excited "Excuse me!" and went to the door. He had seen their faces through the glass and wanted to greet the both of them personally. Without even the slightests hesitance, he grabbed onto the doorknob and flung it open. His arms were wide open and he quickly embraced the two of them together.
"Noah, Kimmie! It's so nice to see the two of you again. You've missed my introduction I'm afraid, but no matter. It wasn't a very good one anyways. I was never very good at that sort of thing." He spoke so quickly that it was obvious that he was excited. Who wouldn't be? "Noah, I was wondering if you'd take me up on that offer to spend a week or so here if you ever needed to." The moment he asked, he looked almost horror stricken. Had he just given an invitation to someone infront of somebody else? Instantly he turned to Kimmie and continued, "I would love it if you ever took me up on the same offer also. I just haven't had the time to talk to you recently and suggest such an idea." Nice save...
Roran seemed to have been put on hyperdrive with how fast he was talking and acting. "Oh, dear. I've left Quil all alone. I hope you two don't mind, but I have to return to a previous conversation for a few minutes. You two could go around the house together if you'd like. The bowling alley is that way, while the cinema is in the other direction. There are also a couple pools in that direction...." he cut himself off with a quick glance to Quil. Hopefully he hadn't left his new aquaintance alone for too long. "Please come and get me if you need anything. Or just ask a member of the staff!"
With that strange welcoming he walked back over to Quil. "I'm so sorry to have left you, but you see, those are two of my bestest friends and I really wanted to welcome them." The strange thing was that Kimmie wasn't really what you'd call a best friend yet, they had only met a couple times before, but since Noah was his only real best friend, he considered Kimmie one of the closest friends also.

" Oh yeah, I'm glad I was able to train one Pokémon to be friendly and powerful as well."
"I'd love to see her battle sometime," Sanori smiled cheerfully, apparently not one to go lightly when it came to complimenting. After all, anyone that would put such effort into training their Pokemon in such a way really deserved, especially from someone whom had just recently started training to begin with.
She had to admit that she was already rather enjoying Jay's company; he seemed friendly and was definitely nice to talk to, not to mention he had at least one Pokemon that she was familiar with. When it came to even her own two Pokemon she had been clueless on even their species until just recently, thanks to the curious red device she had received with her starter; a Pokedex if she recalled correctly.
"Um no sorry, but I'll help you find it. Bowling sounds superb."
Sanori must have misjudged what Jay exactly meant, for she immediately thought that he didn't know what in the world a 'bowling alley' was either. However, she tilted her head, curious as to what the young man seemed to be listening for. Did a 'bowling alley' make sounds? That was certainly a curious aspect. "Thank you!" she said cheerfully. "This is certainly a big cabin, isn't it?" She still didn't seem to note just how strange some of her words seemed to be in the context she was using them. She had never seen, or heard of, a mansion and had spent her entire life growing up in a small cabin-like building, thus, that was the word she normally associated with a living space.

Feeling a bit out of place, Alivia was glad that she had decided to have Spike with her. She would have had Charmy out, too, but he was feeling rather tired and hadn't wanted to be seen in his state.
Sighing, Alivia walked over toward where the refreshments were being served. Conversations were normally made around the food, and she was feeling a might peckish. She snatched a plate from the table and grabbed a few pieces of tasty food, some for her and some for Spike.
Spike munched happily on his piece of fruit, no longer in Alivia's arms but now on the floor, eating like an adorable little rabbit. Alivia giggled and chewed on her own scrap of food.
The trainer looked around, wondering where Roran was so she could go and wish him a happy birthday. It was all she had to offer him, and she was going to feel mighty rude until she had gotten the chance to speak with the teen.
Of course, just standing and sniping by the refreshment table wasn't going to find him any time soon. She looked around, then started off in a random direction, motioning for Spike to follow her. She had her plate in one hand, though the food was almost completely gone.

Cai had been extremely shocked when he had received his invitation to what would most likely be the best, if not the only, birthday party he would attend in the Cheyenne region. But he and his cousin had a boyish kind of rivalry, but also the sort of friendship you make purely from being family. But the bond was pure, and Cai was genuinely happy to obtain the somewhat girly letter that had formally invited him to this party. But despite the fact that he adored his cousin, he couldn't shake the feeling that he would be awfully out of place at this party, in this grand mansion. Roran was barely older than himself, but he seemed so much more mature. He already had a house, a mansion at that, and was a professor! That was some acomplishment. And at his age, it was astonishing, to say the least. Cai had memorised the invitation, reading it several times before thoroughly realising he would be going to a party. What would he do there? He didn't need to bring a gift, and was only taking one Pokémon, which was Sting, of course. Cai was even hesitant about this, taking the one Pokémon guaranteed to cause trouble. But it would be unfair to take any Pokémon other than his starter, would it not?
It was with an out of character nervousness that Cai shuffled along the seemingly endless driveway that belonged to his femanine cousin. He clutched the invitation as if it were his lifeline, ready to thrust it forwards to any security guards or snooty, upper class freinds of Roran, who did not deem him suitable for such a bash. After what seemed like forever, Cai was almost at the Mansion, but there were people surrounding the entrance! The teen was about to turn back when he saw Roran engaged in conversation with a boy that had something that Cai couldn't quite place. Ignoring this, he rushed over to Roran, and almost squealed in releived delight. "Roran!" He started, literally bouncing up and down at the sight of his all grown up cousin. "Happy birthday!" He wondered if he should embrace his family member, or if it would be too strange. Would Roran even recognise him? Sheepishly, he bit his lip. The invitation had said gifts weren't neccacary, and Cai wouldn't have known what to get anyway, but he couldn't help feeling slightly guilty...

Marissa crushed the invitation well running down the sidewalk, the rainbow colors of her jacket seemed to be dragging behind her. Surf ran next to her, and Volt bounced up and down on her shoulder well holding into her short brown hair.
She tripped. She tripped over nothing, but air, right at the start of the Driveway. Luckily, Marissa was able to cross her arms infront of her face to protect it. "Owww... Dang, air is so rude sometimes..." She breathed in.
After bouncing to her feet she headed down the driveway, her outfit diffrent today then her normal summer outfit. It was a pair of faded blue jeans, and a light orange T-shirt. Finally she reached the front door and looked around, "Oh my..."
<Marissa? Dude!>
Marissa looked ahead of her, startled to see so many people outside. Then she spotted Cai, "Cai!" She nearly yelled swinging herself around and stepping back to see Cai. She waved slightly.

Kimmie gave a half hearted smile to the stranger, Noah. "I'm fine, really. Just I need to remember that running from the town over to make it to this place and be on time is exhausting. And that driveway only heaven and Roran knew when it was ever going to end. Geez." She grabbed a hand onto the ground and kicked herself up with a sigh. What she wouldn't give for a cool drink.
Just then the door opened and Noah and her were embraced into a hug by Roran. "Er... Hey Roran." Just what she needed a big hug when she was out of breath. "Nice to meet you too." She felted embarrassed slightly to be caught in a hug with two guys, specially one that was way older then her and the other.... well.... Roran.
How would she describe Roran in their encounters. Respectable, girlish, a chicken, a guy with morals, and maybe not quite straight but also, a good friend. So don't worry, she didn't think too bad about him.
When they were let go she took a small step back to give Noah room to move around. Her hazel eyes watched silently as Roran gave a quick spoken tour and ideas of where everything was. When he was done she gave a smile before talking. "Thanks Roran...." She watched as the host disappeared into the crowd inside.
She turned to Noah, giving a small head movement towards the door. "You can go in first." Wouldn't they look stupid if they just stood there if he didn't take her offer. Just standing outside with the door wide open staring at each other, seeing who would go in first. It was like chicken with cars only without the cars and no one could technically die.

Quil nodded at Roran as he began to speak, greeting him once again. His calm expression was quickly twisted into a bewildered scowl. “Someone thought this house was too small?” he scoffed, shaking his head slightly. “I’d like to see their house. They’re just jealous I bet. I know I am.” he commented, gazing at the marbled splendor of the vast mansion.
Quil couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle at Roran’s adorable small pout, his arms crossed and his lower lip stuck out. He patted Roran’s cheek lightly, “You’re doing a good job so far. Don’t worry. With a swimming pool I’m sure people will have a fun time.” Quil quieted down as Roran began to answer his question, he listened intently. For some reason, he liked the conversation he was holding with the host. Quite more interesting than most he held. All they talked about were Pokémon battles and such, boring much?
Quil smirked slightly as Roran rambled on, about how this was his first conversation with someone. “Well, this is a tad short for a conversation. I guess you’ll have to stick around for a little longer.” he said, a sly grin spreading across his freckled features. He was about to speak again when his compainion quickly glanced out the window and darted away with an excited, but polite ‘Excuse me!’. Quil shook his head slightly, this young man worried a bit too much.
While waiting for the host to make his return, Quil meandered over to the snack table and plucked up two chocolate chip cookies. Yawning, he covered his mouth with a cookie before taking a chomp out of it. He shifted from leg to leg, and he midly noticed that one of his Pokéballs were beeping, and shivering slightly. His Phanpy wanted to get out, and with a slight eyeroll, he pressed the silver button in the center of the orb.
Rolo pranced out, dancing around his trainer’s feet, and excited gleam in his eyes. <Thanks Quil!> he called excitedly, biting Roran’s foot before scampering away. Quil looked up, slight embarrassment and disbelief on his face. “Oh. Um. Sorry about him. He had a little too much sugar I think.” he stammered, scowling at Roran’s foot. “It’s fine. I’m not the only person here after all. But is your foot okay?” he questioned, worry showing in his eyes. “You should sit down for a bit.”

Dangit, he had just gotten back to conversing with Quil when he was greeted by Cai. "Hey there Cai!" he said with another one of his smiles. "Thank you so much for comming!" Quite frankly the only thing he could think about was getting back to Quil. That was strange. Well then again, this new stranger seemed quite....interesting. He hated to leave Cai alone though. Thankfully Marissa came and saved him. By her now taking Cai's attention, Roran could focus on Quil.
"I am so sorry for seeming so rude. I just have to be a good host, y'know."
Upon his return he felt something on his foot. It felt somewhat sharp. Were they teeth? He looked down imediately. Being the sensitive thing he was, his eyes grew a little watery. He wouldn't cry though. He couldn't bear it if he cried infront of such a sweet pokemon. "It's no problem," he mumbled lightly as he wiped his eye quickly, trying to be inconspicious. "I guess I wouldn't mind sitting down for a little while..." How far had those teeth gotten? That sugar-high pokemon had left a stinging sensation in his foot. "Is your pokemon....vacinated?" He felt it rude to ask, but he had to. What if it had rabies or something and he'd end up sick.

Quil ruffled his auburn hair sheepishly, "Aw man. I'm sorry about Rolo." he said, eyes widenening at the water droplets forming within his eyes. Oh dude. He couldn't deal with a sobbing guy. Not cool. But as Roran toughly forced them back down, Quil let out a soft sigh of relief. As Roran mumbled something about it not being a problem, Quil let out a chuckle.
"My pokemon just took a chunk out of your foot, nearly caused you to cry and you are still extremely polite? Wow. You're one interesting guy Roran Willow."
Upon hearing that Roran wouldn't mind sitting down, Quil glanced around, eyes narrowed as he looked for a comfortable perch for Roran to rest on. All that he could find were lawn chairs and a few plush, leather couches. Well, psssh. He was not going to let him sit on a poolside lawn chair, he'd he in pain and uncomfortable. So, the couches left the other option.
"Well then! To the couches we go." he exclaimed quickly, not giving any warning besides that before swooping down and sweeping Roran off his feet. The host was then carried bridal style over to the couch while Quil answered his question, slightly insulted. "No. Of course not. I'm such a horrible trainer that I don't heal my pokemon ever." he said sarcastically, goldne hued eyes twinkling with amusment despite his irritation.
Gently setting Roran on the couch, he took a seat next him, glancing over at the boy. "Don't worry. They're healthy." he added, offering up a small smile. "So, how'd you get the money to buy this place anyways?" he questioned, honestly wondering how a sixteen year old boy was able to afford all this.

Kimmie had answered, her light juvenile voice chiming, floating within the air before penetrating the Mightyena Morph’s senses. She claimed that she was perfectly fine; just a tad bit exhausted thanks to her jog to even arrive at the mansion in a timely manner. Her comment concerning the length of Roran’s driveway brought a boyish grin to his attractive features, he finding her statement quiet amusing. Though the mental imagery of Roran hiking up and down that path daily to check his mail was truly humorous. However given his friend’s income judging by the sere size of his ‘humble’ abode, Noah suspected that his letters and packages were brought personally to him. Lucky twit. But his train of thought was interrupted by the clicks of the front door, the lad spotting the doorknob twisting clockwise. The wooden entry was literally yanked opened with high enthusiasm, revealing a merry Roran whom spread his arms out wide. With those limbs he plowed into his guests, Noah finding himself having to catch his own weight -- Wish not to plummet to the ground. Yet no matter his movements he was brought into a group hug, forcing a blush to appear on his tanned face.
Well, this was some welcome.
He found himself holding his breath each second that ticked by as he was still being embraced by the male and female. Mainly due to embarrassment. Finding it awkward to be so close to the teenagers; well, being so close to Kimmie anyways. Roran was a touchy and feely guy, so Noah had grown used to the boy’s habits and traits, nor did he far from mind them. But he had just met this hazel eyed Trainer, and found it well… Odd. But there were also jolts of pain dancing within his chest, the present he brought for his friend shoving its way into his skin. Fortunately it wouldn’t break that easily, the thick painted glass preventing onslaughts to pierce or smash its smooth flesh. But that object being burrowed into his front side didn’t help anything -- The Mightyena Morph even letting out a aggrieved gasp. Yet lady luck finally smiled down upon him, she dragging Roran back while Kimmie scuffled to the side. A sigh of relief graced past his parted lips, his slender arms still clutching to the present held between them. Quickly the Birthday Boy began to speak, saying they missed his introductions before offering Noah to stay at his estate for a week. Though before the lad of black hair could even answer, an aghast expression crossed Roran’s face as he hastily turned to the girl.
He presented her with the same deal, though he had to add in that he hadn’t found the time earlier to ask the petite thing. Still -- Not waiting for a reply, the flustered Trainer continued on with his speedy speech; he pointing out the directions of were the activities were. Bowling sounded nice, however Noah wasn’t in the mood momentarily to lift and toss a large ball down an alleyway. A movie would be better for later on in the day when he grew wary and required some amount of rest. Then there was the pool… The thought of water caused the Morph to shudder, the fur of his tail rising thanks to his distaste. But he figured that’s where a majority of the people would eventually linger -- After all, most humans enjoyed swimming and what not. If he hoped to have pleasant conversations, then one of those pools would be his best option. He might not even have to get in the bloody thing, given the fact there were probably chairs and rafts dotting the vicinity. But the amethyst eyed lad wouldn’t mind sticking his feet into the filtered waters, but dunking his head, oh that was another story entirely. Nevertheless Roran’s words brought his attention back to the here and now, watching the boy speak as he mentioned something about staff members. And like a passing wind, his friend darted off in a flash, leaving Noah behind blinking in confusion.
How… Peculiar of him.
Kimmie turned towards Noah, politely offering him to go in first, but as Noah was about to object to such actions, October piped in. <Just move your ass boy.> The Aerozel commanded, pushing one of his paws against his master’s frame in an attempt to shove him forward. He swiftly gave the girl a thank you and proceed on in, his visual orbs swirling as the beauty of the indoors flooded into his sight. He couldn’t catch every detail of this manor even in a decade; there was just so much splendor to witness. But he had managed to divide his attention, he sending Kimmie the words 'excuse me' before walking off to the tables lining the walls.
<Your friend takes the cake in femininity. I mean, I thought you were rather zealous, but he can whip you with his eyes shut.>
October taunted as the duo made their way to the tables, Noah setting his gift down upon them as delicately as possible. The object wasn’t wrapped, being a too weird of shape to cover successfully with colorful paper. And a bag would’ve been just plain tacky. So the jar was shown to the world, its glass surface being gently painted with hues of blue and purple. Inside of the container consisted hundreds, if not thousands of tiny paper stars of every shade of the rainbow. Noah hadn’t given the thing a name, but he started the project months back and decided to give it to his friend instead. After all he was unsure what to get Roran, and believed a crafted piece would be best. He had loved his when he was given one by his ex-girlfriend, Am…
Best not linger on sad thoughts.
The Mightyena Morph shook his head, his locks of dark hair waving before falling in layered patterns a top his crown. He then crept his way back over to Kimmie after looking around for Roran. He was currently in the arms of another man, and honestly Noah didn’t wish to know anything of the sort. The thought of him being hurt graced his mind, but seeing the tender care he was being given by the other, he was sure the lad would survive. So as he once again approached the girl, he grinned and pointed off in the direction in which a pool was located in.
Now, how not to sound like a pervert in asking a much younger girl to go swimming with a single male.
“Umm, miss. Would you care to go swimming?”
Dear God, he hoped he didn’t sound like a pedophile.

"Aw man. I'm sorry about Rolo."
"Oh, I'm perfectly fine with it!" He must've sounded like an idiot with all these petty lies. He couldn't help it. He wasn't the kind of boy to admitt that someone else had caused him pain, especially such a cute little phanphy. "Rolo is quite cute despite the teeth..." Roran cracked another joke, or atleast what he thought was a joke. See, he wasn't really a funny guy when it came to making jokes. Most people just laughed at his jokes because they felt sorry for him. Roran was a bit too naive and always thought he was actually funny. Poor, poor boy.
"My Pokémon just took a chunk out of your foot, nearly caused you to cry and you are still extremely polite? Wow. You're one interesting guy Roran Willow."
What a nice remark! To Roran it was extremely sweet of Quil. He had been called polite and interesting in less than five seconds. "I always try my best to use my manners, but I don't quite understand why you took note of it. Doesn't everyone always try their best to be polite?" He grinned again as he noticed Quil look around for somewhere to sit. This boy obviously was extremely nice. Roran had no clue of the other side of his personality.
"Well then! To the couches we go."
Roran suddenly felt the feet go out from under him as he was picked up bridal style. He gasped quickly and wrapped his arms tightly around Quil's neck so that he wouldn't fall. His face flushed over a light red as he looked around. What was Quil doing? I mean, sure he was being sweet and all by carrying him, but this looked a little bit awkward. Roran turned even redder as he realized how much more awkward he had made it by wrapping his arms around Quil's neck. His arms quickly shot down into his lap as he was set down. "Um, thank you..."
"So, how'd you get the money to buy this place anyways?"
What an easy question! "Well my father is a professor in another region and I'm a professor in this region! The job kinda pays a lot. My pokemon said they wanted the biggest house possible and I thought guests might enjoy the space!"

Across the desolate streets of Cheyenne the streets remained barren of life, and even the most common of things, like cars, didn’t cover the streets. It was a trainer’s area, so common place items like those weren’t needed when one had two feet and a Pokeball. Cheyenne Lane’s luxurious ponds and vast fields looked unrealistic, as if they were planned by some kind of landscaper. It might have been perfect if you were the sort with plenty of money to throw around, and yes, that meant that there was a lot of sucking up involved. Heck, she didn’t even know the guy except for what she heard from her sister. But that was why she was here. To investigate this strange Professor, the same one that had actually lived with her baby sister, and by god, she had no idea what to expect. Most likely some old man with a beard, like Professor Oak and Professor Elm, some creepy old pervert that tried to harm a 14 year old. A child, for god’s sakes. So today, for the first time in her life, she was incognito. She had been snooping around for the perfect clothing, and eventually settled on a long jacket and some sunglasses. Rito’s Dark Sunglasses, actually. So her hair came out like a sore thumb, but black hair was common these days. Heck, girls with pink hair was considered normal these days. So what was so odd about her? The brown highlights? It was a fashion statement dangit! She stopped in front of the mansion, its closed doors looking eerie and frightening as she took a couple of steps closer to it. She would’ve went inside, the comforting laughter of complete strangers and Pokemon echoing from inside, she was about to knock when she got cold feet. Grunting, she fled around to the back of the house. Ducking away to avoid being seen through the windows and dived right behind a conveniently placed statue of some kind of Pokemon. Who knew what it was? She wasn’t paying any attention to the detail around it. Karen sighed from her temporary shelter, it wouldn’t last very long, and that was for sure. But she couldn’t live without knowing that her sister wasn’t some kind of abused soul after living with Roran for so long. Did she even live here now? The invitation never mentioned it. God, why was she left out of everything? “Get your thoughts together Karen…” She hissed, literally biting her hand to hold in her frustration from the stupid situation she was in. IT WAS STUPID! Holy crap, she knew she was going to beat herself up for this later. She would never live it down. All she could do was wait in hiding until she got her senses together. ((don’t feel bad for me if no one replies to my post. I want Karen to be there. Stalking. So. Um. Yeah. I’m not going to beg for a reply. ))

Kimmie smiled as Noah took her offer to go inside first. Good. No idiotic situation. She followed suit but didn't stay on his tail after entering though the large doorway. Instead she politely turned around and shut the door quietly. It was still semi warm out and you don't want to waste your hosts money on AC bills now do you?
After that she turned her attention to the decoration and structure of this behemoth of a mansion. "Oh.. My... Gosh... This place is huge." One could guess that by the outside of the house and the driveway but inside? Looked A LOT bigger.
Shaking her head and bringing it back to Earth she maneuvered to the drink station. Bottle water, water. Water.... There. She grinned to herself as she picked it up and took a swig. The cool liquid eased down her throat to her delight. Taking that emotion she figured chugging the bottle wouldn't hurt, so she did just that. Oh my gosh water is my new favorite drink for sure. She teased to herself as she tossed the empty bottle into the recycling bin at the end of the table. Now what to do?
“Umm, miss. Would you care to go swimming?”
Hmmm? She could of swore she heard that voice before, recently too. She turned her head and saw the familiar face of the boy that Roran had greeted her with. "Swimming?" She asked more to herself then Noah. She hadn't gone swimming for a while and she did bring her swimsuit. "Um..." She paused in thought before answering with a sweet smile. "I'd love to." Good thing she was wearing her suit. She'd feel awkward asking to go change to a stranger.
She held a hand out for Noah to lead the way to the pool, showing her manners once more. Would he try to make her lead instead. Ugh, not an awkward moment! Run for the hills.

Hikari had got a weird invitation to a big party at a house. She didn't really think about going but if it was a prty she knew it would be fun and a nice way for her to meet some pokemon. As As her Stantler walked along the road with Hikari on it's back, he knew it they were close to the party and Hikari knew as well. They came across a huge house with many decorations. IT was nice but she didn't know if she would like the party or not.
Stantler came to a stop and nudge at Hikari's hand. She knew that meant, "stay safe and if anything happens just call me out and i'll protect you." Hikari giggled and patted Stantler on the head. She knew that he seemed to worry about her alot but she would survive no matter how much she sorta didn't want to go. She returned Stantler to his orb and headed straight for the door.
Everything had got silent she was very nervous and didn't weather she should knock on the door or even ring the door bell. She was just to take out stantler when her hand acted by themselves and she knocked and rang the doorbell. she was very nervous and didn't know what to do. She looked down with a red face and said, "Woops I'm hope they don't get mad at me." She gave a small giggle and put her head up waiting for someone to answer the door.

Late, late, late! A young girl, not 16 yet, walked up to the party and sighed. "Come on Brals, let's see if I can still come." She looked at the ground, then at her two pokemon following. Brals, a young Pichu, never stayed in her pokeball, she loved to walk around and be Resa's best friend; standing next to Brals was an even younger Growlithe. Vult yawned and pushed Resa forwards. +Come on, let's just say "Hi" and then leave.+ She muttered, a little bitter from being woken. "Vult!" Resa looked back at the party and started to walk closer. "I feel horrible, I'm very late and I didn't bring anything." She bit her lip and started to adjust the blue hat on her head. it was easy to see, if you knew Resa, that she would adjust and readjust, take off and put back on, her hat when she was nervous, scared or uncomfortable.
Brals put her paw on Resa's leg. +Come on, just enjoy yourself.+ She told her trainer. Vult, the less helpful one, snorted and walked past Resa. "Ok," She was about to go say 'Hello,' to Roran and wish him a Happy Birthday, when he was carried away. "Oh." She shook her head and shyly walked to the back of the house. Why did she even come? Resa was horrible when it came to other people, she really hated to talk. Sitting down on a bench she closed her eys and put her head in her hands. The small Pichu jumped onto Resa's lap and sighed. +Let's go have fun.+ She pulled Resa off the bench and into the house. She looked around to see if there was anyone Resa would know, yeah right!
Trudging along behind them, Vult kept her head down, quietly watching for any danger. Was it possible for danger to happen in a place like this? For Vult anything was possible. She pushed Resa forwards, towards the house. A place like this was a great place for her to meet new people and pokemon.
+Oh, Resa!+ Brals jumped up and down. She watched a girl and a guy walk past them and she turned around. +What about that one boy you met in route two in the water?+ resa puzzled for a moment. "He was a trainer," She muttered. Resa didn't really know Roran well, but she'd seen him a couple times, he looked nice. Where was he now? Two large bright blue orbs searched for him, then saw him sitting next to a boy on a couch. Confusion clouded her eyes, Resa shook her head. She didn't think Roran was gay... they were probally just friends. She quickly walked past the couch, sneaking a small glance at Roran and the other boy with her crystal clear blue eyes. Brals and Vult ran as quick as they could with their smaller legs behind her. Sitting down in a chair a ways away, Resa sighed, this was much better than the bench and she was around people. The Growlithe settled down by Resa's feet while the Pichu rested on one of her feet.

Quil coughed soflty, leaving an awkward pause after the joke. He might be polite, but there was no way he was laughing over something so stupid. He did however frown, not at the joke, but at the mention of his Pokémon. "Oh man. Where did he go?" he questioned, putting his head in his hand. "Stupid Pokémon." he muttered quietly, his normal scowl now appearing on his face.
He was worried, as much as he hated to admit it, but he shoved the matter out of his mind. There was no time to worry about a missing Phanpy. Especially one that had just injured the host of the party, he frowned glancing down at the aforementioned foot. Small bite marks could be seen on the shoe and Quil grimaced at the thought of the bite his Pokémon had. "You might want to take your footwear off." he murmered, he would be able to help more once he could acually see the wound.
He returned back to the conversation though, shaking his head at the naive nature of the boy. "I don't that's for sure. Most people don't either. You're wei-unique." he said, nearly insulting the boy before hastily correcting himself.
Quil glanced around the spacious area once again, before nodding. "That makes sense." he said, his interest piqued at the mention that he was a professor. "That's pretty sweet though!" he mumbled, looking around for the many Pokémon he supposdly housed. Finding none that seemed to belong to Roran, he turned back to the young man. "So where are your Pokémon?" he questioned, before locking his own gaze onto Resa's, shooting dagers at her.
He knew perfectly well why she was staring, but did she have to be so obvious about it? All the guests were probably already talking, but hey, newsflash he didn't care.
Shaking his disgruntlement off, he remembered something. "Hey! We should go by the pool. Salt water will help your foot I'm sure." he said, nodding. The salt would sting, but it would disinfect the wound. He got to his feet, and held out his hand as an offer for Roran to get up. "Come on." he added, jerking his head towards the pool.
