Rachel picked up the Pokeball and grinned once June disappeared inside it. She smiled down at Chelsea. "Looks like we've got a new friend." She put the Pokeball away. She tucked her blanket back into her bag and slung it back over her shoulder. She stood up and brushed the dirt off her pants. "Well, let's get going."
Rachel set off with Chelsea again. They both jumped back when they saw something fall from the tree. They ran forward to see what it was. "It's a Pachirisu!" Rachel exclaimed. She frowned when it cried out in pain. She knelt down next to it. "Are you ok, little one?" Chelsea walked up and sniffed the tiny Pokemon.

The pachirisu shook her head rapidly, its eyes still squeezed shut, trying to force tears out. However, not too many came out as it continued to squeeze, its fake crying ability not terribly fantastic. <I got a boo-boo...> It whined. The lightening squirrel staggered to its feet as it opened its big cute eyes to Rachel, continuing the attempt to capture her affection.
I was trying to get food and I fell! Hard. It made me hurt.> she sniffled, clutching her arm in fake pain. <And now my tummy is going rawr!> she exclaimed, looking up longingly at the tree. Although not a good crier, she was a execlent actor.
Her eyes were rather misty though and as she gazed at the Chikorita, she let out a strangled sob, before speaking to the pokemon timidly. <Hi... you look pretty.I like your leaf.> she said in an effort to butter up the pokemon.

Chelsea grinned proudly at the Pachirisu's praise. <Thank you,> she said. She swished her leaf a few times for effect. <You're pretty cute.> She titled her head to the side slightly and smiled. She liked making new friends.
Rachel frowned when the Pachirisu explained what happened. She didn't like to see Pokemon hurt. "I'm sorry," she said sympathetically. She hesitated. What could she do to make her feel better? She got an idea when she said how hungry she was. Rachel stood up and picked an apple from the tree. She set it down next to the Pachirisu. "There you go," she said with a smile. "That should fill you up."

The small electric mouse giggled, into her paws, inoccently, at the kind words from the Chikorita. She didn't mean what she said about the pokemon, but she had to admit, she was pretty darn cute. She didn't need someone else to say it, but it made her feel warm and fuzzy inside.
That didn't stop her from scheming and plotting to snach something nice. The Pachirisu took the apple with a bucktoothed smile, might as well eat before she started running. She took a juicy chomp out of the apple and grinned as juice dribbled down her chin. <Thank you!> she replied polietly. <This apple is really good.> she added.
Glancing over at the trainer, she spotted the backpack on her shoulders. A small smile appeared on her features and she smiled as she commented on her status. <My arm feels a little better already!> Once she finished the apple and tossed the sore inside, she scampered up the trainer's body until she was perched on her shoulder.
She smiled for a moment, before giggling and snatching Rachels pokedex and a bag of food. Like a flash she was gone, sprinting away into the woods before anyone could move. If you moved fast you could probably still catch her.
Haha! Idiots!
Pachirisu has stolen

Rachel smiled as the Pachirisu ate the apple. She was glad she could help out. "No problem," she said. She waited patiently as she ate. Chelsea sat down and looked at the little Pokemon curiously. Rachel grinned when she said she was feeling better. "That's great!" she said.
Chelsea swished her leaf. "You just need some rest," she said with a smile.
Rachel giggled when the Pachirisu climbed up onto her shoulder. "What are you doing?" she asked sweetly. She gasped when she quickly zoomed away.
Chelsea was on her feet in a flash. <She stole food and your Pokedex!> she growled.
Rachel frowned. Without thinking, she dashed after the tiny squirrel Pokemon. "Come on!" she called to Chelsea. The Chikorita didn't need to be told twice. She was soon running by her trainer's side. "Pokemon don't even need a Pokedex!" Rachel cried in desperation, frantically trying to keep up with the Pachirisu.

The Pachirisu had sprinted ahead and had quite a head-start, but the pokedex was heavy and the electric pokemon started panting. She could hear the speedy footsteps of the trainer and Chikorita behind her and within moments made a lightning quick plan. Veering away from the path suddendly, she darted up a tree.
Hidden within the clusters of branches the pokemon peered out, holding the pokedex and food in each hand. She examined her treasures, and tried poking the pokedex, not really sure what it was. It looked shiny though, and she knew a lot of pokemon liked shiny.
Pushing a button by accident, a womans voice came from the pokedex, quite loud and hard to miss. Pachirisu. Female. Electric mouse pokemon. They live atop trees and makes electric charges in the pouches in her cheeks. They send out charges with their tail.
The mentioned electric mouse was panicing trying to turn the stupid thing off before it alerted the trainer to where she was. It went silent, but was it soon enough?

Rachel and Chelsea continued to race through the forest. At one point they couldn't see the Pachirisu anymore, but they knew it had to be there. Chelsea stopped suddenly. <Wait!>
Rachel spun around, panting. <What? We're going to lose it!>
Before Chelsea could reply, they heard the Pokedex go off from behind them. Rachel blinked and looked down at Chelsea, who nodded. They turned around and followed the source of the sound. They carefully looked up at every tree.
Rachel eventually saw a streak of white in one of the trees. "Up there," she whispered, pointing to the ball of fluff. Chelsea growled and got into a fighting stance. Rachel shook her head. "Not yet. I don't want to risk breaking the Pokedex. See if you can grab it with your vines." Chelsea nodded. She extended her vines slowly tot he tree. In the last second she tried to snatch the Pachirisu.

The Pachirisu swiftly released a deep breath from her tiny body as the Pokedex became silent. Finally she had finally stopped the stupid computerize woman from talking, That is until she made a mistake and touch another button with her long, fluffy tail. Once again the computerize woman begun to talk yet again! "Pachirisu attacks includes: Growl, Bide, Quick Attack, and Charm," the woman explained, before coming to a rest again.
A sweatdrop soon appeared over the Pachirisu's forehead once she noticed that the Pokedex had stopped again, this time she hoped that it would the last time that she would ever had to hear it again. She quickly glanced down at Chelsea, and Rachel, giving them an innocent smile as she watched Chelsea's vines near her. <I don't think so!> She giggled, before moving off of the way of the vines. As she moved away from the vines, she almost tripped over a broken branch, and nearly dropped the Pokedex, but luckily, she didn't drop it. She swiftly glanced back down towards Chelsea and Rachel again, and waved at them this time. If they hoped to get this Pokedex back at anytime, they would have to try harder than this!

Rachel gasped when her Pokedex almost fell. She jumped forward to catch it, but that was unneeded. She narrowed her eyes at the Pachirisu. Alright, she asked for it. Now she not only wanted her Pokedex back, but she was determined to capture the little Pokemon as well. She wouldn't be playing anymore tricks on new trainers if she could help it.
Chelsea growled when the Pachirisu jumped out of her grasp. She lowered her vines, glaring at her. <Let me at her!> She cried. She ran to the base of the tree and looked up. <Come down and fight, you coward!>
"Now, let's not get hasty," Rachel said, trying to sound as calm as she could. It was hard when the Pachirisu was starting to get on her nerves. "Use Razor Leaf, but try not to hit the Pokedex."
Chelsea nodded. She stepped back to give herself more room. She shot her razor sharp leaves up towards the Pachirisu. She aimed a bit higher, anticipating that she would try to jump up again. <Take that!> she growled.

The Pachirisu let out an fiesty giggle, one hand holding the pokedex, the other covering her mouth. The yelled, angry words of the Chikorita only served to make her laugh. <Why don't you come up? > she yelled back down. <Or are you too chicken?> she yelled again, laughing openly at the grass-type now.
The sudden appearence of flying razor sharp leaves made her blanch slightly, a sweatdrop appearing on her forehead. Oh crap. She had no time to move. The pokemon let out a squeak of pain as she was hit, and knocked off the branch. With a scream of terror, she relized she was plummeting towards the ground.
Thinking fast, she quickly grasped the pokedex to her, facedown, so if she hit the ground the pokedex would surely break. In order to save the pokedex. They would have to save her.

Chelsea smirked when her attack made a direct hit. <Gotcha!> With a smug look on her face, she watched the Pachirisu start to fall.
"Nice job," Rachel said with a smile. She gasped when she saw the Pachirisu face her Pokedex towards the ground. Crap. "Chelsea, grab it with your vines!" she said quickly.
Chelsea was about to protest, but then she realized the situation. She shot out her vines and tightly grasped the Pachirisu. <Got her,> she grunted. Both she and Rachel sighed in relief.

”Chipa Chipa…!” She sighed along with Rachel and Chelsea, all for the same reason. The Pokedex wasn’t hurt, and therefore, she wasn’t hurt. It was a moment when she was caught off guard, yes, but now she saw an opportunity on her paws. The Chikorita was too relieved to even look up in her direction. Now was the perfect chance to get her out of this scrape! If she could scare them, the vines might loosen just enough so she could break free! Actually, she wasn’t entirely sure that this was even possible, or if the vines would tighten around her instead, but she had her hopes pinned on this one, simple idea.
<Rawr!> She screamed, using a Growl attack as an added bonus. The sound waves carried themselves through the sound, startling several birds from the tree tops, flying away without having any idea what was going on.

Rachel frowned slightly, trying to figure out what to do next. She might as well just try to grab her Pokedex back. It was worth a try. She slowly approached the Pachirisu. Just when she was about to reach out her arm, the little Pokemon screamed. Her hands immediately flung up to her ears. "Ow, stop that," she grumbled.
Chelsea flinched in surprise. She loosened her vines loosely, dropping the Pachirisu half of an inch. She gritted her teeth and closed her vines tighter. She tried hard to ignore the ringing in her ears. <Agree to a fight and I'll let you go,> she muttered.

The Pachirisu nearly escaped from the vines, but her escape was halted when the Chikorita caught her mistake in the nick of time. The only bad thing about that was that the sudden jolt forced her to drop the Pokedex on the ground. She started at it, a low growl escaping from the depths of her throat. She really didn’t want to have a battle, but she was willing to do it if she was stuck in a jam such as this.
<Alright. Bring it.> She seethed, glaring at the Chikorita from mid-air. She wasn’t all that sure if Chelsea was going to play any funny ticks or not, and she knew she couldn’t be trusted either, so both would have to be careful in this battle. For now, the most she could do was start out a Bide attack while stuck in the vines. It didn’t look like she was doing anything special though, so it was hard to tell if she was simply thinking, or being cocky by closing her eyes.

Rachel grinned when the Pachirisu dropped the Pokedex. She dived forward and picked it up. She smiled triumphantly as she stood up. She safely stowed it back in her bag. She'd have to be more careful next time. She glanced back at the Pokemon. It was a battle, huh? "Chelsea, Ancientpower!"
Chelsea smirked, glad to get her way. She blinked in confusion when the Pachirisu closed her eyes. She shook her head. It was probably nothing. She listened as her first order was issued. He held onto the little Pokemon as she absorbed the energy she needed for the attack. When she was ready, she dropped the Pachirisu and let out a powerful Ancientpower attack.

As the Pachirisu fell, she felt the sudden urge to go back on her word and just get out of the area, but something held her there. Whether is was the Bide attack that she initiated or the will to prove herself, she stood there, free of vines, waiting for the Chikorita to do something.
When something did happen, it happened fast. If Pachirisu could have responded, she wouldn't have had the time. She couldn't attack or defend and simply had to take the Ancientpower as it came. The rocks came tumbling down all around, frightening the Pachirisu. The once up side was Bide was still working, and all this damage would be paid back double after the Chikorita's next turn.

Chelsea smiled when her Ancientpower hit right on target. That attack was a sure winner. But why wasn't the Pachirisu attacking back? It wasn't even running away like she expected it to. It must have something up its sleeve. She'd have to be careful.
Rachel was confused about the lack of retaliation as well. "Use Tackle," she issued.
Chelsea looked over the Pachirisu suspiciously. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary. Caution in mind, she stepped back before charging at the little Pokemon.

Bide was almost up, Pachirisu could feel it. It was becoming easier to move too. The Ancientpower's power was stored inside her and in just a few more minutes, she'd be able to win this battle and leave the Chikorita and her trainer to their own no so fun plans.
She tried to move out of the way of the wary Tackle, but not quite fast enough. She was halfway out of the way when the Chikorita plowed into her tail, causing Pachirisu to spin like a top on her two small feet. She absorbed the power that the wary Tackle had behind it and was finally ready to do some retaliation.
<Take this!> She cried, letting loose the bide attack. It was full of the damage Ancientpower and Tackle had done plus her own anger at having to take all that damage. Despite her desire to quit after taking two decently heavy attacks, poured her will into making this attack do alot of damage.

<Yes!> Chelsea thought when she hit the Pachirisu again. <This is going to be easy.> But she had spoken, or rather, thought, too soon. She braced herself when the Pachirisu spoke out. She wasn't expecting the strong blast that hit her like a wave. She slid against the grass, badly hurt.
Rachel gasped. "Chelsea!" she cried. It must have used Bide, she realized. I should have seen that coming. Poor Chelsea. "You can stop now." As much as she wanted to teach the Pachirisu a lesson, she didn't want to hurt her Chikorita and further.
Chelsea shook her head. <No,> she croaked. <I'm not giving up.> She struggled to get up. She managed to slowly get to her feet. She was panting pretty hard. But determination flared in her eyes. She glared daggers at the squirrel Pokemon.
Rachel gasped. Wow, Chelsea is one brave Pokemon. She nodded. "Alright. Use Razor Leaf."
Chelsea gathered as much strength as she could muster before sending her leaves flying at the Pachirisu. Despite the pain, she managed a grin. This isn't over...

Pachirisu grinned broadly despite her own injuries. The two were back on even grounds, both heavily injured and both still willing to give more. The Pachirisu waved her tail in anticipation. This battle was turning out to be mroe fun than she'd thought it would. Lucky she hadn't gone back on her word when Chelsea released her from the vines.
The trainer called for a Razor Leaf and the Chikorita, despite her own injuries, complied. The leaves came spiraling towards her. Pachirisu wouldn't use Bide again. Not when her vision was beginning black like it was now. No, instead she'd just try to survive this next attack. She rolled into a ball and her snow white fur gained a new layer that for a second looked like she was covered in silver. A Defense Curl.
The Razor Leaf hit true and knocked the squirrel-like pokemon back a few feet into the truck of a tree. Pachirisu got up and wobbled a bit, but it didn't look like she'd make it much longer. She lunged foreward a few times attempting to Tackle the opponent.
