((I'm so sorry Grimm!! I don't no why i presumed it would be caught! My mistake! I promise it won't happen again ^^)
Little Foot looked up from her meal, the first to notice the water Pokémon. She wondered what it wanted. If was after some food that definitely wasn't going to happen! So she decided to ignore it and continued eating. Thura, Marlaey's recently captured Rattata, however had different ideas. He was perched on his trainer's shoulder, a place he'd claimed as his own, and was curious about the Wooper.
<You are a very good swimmer!> he shouted over to her.

But she didn't run away. You could still see her blue body in the clearish water. She bobbed back up a little bit and whimpered a little. oh... oh well thank you. She said softly, her cheeks turning a little red as she blushed in response to the compliment. Her purple antenna ears wiggled a little bit and she smiled a little bit. what's your name? Her voice was hardly a whisper. It was incredibly difficult to hear her even if you were really close.

Thura was pleased that the Wooper hadn't swam away and was instead talking to him. But she was very difficult to hear! His ears twitching forwards in an effort to listen. He grinned, pleased she had liked his compliment. Plus her bubbles were cute! Jumping off his trainer's shoulder he tip toed across to the water's edge, ignoring the other pokemon (who were quite busy having fun anyway) and sat down. <My name is Thura! My trainer named me. Do you have a name?> He cocked his head to the side questioningly, <Would you like to play?>

The Wooper was a bit intimidated by the Rattata, despite his vibes being friendly and out-going. She was a shy creature that was hesitant about the things she did, as if she was concerned that she was going to mess up. At the rat's questions, she perked up a little. In fact, she did have a name. <There's a little human girl...she calls me Wishie.> It was a very little girl that she played with sometimes, and the girl's English wasn't the best. Thus 'fishie' somehow ended up being 'Wishie', but she accepted it all the same.
At the prospect of a game, she wasn't sure what to make of it at first. She had to think it over before nodding her head, swimming a bit closer to the Rattata to show her interest. She wasn't one for rough and tough games, but she liked playing quieter ones.
<What about I spy?> She suggested, but she was willing to play something else if the Rattata asked. She looked at him with hopeful eyes, hoping he'd know how to play. All you had to do was go 'I spy with my little eye...something red, or blue, or round' and the person had to guess based on the characteristic. It was fun, at least to her it was.

<Wishie>, Thura repeated to himself quietly, <That's a really pretty name. It suits you.> He smiled at her, glad she had come closer. When she mentioned I spy, Thura frowned for a moment, he wasn't quite sure how to play that game. He'd never played it when he lived in the forest, he was more used to follow the leader and such. But he wanted to play so he looked around and spotted Harper nearby.
<Harper! Could you come her and help me play I spy with my new friend?>
He was taking a big risk as the canine trotted over. Harper's presence might scare Wishie away. Even worse for the water pokemon, Marlaey looked up, noticing her Growlithe moving off towards the bank. She spotted the Wooper too. What now?

WISHIE THE WOOPER APPEARED ! Wishie smiled and blushed at the compliment, looking down towards the earth and moving it around with one of her feet in embarrassment. Compliments were nice, but she never quite learned how to respond to them in a non awkward way. Fortunately he switched quickly into calling his friend to play, but the idea of having another person there... it scared her! When friends tried to play with her, she often felt like a third wheel, and sometimes they didn't even include her. She much preferred one on one interactions because she'd be certain that the other was listening. But she didn't raise a protest to it, and since the Growlithe was a fire type, she had no fear of him.
<H-Hello.> She greeted, afraid to lock eyes with the new canine even though he seemed friendly enough. She wondered if they knew how to play I Spy; she herself hadn't even played it until recently. She decided to be considerate of the two pokemon. "Should I explain the rules...?" She asked tentatively, looking up slightly.

Marlaey decided to leave her pokemon to their own devices for now. There didn't seem to be an argument brewing so she continued brushing Kismit's fur and watching over the ever energetic Mitt.
Harper lay down with his head between his paws attempting to appear somewhat smaller than he was so he'd fit in with Thura and Wishie. <Hello there little fishthing>, he yipped affectionately. Thura introduced the two of to eachother and then nodded when Wishie offered to explain the rules. He was excited to play now! <You should probably go first, to show us how to play>, he offered helpfully.
Harper really liked this little wooper, he wanted to introduce Marlaey to her, but maybe that should wait until Wishie asked to meet her. If she wanted to. If not, he could always try and work it into the conversation somehow!

Wishie smiled shyly at Harper's voice as she was greeted, figuring that he sounded pleasing enough to her ears. He definitely seemed friendly, and he got along with the Rattata that kept talking to her like this. So they needed the rules explained, did they? She nodded at the pair as she accepted going first, liking this game anyways so it wasn't as much as a bother. It meant that she was the center of attention, which made her blush as she thought more about it.
How to explain it so they can understand? <Well, I'm 'it'. So I'll start by saying 'I spy with my little eye, something'...> She looked around, her head giving a clue to what she was looking around at. She saw trees, a red balloon stuck in a tree, a lot of snow, and some guy walking around with a bright red hat. <red. I spy something red. Now you two have to guess what I saw.> She hoped they'd be able to guess--she was looking at the red hat that stood out. Though they could probably find more red things when they looked in other directions, it wouldn't be the direction her head had looked in.
She hoped hers wasn't too hard, since not much was red around here. The Growlithe wouldn't be considered red, would it? She looked at her fur and figured it looked more orange to her, assuming they wouldn't think she spied Harper this turn.

Thura looked around eagerly, trying to find something red. Oh oh oh! Harper was red! Wasn't he? Well orange.. actually, sandy orange.. Ok, maybe Wishie hadn't spied him. It must be something else. He teetered on his toes, spinning around quickly, trying to find something red. <Look! A balloon! Is it the balloon Wishie??>
Harper grinned as he spotted a man's red hat and offered up his own suggestion, <The red hat..?>
Marlaey looked up once more from brushing Kismit and decided that maybe she should ask the Wooper to stay with them so she could keep Harper and Thura's company. She crept over quietly so as not to disturb their game. "Excuse me little one" she whispered, "Would you like to stay friends with us and join our team?"
<You don't have to>, Thura said quietly, <the little girl might miss you.>

Her face lit up when Harper guessed the right answer. She nodded and might have happily clapped her hands if she had any. She settled for squirting a little water gun into the air. She assumed that the next step in the game would be for the trainer and her poke'mon to spy something, and she would have to guess. That was what she was ready for anyways. It came as a surprise when the trainer asked her to join her team. Oh... she didn't know. Thura was right, the girl might miss her, and that girl was her best friend. She suddenly became very withdrawn and looked away from all three of them. "I... I don't think I want to go with you... but can we keep playing?" She asked hopefully. "I mean, I would understand if you wanted to stop."

Harper yipped with delight when he found out he'd guessed right! Oh yes, he was certainly a champion at this game. But when Wishie declined his trainer's offer to come with them he grew sad. His tail dropped low and he whined a little. Marlaey looked to him and understood that the little Wooper prefered to stay where she was. "Don't worry about it", she said encouragingly, "I'm sure you have lots of friends here and they would miss you if you left!" She was saddened that the pretty water pokemon didn't want to come with them, but it wasn't her decision to make. She smiled though, pleased that her pokemon had someone new to play with for now anyway. Getting up and walking back to Kismit she was sure there would be more pokemon appearing soon anyway, it was a long route after all!
Thura smiled at Wishie and drew closer to her. Cowardly though he usually was, he managed to work up enough courage to reach out and give her a hug. Withdrawing quickly so as not to make her uncomfortable he said cheerily, <Of course we can play again!> He peered around and his eyes landed on Little Foot. She was very green in comparison to the snow ridden foliage. <I spy with my little eye, something green!> he declared.

It was unfortunate for Marlaey that the Wooper preferred the company of the little girl, who she considered her best friend. She couldn't give up on the memories she had with that small girl to travel with a trainer, even if the trainer was very nice. She could only continue with the apologetic smile until she was told not to worry about it. <R-Right...> She felt as if she let them down somehow, but she didn't want to think about it for much longer.
They were playing again, and it was her turn to guess what the Rattata could find. Something green? Some of the pine trees had green on them, which was her first guess. But then a Budew came out of nowhere, sort of nearby as he sang happily to himself. <The...Budew? The trees?> She didn't realize that the answer was right under her nose.
The Turtwig would be guessed soon, but she only guessed the first things that popped into her vision. She looked at the Rattata with a hesitant look, eager to hear if she was right at all. If not, then she would definitely keep guessing.

Harper wriggled his backside and tail with glee when Wishie guessed. He was so excited to see if she was right, this game was fun! He waited eagerly to see whether she'd gotten her guess right, but Thura shook his head grinning. <Na ah! Not the trees or the Budew!> They only spared the singing grass type a glance, more focused on their game.
But Harper couldn't wait for Thura's turn to finish. He yipped, his eyes wide with happiness, <I spy with my little eye, something blue! Or purple! Or grey?> He was referring to the sky, which was a mix of all those colours, but it may have sounded slightly confusing!

Oh... okay. Wishie looked around once more. She already had the Turtwig in mind to guess, but she wanted to make absolutely sure that it was a good guess. She was satisfied and was about to say her next guess, but Harper jumped in. She quickly shut her mouth and let the fire type speak. She quickly became a bit flustered. "Uh... uh the Turtwig. No that's not purple... my ears? Green?" Was she supposed to keep guessing for green? Or purple? She made a little eep sound and quickly hung her head, really wanting to hide because she was a bit embarrassed that she got so flustered. That was really out of character for her. "Umm... sorry."

Harper blinked as the little fish confused herself in front of them. Thura tried to calm her down, <It's alright Wishie, you got the right answer for green! It was the Turtwig! Her name is Little Foot. Don't mind Harper, he's just being silly.> The rat, who was in awe of the Growlithe, looked pleadingly to him for advice and help with the situation.
Harper swallowed, embarrassed he'd upset Wishie again. <I'm sorry, you don't have to guess my bluey-purpley-grey question. I didn't mean to get so excited.> he really did feel bad now.

The Wooper bit the inside of her lip nervously and continued to avert her gaze. Well there were lots of colourful things – it would take her a while to figure out what was blue, purple and grey. Did the shadow of a berry count? Or perhaps the sky? She looked skywards to check, her eyes resting on the sun, which crested the horizon lazily.
Nope, not the sky. Not unless it was night time in Harper's world, which seemed to be easily excitable. The shy Wooper looked back down again and continued to blush as Harper apologised to her. “Oh- Oh! No, it's... Not your fault,” she murmured, her voice almost silent. She shuffled on her feet and curled her tail around herself protectively.
“I...Um... I spy something with my little eye, something that is...” She looked around for a moment and scanned her surroundings. There were red berries, green leaves, blue-ish water which seemed to be a little bit green actually, as though it was somewhat polluted. Her eyes returned to Harper and she suddenly smiled slightly. “Black.” She said, shuffling her feet again. But what could be black? The shadows, the Wooper's eyes, or... The markings on Harper's pelt and haunches, perhaps?

Thura frowned. Black....blackblackblack.. There were a lot of things that could be what Wishie had spied. The rocks and stones near the water were black from being constantly splashed, but would that count. He looked around, his tail swishing back and forth as his eyes wandered. Eyes! Maybe Wishie's beetle black eyes? But he wasn't sure.. What could it be?
Harper lay down and rolled over, looking up at the sky. Black. Well the clouds definitely weren't black, that would mean rain! He swiveled around and looked into the trees. Were there blackberries there? Nope. Shadows! Shadows were black he thought triumphantly as he looked at the underbrush of the forest.
<You're eyes?> guessed Thura. <Shadows?> asked Harper.
Marlaey too was looking around the forest, but she wasn't playing a game. She was hoping to spot another wild pokemon to battle or perhaps capture.

::wooper:: Wishie the Wooper L (6) // F Damp & Water Absorb Water Gun * Tail Whip * Mud Sport shy, mellow, down to earth "Nope. Good guesses though." She said, a bit more warmly than before. She encouraged her new friends with a small smile on her round blue head. She traveled a bit closer to them- coming up entirely out of the water. It had taken a few rounds, but she felt safe enough to come and properly join them. Wishie set her tail down, purposely pointing it at Harper's body, hoping that it would be a good enough hint for one of them. If they were just sharp eyed enough to notice that her body posture, although not unnatural, wasn't normal. It was just the slightest bit awkward, the way she was sitting with her tail pointed off to the side rather than comfortably behind her.
She was having a bit of fun with this trainer. Maybe.... maybe if she went and talked to her little girl friend, the child would understand if Wishie went with this trainer? The Wooper doubted that another trainer would come along like this one. And the poke'mon she already had were all so friendly! But... she had already refused their offer once, and the shy poke'mon felt awkward bringing it back up.

Thura beamed when he saw Wishie come onto dry land. He felt good knowing that she trusted them enough to do so. Harper too was feeling pleased by the Wooper's decision. He had a big silly grin plastered across his face and his tail was swishing to and fro. It actually ended up knocking Thura over, who tumbled backwards, almost falling into the water! But he wasn't about to give out to his idle, so he picked himself up, shook himself a little and decided to stand well clear of that bushy white tail. As he walked back to the group he subconsciously glanced at Wishie's tail, probably making note of where it was in case it too knocked him over. But it looked like it was in a strange position for her. He tilted his head in confusion for a moment.
He looked at her tail, then at her. She was smiling. Again at the tail, then back to her. Wait a minute....
He looked to where her tail was pointing and saw Harper. But he was orange! Orange.. with black stripes! Huzzah!! Grinning broadly Thura raised his hand eagerly, <I know, I know! Harper's markings!> He was so sure he got it right this time too. Harper blinked in surprise, checked his coat and then yipped happily. <This really is a fun game Wishie!> he exclaimed, feeling as though he'd won some sort of quiz show. He turned to Thura, <We should play this from now on don't you think? Maybe the others would like to play too!>
