The Teddiursa, who hadnt gotten an apple was rather shocked when the Trainer had offered one to him and he took it happily eyes glowing, <Wow!> He muttered glancing more or less at his mother who had stood.
She didnt look happy, not wanting a human around her children. The Ursaring wanted her son to drop the apple, but he didnt and her eyes locked on the trianer.
<How dare you!?> The over-protective Ursaring shouted and her cubs moved away. She was going to fight, if this human didnt leave.
Stay and Fight or Run?
::Ursaring::
[It kinda sucks I know.]

Lizzyann smiled as the Teddiursa took the apple. It seemed amazed that she had given it an apple. She wondered why the mother hadn't just split the apple in half? She looked, up her eyes cutting up towards the mother, when it roared. She danced to her feet, leaping back a few steps, but no actually leaving. She threw the Pokeball into the air, and the dog like creature emerged in a flash of white light. Shaking out it's fur, Shinx looked up at the Pokemon that Lizzy wanted it to face. It's eyes grew wide, and at first it just stood there, glued to the ground.
"It's alright Sparks! You can do it!" Sparks gathered it's courage, and glared at the Ursaring, it's special ability, Intimidate, kicking in, cutting the Ursaring's attack power in half. "Leer, Sparks!" Sparks complied, leering at the Ursaring, attempting to lower it's defenses.

With violent, dangerous claws of fury, the mother bear had already considered the Shinx a threat to her children, and after a harsh Intimidation and Leer, she was more concerned for herself. When she was scared, she got mad. No one would usually dare to step in the path of an Ursaring Her teeth was covered in slobber and an odd red juice that looked like blood, but was actually the sweet flavoring of a Pecha Berry. Her hind claws dug into the mud as she practically attempted to ram into the Shinx while using her Scratch attack.
<I’ll teach you to stay away from ME when I’M angry.> She growled, not holding back in the slightest when the children were involved. Speaking of the two cubs, they were happily eating their apples; the first one had already finished, but was still hungry. Deciding that it wouldn’t bother anyone if he took his brother’s apple, he made a grab for it, using his claws to slip the item away from his brother, while he yelped in pain. What a mighty fine way to use a Thief attack. That wasn’t your ordinary, every-day egg move either. Perhaps these fine Pokemon used to belong to a trainer of sorts?
Whatever the family history was, it didn’t matter now. The oldest, most abused Teddiursa started sobbing as he watched in horror. His apple. Gone. <Wahhhhh! Wahhhh! Wahhhh!> He started bawling. The sound of one of the Ursaring’s cub’s crying had made something snap inside of the giant, beastly bear. Her attacks stopped. And all went silent, save for the crying cub.

Lizzy was tense, ready to react to the Ursaring's attack, when one of the Teddiursas started to cry. Shinx froze too, looking over at the two cubs with an annoyed look on it's face. Lizzy decided to ignore the cubs and take on the Ursaring while it was distracted. "Ice fang!" Shinx launched it's self towards the bear Pokemon without fear, attempting to deal some damage with Ice fang.

The Ice Fang had been successful in freezing the mother Ursaring, the impact of the Ice Fang had sent the ice growing around her like a plague. Her movements were halted, and although she wasn’t encased in ice completely, she was trapped in place for a good couple of turns.
<Darnit…> She growled using her words extra carefully around her young cubs. Although she was ticked off to new levels, she wasn’t about to teach her little bundles of love and joy words as dirty as those. She had truly wished to strike at the Shinx, giving a threatening snarl, baring all of her teeth that could probably chomp right through the little lion cub in a heartbeat.
Ursaring is Frozen!

Lizzy smiled. The Ursaring already had a low defense, and was now totally frozen! Not only were it's attacks cut in half, but so had it's defense, and now it was completely helpless to attack them if they stayed away from it's head.
"Tackle!" She kept it short, simple and sweet.
(soo...short...ah...)

Today, the weather was warm, very warm in the Spring of the Cheyenne region. Of course though, the frozen state of the Ursaring just helped cool him off, and his anger; even though he couldn't move just yet. Another tackle attack, just enough to raise her anger once more. I mean come on, wouldn't you be upset that some strange smelling human type thing was about YOUR babies? Of course you would and the protective mother within her made her rage even more powerful thus; the ice broke...
The Ursaring pushed back her cubs, making them run into the woods for protection. She would rather her get hurt then any of her cubs hurt, or taken away for that matter. Now for a Teddiursa to evolve into an Ursaring, it had to be level 30 or more, meaning this momma bear was very powerful and it would only take a few hits to kill a Pokémon such a low level.
On the other hand, today was Lizzy's lucky day! The mother bear only wanted to protect her cubs to the point that she could run off with them. Since the ice broke from her frozen state, the Ursaring kicked up some dirt, then ran off with her cubs.
You.. "Defeated" Ursaring Your Pokémon gains one level -------------------------- Once the Urasring ran off, it seemed to have kicked up some bushes, leaves and Pokémon homes; which happen to be a sleeping Chingling. She awoke, shaking her head the narrowing her eyes at the Ursaring, angry that her nap was awoken by such rude Pokémon. Yawning from lack of sleep, the Chingling turned to face the trainer who had a Pokémon out. This was it, a good time to take out her anger; maybe it was the trainer's fault that the Ursaring and her cubs ran over the Chingling's home. Chingling came closer to the trainer and Pokemon, then stepped back before speeding ahead to use the move Wrap on the Shinx.
::Chingling:: Lv.9 Appeared! Chingling Attacked! Chingling used Wrap!
