In the beginning he was yawning and getting hit, now he was getting hit but no longer yawning anymore. The Aqua Jet that came after him was faster than anything he had seen so far and the attack also received a nice boost to do more damage. The hope was that when the Kabutops collided with him, he would somehow have his head smacked back into order and regain some form of brain that he seemed to lack. Unfortunately that was not the case as he was still as dumb as ever. Rather, he might have been even more dumb to be exact...
The Hoppip sent a powerful solarbeam at the Vullaby which struck her hard as she angrily had to deal with the same target again and she began to lose even more health as the battle went on. She saw the Cubchoo still tear eyed and still crying and it really hurt her physically and emotionally.
To the point where she was about to send a dark pulse at her target, but unfortunately it never came as the Hippopotas, for some dumb reason decided to slam as hard as he could against her. Fainting her in the process and doing a serious amount of damage to him... Great!
Interesting tidbit though, a weird thing was happening to the Hoppip as this occurred. Almost as if he was ready to evolve all the way back to normal again.

Oh, what a nice day, what a nice day indeed! The weather was simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The temperature was just right, boiling hot and unbearable! The rain was pouring too like it never wanted to stop! Soaking wet from and dying from the heat! Just how Noah liked it! Being a native from the Sinnoh region where it was always cold, he never experienced such refreshing and certainly not torturous climate. He loved it! Him and Loki weren't panting heavily and craving for water. Nuh-uh, not at all! Why would they need that? They only came to prank some old dude and get themselves a random TM and that extra egg move. Sadly, it won't take long and they won't be bale to take their time on this beautiful, barren route. What a pity!
Noah thought he was going to die. The rain cooled him down a little, but the heat was still horrible. Wearing a thick and heavy trench coat made him feel even worser, but it was necessary for the prank. It took him almost two hours to come up with this and he weren't going to quit right before the goal. He didn't have any better ideas anyway so it's not like he could do something else than this.
Sneaking up behind Seamus, Noah quickly poked the elder male's shoulders. "Excuse me, mister. Could you turn around? I have something for you here." As soon as he said that, Noah threw off the trench coat, revealing his completely nude body. As soon as he got rid of that heavy and hot piece of clothing, a gentle breeze swept by the boy. He felt incredibly for a brief moment before he realized he was supposed to prank someone here.
Clearing his throat, Noah straightened up and crossed his arms before his chest. "See this present here? It's yours. Go ahead and open it." Despite being naked, there was something covering his most important part. A large box wrapped in light blue paper with a nice, red ribbon was placed between Noah's legs, hiding his privates inside. It was the stupidest and most perverted idea Noah ever had, but that was the only prank that came to his mind. He thought he was going to die from embarrassment as he stood in front of Seamus and he hoped he could finish the prank and leave as quickly as possible.

Well, shit. It looked as if Kindle's efforts weren't enough to knock out the Vullaby, and right when it looked like the egg shelled bird was ready to strike, the Hippopotas came in and saved the youngster's butt. All it took was a Double Edge to finish the Vullaby off, apparently ending the battle between the four Pokemon. <I have a feeling that was meant for me.> The Kabutops stared at the Hippopotas in horror, before giving up and shaking his head. No matter what he conjectured about the Hippopotas's true intentions, the ground type seemed too stupid to actually pull them off. How worthless. Whether he finished the Hippopotas off or not, it didn't matter. Stupidity was contagious, and he didn't want to catch it. <It's ok now, I think.> Kindle sighed, patting himself to check for signs of evolution. Sure enough, he began to grow and change! His body rapidly switched from Hoppip to Skiploom, and soon he became a Jumpluff once again.
That was definitely a relief, and the grass type was filled with joy. <Yes! I'm back to normal! Kindle is back, baby! Woohoo!> He grinned with glee, picking up the baby Cubchoo and twirling it around and around. Seamus was getting dizzy from all of that spinning, so he returned the Cubchoo to make Kindle settle down. <Aww, meanie. I was just having fun.> Kindle pouted, perching on his trainer's shoulder as Seamus plucked a Great Ball out of his pocket. That Vullaby was his! He lobbed it at the flying type, hoping to add another Pokemon to his team. She was strong enough to fit in, and she didn't act like a total brute. That was good enough for him, really.
Then came a strange looking boy wearing a heavy trench coat, which made Seamus look warm at first sight. He clutched his Feebas egg protectively, just in case this guy happened to be a thief. He certainly looked suspicious, but Seamus was older and much more unattractive. It didn't make sense to have a 17 something year old rapist going around to hunt for 40 something year old men. It was unheard of! Perhaps this was a mugger, ready to wield his gun and eager to hold one of his Pokemon hostage. Rust perked up at Noah's voice, but didn't really give a damn about what was going on. As long as that Hippopotas didn't interfere, it was all good. "Something for me?" Seamus attempted to smile, but it looked like a very disgusted frown. He looked pissed off, actually! "...what?" Seamus's eyes narrowed when Noah stripped himself in front of him, save for a cardboard box covering his privates.
It seemed rather obvious as to what should be inside, but was it worth it? What if there was something valuable inside? This sounded like a childish prank, no matter how Seamus looked at it. Kindle looked confused as he sat on his trainer's shoulder, staring down at the box with innocent curiosity. He hesitantly reached towards the lid of the box and tried to open it. There better be cash in there.

Well, this prank was seriously embarrassing. Noah could hardly stand Seamus' probing glare, focused on the present between his legs. The older man didn't try to open the present, luckily for the boy since his secret would've been revealed if he did. The Jumpluff had different ideas than its trainer. It tore open the present AND...nothing was inside it. Not even Noah's privates. The boy had been wearing swimming trunks all along, but it couldn't be seen thanks to the box.
"Oh, sorry. I forgot the present at home. I'll go and get it." Putting on the trenchcoat again, Noah ran away with all of his might, mentally cursing himself for forgetting to put those rabid Carvanhas in the box. However, now that he thought about it, those Carvanhas might've attacked his family jewels too. That thought made Noah shudder. Seamus probably won't meet him again.
A Pokémon had been watching and following the strange boy with the trenchcoat ever since he took his first step on Route 5. That thick and heavy piece of clothing was mesmerizing for the creature with its worn out and dirty appearance. It wanted to get its small hands on the trenchcoat, but the human kept it on himself all the time. The Pokémon was very happy when the boy finally took it off, but before it could steal it, the trainer put it on again and left.
The Cranidos was dumbfounded by the boy's sudden actions. He didn't understand what could've caused him to leave so quickly. He was too fast for the fossil pokemon; even if it tried to chase the human, it couldn't catch up with him. The rock type took a glance at the old man not too far away. The boy was talking to him a moment ago before he fled. It must have been this human's fault the trenchcoat was gone!
<Hey, you! What did you do to the trenchcoat?!> The Cranidos was pissed off the trenchcoat disappeared along with the boy. This old man had to pay now! Since the human would die if it attacked him, the Cranidos targetted the man's Pokémon. If it beat that Kabutops, the mean man would realize his mistake and apologize! Lowering its head, the rock type charged at the other fossil Pokémon and made an attempt to smash into the pokemon's stomach. Who cared if the recoil damage would be tremendous; this was a battle it had to win!

The box was open, and there was absolutely nothing inside of the box; much to Seamus's surprise. He was certain that this was a foolish prank that was common among teenagers, but this time it was different. It was a surprise. His expectations were proven wrong, much to his relief. He wasn't one that felt comfortable around any type of genetilia, and underaged willies were disgusting in his eyes. He wanted nothing to do with it. "Good. Get out of here, before something kills you." He muttered, suddenly craving a hard shot of whiskey as he wiped more sweat off of his forehead. Kindle looked confused, but understood the prank for what it was; stupid. <There was nothing in there! Meanie.> Kindle stuck his tongue out at Noah as he ran off, but the moment he did, things became boring again. How annoying. At least the Feebas egg looked like fun, even if it was hogging all of Seamus's attention. <Hey Dad! Let me watch the egg.> The Jumpluff motioned to the Feebas egg in those skinny pale arms, all coated in sweat and aching from pain.
He was a reliable Pokemon, and he always wanted to be the 'big brother'! Seamus didn't trust the Jumpluff, but maybe it would've been a good experience for the Pokemon. Right as he handed it over to Kindle, an obnoxious Cranidos appeared out of nowhere. What was going on? The Kabutops that was creeping in the background grinned wildly at the sight of a fellow fossil Pokemon, feeling nostalgic of the old days when he lived in prehistoric times. Now those days were hella awesome. <Trenchcoat? Don't tell me you need clothing in this weather.> Rust snickered, approaching the Cranidos from behind with his two scythes looming in front of him.
"What does it want?" Seamus wasn't amused, though a fossil Pokemon was valuable. Perhaps interacting with it wasn't a miserable idea. <This egg is no trenchcoaat, mister.> Kindle stood tall on Seamus's shoulders, holding the Feebas egg in his soft powder puffs. No matter what, this egg was going to be protected under his care!

[style=height:239px] POKEMON ENCOUNTER The cranidos was still pissed that the man had left and now he had to blame this guy and his pokemon. What the hell was this kabutops doing standing near him? It really irked him and pissed him off to no end for some reason. It was like he was unable to focus on one thing for too long until he just let his rage take over. WIthin moments he was suddenly feeling his whole body getting psyched up suddenly. There was a psychic energy suddenly pulsing around his entire body and within moments it lowered it's rock-like head as it shot forwards at Rust. Less talking, more trenchcoats, and give me that egg then. I'll make a trenchcoat out of it he said as he was already on his way charging forwards at the speed of light towards Rust. The Cranidos was looking rowdy, and Seamus carefully backed away with his arms held out in front of him. If this rocky demon from the pits of the ancient eras thought it could hurt him, it was dead wrong. It was so wrong, that it was going to be fossilized and remain isolated for millions of years. Then maybe put it up on display for adults to mock for years in a dusty old museum. Ah, yes. This was the scientists insult from the depths of his narcissist brain.
When the Cranidos aimed its shining head at Rust, the Kabutops scowled as he held out his scythes to stop the attack. He thought it would be simple to stop this twerp in his place, but the Cranidos was actually pushing him backwards! He could feel the strain in his blade like arms, and he couldn't keep up his defense for long.
As cheap as it was to use a super effective move, Rust needed the health. He rubbed his Big Root for good luck and slipped it back into a small scale on his chest that acted as a pocket. <The only eggs that'll be trench coats are your offspring, punk.> Rust hissed, despite having weak intentions to actually protect his trainer's Feebas egg. The sooner it broke, the sooner he could eat.
Raising his two scythes in the air, he attempted to stab them into the Cranidos' shoulders. His Mega Drain wasn't the strongest attack out there, but health was good, and he wanted it back. Kindle shielded the egg's "eyes" at Rust's violent battlestyle. <It'll be ok, eggu. I'm here.> Kindle wanted to cry at the sight of scythes and violence, but he had an egg to save!

[style=height:239px] POKEMON ENCOUNTER The cranidos was silently cursing the fact that he couldn't make a trench coat yet, but the mega drain bubbles suddenly appeared around him. He was dodging like he was from the matrix, but they kept coming at him. It was an endless tornado of green bubbles it looked like. Suddenly, he got an idea and turned around with his tail whipping at the lowest one that suddenly absorbed his health. It hurt like hell and he felt like his energy was being drained all over. The health slowly depleting from the cranidos, but he was still toughing it out since he was going to teach this monstrosity a lesson. Mold breaker activated as the cranidos suddenly screeched out loud with the biggest roar he could muster, which literally created a fierce gust of wind aimed straight for Rust to lower his defenses quite a bit. He was just trying to be intimidating so he could reach his own goal to become a trench coat master. Suddenly he basically charged and was aiming to use the spikes on the top of his cranium to smash as hard as he could into Rust. Digging his claws into the ground and then using the force of his massive head to literally fly through the air while using his powerful muscles to jump so that he could bring his head back. Then suddenly he used as much force as he could to try smashing his head really hard against Rust's rock hard one. Also, his battle armor would do nothing as mold breaker activated just then, but all it would do is make it possible for a critical hit. Nothing too special, but this move didn't warrant a successful crit hit anyways. This was slightly tricky, but Seamus was able to figure out what was going on. Taking out a calculator and a notepad, he started scribbling down the battle calculations for the battle. He doodled Kabutops as an angry looking triangle, and the Cranidos as a kooky oval. Both were horribly drawn, but Kindle had no taste in art and couldn't judge. He kept the egg nice and warm with his powder puffs as he leaned over to stare at the lines of lead.
Written down: Mega Drain + Big Root = nice health. Might be high green. Super Eff.
Hit by Headsmash. Nrm dam. Health ~high yell. Cranidos has ~same. Seamus had to abbreviate just about everything to keep up with the battle, but it helped organize things in case Rust needed decent advice. The Cranidos was probably suffering from recoil right now, making it difficult for the rock type to last long in their battle. Unless the Cranidos could magically restore its health, then it was going down fast.
Rust despised the Cranidos for getting such a good shot in, and that Mold Breaker was something to worry about. He felt so fragile and vulnerable now, and that had to change. Swiping the air to get a Hone Claws in, his blades sparked with resplendent light as they grew in size. Now better than ever, he aimed a Slash at the tiny dino's neck.

The Cranidos got in a clean hit on the Kabutops, but he couldn't enjoy his successful attack for long as he felt a sharp pain run through his spine. This was the recoil from his Head Smash. Sometimes the Cranidos wished he had the Rock Head ability instead of Mold Breaker. it was usually when something like this happened and he had to suffer from a major headache.
That goddamn Rust - or whatever his trainer called the brutal fossil - didn't let the thickheaded dinosaur catch his breath. It strengthened his scythes and made them longer with a magic trick of some sort and swung it down at his neck. The Cranidos grit his teeth and endured the hit, his rock hard skin repelling the Slash.
Sneering at the stupid mobster, the trenchcoat loving rock type stomped on the ground. Fluorescent lights surrounded a few rocks and, in a blink of an eye, they were filled with a prehistoric energy and floated into the air, pointing at Rust. Suddenly, the Cranidos eyes flashed and the boulders flew towards the Kabutops, becoming deadly projectiles.

It was a duel between two offensive fossil Pokemon, and thankfully Rust had the advantage. For some reason this twerp didn't want to evolve, and that was giving the blade wielding Kabutops all of the advantage he needed. With a laugh, he swiped away at the Ancientpower as several glowing rocks attempted to come at him from behind. He could only slash away so many rocks before they collided into him, but for a while he was doing a decent job dodging! He panted as he backed away from the kiddo, wondering how he was supposed to finish this sucker off. He could tell by the quickened breath of the Cranidos that he was getting weaker, but he wasn't sure how much weaker he was. Something about this felt off from a mere Slash attack, but Rust figured that he was so awesome that he got a radical Critical Hit in there.
It was the only conclusion he could gather from the power of his attack, and he felt pretty damn lucky from it. <Kid, you should check out the City of Water. Back where I came from, we had trench coats, weed, and dark sunglasses. You'd like it.> He laughed at the memories, recalling all kinds of brutish acts he used to pull off. Somehow he had become more tame while traveling with Seamus, but he still had violent impulses that couldn't be controlled. He almost wanted to cut something off of the Cranidos for fun, but doing that to a fellow fossil Pokemon didn't feel right. The kid was alright in his mind, so why torture him that much? <Maybe you'll see it in your dreams.> He snickered, slamming each scythe into the earth to turn his blades into solid rock. Once they were hardened and sharp as ever, he rushed towards the Cranidos to use a vicious Stone Edge on the youngster's sides. At least his Hone Claws made the attack a bit more accurate than usual, making it a little harder to dodge.
As Seamus watched the battle from the sidelines, Kindle stayed close by to keep the egg safe from harm. If any of those roughians dared to approach this new life form, he was going to Cotton Spore both of their asses. Right then, the egg began to hatch! Seamus stared in wonder and Kindle let out a delighted gasp, watching the egg hatch in admiration as a tiny Feebas popped right out! It gasped frantically for water, and it didn't seem to like being in this hot weather at all. "Hang on, hang on." Seamus scrambled for the nearest Pokeball and stashed the Feebas inside, keeping it safe for the time being. Phew.

--viva la trench coats! The Kabutops has been a major torn in the Cranidos' side ever since the fight started and the ancient creature wasn't going to take it any longer. Even though the info about the trenchcoats in Water City would be useful for later and he felt kind of grateful for it, the thickheaded Pokémon didn't change his opinion about the Kabutops and was ready to kick its ass. Before he could do anything, however, the thug attacked him with a powerful rock type move. The Cranidos was confident in his tough body, but he didn't want to risk getting hit by that attack even if he could endure the hit. It would be very stupid to underestimate the Stone Edge's power. He wasn't Roronoa Zoro who could take deadly attacks head-on and, despite getting turned into a bloody mess, still get up again and again and defeat his enemies like a badass motherfucker. When the Kabutops' scythes headed for his neck, he twisted his body to the side to avoid them. Unfortunately, the movement was too rough and sudden, making his bones let out a cracking sound from the forced dodge. <Ow, shit! This hurts like hell, goddamn it!> He hissed in pain as tears welled up in his eyes and started rubbing his aching spine. Rock types, especially fossil pokemon, weren't made for quick and nimble tricks. Oh well, at least he managed to avoid the Stone Edge. Now he could begin his counterattack.
<Thanks for the info about the trenchcoats. I'll check it out after I kick your ass.> Water City, huh? It was somewhere near Route 3, that place with the huge forest, right? He heard people could only pass through if they had the Cut HM in their possession. This wasn't too much of a problem - he could ask one of the inhabitants with Cut to help him out. One of the Krookodiles told him there was a very helpful Scyther there that liked to help strangers get through the route by cutting down the trees that blocked their path. He just had to look for the bug type and he would be fine.
Whatever, at the moment he didn't have time to plan his journey. The Kabutops was no pushover and if he wanted to defeat it, he had to go all out. The gloves were off, he won't hold back! <Don't worry, fella. I'll bring you a trenchcoat from Water City too, as a token of my gratitude!!> The Cranidos screeched loudly and lowered his head, pointing his hard skull at the Kabutops. Suddenly, the blue part of his head turned pink and emitted a bright, mysterious light. The prehistoric beast didn't hesitate to attack and burst forward like a speeding bullet, aiming his Zen Headbutt at his opponent's midsection.

Dammit! Rust didn't think that the twerp would be able to dodge while his Hone Claws was in effect. Turns out Stone Edge was still as inaccurate as ever, and the damn Cranidos managed to get in a painful Zen Headbutt in the process. For a rock type, Rust had some pretty crappy defenses over here. His slender physique was meant to give him the speed, attack and accuracy necessary to sweep away his foes. Defense was unnecessary bulk that got in the way, but he was starting to wish that he had the weight of a Bastiodon at this point. He'd at least be capable of enduring all of these hits without wishing his life was over. Seamus was also starting to get worried, and with Kindle tucked away in his arms, he anxiously stood back up. His view from the ground wasn't meeting his expectations, and he needed to figure out their best options. It looked as if the Cranidos was going to knock out Rust at this point, but maybe they could hang in there.
"Hone Claws and Mega Drain. Take as much health as you can." It was their best option at this point, since Rust looked like a gentle gust of wind could knock him over. The Kabutops breathed deeply as he shifted left and right, feeling like an old pendulum on an abandoned grandfather clock. With a swift slicing motion, his two scythes began to extend in length. They grew, and grew, and got thicker and larger. Attacks would be even harder to dodge, and his physical strength was even higher than before. It was a shame that power wouldn't help his Mega Drain, but the accuracy was what they needed. <You're a little shit, you know that?> He huffed, ready to kick this youngster's ass before the Cranidos could hurt his own. This was the all or nothing attack!
Rust lowered his head as he stared ahead at his target, eager to pounce and scare bricks of shit out of that ancient tushie. With a wicked grin, he ran towards the Cranidos and attempted to dig his scythes into the rock type's behind. He was going to sap the health out of this bugger even if it meant taking another Zen Headbutt, dammit! Kindle winced and hid his eyes behind his pom poms at the sight, always feeling a little sick whenever Rust did something this drastic.

The Crainados was hit with a mega drain, a move that had two negative consequences. First it was super effective against him so he lost a good amount of health due to it. Second, it also gave a lot of health to Rust at the same time. But the Crainados was far from about to lose the match. He would fight on. He still had a few moves up his sleeve to win. He still could do it. He could still do it.
He gave another screeching sound before he rushed forth and tried to take his target down with him. With is low health, he would likely faint from the recoil anyways. So hopefully Rust would faint with him. >To death do us part!< The delusion and rash Crainados said.

Holy crap look at that-- Mold Breaker kicked Rust's Battle Armor out of the way. The lucky bastard managed to get a critical hit with its ineffective Take Down, and the Cranidos managed to knock Rust right into the ground. The Kabutops let out a pained hiss as he struggled to get back up, only to fall back down to the earth. Much like an ant that was stepped on, he was barely able to move around after so much battling. Kindle let out a surprised whinny, never expecting Rust to go down after all of that hype about Mega Drain! Maybe it was time to give their Mega Drain an upgrade, since it was absolutely nothing compared to Giga Drain. "This is the part where we use my ultimate plan." Seamus quietly took out Rust's Pokeball and returned him immediately, not wanting to leave Rust behind as he planned his escape. There was no need dealing with an aggressive wild Pokemon if it already knocked one of his out.
So many of his Pokemon were battered and injured, but the experience was good. That was the nice thing about training-- you still got levels whether you won or lost. The experience was all that mattered, and right now Rust was learning about his own weaknesses in battle. Seamus hoped for the fossil's sake that it was a good kick in the ego, since Rust was so difficult to contain at times! "Wild Cranidos, you have insulted the human race. I stand before you giving you the chance to live or die." Kindle gave his trainer a 'wtf' look as Seamus kept his hands in his pockets, carrying his trench coat over his shoulder since the damn sun made it too hot to wear. He made himself look as prominent as possible as he puffed out his lanky, skinny white boy chest. He was a man of power and prestige, and nothing could stop him now!
"Ok you can live. Bye bye." He scampered as fast as a young Deerling over the rocky terrain, bolting from the Cranidos hoping that he could somehow outrun it. Old man versus a youthful dinosaur. Well, technically the dinosaur was ancient--even older than he was! It was possible he could outrun that old man if he tried! "Ho ho hooo! You'll never catch me alive!" Seamus cried, feeling like he snapped yet again while under the influence of the heat.

-- Beware the rhydon! The Take Down hit the opponent and knocked it off of its feet. The Cranidos smirked at the unlucky Kabutops, puffing out his chest with pride. He showed this bastard what would happens to people who are foolish enough to mock him. Now, it was the trainer's turn to pay for chasing away that boy with the trenchcoat. However, as he turned to the human, the recoil from his previous attack kicked in and his remaining health quickly withered away. <Damn it...> The ancient rock type cursed under his breath and collapsed on the ground. The last thing he saw before blacking out was the old man's retreating figure. <Coward.> The Cranidos snorted, as he lost his consciousness.
Well, Seamus managed to get away from the Cranidos, but there were more Pokémon on this route beside it. Mt. Ryuu was crawling with powerful Pokémon and if you weren't careful you could even lose your life if you ran into one of the more violent ones. Hopefully, Seamus knew how to handle them, because he just invaded the territory of an extremely dangerous beast. The beast was a Rhydon who hated uninvited guests. The Rhydon was resting in his cave when he heard the running footsteps. Furrowing his brows angrily, he checked his calendar to see if he was waiting for a guest. Since he didn't find anything he assumed it was an intruder and quickly ran out of his home to catch the bastard.
<WHO DARES TO INTRUDE MY TERRITORY WITHOUT BEING INVITED?! I HATE RUDE PEOPLE WHO JUST BREAK INTO OTHERS' HOMES!> The Rhydon bellowed, eyes bloodshot from rage. As he searched for the source of the footsteps, he spotted a human running towards him. Scowling, he charged at the trainer to smash his fist into the old guy's stupid face.

WELL. A punch from a Rhydon to a 40 something year old man's face could probably kill him, so we aren't going to let this happen. Kindle was still attached to Seamus's backside, and right when they thought the Cranidos was down, they began to stop and rest. Seamus found some comfort in the shade of a much taller rock, but within seconds there was a deep rumble that made his feet shake and itch. All of this trembling combined with foot sweat made him uncomfortable, and he was quickly getting nauseous as the Rhydon ran towards him. His senses were all messed up and his brain felt fried, but he could hear the frightening roar of the Rhydon behind him as it aimed a Hammer Arm to his face. "K-Kindle...!" Seamus squeaked, barely able to talk as the Jumpluff scrambled over his shoulders with puff balls raised to take the hit.
He set up a quick Cotton Guard right as the fist connected, stopping the punch from smashing into Seamus. Still, the attack sent Kindle flying back into Seamus due to his light weight. It didn't hurt him that badly, but the force made Seamus stumble backwards as he stared up at the Rhydon. "Oh jesus christ why this." He groaned, wishing this barrage of territorial monsters would end. <Owww.> The little Jumpluff whined, sensing that the Rhydon was a bit stronger than he was based on the Hammer Arm. It wasn't even that effective, but this guy was bulky and strong! Scary too, and he sure didn't want to deal with him.
"I think we picked on his offspring." Seamus muttered, holding Kindle in his arms as he debated staying or fighting. His Pokemon team was gradually running out of energy at this point, and he needed supplies badly. A trip to the Pokemon Center seemed like a good idea at this point, but was it even worth going there on foot? Seemed exhausting. Probably risky too, considering his age. <Hey! Mister, are you a daddy? Is your wife pretty?> Kindle of course got all excited at Seamus's suggestion, and went off on a tangent.

The Rhydon didn't want to kill the human so he held back when he hurled his massive arm at his back, but his concerns were for naught since his punch was blocked by the man's Jumpluff. <Get out of here! This is my territory and I don't remember inviting you to my home.> He tended to be a little forgetful sometimes, but the Rhydon was sure these people were uninvited intruders. If he was wrong, though, he would apologize for being a bad host and attacking his guests and hoped they would still visit his humble home.
<No, child, I don't have a wife or children. I am single.> The Rhydon was socially awkward a few times and scared away his potential girlfriends so he was alone at the moment, spending his lonely days inside his cave, slurping tea. <So, what business do you have here?!> He raised his voice again, snapping at the trembling human and the cotton ball aggressively.
