[I lost my mummy and can't find her...] He said, frowning with his insect-like teeth. The bug pokemon blinked, tears dripping to the ground.

"I could help you if you want" Chris offered. "But that's only if you want me to help."

"I want the help... Just please don't squishle meeee..." The small bug pokemon whined softly. "I remember being in the trees waiting for mummy to come back with food but she didn't come back and I got scared. So I went looking after her and now i'm more lost then ever..."

"Of course I won't squish you" Chris cooed in a comforting voice. "Now why don't you lead me where you last saw her?"

"I will, but I think you need to put me down first." The spider pokemon answered, using one of it's legs to point to the ground. It sure seemed like a long way down... Even though it was only resting in the trainer's hands.

"Alright" Chris said, gently placing the Spinarak on the floor. "Now, which way?"

"Uuuh...." The spinarak muttered, glancing around with those big black eyes of his. "I think it's... That way!" He answered, pointing down the road quite a bit at a HUGE oak tree, labeled with many roots sticking out of the ground.

"Okay then" Chris said, walking forward. He stopped briefly and offered the Spinarak a ride on his shoulder.

The small green, black, and yellow pokemon glanced upwards at the trainer and nodded at him, climbing swiftly up the trainer's leg and sides until it reached his shoulder. That mist have felt really... Odd. The spinarak darted it's head around from each direction, watching some bird pokemon eyeing him thoughtfully in the trees.

Chris silently released his Weavile, who landed next to Spinarak. "As long as he's with you, you'll be fine" Chris assured.

The spinarak nodded and held on tightly to the trainer's shoulders. However, for one of the pidgeys, the spinarak dinner was too big of a meal to pass up. Eagerly and foolishly, one of the higher leveled pidgeys began to flap it's wings, and headed straight towards the spinarak.

"Dark Frost, stop that Pidgey with Faint Attack!" Chris yelled. The Weavile nodded and attacked to save Spinarak.

The pidgey was hit by the surprising dark attack, and retaliated with a strong gust attack. The wind tupe attack almost knocked the spinarak off of the trainer's shoulders, but it managed to hang on tightly. This pidgey seemed awfully desperate for the meal...

Chris helped the Spinarak hang on by placing a gentle, yet firm hand on it's body to keep it down. Dark Frost was hit by the Gust but he ended up riding it upwards and then came flying out of the top. He didn't even wait for a command as he used Faint Attack once more.

The pidgey was hit once again, and used a surprise quick attack when the weavile came close. It's hunger to fight and hunger to eat the spider pokemon was strong and it was going to fight fiercely to get it! The small green spider whimpered lightly as it watched the battle, the surrounding bird pokemon cooing loudly and cheering the pidgey on.

Chris quickly opened his bag. "Come on Spinarak, get in here" he said, trying to ensure it's safety. Meanwhile, Weavile was hit again, now getting really angry. He used yet another Faint Attack.

The spinarak quickly darted into the bag, the darkness of it calming it down slightly. The faint attack, being an unavoidable attack, had hit it's mark. Angrily, the pidgey swept back into the sky, dissapearing for a moment, before darting down in a more powerful quick attack!

This time, Weavile dodged the attack with his good speed and let off yet another Faint Attack.

The Pidgey was hit with the Faint Attack once again as the battle was taken its toil on the energy of Pidgey, it used a Gust attack as sweat beads began to form on the Pidgey's forhead. It circled the Weavile as the wind hit its face, doing that made Pidgey feel alot better as the wind continued to hit its face.

Another hit on Weavile, and now he was starting to get tired. Regardless, he was about to use another Faint Attack. "Dark Frost, use Scratch!" Chris commanded. The Weavile sighed and leapt at the Pidgey.
