”I love you.” With that, Portia could not help but back away slowly… Was this pokemon some kind of stalker who wanted her trainer? She glanced up at Kenta who was just standing there and looked at the other pokemon. ”Your kind of weird… Did you know that?”
She looked at her trainer again and then back at the pokemon for a moment.
”I-I-I mean. I love you like a freshly baked cookie on a Friday night.” Okay, that was it, she was done with this. She got on the other side of her trainer and started pushing him towards the trail. ”It was nice to talk with you, but we must get going.”
She said to him, pushing her trainer a bit harder. He moved without a problem, sticking his stick out, checking the ground and then walking slowly down the path. ::bidoof:: MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by -- Changes Used -- Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative
What?!? His loved one was going to desert him after all the fun times they had had, even though the had just met. HE had to do something, they couldn't just leave him alone now! "Please! Don't leave me at at time like this! Don't you want to keep all the memories that we've experienced together? Don't leave me!!!" the bidoof shouted. He had realised that the only way to stop the trainer leaving now was to do the easy thing, which was to physically stop him in his tracks; he didn't want to, but it was the only thing he could think off. "I'm sorry my love!" he shouted with his eyes closed and he lunged in the air towards the trainer, hoping to cling onto him.

Portia had to get her trainer from here. Kenta was smiling, not even knowing what was going on and honestly, she was happy he could not see or hear what they were saying. Sure, he was blind, but he did not understand Pokémon speak either. She let out a sigh and turned back at the Pokémon. ”Please! Don't leave me at at time like this! Don't you want to keep all the memories that we've experienced together? Don't leave me!!!" She snorted slightly, bouncing beside Kenta as they moved towards the trail, hoping to find him a good place to rest and get to know there new team member better. He would also be giving the young guy his new name.
”I'm sorry my love!" She turned, seeing the Pokémon coming at her trainer. She let out her own cry and used Extrasensory on the Pokémon. Knowing it would do some good damage, it was 100% accurate and it could also cause the Pokémon to flinch. Kenta knew the sound of a battle and he turned towards the sound of the other Pokémon. ”I don’t know what is going on, but Portia never battles unless she has too.” He also had another Pokémon he had to train. Portia had gotten it started.

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by Extrasensory Changes Used Tackle Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Bidoof had only wanted a hug. Now a pulse of psychic energy sent the beaver sprawling over the dust pelted earth. The beaver felt betrayed by Kenta, the man whom he had wanted to simply admire and stuff. Glaring at the Spoink angrily, the Bidoof dropped onto all fours and wiggled his rump in the air as he prepared to pounce.
“You’ll pay dearly for that!” Oh dear, more cliché threats. Like the Spoink, however, the Bidoof only held one attack that would be of use – his Tackle, and that was exactly what the Bidoof sprung into once he had recovered from the initial shock of the Extrasensory. No flinch hax this time, I’m afraid. Perhaps next time.

Portia did not care what the pokemon wanted. She had a trainer to protect and this Bidoof, he was weird. She snorted slightly, looking up at her trainer for just a moment, she looked back at the Bidoof who had a hurt look in his eye. She honestly did not care. ”Next time you will learn to not mess with my trainer, especially running at him while his back is turned.” She said in her harsh tones. She did not care about this Bidoof and she would not give the pokemon a chance on there team.
”You’ll pay dearly for that!” She snorted, bouncing slightly, narrowing her eyes at him. She watched as he sprung forward at him and she braced for impact. Which is exactly what happened. She was about to attack when she saw Kenta take out her pokeball and return her. ”Enough Portia, we have to train our newest member as well.”
He said. He then released Hedley who flapped his wings, looking around in slight shock and wondering what he was doing out. ”Hedley, this is your first battle. MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by nothing Changes Used Tackle Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Angry at the sudden switch, the Bidoof took up a stance in front of the Zubat, eyeing it. He knew about these things. Some of them could poison you, others could confuse. Immaturely the Bidoof simply assumed that the Zubat could do at least one of the two, not waiting to see if his assumptions were pre-conceived or inaccurate.
Charging into another Tackle, he took advantage of the time borrowed to him from the switch. Aiming for the Zubat’s wing seemed like a logical thing to do, maybe just to knock it out of the air or in an attempt to damage the thin membrane that stretched from the bone in the wing. “Sorry man, I don’t want to hurt you since you’re new, but it seems I have no choice.” He growled, digging his claws into the earth as he propelled himself into the air.

HEDLEY IS OUT FOR BATTLEZUBATLevel Three Poison & Flying Type Inner Focus Ability Leech Life
Zubat watched the pokemon with interest. This was a battle, he was going to battle with this pokemon right here and he had only just joined the team. Hedley was ready for this, he was ready to get stronger, each and every day he did this. He fluttered slightly up towards the sky and then downward. He was smaller then most Zubats, giving him a slight advantage over the Bidoof, since he made a smaller target. He was still not completely healed from the round with his own clan members, but that did not matter now, he had one thing that would help.
”Sorry man, I don’t want to hurt you since you’re new, but it seems I have no choice.” He smiled slightly, really he did not care. He was able to move a bit faster then the pokemon, before using his own Leech Life. Since Kenta was blind, he could not call out attacks unless he had a pokemon there to help him and Portia could not do that yet, she was still learning.

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by Leech Life HP Drained Used Tackle Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Leech life - A move that drained Pokémon of their energy somewhat, but not nearly as powerful as Absorb or any other kinds of HP draining moves. It was a good start for the Bidoof, even if he did get struck by the move when his own had been useless. A sharp stab of pain accompanied the Zubat’s attack and the Bidoof squealed like a bitch, shaking off the attack and growling deep in his throat.
“All I wanted was a hug,” he said, attempting to make Zubat feel guilty. “I haven’t had a hug in so long!” The Bidoof clenched his jaws, whistling loudly through his teeth to try and throw off the Zubat as he attempted to tackle that bat once more. Perhaps this attack would be more successful. He couldn’t help but notice that the Zubat seemed to have a few bruises and markings, as though he’d been beaten, and the Bidoof was curious. Voicing his unanswered question, his tone was thick with concern. “Does your trainer beat you?”

Zubat felt the energy coming to him, he felt slightly stronger, but he wished he could do better then this. He looked at the pokemon, there was a reason they were fighting him, but he did not know what that reason was. ”All I wanted was a hug.” A hug? That was kind of weird. No, there was something more behind the reason they were fighting this pokemon, a better reason then a hug. ”I haven’t had a hug in so long!” Zubat just fluttered where he was, taking in all the energy he could before he saw another attack coming towards him. This time, he was hit. His wing was hit and he swirling down to the ground.
”Does your trainer beat you?” He looked at the Pokémon with a weird gaze and then shook his head. ”No…”
He said, before using yet another Leech Life to take some more energy, which would allow him to get stronger and go back into the air where it was easier to avoid any attacks.

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Dodged Leech Life. Did not attack this turn. Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative When the Zubat denied Bidoof’s claim that Kenta was beating him, it only made the Bidoof pause in thought. Well if he was then he wasn’t admitting it, right? Perhaps the Zubat needed to be shown some real affection before he confided in the normal type. The Bidoof was trusting. “You’re covered in bruises,” Bidoof pointed out, jumping out of the way of the Leech Life, but not attacking this turn.
“You can tell me if he is. I can help you.” How would he help the Zubat? God knows. Probably by giving him a hug and... Well, idk, he might try to beat Kenta up or something. Bidoof stood on an overturned log, his front teeth clicking against the smaller bottom teeth, his tongue flicking against the roof of his mouth as he waited for his reply. The only thing here was that the Bidoof was trusting, but that didn’t mean he was worth trusting himself...

Zubat was laying there on the ground, just like he had been laying there when Kenta had found him. ”Your doing good Hedley.”
He said, though not being able to see, he was listening carefully to everything that was going on. Hedley was able to at least sit up and smile at his trainer who was encouraging him. He looked at the Bidoof. ”You’re covered in bruises.” Zubat looked at himself and then gave a simple nod. He knew this, he knew what had happened. His attack missed and he was not happy about that at all. ”You can tell me if he is. I can help you.”
Zubat looked at him in a confused look. ”Yes, I am covered in Bruises, but not from my trainer… He found me like this… My own clan mates did this to me… They were bullies and picked on me…”

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by Leech life Used Tackle Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Leech Life struck the Bidoof hard after he’d listened to the Zubat’s explanation of the events leading up to his bruising. Ah, that made sense, the Bidoof noted, and scratched his foot over the ground as if he were planning a charge. He’d heard that Zubat didn’t really accept weakness very well. He knew from rumours that there was a Clan of Zubat about somewhere, but didn’t really care much for them. He only took interest in what sounded like adventure or profit.
Digging his feet in, he tried to ram his shoulder into the Zubat’s form, wishing that someone would come along and cheer him on as well. The Leech Life had done some damage, but the weak attack – though the Zubat was a level higher than him – wasn’t going to take him out just yet.

Good, Hedley had gotten a fair amount of energy from the pokemon, so he was able to flap his wings and gain some altitude and get away from the ground. He looked at the Bidoof, waiting for anything else that might come from his lips, but nothing did… Only another charge and this time, it got him in his stomach, since he was not high enough yet. He was not out, but that had hurt. He was able to attack when Kenta Withdrew him. ”Not bad Hedley. But I think it might be best for Portia to take over.”
He said before Releasing out his pokemon.

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by ---- Used Tackle; Spoink Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative And thus Kenta switched again. To tell the truth, Bidoof was wondering if Kenta was actually wanting to train his Pokémon, or if he was just going to switch them back and forth. Perhaps he’d start giggling maniacally or something. The thought briefly amused the Bidoof, but then he took on his serious demeanour. The pig was back - the one that had that psychic move that could flinch.
“Hello again,” Bidoof greeted, “I hope this isn’t boring you or anything. I know that sometimes battles can get a bit drab.” Without waiting for a response, the Bidoof dug his heels in and attempted to ram the Spoink with his shoulder. It wasn’t a very powerful attempt – it seemed more half-hearted if anything, as though he himself was becoming bored with the whole thing. He still wanted that hug though. “Tell you what, if you let me give your friend there-“ he motioned to Kenta with a dark forepaw “-a tiny hug, then I’ll leave you alone. I’ll go slowly so he can sense me, I swear.”

Kenta was hoping that both his pokemon would gain some experience, since both were battling, but he was not sure. Zubat needed some training against some smaller pokemon and honestly, he needed to be fully healed before doing a complete battle. He heard his Spoink come out, letting out a small snort as she prepared herself for battle, her body moving slightly.
"Hello again... I hope this isn’t boring you or anything. I know that sometimes battles can get a bit drab.” Before she knew it, he was charging at her and she was sent a few feet back by his blow. She shook her head for a moment and then used her one good attack. Extrasensory. It was the only one she knew would have any effect on this weird pokemon.
"Tell you what, if you let me give your friend there a tiny hug, then I’ll leave you alone. I’ll go slowly so he can sense me, I swear.” She looked at him like he was crazy and positioned herself in front of him so he could get no where near her trainer.

::Bidoof:: MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle (critical hit) Hit by Leech life Used Tackle Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Bidoof was losing his drive to fight. He was feeling cornered and alone, <All I want is to be loved> He mumbled, his words inaudible. His resolve now weaker because it was once again, him against the world. He decided it give it one last go around. Gathering all his strength for one final attack, he tried his best to hold back tears. He was a strong Pokémon and he knew it. He would end this right now. He took an extrasensory,, and had to stifle a scream that was barging its way through his throat. But he decided to hold himself back and shook it, it was game time. Taking in a rather large breathe, he gritted his teeth and glared at the Spoink. <This ends now.> His legs now charged with rage left a cloud of dust in his stead. He was but a blur the only thing giving away his position was the large trail of dust and dirt that seemed to be following him as if it were a crazed fan. He began zigzagging as he ran, until he was right before the Spoink, and then, nothing. The fact is, Bidoof had ran behind the Spoink, turning on his right paw he turned and charged once more and slammed his shoulder into her back.

Portia was still all into this fight, she was protecting her trainer, she was going to win. She snorted slightly the sound was coming from what sounded like a pig, but the fact was, she was a pig and she could be a mean, wild boar if she wanted to. She bounced slightly to her left and then back to the right. She was happy her one main attack was working and she could not help but smile. This pokemon was not going to get near her trainer, she would not allow it and that was just final! She bounced again slightly to her left and right and then, she saw him coming. He was charging fast and she held her ground, but then he went past her and she turned in time, but she was not quick enough, his tackle landed right inside her side and she was sent yards away.
She laid there for a moment before bouncing slowly back up. She shook her body and with the last bit of energy she had… The last bit of hope to protect her trainer, she used Extrasensory again. She was not going to let this thing near him… She couldn’t let it near Kenta!

MALE Level 2 Simple & Unaware Attacks;; Tackle Hit by Extrasensory FLED. Affectionate - Trusting - Cooperative Extrasensory took the Bidoof by surprise and he went down in that hit, crashing into the floor before he had realised what had happened. Perhaps his own Tackle had caused a bit of damage to the Spoink, but he didn’t feel that this was a battle he could win. Once the pain had subsided, the crazy Bidoof edged away from Portia, his ears flat with submission, and turned on his heel and fled.
“One day I will return for you, my love!” He called to Kenta, though if the man understood him, he had no clue. It seemed as though the Zubat and Spoink had chased off this Pokémon. Portia’s desire to protect her trainer was admirable, definitely, and he had a good Pokémon there with him. As the Bidoof left, he dreamed about what would happen if he was that Spoink. He’d be treated as a king no doubt, or at least in his own twisted imagination...

<Help! Help!> A tiny voice could be heard from a distance. A tiny Wurmple could be seen rushing towards the trainer. <Please help me!> She cried as she crawled up the trainers body, stopping on once she reached his head. <Oh please, you really must save me...> she said attempting to gain her breath. <I’m truly at my wits end!> she gasped out, her breath not coming as quickly as she had wished.
As soon as she finished her last words a Yanma appeared before them, it’s speed making him almost invisible. <Don’t be such a scaredy cat. Come on and fight me squirt.> He said, moving from place to place before them. He moved too fast to keep track of, it could even cause a bit of dizziness of one tried to catch his every move. < A trainer? HAHAHA who would want to train a squirt like you.> He said as he continued to snicker. He then stopped in mid laughter, and a worried look flashed across his face. ‘Oh no could she be leaving the forest for good?’ He thought in anguish. ‘I can’t let that happen’ He thought suddenly determined to keep her here with him for the rest of eternity. Only so he could make fun of her of course.
