But before he did that he wanted to first try the new island to power up his team some more and give himself a better and easier opportunity against the next foes. Sam had a really weird method to his insanity as he liked to give his pokemon the hardest challenges like any nerd of Dragonball Z would like to see. He was a big proponent of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber type training and he usually put his pokemon in situations that would be very difficult to handle.
This was the same as he made his way to Divinity Coast where he saw the sign, Level 50 and up and he decided to train his major level 40s to get them strong as ever. If anything he still had Toothless on his side to handle anything that came his way, but he still thought it was a good opportunity to move on to the harder regions.
And in this area, he stood. He really enjoyed the beach and scenery as it was definitely a lot more happy than the depressing Cliff of Betrayal, the Forever Alone cliff as he called it. But he wondered how the pokemon would treat him here. Hopefully they would be just as friendly, chances are they wouldn't though.

------- WILD WEEPINBELL!
Divinity Coast was an alluring place to venture to, especially after the appeal of Betrayal Cliff wore off. The beach stretched far off into the horizon, revealing a sky with pastel colors entangled with one another. The embrace of pink and purple gave the area its enchanting magic that few humans dared to see for themselves. Danger was not the first thing one would worry about when looking at its beauty, but the Pokemon here were definitely powerful. Personality wise, they were a hardy bunch that knew how to fend for themselves.
There was a bit of a special case near the shore, who only lived for his mother's sake. The Weepinbell was a kind Pokemon that didn't want to bother anybody, and pleasing his mother was always his top priority. He was definitely a mother's boy, which often had him picked on by other Pokemon in the area. Most Pokemon left the nest by the time they were level 20, but because of his overbearing mother, he simply couldn't leave her side. <Mother would love this shell!> He finally found what he was looking for, holding up a pink seashell with pride as the sunlight revealed all of the curves in its form. His mother adored the color pink! She would love it! <Or maybe she would like two shells? If I just gave her one thing, that might not be enough. Hmm...> He frowned, suddenly feeling as if he wasn't working hard enough to please her. Oh dear. What do?

WOOOHOOOOOO! WOW!" These were the sounds that came out from the trainer as he ventured to the beach and appreciated everything that Divinity Coast had to offer. The surrounding was seriously the most beautiful thing he had ever witnessed in his life. The color of the ocean, the rocks, the shells, everything was simply gorgeous. He stood there and appreciated all the beauty the coast had to offer until he noticed a few shells moving, or what he thought was that. Instead they were lifted by a Weepingbell who gathered each at a time and examined them thoroughly for some purpose.
Since Sam did not understand pokespeech he did not understand what the momma's boy was actually after. Instead, he just heard some murmur as the Weepingbell picked up more and more rocks. This intrigued him since he thought the pokemon was doing something a lot more meticulous than he was actually doing. He assumed that the pokemon was an oracle or some sorts so he walked up to it and tried to converse with it at first. "Hello! My name is Sam. What are you doing?!" He said to the Weepingbell. He was still bad with conversing with pokemon, as he thought that speaking in the slowest manner possible was the way to get their attention.

------- WILD WEEPINBELL!
The Weepinbell cringed at the sound of Sam's slow and dragged out voice, confused at why he was talking in such a way. Was he a distant relative of the Slowpoke species? Was it something like how snakes stretched out all of their s's for no reason? It was too soon for the Weepinbell to tell, as this was his first experience with a human. <You talk weird. I wonder what mamma would think about you.> He paused and stared at Sam in wonder, debating what would happen if his mother met him. Would she scold him at once for bringing something dangerous around? Call him stupid? Or was this a rare breed of Pokemon that was going extinct? He could only imagine the praise he would get for bringing such valuable prey!
<I'm gathering shells for my mother to cheer her up. She's been so grouchy lately, and I just want to do what I can for her.> He responded with a bashful smile, not used to being this open with a total stranger. He wasn't aware of the language barrier, but he was expecting some kind of joke or jest about being a momma's boy. All of the Pokemon around here liked to tease him about it, but there was nothing he could do. He existed solely to take care of his mother, and that was exactly how he was going to spend the rest of his life. Thinking he could get a little help with his current task, he held out the bright pink seashell in his leaf. <Have you seen anything prettier than this?> He decided he might as well try to ask, as he hardly had any luck lately.

He did not notice it before but now when he saw the size of the Weepingbell he automatically knew it was on a new level as it was seriously one of the largest pokemon he had ever seen. It was probably stronger than most of his pokemon on his team, but that became a lesser issue as the grass type wasn't violent at the moment so Sam did not need to be either.
When the pokemon spoke to him though, the words went in one word and came out of another as he was unable to understand anything that came out. He simply nodded when the pokemon showed him the gems which probably gave the Weepingbell the impression that he liked it and understood him. "I'm sorry. I don't speak your language!" He said in the slowest possible way again and then he stood there awkwardly looking at the Weepingbell.
How would the pokemon respond now? What would it do?

------- WILD WEEPINBELL!
What was this Sam guy doing to him? The way he was talking to him was starting to offend him, as if he was some kind of slow monkey that was struggling how to use tools! He started to look angry the longer Sam drawled out each word, but before he could get too angry the tears in his eyes stopped him. Oh no! He wasn't angry! He was confused and sad! <Y-You think I'm stupid, don't you?> He managed to choke out throughout all of his tears, whimpering pitifully as he dropped his seashell in the sand. He didn't need it if he was going to be talking to MEANIES like this!
In his haste, he completely forgot about pleasing his grouchy mother as he ran off to his den. <MOOOOTHERRR~!> He sobbed through hysterical tears, frantically wiping them from his eyes as he ran off. He couldn't help but feel bullied and teased all over again, even if Sam was speaking the truth! He could only imagine that Sam was taunting him by saying that he was talking in the language of 'stupid', and it was all so offensive to him!
Some Pokemon started to peak out from the ocean's waves at the commotion, but they were a bit too shy to go and investigate the scene. Instead the swarm of eyes continued to watch Sam, carefully recording his actions to determine if he was a friend or foe.

"What?!?!?!" He asked out loud, confused at what just transpired right there but he simply shrugged it off as he noticed that an item was dropped behind. He walked down and began to bend to pick it up but eventually decided against it and left it there for the Weepingbell if he ever decided to come back to the area and pick up gifts. Sam then began to feel a bit weird, having goosebumps as he felt some eyes were fixated on him. He suddenly sneezed out loud, as if innately he knew someone was looking at him and then he stood there and waited with a confused ponder. The feeling went away eventually though when no one came out to talk to him. And he started to scratch his butt in public too, and pick his nose. [ooc]: Don't worry about it. No problem =D

----WATER POKEMON TRIO !
With the sobbing Weepinbell gone, that left various spectators to witness the evolved buttscratching monkey in its natural habitat. They frowned and started to scatter, except for three Pokemon that were gazing at Sam from the back. <He seems like a mean lad. Kids are so spoiled these days.> The Tentacruel just barely had her eyes above the water, preferring the shelter of the water instead of the exposure of the air. Her two faithful servants nodded in agreement, hardly seeing any good in this type of human. <He looks stupid. That poor Weepinbell.> The Seel moaned in sympathy for the plant's plight, while the Dewgong kept a peaceful poker face.
<Indeed. I've heard of these humans, and they lay waste to many things.> Dewgong's eyes narrowed in bitter hatred for Sam and his kind, hardly willing to sympathize with such an inferior species. <They make cake for many things? Oh, how lovely.> The Tentacruel giggled, having some trouble hearing when her ears were underwater. <No, they're terrible people. Bad.> The Seel tapped his leader's ear with an encouraging fin, hoping to knock some sense into her ear canal.
<Permission to investigate this curious source?> Dewgong couldn't resist getting involved in some action, feeling his heart race as the surrounding water gave him the energy he needed to fight. <Oh! What are we going to do? I can't wait!> Seel clapped his fins together, pulling off a few flips at Tentacruel's approving smile. <Do the Macarena and have some intercourse? You're horrible.> She was used to hearing about the Dewgong's perverted acts, even finding some amusement in them at this point. The two ice types could only groan in response, but they decided to check it out anyways. Swimming bravely to shore, the Seel was the first to appear with a naughty smile.
<Buttmonkey, I will properly check you out with my superior skills! En garde! Use your worst Ice Beam!> With a playful Growl, the Seel pointed his horn right at Sam. Not that he was actually going to do anything, but he couldn't wait to get some action in while the boss was watching!

He scratched as he believed that no one was looking and immediately brought his fingers to his nose to take a quick whiff before he was sent back in disgust from the nasty smell. "Oh man! I need a shower soon!" He said before he heard a few murmurs which seem to be directed at his side. He ignored it at first, not understanding a word being said until a Seel popped up in front of him and aimed his horn at the trainer. This startled the blond as he let out a loud fart after the shock went away. The sound was awful but the smell ten times worst. Sam had to use his hands to blow the air around him after, although it wasn't doing him any good and only intensifying the smell. Eventually, not thinking straight, the trainer decided on an alternative. He ran up to the Seel and tried to jump on him. Not to attack in any way but hopefully to get the pokemon to drag him into the water, there the smell would hopefully go away. What a dumbo lol!

----WATER Pokémon TRIO !
Mayday! Mayday! He was going down! The enemy assaulted them with a stink bomb, then swiftly grasped onto the Seel's behind. The youngster wasn't sure about how he was supposed to react, so he flopped around in a panic. He was strong for his small size, having enough force to drag Sam around if he decided to keep holding on. Going into the water wasn't the Seel's first thought though, figuring that he'd end up drowning if Sam weighed him down. <Captain! I need help! Ahhh! It wants my brain!> Panicking under Sam's weight, he bucked and bucked, trying to force the human off of him. Sadly that didn't seem to be working, and the Dewgong had little choice but to save his apprentice.
He did care about the small fry, considering that they had a ton of experience working with one another. In some ways, he considered the Seel his successor. He needed someone to live on, remembering him after death. With an angry growl, he frowned deeply at the blonde butt monkey. This behavior was highly uncouth, and he couldn't tolerate it any longer. <Unhand him.> His tail threatened to give Sam a good hard whack as water started to flow all around his tail. It was as if he was wielding a dull sword, which was more than capable of whacking some sense into someone.

He felt his entire body sway side to side and felt his head get a bit lighter as he started to get a headache. "Please! Stop! Stop! Stop!" He said as he saw the Seel continue to swing around. Eventually the Dewgong got in front of him and tried to reprimand him and tell him to stop and let go. Almost as if right on track, he slipped off the smooth body of the Seel and fell straight down into the water. It got him really wet but also started to take the smell he left behind and really surround the sea with it while eliminating his own smell. The only problem, Sam could not really swim... He started flopping around but suddenly found his entire body sink to the bottom. Help?!?!

----WATER Pokémon TRIO !
They didn't have a communication issue this time around, and soon Sam was squirming off the Seel like he was a bat out of hell. The Dewgong didn't know much about hell or bats, but he was sure that it was a very scary thing indeed. He scoffed at the cowardly trainer, turning around with a sassy flick of his tail. He had no reason to deal with this human any longer, and compassion was never one of his best traits. He was on his way to returning to his mistresses side, when he realized a lack of a certain presence beside him. Was there a meaning for this? <Seel?> Dewgong turned his head slightly, catching a shimmer of silver slip break the water's surface.
Young, noble and righteous, the Seel couldn't let Sam drown like that. Though the human sure gave him a scare, he saw nothing but cruelty in allowing someone to die. With a grunt, the young Seel tried to shove his body under Sam's weight in an attempt to push him up towards the surface. It was definitely harder to swim with the extra weight on him, but if Sam kicked and flailed, they could easily make it to the surface. <Was saving him necessary?> The Dewgong stared in boredom, not caring either way if some alien creature drowned or not. As long as his apprentice was safe, he had no reason to be concerned.

Instead, he stood still momentarily until he realized that the Seel could only hold his breath so long under water so he flailed a bit which made it easier for both as he was pushed up to safety in the beautiful coast. Once safe, he panted and breathed harder on the ground for a bit before he sat up straight and his breathing went back to normal.
Then, with a flush in his face he looked at the Seel, Dewgong, and Tentacruel before he turned and ran as fast as he could away from them. It was too embarrassing, too emotionally torturous to stay any longer so he wanted to leave them. Without even a thank you for saving his life, although he hoped the Seel knew how gratifying it was...
He hoped the three would not follow him, as that would just put up constant reminders of his near death expression, his fart and butt scratching, and the can't speak about event that he just had to deal with... And that was too much for the youthful trainer. |

---- MEET THE QUEEN !
With the three water Pokemon ditched to chill on the beach, deep imprints in the sand trailed in the same direction Sam ran off to. It wasn't a place where the Seel dared to venture, so he simply returned to the waters with his doting superior. A strong gust of wind blew past Sam, knocking several bananas out of the trees. The inexorable bananas were the light green ones; thick and fresh, not even ripe enough to offer a decent flavor. There were some Pokemon that preferred the texture, but almost everybody preferred the ripe ones. Large hands scooped up the fallen bananas in a wooden basket, weaved by friendly Parasect in the area. <Those starving children in Africa will be saved! I just know it!> The Nidoqueen talked to herself as she collected food, believing that she had a chance to save the world if she did one good deed a day.
She didn't dare eat any of the bananas in her basket until her job was done, absolutely determined to feed everybody on the island. One of the quirkier Pokemon on Legie Isle, she considered her home 'Africa'. Why? Who knows, but the name stuck with her since she heard a human rambling about it one day. <Perhaps I should pick blueberries someday. They're so small though, so how could those feed anybody?> She mused to herself, plopping another banana into her basket. That was when she caught sight of the fleeing trainer, screaming in terror when he bolted past her. <H-hey! Are you ok? Tell me!> Nearly dropping her banana basket in the process, she began to chase after Sam with tears in her eyes.
The experience of seeing someone so frighened and embarrassed tore her heart in three parts. She couldn't bare to see anyone in such distress! She let out a roar in an attempt to grab Sam's attention, chasing after him at top speed. Her footsteps left more foot prints in the sand and mud, leaving an obvious trail for other curious travelers. Hopefully the scene wouldn't attract too much attention, otherwise the Pokemedia would invade the island.

In this case, the almost drowning was bad but what became even more terrifying and mind-numbing was when a large Nidoqueen charged after him in full speed almost as if she wanted to grab him and eat him. This scared the trainer even more as he just wished he could get out of the place for good and leave it all behind, beginning to regret abandoning the Forever Alone Cliff for this Divinity Coast. Divinity? It had been nothing but terrorizing so far! He quickly took out a pokeball and released his Salamence at once, hopping on his legendary pokemon as he flew away from the Nidoqueen's pursuit. He decided to leave the island for a bit, hoping to recollect himself and get away from all the fear and terror he had to deal with. Within some time, he began to miss it so he made his way back eventually. To a different part of the coast though, this one he had never seen before. And he hoped that his journey here would be ten times better than it was back then. His heart still pulsating quickly, and his skin still filled with goosebumps, he was ready for a much happier time. Hoping for a much happier time. ::Salamence:: Flew away then came back!

------WILD BEARTIC & VIBRAVA !
Nidoqueen was ditched, and peace was on the isle once more. She continued to pick her bananas while other Pokemon interacted from down below. Despite the hot weather, a Beartic was happily bathing in the cool waters of a local spring. She was intimidating enough to scare off many of the younger Pokemon, but she wasn't the type to go out of her way to hurt anybody. Oh no, this Beartic was a kind gal if you bothered to get to know her. She happily stretched a furry leg out of the waters, admiring the pure white coloring as if she was seeing it for the first time. There had been so much mud and grime on it from their Emboar wrestling tournament that she wondered if she'd look like an Ursaring forever.
She was lucky that her fur didn't stain so easily, allowing her the chance to unwind as she cooled off in the spring. Several birds gave her the angry eye, but she didn't pay them any mind. If they wanted to take a drink, they could just come right up themselves. She wasn't going to bother them, and if they didn't have the balls to ask, then it definitely wasn't her problem. She snorted and looked the other way, almost feeling offended at how the other Pokemon feared her for her size. <Ugh. Look at her. She's shedding in our drinking water.> A wild Vibrava appeared from behind Sam, crawling across the ground as if he was a common ant. He didn't have much of a reason to respect humans, but certainly the Salamence Sam let out could relate to his woes. Dragon Pokemon problems, sheesh.

Instead he was more intrigued, more curious about the said pokemon as he gave him a closer look and realized that he was pointing near the pool at the Beartic. The trainer still did not understand pokespeech, especially from foreign pokemon but he sort of got the gist of this conversation. He didn't like the Beartic for taking up the water and dirtying it. Sam could see that much as Toothless laughed once she heard the Vibrava. >I know, someone should go and say something to him!< She said before she put her claw in her nose as if to play nose goes to signal that it would not be her. She then looked curiously at the body of the insect and had to ask something because she had never seen a pokemon like that before. >Woah?!?! What are you? You look so interesting. So odd. So strange! Are you an insect? Or are you something else?< She asked the Vibrava to make sure. Sam knew what a Vibrava was though, it was one of those species he was very fond of to be exact. ::Salamence:: Woah! You are weird looking!

------WILD BEARTIC & VIBRAVA !
<Ayyyyyyyye! What a day!> The Beartic forced out a laugh by her lonesome self, splashing in the pool to get some fun out of it. She sank low into the water, snorting out bubbles with her nose to get the most out of her bath. Shaggy white fur started to clutter the drinking source, but she didn't mind at all. In fact, she didn't notice all of the scowling Pokemon around her at all! She thought they were simply too scared to join in, but boy was she wrong! She continued to mindlessly frolic in the pond as the Vibrava kept up a conversation with Sam and Toothless. He was obviously displeased with the scene, but he didn't think starting a scuffle was worth it. Not against a big ice type like her!
He felt paranoid at the Salamence's surprised, shaking his head as he thought of some kind of reply. Anything would do, as long as she understood that he came from a long line of dragons. He was practically royalty with all of this dragon blood running through him! <I am a dragon fly! Emphasis on DRAGON!> He stated proudly, puffing out his chest at the introduction. <I'm not so weird looking for a local. You foreigners are the weird ones.> He pointed out with a raised claw, feeling as if something was off about the tamed Salamence. She seemed too carefree to be a wild Pokemon, even by Cheyenne standards.
<Getting bored all by myself. I sure wish somebody would join me!> The Beartic made a loud hint for any of the lurking Pokemon to join in on her fun, but none dared to approach her. They didn't want to swim in a dirty pond, and the drinking water was tainted at this point. If only she'd leave, then everyone would be happy! At least that was how it worked in the Vibrava's mind.

What is that?! Woah I have never seen something like that before! Awesome! So so cool!< She said out loud to the Vibrava, wagging her tail violently in the meantime as she was actually having a blast right there meeting another fellow dragon just like herself. >I am also a dragon if you can't tell. I have grown a lot though over the years. I remember when he first got me, I was so tiny and so scared but now I am big. I am THIS BIG.< She said as she started to sit on her hind legs before she stretched out her arms to signify how big she has become. The next thing she knew after this was that the Vibrava was calling her weird which the Salamence did not take too kindly but she was more confused than mad at the statement. >How? What makes me weird?< She asked the Vibrava before her ears began to perk again once she heard the Beartic wanted a friend to play with. And almost immediately, being such an innocent and naive pokemon the red wings of the Salamence flopped over as she took off from her spot with the Vibrava and flew near the water of the Beartic. >I'll play! I'll play!< She said before she crashed in the dirty water near the Beartic. >What do you want to play?!< She asked after. ::Salamence:: Name: Toothless | Gender: Female | Level: 63.5 Item: Wise Glasses (Boost Special Attack) Attack Set 1: Hydro Pump, Fire Fang, Dragon Pulse, Thunder Fang Attack Set 2: Dragon Claw, Crunch, Roost, Protect HM Move: Fly Ability: Intimidate

------WILD BEARTIC & VIBRAVA !
Seeing the large dragon's reaction perked up the Vibrava quite a bit, feeling as if he was finally being recognized for what he truly was. His face quickly lit up like the sun as he was showered with respect, enjoying the sentiment for as long as he could. It felt pretty good to be seen as a regal, important dragon instead of some bug on the ground. Even more so when the opinion came from a dragon that actually looked like the stereotypical dragon! <That's not a surprise. I wasn't born a dragon, but I was chosen to be one.> He seemed even prouder as he talked, absolutely beaming at the chance to boast. He found amusement in Toothless's childish demeanor, somehow letting her personality slide because he found someone he could relate to.
<Well, we're all a little weird. But you can tell who isn't a native just by looking at them.> The Vibrava explained, taking a few steps back to get a better look at Sam and Toothless. Yep, he was positive. There was something different about them that set them apart from the ones born on the Isle. <You smell different. Very strange. Like a mix of metal and smoke.> He couldn't even begin to describe the scents of the city, struggling to give it a proper explanation as he talked about it. <You also look like you're brand new. I don't think I said that right.> He mused, staring up at a cloud for inspiration. Oh, now he knew how to say it! <Like you've never been attacked by a predator! Scars, scratches, trauma. It affects a personality too. Turning around to show off his rugged wings, he gave them a quick beat to show off the cuts and marks on the side of them.
He had his fair share of battles back in the day, and birds were still picking on him as if he was the worm in the apple. He didn't expect the Salamence to want to play all of a sudden, staring at her with bewildered eyes. Just how old was this Salamence anyways? <I...what?> He gawked next to Sam, not even understanding what was going on anymore. <HMM?> The Beartic heard a loud splash behind her, swiftly turning around to meet the happy dragon. Why, she looked as cute as a puppy! Instantly the Beartic was charmed by her, giving her a big grin as she tried to embrace Toothless with an affectionate hug. <Arrrg, hello there you rascal! Do you want to have a race with me? It's an EXTREME race, like how we do it back in the country.> The Beartic seemed proud as she challenged Toothless, possibly stupid for not fearing something larger than herself.
