The hoothoot went down quite easily under this final barrage sent forth by Klinge, and before long she flopped to the ground, unconscious at last. Cameron looked up from the egg at this sudden lull in activity, and saw Klinge standing above his fainted opponent, looking quite pleased, if a little worse-for-wear himself. All was once again relatively peaceful in the forest, and for a moment the two of them just stood there, not sure what to do next. "Well...", Cameron finally spoke up. "Nice job. That was impressive. Oh! By the way, while you were fighting, the egg moved a little!" This bit of news might have seemed trivial to most, but it was the first glimmer of hope that they had of this egg hatching successfully in the near future. Amica would be overjoyed when he told her. For now, though, he would just let her rest.
Klinge offered him a small smile, although whether it was in response to his complement or the news wasn't entirely clear. <Hey, where are those two cowardly buggers that we were protecting in the first place? Have they gone and run off?>, the skarmory asked, seeming quite perturbed by this thought. Cameron shrugged, and gestured in the main trail's general direction. "It doesn't matter. Let's just keep going." The bird nodded, and they were about to set off back towards the trail when a slight motion caught Cameron's eye. Upon further inspection, he discovered that it was actually the nidoran from before, partially hidden under some loose leaves and trembling even more violently than before. The bellsprout, on the other hand, was nowhere to be seen. Cameron really wanted to continue towards the city, but ultimately, the sight was just too pitiable to ignore. With a sigh, the trainer walked over to the fearful creature, and crouched down next to him. Klinge trailed a little behind, not wanting to startle the nidoran with his imposing figure.
<Please be over... please be over..> This heart-wrenching plead was spoken in an eerily peaceful tone, although the speaker of these words looked less than calm. He was covering his eyes with his fore-paws, apparently too terrified by the recent battle to even allow himself to view the world around him. Well, this was quite the mess. "It's all over, alright? The hoothoot is gone, I promise. Do you...um...have a family to get back to? Friends? I can hardly just leave you here all by yourself.", Cameron spoke in one of the most awkward attempts at a gentle tone ever undertaken, the last bit being more of a spoken thought than words intended for the nidoran. He just didn't know how to fix this situation without completely destroying his conscience. Once more settling the egg on the ground (that thing was getting in the way quite a lot, although the promise of actual life inside of it lessened the irritation somewhat), he plopped himself down on the ground, sitting cross-leged in order to make himself as small as possible. He might not have very much experience with actually caring about people, but he knew enough about Pokémon psychology to know that such a gesture might help to ease the nidoran's fear.

-------- WILD NIDORAN!
As the Nidoran continued to tremble and shake without the comfort of the Bellsprout, a trainer's kindness was all it took to make the Nidoran stop his tears. He was still trembling from fear, and his limbs felt soft and jittery. He didn't even know much about the trainer, but there was something calming about Cameron. The reassuring sense of maturity was what he needed right now, and instinctively he wanted to cling to just about anyone that could keep him safe. His phobia of humans was strong, but the world around him was scaring him even more. <N-No. I left the nest a while ago.> The Nidoran paused at the mention of friends, and there was one Pokemon that came to mind. It wasn't a far walk over to Mama Beedrill's place, but just about everything over there scared the crap out of him.
<C-Could you take me to Mama Beedrill? She lives over that hill, in the red Apricot tree.> He shuddered, approaching Cameron with hesitant footsteps. He didn't even know if trusting this human was a wise choice, but the safest thing for him would've been to find friends that already knew him. Mama Beedrill was a caretaker of sorts, but she had a sharp tongue and didn't tolerate any rough housing around her place. The tranquility of the area was what drew him over there, even if his bee phobia made him keep a safe distance from the other Beedrills.

The nidoran was still shaking as Cameron sat down in front of him, and for a moment there the trainer wouldn't have been surprised if he tried to run away, or became completely petrified by being in such close proximity with a potential threat. However, the Pokémon made no move to escape, and was actually responsive to Cameron's words. <N-No. I left the nest a while ago.>, was his reaction to the first question, but as Cameron mentioned the possibility of having friends to seek shelter with, the nidoran spoke up again. <C-Could you take me to Mama Beedrill? She lives over that hill, in the red Apricot tree.>
Cameron would have laughed out loud in relief (an admittedly strange reaction) at this request, if the Pokémon he was conversing with wasn't quite as skittish as he was. Instead, the human settled for grinning broadly. Ah-ha! He could do that! At last, he had a way to resolve this encounter to everyone's mutual benefit. They could go on their merry way, and the nidoran would be safe and sound under this "Mama Beedrill" 's care. Anyone with that sort of title had to be a safe person to leave such a terrified little guy with. His grin widened further as the wild Pokémon took several tentative footsteps in his direction, the most bold thing he had yet to see out of the creature. Cameron slowly reached out to pat the poison-types ear, careful to avoid any sharp bits, then rose to his feet, equally slowly.
"That sounds like a plan!", Cameron answered at last as he brushed the accumulated dirt and twigs off of his pants. "Are you up to walking, or would you like me to carry you?" He didn't want to insult the guy, but he didn't seem like the type to care much for his pride, especially if he was willing to go to a therapy session. Plus, Cameron had to admit that he was starting to like the pokemon, and was more than willing to carry him to Mama Beedrill's apricot tree if the nidoran desired that mode of transportation. The human figured that he should be able to carry him and the egg at the same time, if he tried. Behind him, Klinge refocused on the situation, now that they were getting ready to move out.

[style=padding:10px; text-align: center; font-size: 75px; text-transform: uppercase; color: #434969;] Pokémon ENCOUNTER The Nidoran was so happy to hear the trainer was willing to help him that he perked up slightly. He had such an innocent and trusting face, like he trusted the trainer entirely with his safety. The Nidoran had always ended up paying dearly for trusting those trainers who usually left him to fend for himself, but there was something different about this trainer. As if there was genuine concern and kindness. Like that Bellsprout had shown before he ran away. Looking worriedly to the side where the Bellsprout had run away, he wondered how that Bellsprout would do all by himself. But, Bellsprout wasn't like him, he'd be okay.....Nidoran hoped. Looking back to the trainer, now at a level where the small Pokemon didn't have to strain his neck in order to see the trainer's face.
"Are you up for walking. or would you like me to carry you?"
Nidoran blinked in surprise. <Carry? Me?> He shuffled a little uncomfortably, not keen on the idea of a person carrying him. So touch feely. Plus, what if that trainer was all like the others and wanted to run off with him to who knows where? Away from Mama Beedrill's nest in the tree. The prospect of that happening almost made Nidoran want to curl up into a ball and sniffle. Shaking his head, he declined the trainer's offer, <I'll keep up with you. Just....um....> the following dwindled to a low murmur, <don't leave me behind please?> Being alone in the big open world, it was just so scary. All those bigger, mean Pokemon would just beat him up! Walking towards the hill, he was still wary of his surroundings, apparent in the way he walked and the shifting of his eyes and twitching of his ears.

Okay, Cameron might have grudgingly liked the little nidoran before, but after he agreed to help the pokemon, and as he looked up at him with that unbelievably trusting look in his eyes, Cameron felt a very un-manly tear well up in his eye at the cute-beyond-words creature before he blinked it away. That inexplicable trust made this entire delay so worth it. The nidoran did not react positively to the suggestion of being carried, though, and almost looked upset about the idea of being held. Did he not like being in such close contact with someone else, then? That was hardly surprising, really, and Cameron could have kicked himself for offering up the idea in the first place. The meek nidoran shook his head, and replied in a quiet voice. <I'll keep up with you. Just....um....don't leave me behind please?> The last part was hardly audible, and Cameron had to focus solely on the pokemon's voice to hear it. Oh, abandonment issues. Or was it fear of being alone in the dangerous surroundings? Either way, the soft-spoken request played at his heartstrings like a violinist.
"Don't you worry about that. I'm not in any rush.", Cameron reassured him, then picked up the egg and turned to Klinge. "You ready?" The skarmory nodded, and the two of them followed the nidoran as he set off towards a nearby hill. The poor guy was obviously still quite frightened, even though he was being protected by the trainer of a skarmory considerably stronger than most wild pokemon in the area. He actually felt a little guilty for having Klinge out and active in battles, but there had hardly been a choice in that last battle, and Cameron wanted to do everything possible to put the nidoran at ease. To be perfectly honest, he was going to miss the little guy once he dropped him off at Mama Beedrill's house, but he hardly expected the nidoran to want to join his team. How could such a skittish, low-level pokemon be able to contribute to their goals, anyway? Not easily. He had some deep psychological issues to work through if he was ever going to be a functional pokemon, tamed or wild. Stifling a frustrated growl at whatever had caused such damage to the nidoran's emotional wellbeing in the first place, he followed along without saying a word, Klinge joining him in silence.

[style=padding:10px; text-align: center; font-size: 75px; text-transform: uppercase; color: #434969;] Pokémon ENCOUNTER As he got closer to the hill, some of his fear went away. He was getting closer to where he wanted to go; to meet Mama Beedrill again, and to feel safe. Like how he was before leaving his nest. The Nidoran had lived in a big group of others like himself, Nidorans and Nidorinos everywhere. But....the small Pokemon blocked out the rest of the memory. Now was not the time to be thinking of such sad thoughts. Reaching the foot of the hill, the excitement Nidoran felt burst into pure joy, and he broke into a dead run up the hill. Not looking back for the boy, he rushed up the hill. With a big happy grin on his face, he ran around the tree where the Beedrill lived. Calling out, <Hello, hello? Anyone here?>

The short walk passed without any of them saying a word, Cameron busying himself with examining the egg and glancing down repeatedly at the nidoran walking on a couple feet ahead of him. Klinge was having too tricky of a time navigating his large body through the trees and excessive undergrowth to even bother trying to strike up a conversation, and he wouldn't have attempted to anyway. He could sense Cameron's worry and the nidoran's own unease, and knew that this just wasn't the sort of situation to talk in. They soon reached the base of the hill, and to the astonishment of his audience of two, the nidoran started sprinting up it, a smile of utter joy spreading across the wild pokemon's face. He didn't even look back as he raced towards the large tree at the top of the hill. Cameron broke into a run himself to keep up with the little guy, while Klinge launched into the air and began to circle the apricot tree.
Cameron came to a stop a yard or two from the fruit tree, and watched as their temporary companion ran excitedly around the tree's trunk, calling out to its inhabitants. Cameron would have to be a very cold person not to smile at the sight. As much as he would regret leaving the nidoran behind, he obviously belonged there. There was nothing in the life of a tamed pokemon that could elicit such unadulterated joy from a timid pokemon such as himself. No, he belonged with Mama Beedrill. He was safer here...except that he really wasn't. Out here, if he got himself seriously injured, there wasn't a pokemon center he could go to in order to get himself healed. He would have to rely on natural remedies, and while Cameron wasn't against those, they did very little for serious wounds. Shaking this disturbing thought out of his head, he made himself focus on how happy the pokemon looked right now. "So this is it?", he asked after a moment, not entirely sure what else to say. Meanwhile, Klinge was still circling above the tree, on the look-out for any shady figures.

[style=padding:10px; text-align: center; font-size: 75px; text-transform: uppercase; color: #434969;] Pokémon ENCOUNTER As Nidoran continued to call out, a small hum began to arise from the apricot tree. It started as a small murmur, showing there was life, but continued to grow, louder and louder. Nidoran looked up in happiness, there were still Pokemon here! Then the trees began to rustle, showing that a small group of Weedle had appeared, and, above them, a Beedrill. Looking up, Mama Beedrill could see a Skarmory was high above the tree, not knowing if the human with the Nidoran was friendly, she motioned to her Weedle attendants, and two left to keep an eye out for the metal bird. Coming close, Mama Beedrill felt as if she could remember this Nidoran. With a confirmatory nod to herself, she knew this Nidoran had left just two days ago. There was that slight way he pricked his ears that showed he was the timid and shy Nidoran that came to her. With a cheerful voice, she called out hello to the Nidoran, just as he was turning to say to Cameron, <Yup, this is the place-- hello Mama Beedrill>
Looking towards Cameron, Mama Beedrill asked Nidoran, <Is he a....friend?> The Nidoran nodded. Okay, not enemy, check. Perhaps this could be a chance for her to find the timid Nidoran a person that he can become stronger with. That would be absolutely wonderful. The Nidoran had gone through a lot, she knew, but he had to grow from that. Perhaps a loving trainer would be a good choice. But first...she had to test him. Curtly, she asked the boy, <You, am I able to trust you?> The Nidoran stared, what was going on?

Cameron wasn't exactly prepared for the slight humming that rose from the tree in response to the nidoran's calls, and took a startled step back before reminding himself that they were looking for a beedrill, buzzing was not an out-of-place sound. As the humming grew stronger, the nidoran's face grew even happier, and Cameron's smile widened reflectively as well. Several weedle poked their heads out of the nearby trees, and then from the top of the apricot tree, Mama Beedrill herself appeared. At least, he assumed that she was Mama Beedrill. The insect flew closer to the two of them, and buzzed out a cheerful greeting to them. Next to Cameron, the nidoran replied to his earlier question. <Yup, this is the place-- hello Mama Beedrill>
<Is he a....friend?>, Mama Beedrill asked the smaller Pokémon after glancing in the trainer's direction. Cameron shifted uncomfortably on his feet for a second, but was relieved to see his small companion nod in the affirmative. Without warning, the insect turned back to the human. <You, am I able to trust you?>, she questioned tersely. Taken aback by this unexpected question, Cameron stumbled over his reply. "Ah...y-yes ma'am. Trustworthy as any other human, I suppose.", he said, ending with a slight chuckle. It was, of course, that very moment that the egg that had laid dormant for months inexplicably shook violently in his arms, and Cameron full-out yelped at the sudden motion. It didn't stop, either. The egg kept rocking back and forth, and the trainer could hear a strange clicking sound coming from inside. Was...was it actually hatching?
Momentarily forgetting about the situation with the nidoran and Mama Beedrill, he gently placed the egg on the ground and crouched beside it, feeling a little panicky as he wondered if the time had come. Would anything be wrong with the little guy inside of it, whatever it was? It couldn't be normal for an egg to take that long to hatch. Not normal at all. Had it really been damaged when it was knocked into that rock months ago? He chewed on his lip as he looked on, eventually glancing over helplessly at Mama Beedrill and the nidoran. Was there something he was supposed to do? Klinge, oblivious to the unfolding drama, continued his patrol above the tree-line.

Cameron heard Mama Beedrill's doubting reply to his promise, but was a bit too caught up in the moment of the egg hatching to come up with a reply on the instant. He was saved from having to do so in a timely manner when the poor nidoran squealed fearfully at the jostling motion of the egg, and bolted away, only to get caught in a bush. Cameron winced guiltily, mentally berating the egg for choosing such a bad time to start acting up. Cameron moved to assist the caught pokemon, but Mama Beedrill beat him to it, leaving the human standing uselessly in front of the egg and wondering how on earth such chaos had formed.
<Make the egg stop shaking, human!> He started at the order, then tore his eyes away from the nidoran's shaking form in order to crouch back down and grasp the egg firmly between his hands, keeping it in place. Whatever was inside continued to fight against the shell, but at least it wasn't visibly moving anymore. Finally noticing that something was amiss, Klinge swoop down (gradually, in order to avoid startling the nidoran) and landed next to his trainer, bending down to survey the busy scene with a much cooler demeanor than Cameron. <Look, kid, the egg's gonna be fine. Just let nature do what nature does best. There ain't nothing we can do for it.>, he cawed out, then looked over at Mama Beedrill, who was in the process of calming down the nidoran. <Is there anything I can do to help, ma'am?>

The egg shuffled around from side to side, gathering more and more heat while it continued on in its path until finally it could take no more and cracked into a lot of pieces. The product of the egg hid itself quickly when it was hit by the sun as she felt a bit ugly and not worthy of the sun and its glamour. Cameron held the egg tightly as it shook progressively harder, until eventually cracks began to form in the shell. Seconds later, the entire egg shattered into pieces, revealing what was inside. The trainer's eyes lit up at the sight of a feebas of all things, imagining how beautiful it would look when it evolved. As it was, though, the fish was splashing around in his hands, obviously trying quite hard to escape for whatever reason. Keeping a firm grip on the pokemon's handle-shaped dorsal fin, he fumbled around in his backpack for an unused pokeball, but was momentarily distracted by the nidoran's words. <Where… where did you come from?>, he called curiously over to the feebas. Said feebas ignored the question, and continued to flop about in a vain attempt to escape, or maybe to hide from the many sets of eyes watching it.
<Hmm… well it seems you have hatched a lovely feebas… so maybe I’ll give it some thought.>, Mama Beedrill suddenly spoke up with a nod. It took a moment of struggling until Cameron managed to get the presumably-fearful newborn into its new pokeball, and then the trainer sat back to catch his breath. "Give what some thought?", he asked Mama Beedrill a few seconds later, looking over at her with interest. At least the nidoran didn't look quite as afraid as before, which was definitely a good thing. The poor guy didn't deserve to be startled like that. Klinge stood by, brow furrowed. Both he and his trainer were quite puzzled by the feebas' odd behavior, but it was better to keep the young Pokémon contained and out of sight for the time being, so that her erratic movements didn't add to the nidoran's fear. They could deal with that problem later. They had another task that had to be resolved first: getting the nidoran settled.

Cameron winced as the nidoran seemed to freak out again, his frightened question revealing that he had utterly misinterpreted the situation. Goodness, he really was a young fella, wasn't he? Mama Beedril was quick to put his worries at ease, though. At least she understood what was going on, and his decision to just tuck her away safely for now. He really didn't want to deal with any misunderstandings and false accusations of callousness. Without any answer given for his earlier question, Cameron slowly climbed back to his feet, and stretched.
"Well...uh...if you're all settled here, I guess we'll get going.", the trainer said hesitantly. Klinge, keying in on the teen's uncertainty, re-entered the conversation. <Ma'am, why did you ask about the kid's trustworthiness earlier on?> The skarmory had a sneaking suspicion as to the answer, but Cameron so far was completely oblivious. Nonetheless, it was quite obvious that he had taken a liking to the small nidoran, and that his hesitance was resultant of his desire to see the pokemon settled in a safe place. Call it paranoia, but he wasn't certain of the nidoran's ability to survive in the wild, even with being protected by Mama Beedrill.

The little Nidoran had doubts about the trustworthiness of Mama Beedrill's words, but he set aside his worries for the time being since the trainer didn't seem like an evil person. "Umm!" He wanted to ask a favour from Cameron, but he couldn't find the right words to use and he went silent. He was feeling paranoic again as he watched the trainer about to leave.
<Ah, yes. Why don't you take this Nidoran with you? He seems quite fond of you.> Mama Beedrill nodded at the nervous wreck beside her with her head. If the trainer could adopt this poison type, it would make life easier for the bug type. She loved the Nidoran like a mother, but sometimes he was just too much to handle. It was exhausting.

Cameron was about to start walking back towards the main path, giving a last glance towards the nidoran, when Klinge's words caught his attention. Why on earth was he interested about that? The trainer had just assumed that Mama Beedrill didn't want any untrustworthy humans milling around her tree. Klinge, however, seemed quite certain that the beedrill had some sort of ulterior motive. Whatever. He wasn't going to stop the skarmory from satisfying his curiosity. When the nidoran spoke up unexpectedly, apparently wishing to ask something, Cameron turned to look at him with interest. However, the little guy lapsed back into silence.
<Ah, yes. Why don't you take this Nidoran with you? He seems quite fond of you.> Well, that certainly got Cameron's attention. He whirled back around to face Mama Beedrill, an uncharacteristically sunny grin splitting his face. <Well, kid, looks like our little family is growing by the minute!>, Klinge said with a chuckle. "I'd love to, Mama Beedrill! I promise, he'll be perfectly safe with us.", Cameron replied, then smiled over at Klinge before turning that same smile towards the nidoran. "I mean...if you want to, of course." He didn't want to force the timid guy into anything he wasn't comfortable with. That wouldn't do anyone any good.

stop now! before it's too late, your lover was for hire, have you noticed he's been late? [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,460,true][atrb=style, background: url(http://i53.tinypic.com/a2vuas.png); padding: 5px; text-align: justify; color: #202020;]Wild Pokémon Encounter!
Mama Beedrill smiled, twirling herself in the air, her wings buzzing in a moment of happiness. She was pretty impressed by this trainer and was sure that her lovely Nidoran would rest and be loved by the guy. In fact, she wanted her Nidoran to grow up strong, evolve and perhaps one day not be as nervous or as scared as he was right now. The little poison pokemon shook, unsure of what to do or what to think. Did Mama Beedrill really trust the trainer that much to let him join? In fact, what would happen now?
<Go on!> The Beedrill flew down, decending herself as she used her body to push the little Nidoran male up and towards the trainer. He swallowed his pride for a moment, only to look up at Cameron with wide eyes. He didn't seem that bad right? So it wouldn't be too much trouble. Plus, the Nidoran thought that maybe Cameron liked him a lot and would keep him forever. Slowly, the Nidoran stood up completely, shaking himself in order to get his body to relax before he smiled wide. <Sure! I'd love to.>
Mama Beedrill was happy with that respose and circled the trainer and the Ndioran once before speaking again. <You take care now, alright?> She didn't want to stay around for long because then she would grow attached and it would become more difficult to allow her little Nidoran to go off with the trainer. The large Pokemon flew off, taking her leave. She had no regrets and was sure that one day- she would see Nidoran once again.
Although, this wasn't as easy as it looked. Not to a tiny girl whom was peeking on the scene from the bushes. Her face flared bright red and she was sure she had seen that Nidoran around this forest before. That was it! That Nidoran always got all the attention. Why? Because he was a big baby. What about her hm? She was stronger and more outgoing and much cuter then some poison Pokemon. You couldn't even cuddle him without getting hurt so, why would they give him all that attention? She needed to be the center! She needed to be the main event.
Slowly, the Teddiursa walked out of the bushes, a devious smile on her face that slowly faded into big, teddy-bear eyes which then allowed tears to fall down her cheeks. <T-That's no faiiirrrrrrr!!!!> She screamed out, waving her arms as she ran up to Cameron, crying. <b-but! I wanna be special!!!!!!> She sobbed, sniffling and crying, trying to get attention from the group. She needed it after all- it was how she survived.
Mama Beedrill flew off! Teddiursa is upset!

Mama Beedrill appeared quite pleased by his eager acceptance of her suggestion, the bug-type twirling joyfully in the air with a smile on her face. The nidoran, however, was not nearly as excited by this turn of events. The little guy continued his near-constant trembling, looking quite uncertain. Cameron's spirits fell a little at this, but he could hardly expect a warmer reaction out of such a scarred individual. This was a large change in the nidoran's life they were suggesting, of course he would have his doubts. Mama Beedrill, however, was not going to stand such a lukewarm reception. <Go on!>, the beedrill buzzed, descending to gently nudge the poison pokemon in Cameron's direction. The trainer fully expected the poor guy to run away after being handled thusly, so Cameron was quite surprised when the nidoran allowed himself to be pushed forward, before looking up at the human with those adorable puppy-dog eyes of his. Cameron didn't dare say anything, instead waiting patiently as the small pokemon gradually rose to his full height and shook himself brusquely. Finally, he offered Cameron a wide smile, and spoke. <Sure! I'd love to.>
No words could describe the monumental amount of effort it took Cameron not to let out an excited exclamation at this agreement. The trainer would have never taken the nidoran along without his consent, so to have it was extremely relieving. He would never have been completely comfortable with himself if he had left the skittish guy out in the wild, never being able to know if he was safe. Now he would at least be assured of the nidoran's wellbeing. Whether the pokemon would ever find escape from his fear was another matter, although his choice to accompany Cameorn on his journey was evidence enough that there was still hope. Beside him, Klinge was grinning almost as widely as himself, while Mama Beedrill flew a circle around the nidoran and his new trainer. <You take care now, alright?>, she told them warmly, before flying off to return to her own life. Cameron called out a farewell to her, then crouched down in front of the nidoran, digging around in his backpack as he did so. "Excellent! You're going to have a whole new life with our little group, now. All five of us. Here, let me just find a pokeball for you...", he trailed off as he found a suitable one, then placed the device next to the nidoran. "All you have to do is touch it and-"
Cameron's explanation of the pokeball was cut short when he caught sight of a teddiursa emerging from the bushes, tears streaming out of her huge, sorrowful eyes. <T-That's no faiiirrrrrrr!!!!>, the bear shrieked, running over to the trainer as she flailed her arms wildly. <B-but! I wanna be special!!!!!!>, the newcomer cried out with a dramatic sob, the fur on her face wet from her crying. Klinge was the first to react to this unexpected situation, stepping around Cameron to get in between the teddiursa and the rest of the group. He definitely didn't want this distressed little lady to disturb the nidoran while he was in the middle of allowing a large change to engulf his life. <Look, miss, this really isn't the best time.>, he told her, doing his best to be polite. <Could ya just calm down for a minute?> Cameron watched this exchange cautiously, before turning to reassure the nidoran. "You alright? Don't mind her, I think she's just jealous.", he said with a smirk, trying to insert a bit of humor into a situation which may or may not have startled the nidoran into questioning his decision.
