After entering through the door and passing the burly guards, Noah walked through a long white corridor until he reached his room's door. He had a meeting inside with Shamu, a man he had battled before. His Pokémon were weaker back then so they head to battle in the trainer's lounge since the guards wouldn't let him in the expert rooms. He won that fight thanks to his luck, but this time he wasn't so sure about his victory. His opponent won't hold back and he will use his main team. Noah had to take this seriously and concentrate on the battle with all his might. Even if he loses, he won't mind it since he'd knew he fought with everything he's got. With a gulp, Noah opened the door and stepped inside.

Here early as always, Susumu was examining all of the fun trinkets in the room while waiting for his opponent. It was someone he bumped into before, from what he remembered. The name stuck out to him; Noah. The last name was a little fuzzy, but he was convinced that he met this guy before. Noah was a pretty common name though, so maybe it was a complete stranger. Either way, Susumu found himself looking forward to battling in the Expert Rooms again. It had been so long since using his main team, that he forgot what it was even like to battle with them. They all had complicated movesets that he planned out, but it was hard to remember who had what sometimes. To help him out, he had his Pokedex ready to send him information when he needed it the most. "This guy is sure taking his time though." Susumu muttered to himself, probing one of the rocks with his index finger. Somehow he found a hidden camera in one of them, apparently to make sure that they didn't get into any mischief.
How suspicious. He sighed and waited, waited, and waited. There wasn't much to do but wait until Noah finally walked inside. The guy looked pretty pale, but Susumu could forgive him. Maybe he felt bad for making him wait this long. "Hey. Hear you're ready for a battle?" He had his hands in his pockets, looking rather relaxed as he leaned against the rock. He supposed that now was the time to get ready to fight, but the poor guy looked as nervous as a rat on a treadmill for the first time. "Don't worry if you don't do well. Everything here is practice." He had it in him to try and comfort Noah, even though he wouldn't even take his own advice for situations like these. Who cared how he felt anyways? There was more joy in cheering up others, so it was better to do that.
Getting to the point, he sent out his Golem and Weezing to set the stage. Ken started pulling off some weak looking stretches with his stubby arms and legs, while Himeko watched in amusement. <You suck at this.> She giggled, teasing Ken relentlessly no matter what he did. The Golem held his remarks for Susumu's sake, but Himeko was really getting too old for her bratty attitude.

They looked pretty strong and probably they both had an amazing moveset. His Pokémon were nothing compared to them and if this place wasn't a special room that made the pokemon's level the same he'd lose in the blink of an eye. Obviously, he didn't want that, but he wouldn't break down crying if he lost either. He reaaly couldn't care less who won and who lost; he only came for a great battle.
"Ah, sorry if I looked nervous. I'm just so excited to have a good battle in a while. They Pokémon on the routes are kind of disappointing." It didn't take too much for them to faint, especially on route 2. Those water-types were really weak, but it could have been just because he had an electric type. "Well then, it's a double battle, right?"
Quickly taking out two pokeballs from his bag, Noah threw them into the air where they snapped open and released his Elekid and Scraggy. Currently, they were the strongest Pokémon he had so they had the biggest chance against the opponent's Pokémon. "I'll go first, if it's okay. Plug, Thunder Wave and Shock Wave on the Weezing! Trafalgar, Leer and Brick Break on the Golem."
The Elekid released a weak jolt of electricity towards the Weezing which would paralyse it if it connects. Electricity began to run wild around him as he prepared fro the shock wave and an electric wave erupted from his small body. While his partner went after the poison-type, the Scraggy was leering at the Golem to soften it up a little bit before his attack. He had an advantage against the rock-type, but the more his attack hurts the faster this battle would end. He charged his enemy with his fist raised and swung it towards the Golem's hard sheel, trying to crack it open.

As long as Noah wasn't freaking out over his evolved Pokemon, Susumu was fine. He seemed a little relieved at Noah's answer, not particularly wanting to deal with another trainer's high expectations. He hadn't been winning a lot of battles lately, and it was hard to feel confident when everyone expected so much from him. "Double battle works. Just use two for now, unless you want to make the battle longer." Susumu shrugged, not minding since his entire team was over level 20 anyways. They could've used the training, and he had time to spare. The first Pokémon Noah sent out were a Scraggy and an Elekid, which forced him to send out his Pokedex just in case. The Elekid was obviously an electric type; not just because it was yellow, but it looked like it could be used in a power outlet. He didn't know much about Scraggy, but it looked like a lizard.
Turns out it was a dark and fighting type, which surprised him. Once he saw the Scraggy in action with that Brick Break, he suddenly didn't doubt the Pokemon's type. "Take the attacks." Even if Thunder Wave was going to suck, it wasn't worth dodging. Plug's Shock Wave managed to hit both foes, but Ken was immune to the strike. Instead, he had to deal with a nasty leer and a quick chop to the head. It was painful; definitely painful! It wasn't something that Ken was prepared for either. Offended at his hurt pride, the Golem scowled as he took a few steps closer to the Scraggy, ready to strangle the creature. Himeko was left dancing with an electrical snake, hissing as the snake wrapped itself around her. <My legs!> She squeaked, frantically bobbing up and down to escape the paralysis. <Oh wait, I don't have any.> She paused, staring at the Elekid in horror. <What did you do to my legs, man?> She was mostly kidding, but she enjoyed being overly dramatic. It made life that much more fun!
"Curse and Bulldoze, Ken. Himeko, I want to see a Smokescreen and a Sludge on the Scraggy." The Wheezing didn't have many attacks that could help out in this situation, but she could make things difficult for Noah with her Smokescreen. As Ken was practicing his dark magic to boost his stats, Himeko lobbed a fragile dark orb towards the Scraggy. If it made contact with anything, it was bound to explode into a puff of smoke. After using her smokescreen, she lobbed a pile of icky sludge at the fighting type. <Here comes the Ken express! Out of my way!> Once his attack was up, Ken rampaged through the battlefield. Bulldoze was an awful lot like Earthquake, but it wasn't as powerful. It also had a handy special effect of lowering an opponent's speed, since he wasn't the fastest guy around.

The opposing Pokémon took the attacks with relative ease and when they hardly left a scratch, Noah had to realize this will be a harder fight than he first thought. He knew Susumu was a strong trainer, but he never expected he possessed such powerful Pokémon. He was a very good strategist too; the two he sent out had high defenses so they could easily take a beating from their opponents and attack at the same time. He really needed something of the same caliber in his team. A rock-type or a steel-type would be the best...
"Don't back down, guys! You can take those attacks!" The big Golem was unstoppable and the two small Pokémon were practically flattened under it as the Bulldoze got both of them. While that was all Plug had to endure, Trafalgar was targeted by the Weezing too. The smoke ball exploded in his face as it connected with his head, blinding him momentarily. A disgusting, black mud splashed on his back as he wiped his burning eyes, the toxic substance seeping into his skin.
Noah bit his nail worriedly though there was a large grin on his face. He needed to come up with something against that heavy rock-type to protect his Elekid from its ground-type attacks and be careful around the Weezing, because it might poison him. Wait. Heavy rock-type?
"That's it!" A brilliant idea popped into his head; it was perfect against the Golem. "Plug, use Leer on the Golem to soften it up a little before a Low Kick!" Plug cracked his fists as he narrowed his eyes at the ball shaped Pokémon. He cracked his knuckles intimidatingly as he approached the Golem. His walking increased in speed as he got closer and closer to the opponent until he was running at top speed. He suddenly made a halt, dropping himself on the ground and slid towards the Golem with his leg aiming at its stubby legs.
"Great! Now, you're the only one left, Traf. Sand-Attack and Payback!" The Scraggy slowly raised his short leg into the air before brining it down hard on the ground, creating a samll dust cloud that he blewed towards the Weezing's eyes. After the Sand-Attack, it was time for a little Payback. He skipped forward, closing the distance beween himself and the Weezing in a flash. His muscles bulging and his face distorted by rage, he thrst his bony fist towards the poison-type's face.

The battle was on, and in the first turn it looked as if Susumu was off to a good start. Ken was listening to him, Himeko wasn't arguing with his commands, and they weren't attacking each other. Bulldoze was a smart command to use, seeing how it was attacking both opponents at once. Sure, it would've been nice to teach the Golem Earthquake with one of his Choice TMs, but Ken could learn the attack naturally. No need to waste a TM when he could simply wait for the Golem to learn it on his own. <Can you really take these attacks?> Ken grinned, feeling absolutely unstoppable after charging into both Pokemon. Plug was clearly weak against it, and Bulldoze wasn't doing Trafalgar any favors. It was a generally uncomfortable situation for Noah's team, and the pressure was on.
Then damn. Low Kick was going to suck. Right after Ken gallantly blazed ahead, the Elekid took advantage of his heavy stature. Low Kick was practically designed to take down large Pokemon like him, and that left him extremely vulnerable to the fighting type move. Thankfully Curse was giving him some protection, allowing him to endure the hit as the Elekid toppled him over with a heavy pound. <Crap. You didn't just do that! You really didn't just do that!> The Golem was more embarrassed about underestimating the tiny opponent, not thinking that Plug had any attacks that could wound him so much. Himeko struggled with the Scraggy's sand attack, feeling as if she couldn't guarantee any of her attacks anymore. She grumbled as she started to tear up, longing for useful arms and hands to wipe the sand out of her eyes. Trafalgar wasn't taking any chances, and moved right in with a devastating Payback. All of the angst, anger, and softcore attitude he felt was being used to make one horrid attack. He smashed the Weezing like she was a balloon, nearly making her lose her levitation.
"Doing good...I think." Susumu seemed less sure about himself when he saw how much damage that Low Kick did. Himeko might've been able to last a few more turns, but it was way too strong for his simple minded Golem to handle. <What the hell? Sound more enthusiastic. Be more like this kid.> Ken groaned, standing back up with a bruised ego. He was at least going to try to be tough and cool, but it was pretty difficult when this Elekid wanted to make him look like fruity pebbles. <I don't think we should be talking bad to the guy in charge, Ken.> Himeko mentioned timidly, still tearing up from the pain of the Sand Attack. <Aww, shut up.> Ken smacked the Weezing away from him, trying to shut up the tattletale before she did anything stupid. "Guys, guys. Focus. Curse and Mega Punch on Plug." Susumu could at least remember nicknames when the other trainer was using them, and hey, the Elekid looked like a plug. Easy to remember.
Ken growled as he threw up a cursing fit, bulking himself up even more while making a fist. <Take this, fuckass.> The Golem attempted to slam his fist into the Elekid's face, doing whatever he could to get the revenge he wanted. "Flamethrower on Traf." The hell was its full name? Susumu didn't know, but Traf was easy to remember. Himeko whimpered from the Golem's smack, but she still let loose a steady stream of fire towards the Scraggy.

The Low Kick was a very good idea since it was absolutely perfect against opponents with a large mass like. It dealt a lot damage to the heavy Golem though it was a shame it wasn't knocked out from this hit. Plug needed a more versatile moveset so he won't struggle against ground-types like Ken and he could handle the other different types too more easily. Trafalgar was fine for now though if he can Noah will teach him some powerful moves too.
Shit. The Golem had very powerful moves. Plug was immersed in his joy for paying back his opponent the favour with his attack and didn't notice the Mega Punch. It was incredibly fast so he couldn't dodge it even if he noticed it in time. Ken's punch felt like getting hit by a train and the Elekid was blown away, crashing into the room's wall. He left a big dent in the concrete after he slipped off and crashed into the floor. He wasn't moving which meant the Mega Punch knocked him out cold. Sighing, Noah recalled Plug and focused his attention on his Scraggy.
Trafalgar managed to dodge the pillar of scorching flame that burst forward from the Weezing's mouth. He sighed in relief when something went flying past him. He looked behind himself to see his partner getting recalled by their trainer. He snapped his head in the Golem's direction and narrowed his eyes at it. Noah understood it wanted revenge so he quickly issued a command. "Brick Break on Ken!" The Scraggy growled and he ran towards Ken, wanting to plant his tiny fist into the rock-type's face. <Let's see how you'll like it when I smash your face into tiny pieces!>

The battle was getting to the climax as Ken's last attack slammed into Plug's face, shoving the Elekid relentlessly into the background. It was enough to knock out the baby Pokemon, leaving the Golem with a renewed sense of pride. <I knew you were weak.> He huffed, shaking his pained fist off while puffing out his chest. He had one more opponent left, and Himeko was here to back him up. At least that was what he thought, but the Scraggy ducked under the stream of flame. Damn that Weezing and her uselessness, making the battle even harder on his tired shoulders. <Can't you try harder? I gotta do everything around here, don't I?> Ken stood before the Scraggy, feeling even more tired just by looking into the fighting Pokemon's eyes. It looked so spirited and energized, and he simply wasn't so pumped up for their match.
"Shit. Himeko, get Traf with a Smokescreen." Susumu quickly shouted out an order, sensing that Ken was in trouble with his speed so low. Dodging was difficult with Curse in play, leaving him very vulnerable to the Brick Break. At least Traf's accuracy was already lowered from a past Smokescreen, but Himeko was too late when she ended up being paralyzed from the Thunder Wave. The Brick Break connected with Ken, knocking him out and making him useless. At least Susumu had time to figure out a game plan, since Himeko had the potential to win against this tough Scraggy. "Return. You tried." Not sounding very optimistic and cheery, the blonde returned Ken back into his Pokeball.

The idiom 'the bigger they are, the harder they fall' was perfect to describe what just happened in front of Noah's eyes. As Trafalgar's fist connected with Ken's face, the Golem's knees gave out under it and it faceplanted the ground with a loud crash. A small dust cloud was whipped up around him, but a gentle breeze quickly blew it away which was strange since there wasn't supposed to be wind in this room.
"Looks like we are even now." Noah was excited and he had a hard time resisting the urge to let his mouth twist into a huge grin on his face. The battle was getting intense and they were both down to their last Pokémon. Plug and Ken was resting in their pokeballs so they could't be used in this battle again. That put Noah in a disadvantage, because Trafalgar's fighting type attacks were resisted by the Weezing and Himeko seemed like it had a few tricks up its nonexistent sleeves.
"Leer and Faint Attack on Himeko, Traf!" The Scraggy's eyes widened until they were almost bulging out of his skull and he send a creepy look at the floating poison type. A grin plastered his face, making him look even more freaky beside his big, milky white eyes. <I'm not gonna hurt you, sweetie...Trust me~> It wasn't noticeable at first, but Trafalgar was slowly disappearing as the darkness twisted around him. It engulfed the dark type and he completely vanished in the next moment. He regained his form behind Himeko, trying to kick it with all of his might.

Himeko didn't expect the Scraggy to look so ominous as he leered at her from afar, practically calling her out. Oh no he didn't! She gasped at his vulgar expression and started to fume out angry red smoke clouds, not having any of his bullshit while she was in charge. <Hey, don't be mean!> She scolded him for even making such a face at her, but his words confused her. Was she really not going to get hurt? Well, that was a relief! <Really? But this is a battle. We're supposed to fight.> The Weezing pointed out in all of her ignorance, not realizing that it was all a ploy to lower her guard. When her defense was this low, the Faint Attack definitely hurt. She let out a yelp as she was kicked into the air, feeling as if someone gave her rear a nasty wedgie in the process. "Himeko, you ok?" Susumu called out to her, worried since she was still new to the battle scene.
It was funny how he got her at such a low level compared to the rest of his team, and now she was a Weezing. Her immaturity was still there, but he was awfully fond of her for owning her for so long. <I'm mad, and that is not ok buddy boy!> The Weezing frowned deeply at the Scraggy, refusing to let herself get hurt any longer. Susumu thought quickly, figuring that her stats were getting to be too much of a problem. "Haze everything away, then get it with a Hidden Power." He checked out his Pokedex to make sure, but Scraggy was a dark type. It was hard to tell what Himeko's Hidden Power was at first, but it was definitely going to be super effective against this guy.
Letting loose a gentle cloud across the field, Himeko's haze cleared up all of her annoying defense decreases. Even her accuracy was back to normal, thank goodness. Paralysis was still there, but it wasn't bothering her this time around. Bronze, thick orbs orbited around her body until she was fed up with the Scraggy's appearance. With a grunt, she fired the Hidden Power at the Scraggy to do some damage against him.

Noah never thought much about Weezings. They were big, ugly, floating landmines that liked to blow up and weaken the ozone layer with their toxic gases. He honestly thought they sucked and they couldn't be used in battles. He assumed they were useless pokemon. But when Himeko fired bright orbs at his Scraggy and almost knocking it out, Noah was stunned. Was he mistaken all this while? Could these gasbags be useful and powerful?
The attack had Trafalgar writhing on the ground, his body twisting in pain from the super-effective damage. He underestimated his opponent and now he was suffering the consequences of it. He couldn't let himself get defeated yet though. He wanted to fall with his head held high. Or get a tie. Yes. Getting a tie sounds less lamer in his head.
"Traf, use Payback!" Oh, yes. This will be good. Trafalgar smirked as he rubbed his hands together. Paying back the Weezing double will be a very satisfying revenge. The Scraggy's body began to throb and a pulsating black mist began to seep out of him. It slithered towards Himeko, drawing circles around her. It began to surround the Weezing to inflict twice the damage Traf recieved from her Hidden Power.

The Hidden Power did a nice amount of damage to the Scraggy, nearly knocking that bad boy out of the match. It looked as if Trafalgar was hanging on with barely any health left, and a single hit would've been more than enough to knock him out. Watching the Scraggy continue to fight was surprising, both to Himeko and Susumu, as Traf pulled out a Payback on the gasball. "Himeko, dodge it!" All she needed to do was dodge it, and the battle would've been theirs. The only issue was the paralysis that held her down, and as she weakly tried to maneuver away from the vengeful strike, the Scraggy slammed both fists into her side. The attack was a powerful one!
She whined as the attack slammed her into the ground, leaving her as weak as the Scraggy was after enduring her attack. It wasn't as if the Payback was super effective, but damn was that a powerful hit. She whimpered and cowered on the ground, refusing to get back up to fight this stubborn foe. "Himeko, it'll be fine. You did great." Susumu wasn't going to push her, since she was obviously not in the mood to continue any longer. If she had more health left, then maybe. Having health in the red was something he would've excused any day, so he quietly returned her back into her Pokeball. Winning wasn't all that important anyways, and he had a chance to battle using his main team. Now that was something to be excited about!
"You guys did a good job. I bet TD and Ace would be clawing to get you into their teams if they saw that." Susumu chuckled as he spun Himeko's ball on his finger, only to clumsily drop it. Luckily he had another hand to snatch it before it hit the floor, but it was enough to make him lose face. Exhale. Whoa, when was he holding his breath? He honestly didn't know, but he gave Noah a weak grin. "Have you challenged the other Expert Room trainers...? Blitz and Sam are pretty tough. Watch out for them." They were the main ones that he knew, but there were some other tough ones. Arthur was probably expert room material as well, now that he thought about it.

It took a moment for Noah's brain to register what just happened. He...won? Wow, this was surprising and unexpected turn of events! When they started, Shamu's Pokémon seemed like the stronger ones so he was convinced he'd lose this fight. Maybe his opponent was holding back? That thought left a bitter aftertaste in Noah's mouth. He wanted to have a fair fight...
"Woah! Hold on! You want me to fight my boss?!" Sam was ridiculously powerful compared to him and that guy's pokemons would make short work of Noah's. It would be a quick and humiliating defeat which he wanted to avoid. Maybe when he got his Pokémon stronger and more experienced, he might challenge Ace's leader, but not now. He wasn't ready for that yet.
"Um, hey. How about a rematch? I can't help thinking you held back when we fought so I'd like to have another match with you." He just couldn't shake off this feeling and it caused him unrest. He wanted to get rid of his doubts and another battle would be the perfect method to relieve some stress. He already knew who he would use so he grabbed two pokeballs and let out two largest monsters. Plug scoffed angrily as he appeared on the field again, holding a grudge against Shamu for his defeat. On the other hand, Scorpio nervously gulped upon seeing his previous trainer and cast his eyes down, refusing to look at the man again.

Noah seemed to be going through some kind of shock, which made Susumu guarded as he braced himself for a reaction. He tried to be as friendly as possible, so hopefully Noah wasn't going to be the type to rub it in his face. Honestly it looked as if Noah should've lost, but that was only due to the size difference in Pokemon. Himeko was always a spoiled brat, and getting her to fight to the end was a difficult task. She preferred to explode and at least take something down with her, which was fine, but that tactic got old after a while. "Your boss?" Susumu paused, wondering how Blitz could possibly be this kid's boss. Blitz was practically a TD Executive, wasn't he? But he didn't remember seeing Noah in TD. "It's more like I'm warning you. They're around here, somewhere." Scratching his chin sheepishly as his eyes darted around the ground, he wondered why Noah was getting so defensive about this.
He won, didn't he? Shouldn't he be happier than this? He perked up when he heard Noah's request for a rematch, which actually sounded like a good idea. "I didn't hold back, but ok." So that was it. If anything, he spoiled his Weezing. He couldn't deny that. Plug was now a ginormous Electivire casting a murderous shadow across the field. Sheesh, when did that guy evolve? The other Pokemon was Scorpio, an old friend. "Heyyy. So you're the guy that ended up with Scorpio." Susumu's eyes lit up at the familiar Nidoking's face, so he grinned and waved like an idiot until he remembered that he had Pokemon to call out. Right.
An electric type and a ground type was difficult for his team, and he was familiar with the Nidoking's moveset. He gave the guy most of his TMs, after all. Still, he had certain Pokemon that he wanted to train, and it wasn't all about winning. Why not pair up the weakest Pokemon on his team with the strongest? "Ari and Saki. Come on out." He tossed two Pokeballs above his head, and they both popped open in mid-air as if they wanted to play a prank on the Pokemon inside. <Can't you let me out normally?> Ari grimaced as she landed on her feet, feeling the stinging slap of the ground in all four limbs. Saki barked and landed on the top of her shell, happy to tag along.
Plug might've had a magnet on hand, but the Vulpix had his useful Eviolite to keep his defenses up against these bad boys. Evolving was for squares. <Hang on, hang on. It's not hot enough in here.> Saki placed his paws on Ari's head, acting as if he was settling down for an afternoon prayer. Taking a deep breath, he let loose an intense flame into the air. His Drought ability was kicking in, and soon it grew awfully hot in the room. Awesome. "I'll go first then." Susumu figured that they were ready, so why not? With the sun as strong as ever, it wasn't hard to make a decision. "Curse and Flamethower on Plug! Saki, go for an Inferno on Scorpio." He was starting out strong as Masaaki's entire body became coated in hungry flames. Engulfed in the burn guaranteed attack, the Vulpix charged towards the Nidoking with a demonic spark in his eyes. <Fuck you.> Ari cursed, boosting her stats to prepare herself for the match. It slowed her down, but she was a turtle so who really cared? The power was what mattered in the end. With a grin, she let loose a stream of flame towards the Electivire.

"Sam is here? The boyy must like to train." It was hard to understand why a powerful trainer like Sam would be here. His Pokémon were strong enough already, but he's still training? That's pretty cool. He must take the trainer business very seriously. Noah decided he would do the same and battle everyone he could find in the Expert Rooms. But first he had to finish this battle with Shamu. Only god knows how long it'd take, but Noah didn'T mind since he was enjoying his battles with Shamu. They were exciting and challenging. He was a very formidable opponent.
The Pokémon he had to beat this time were a Torkoal and a Vulpix, two fire types. Plug had a move that could finish them off very quickly, but it would damage Scorpio too. He wouldn't risk that so he had to come up with a different approach. Unfortunately, Shamu didn't give him time to think and his Pokémon attacked. The Vulpix' attack was pretty powerful, surprising given its small body. Scorpio groaned in pain, but stood his ground and endured the powerful flames.
Plug on the other hand was pissed off. The Flamethrower hurt like hell. He was gonna make the Torkoal pay for that. Stomping his feet on the ground, a powerful tremor was let loose, shaking the whole room. He didn't care who was going to get hurt beside his intended target. He was driven by anger

The burn effect from Inferno was probably going to knock out Scorpio in a turn, but Plug was looking as tough as ever. Only enduring a Flamethrower in the sun, he was able to rattle the entire field with his might. With a strong shift in his weight, he made everyone's legs feel jittery as the earth started to shift around and create random holes in the ground. This place looked like an absolute mess, and Saki took one look at the attack and noped it. Hopping off of Ari's back, he attempted to climb onto the safety of a raised rock to spare himself from the damage. Instead of having perfect fox balance, he slipped and crashed into the ground. <I'm down, I'm down!> He whined, feeling thankful for the Eviolite right about now. <I hate today.> Ari stared right at Plug as she slowly slid into the crevice he created. The super effective ground type move was hell for everybody, but the two fire types weren't giving up.
Scorpio didn't make any attacks that turn, so Susumu decided to wait him out. The burn would've done enough to knock him out this turn or next turn, so he wanted to keep Ari safe. "Ari, brace yourself." His legs still felt sore after the Earthquake, and his stomach was doing crazy twists and turns. This was trainer injury over here, and he really wished he could find a comfortable spot to sit down right now. The shiny Torkoal nodded, getting a mysterious glint in her eyes as she waited for Plug and Scorpio to make their moves. They wouldn't be able to harm her next turn, that was for sure. That meant that Saki had to be making himself useful, and he was probably going to faint first. "Hey, Saki. We should take care of that guy." Plug was making him feel uneasy with that Earthquake attack, and he was definitely their biggest threat. Saki whimpered at the sight of the big yellow bear, not in the mood to kick this guy's rear end.
<Do I really have to? I mean he's seen better days. Look at him. This guy...he's classy. You're a really classy dude. I don't have to make your day even worse, b-buddy.> Saki gulped as his legs began to tremble while climbing out of the hole. At least he was on stable ground now, but he was face to face with two large Pokemon that could easily flatten him with their big feet. "Confuse Ray and Payback on Plug. Get'em." It wasn't much, but hopefully it would keep Plug in suspense. They weren't light flowers to mess with, and Susumu was about to show them why. His Vulpix scampered across the demolished field with his eyes blazing with power, preparing a flashy Confuse Ray to force the Electivire into confusion. Once that was out of the way, he switched into 'revenge of the spoiled child' mode, where he whined and bawled about everything. <Take this! And that! And this for being a stupid head!> His tail looked as if it was plagued with a dark curse, and he wouldn't stop smacking it around Plug's face.

Things looked very grim for Noah and his pokemon. Plug was attacked by the Vulpix and her attack seemed stronger than it could be normally possible. Payback worked like this. Scorpio wasn't hit by anything, but the previous Inferno attack burned him and he was already ready to fall over from exhaustion.
"Oh, man, I guess you'll win this one?" He said casually, not bothered by the current situation at hand. He only came here to had a fun fight, not to win. Still, he wanted to put up a decent fight and make sure Shamu enjoyed this battle too.
Plug was confused, but he didn't realize it yet. He thought the five, little foxes were all real too and wanted to hit all of them at the same time with his Fire Punch. Obviously, it missed and hit Scorpio who was standing beside him. That was too much for the Nidoking and it fainted on the spot.

Poor Scorpio was going through all kinds of overkill in this match, and Plug was not helping with his destructive attitude. Susumu winced at the sight of his old Pokemon fainting from the blow, feeling pretty bad that he ended up giving him away to such a reckless trainer. Well, stuff like that happened. At least Noah had the potential to be a powerful trainer. He'd probably find more of a use for his Nidoking anyways. <Booooyah! Oh yeah, you're the man. Thank you for proving your shiny yellow butt useful to Team Fox. I will be your first in command, and I hope you enjoy your battle this evening.> The impish Vulpix started to mouth off to Plug, strutting his stuff in front of the Electivire without fear. Sure he was scared of something that could kick his ass, but when it was confused and knocking out its own allies? He felt braver than ever! <Now I request that you attack the evil black stripe on your chest. It's evil. Evilll.> He continued to taunt and tease at the Electivire, figuring that he was safe anyways, so why not.
He probably deserved a good punch in the face. Ari was tempted to give it to him, but instead she went on a cursing spree. <Damn, you noisy mother fucker. Keep it down. I have an agenda, ok. You are supposed to be working with me, you fucking fuckington.> Her curses were getting stronger and stronger, and so were her legs. She was getting slowed down from all of these stat boosts, but it was worth it. "Aim a Gyro Ball at Plug's left leg. Maybe we can take'em down." It was a cliche strategy when it came to taking down giants, but it was a very effective one. Ari snorted as she tucked herself into her shell, getting even heavier as her shell became as hard as steel. With a low hiss, she forced her shell to spin as fast as she could, spiraling towards the Electivire with a Gyro Ball.
"Energy Ball on Plug. Try to finish him off." Susumu was glad that he could even this out with Noah at least, since that last battle didn't do him much justice. Again, not that it mattered if he won or lost. It was all about gaining experience in the end, and that was what his team needed the most. His Vulpix faked a yawn as he raised a paw towards Plug, focusing a bright green orb in the palm of his paw. It grew rapidly as he put his energy into the attack, and with a sigh, he launched it towards the electric type.

Noah's decision was correct when he immediately recalled Scorpio after it fainted. Plug was swinging his fists left and right, making large dents on the walls. He was blinded by fury and his confusion so none of his attacks reached his target. He heard the small Vulpix' taunting words, but he didn't see the fox anywhere. The whole world around him was a mix of colors and lights and strange shapes. Missing his intended target only fueled the electric type's anger and it was starting to go out of control. It released powerful thunderbolts from its body, risking not only the pokemon's, but the two humans life too.
"Fuck, not again! Plug, calm down!!" Noah's attempts to calm down the rampaging Electivire proved fruitless and he was afraid he'd have to resolve to attacking his own Pokémon to stop it. Luckily, Shamu's Pokémon attacked the robust creature and brought it down with their moves. Plug stubbornly refused to faint, but when tried to attack again, he punched himself in the face and was knocked out.
"Ah, sorry for this. Plug loses control sometimes. I'll have to fix his attitude one of these days." Noah took out the Electivire's ball and recalled the beast. Now it was one win and one loss for both of them, but Noah still wanted to fight more. He was enjoying the battles and it would be disappointing to stop now. "Another round?" He took out a Premier Ball and a Great Ball this time and sent out Trafalgar and Loki. The two Pokémon were full of energy too just like their trainer.

Masaaki's Drought continued to stay in the room as Plug was knocked out from the combined attacks, giving both him and Ari a little more battle experience. The two fire Pokemon had cocky smirks on their faces by the time it was over, feeling more than proud of their victory. "Hey, you guys did pretty good. Take a breather." Susumu grinned, returning Saki first. He was right about to return Ari when Noah suggested having another round, and giving his Torkoal some extra levels wasn't a bad idea. Ari had to be one of the weakest members on his team, so she had some catching up to do. "Sure thing. One sec though." Kneeling down with his bag by his side, he fumbled for the right items to use on the weakened turtle. First thing he found was a basic potion, which wasn't nearly strong enough to be useful. At least on its own. He used it on Ari anyways, then added a Super Potion to bring her health back up. <I didn't need them to beat these twerps.> Ari frowned as she stared at the two tiny tots, not feeling very impressed as she looked them over. They looked so weak and untrained, and she wasn't expecting much from them.
Giving Ari an encouraging pat on her shell, Susumu backed up and tried to think about who to send out next. He was running out of Pokemon, but using his Victreebel seemed reasonable. The sun was still out, and she could probably benefit from it. Right as he was about to send out Bo, a Pokeball on his belt rattled before bursting open by force. Standing beside him was a proud Bibarel, thumping her tail wildly on the ground to command the attention of everybody in the room. <I'm bored. I hate being bored. You haven't used me in a while, Susie boy. Why don't you let ol' Jenna handle this one?> Jenna gave her trainer a fiery glare, as if she was giving him a command instead of a suggestion.
Susumu didn't even have the balls to disagree, so he quickly nodded and let her through. The Bibarel sized up her two opponents, sensing that this was going to be pretty interesting. They looked about as strong as she was, and it was probably because of the psycho effects in this room. What a pain. <I need a new chew toy anyways.> Getting down on all fours, she rushed without waiting for Susumu's command. Her Super Fang was ready to bite into Trafalgar at full speed, and she was itching to get his health down to half in one hit.
