Abel and Krystal began to laugh hard as the Sableye was caught on fire. They then leapt out of the way, but were hit slightly by the Night Shade. Abel launched yet another Ember while Krystal used Moonlight again, this time on both of them.

+You know how annoying that can get?!+ [/i] Said the purple ghost, very annoyed. Wow, it CAN say something other than.....BRAINS!!!!! Releasing another nightshade, it was hit by the flaming attack. Due to all the flaming attacks, it was burned.[/sup][/center]

<And do you know how annoying that can get?> Abel asked as he was hit once again. <Besides, this is the only move I have that works against Ghosts.> Abel performed yet another Ember while Krystal performed yet another Moonlight.

This time the flaming attack was avoided, with a small chuckle. +Fine, you want something different?+ He taunted. He then used an astonish attack. It was then hurt bu burn. With little HP left, the odds were looking against him.

<As a matter of fact, I did> Abel said, seemingly unaffected by the Astonish attack. Krystal however, was. <It's okay Krystal> he said gently. <I'll finish this!> Another Ember attack would hopefully defeat the Sableye.

The Sableye was pretty badly burned now, but just managed to hang on, and use another astonish attack. +You won't beat me that easily!+

<Good. I wanted a challenge> Abel stated, firing another Ember in the middle of the Astonish attack.

The stubborn Sableye dodged the Ember, giving a shrill cough from the smoke that emitted from the flames. +Pfft, I assure you that you shall lose the challenge.+ The purple fiend taunted, using a leer on Abel and then extending it's claws for a Scratch.

Abel could feel his defence go down and then he felt the claws cut into him, only a lot worse than it normally would. Krystal ran forward and offered to use Moonlight again. <Not until I really need it> he told Krystal, firing another Ember.

The Ember had emitted more smoke then fire as the flames had critically burnt the feet of the Sableye, at the point the Sableye got Pissed. The Sableye then ran straight for Abel and began to rapidly scratch it as Sableye then said <Needing other peoples help to heal you, you must be SO dependant of Krystal.>

<Not really> Abel said as he began to dodge the attacks. <I told her not to heal me unless it was absolutely necessary.> When Sableye came in for another Scratch, he waited until the ghost was close, then fired Ember. Krystal looked at Chris, only to see that he was completely petrified.

That was it for the Sableye, it was done, fin, depleted of his energy/life force.
Abel has gained 1 level, Capture or move on?

((Since Krystal was helping Abel, does she get a level up or not? Also, do we get told when the Pokemon gain a new attack?)) "Come on guys, lets go" Chris said to his Pokemon, leading them forward.

(1/2 level, just for helping. And no; when your pokemon learn a new attack, just add it to their list. Max 8 attacks, I think.)
A suspicious looking object glitters on a broken down desk. Inspect it, or leave it be?

Chris moved over to the desk cautiously, accompanied by Krystal and Abel. "What do you suppose that is?" Krystal asked.

The object doesn't react at all, seeing as it's not alive. Hmm... It seems to be an ordinary magnet. Although I bet electric-pokemon would absolutely love it. Probably better put it somewhere safe.

Chris picked up the item and smiled. "Sparky, come on out!" he called, releasing Magnemite. He gave the Magnet to Sparky. "Here. This will help" he said happily.

"Drop it, punk!" A shrill voice screamed. Clamoring over, a short man clad in a bizarre white pantsuit and cape whipped out a pokeball. "I've been looking for a magnet just like that! There's no way I'm letting YOU take it!" Hughes hissed. "I'll fight you for it!"
Hastily, orb was thrown. "Voltorb!" The spitting image of a plain pokeball charged it's power, anxious to battle.

"I claimed this Magnet first, and I'm not letting you take it" Chris told him angrily. He considered using Sparky for this fight, but since Voltorb had the Soundproof ability, he would be stuck with Tackle. Just then, Wildvine came forward. "You wanna fight?" Chris asked. "Okay then." Abel had dug into Chris' bag and eventually came out, a Crystal version of himself, just like the Espeon. "Did you touch that Crystal Stone?" Chris asked. Abel nodded. "It's okay, I was looking to use it anyhow."

Hughes clenched his jaw. "Voltorb, tackle! Now!"
Sphere rolled forward lazily, aiming to tackle Abel. It's physical attack strength was pathetic - it couldn't even KO a magikarp if it wanted to.
Despite this, bizarre man seemed to have strange confidence in his pathetically underpowered pokemon. His face broke out into smiles as he saw the attack performed.
