"Yay, that's what I'm talking about!" Jalance shouted with a smile as he face as the Psyduck collapsed upon the ground. "Great job!" Jalance commented running over to Tereya, catching her just in time before fainting upon the ground. "You deserved a nice long rest," Jalance sighed, returning the Buneary back into her pokeball after using a Potion.
After healing his pokemon Jalance continued upon the path of the Ice Bridge, leaving the fainted duck pokemon alone.

Further along the bridge, heavier snowflakes began to fall from the sky. A gust of wind blew around to carry them around with a stronger force, the farther you looked, the more snow that seemed to be falling around Jalance and crew.
In one particular area, a lone figure stood. Only the shillolette could be seen, but obviously something was causing the weather to act this violently. It didn't seem like there was any way around this, unless you dared to walk under the bridge, hopefully the ice would be strong enough. Or you could face this creature of snow and ice. Which is it?

The force gust of wind swiftly pushed Jalance's body back a bit, and the heavy snowflakes now began to slow his movement down. "That is getting ridiculous," Jalance hissed, as a wisp of cold air escaped his mouth. Determinded not to give up, Jalance continued to make his way towards the mysterious ice, and snow Pokémon.
"What the..." Jalance asked himself after finally noticing the shape of an unknown creature. The young coordinator didn't waste anytime grabbing a ruby and yellow sphere from his belt, and tossing it lightly upon the ground. "Haruki stand by," he shouted, watching a crystal Ninetales materialize in fornt of himself. <Show yourself!> The protective fox Pokémon roared.

The figure that stood in the middle of the bridge smiled to itself, a sly smile full of schemes and plans that only it knew. Raising its bushy arms up into the air, the snow seemed to cease into a calmer sprinkle of snowflakes. A gentle wind blew by Jalance and Haruki as the figures true image came into sight. She was quite the devil, this one. Despite seeing her opponents, the Crystal one being her weakness, she shown no fear in facing such a formidable opponent. Her eyes narrowed in response, showing an aggressive stance as she rested one of her arms to her side, the other pointed at Haruki and Jalance. With fingers showing themselves to the trainer, looking harmless until sharp Razor Leaves came shooting out.

"People wonder why I don't like the cold much," Jalance mumbled as the gentle breeze blew against his skin lightly. Haruki on the other hand carefully used his elegant, but yet strong tails to block the small breeze.
"Come on let's get this over with," Jalance spoken, looking over at his fire fox pokemon. "Dodge and use Flamethrower!" Jalance commanded. The Crystal Ninetales quickly jumped into the air and fire a massive amount of scarlet fire from his mouth.

The Snover gave another of its sly looks before using some of the remaining winds to help it dodge the next attack, the edges of its feet getting singed by some leftover embers from the fire attack. Landing back on the ground, she gave weary eyes up at Haruki. Her roots were feeling a bit sore, but it was nothing that all of this snow wouldn't cure.
Taking more drastic measures in fighting this Ninetails, one of the remaining leaves from her previous attacks stuck out of her arm. Removing it with her delecate fingers, she placed it against her lips to play a soothing lullaby with the Grasswhistle.

"Grasswhistle?" Jalance asked looking a little puzzle about the Snover knowing the move Grasswhistle. "Uh, dodge!" Jalance commanded, but it was too late the Crystal Ninetales was already mesmerized by the soft playing tune. Within a few seconds Haruki had fallen upon the soft snow asleep.
"Haruki, get up!" Jalance shouted now getting frustrated with his own pokemon. Looks like it's only Jalance, a sleeping fox, and a wild pokemon standing face to face now.

The Snover's Snow Warning ability began kicking in again now, a constant flying of hail in the mix of snow was falling hard to the ground. The Snover being safe from damage, but leaving everyone else in harm's way.
Continuing this practice of Ice attacks and abilities, it mixed in its own attack to make the weather even colder. Raising its arms into the air and radiated a special energy, gathering all of the snow and winds around it and released it as an Icy Wind at Haruki. The winds blew against the wooden planks of the bridge, a soft coating of ice was beginning to form under the layer of snow. Only making this battle a little more dangerous.

"This isn't going to work!" Jalance shouted pulling his hood over his head tightly in hopes of blocking some of the damage from the heavily hail. "Haruki, get up!" Jalance shouted again, getting even more frustrated now.
As the weather grow even colder the more Jalance's body grew weaker, seeing that his body was turning a little pale now. The Icy Wind quickly made an impact upon the fire fox's body along with the hailstorm, which soon awoken the sleeping fox.
<Ninetales!> Haruki roared looking over into the direction of his weaken, who had appeared to have collapsed upon the snowy bridge from the gruesome weather. <Now I'm pissed!> Haruki growled building up some massive energy inside his nine tails. <You're going down!> The fox shouted running at the Ice/Grass pokemon with an Iron Tail Attack.

All nine tails made for a hard attack to dodge, no matter how much snow and wind was going around, the Snover found itself hit by the super effective attack. The Ice type in its body feeling beaten up by the crushing force of the attack.
Her eyes were narrowed down to slits now, furious and even a little afriad of what else this Ninetails could do to her. There were two attacks that were incredibly painful looking, and she could only imagine what else they had up their sleeves. To try and make the battle easier for her, she backed away to a safer distance and launched another Icy Wind to slow down Haruki, and make sure he didn't reach her.

Jalance's body was still unconscious upon the icy bridge, and his mind was starting to wonder about into a mysterious nightmare of his parents getting killed by a team trying to hunt down TD.
Meanwhile, Haruki was continuing to fight back the power of Icy Wind Attack, which did cause his speed to decrease a little. Looking back over at his Jalance only caused more hatred into the fox's crystal keen eyes which soon lite a kindle. <NO ONE MESSES WITH MY TRAINER!> Haruki roared creating a massive amount of fire inside his body, not only that heat was starting to generate around his body as his body glowed a pretty scarlet color.
<Ninnnnetalesss!> Haruki wailed releasing his most powerful fire attack Overheat.

Stopping at the sudden feeling of heat in this Ice type haven, the Snover could only stare at the Ninetails's emotional outburst. What was this guy ranting about? Though she didn't know, she didn't have the time to think as the fire type move approached with increasing intensity.
She was looking like a deer caught in headlights as the Overheat soaked her body, she cried out in pain from the super effective strike. It was her weakness, times two after all. The white parts of her body were turning to a crisp brown as she fell to the ground. Struggling to get up, the Snover let out a little cough. Black smoke erupting from her mouth, (covered in the tiny white leaves) as she found she could stand. Only sit up with a weak moan, and it was then she saw Jalance. How hadn't she noticed that? It explained everything, at least. Taking out another leaf, it began one of the only attacks it could think of that would be able to stop the Ninetails form attacking it. Grass Whistle's melody soon filled the air, weather they would fall asleep to the sound of it or not was an unanswered question.

Flames still burning inside Haruki's keen eyes as he felt his status decrease by a few stages. Haruki knew that the massive attack would take a lot of him, but he still have to do something to cause some major damage upon the foe.
Now studying the Snover's movement with the leaf, Haruki knew that he would have to think fast to try and avoid the attack or else just fall asleep and leave his trainer unprotected. Finally, thinking about a way to dodge the Grass Whistle Attack, Haruki used two of his elegant tails to help jam his ears, and begun running at the Snover with his Quick Attack.

The Quick Attack was enough to throw the Snover off of the bridge, and recoiled from landing on the thich layer of ice below them. Wincing in pain the Pokemon could do nothing except exhale a breath of air it had been holding since it saw Haruki about to attack. It was pretty much out of the way now, looking fainted from above the bridge, and there were more important things to worry about.
The weather around Jalance and Haruki lightened up at the Snovers weakness, and soon the normal weather came. It was still snowing but the wind and hail was long gone.
Haruki gains a level. Move along the bridge, somehow?

<Thank God,> Haruki sighed looking down at the defeated Snover. Remembering his weaken trainer, Haruki carefully ran over to check up on Jalance. <He's freezing,> Haruki said to himself carefully as he licked Jalance's face lightly. <I have to warm him up,> he added still thinking out loud in his head.
Soon Haruki reclined upon the soft, snowy ground right beside Jalance, covering him lightly with his nine tails in hopes of warming him up with the heat generating inside his body.
After a few minutes Jalance slowly awoken from his sleep, Did we win?" Jalance asked slowly looking around, noticing Haruki's tail wrapped around him. "Oh thank you," Jalance spoken softly as he pulled himself up. <Anything for you master,> Haruki replied nudging his head up against Jalance. "Come let's go buddy, we have to keep going," The trainer stated climbing upon Haruki's back in hopes of remaining warm.
The team continues to wonder around the Ice Bridge.

Up ahead on the bridge, a very dedicated worker was scuttling about. What kind of work, you may ask? One that it thought was a very important job, since it simply couldn't wait for the weather to clear up. A Bibarel was sweeping various clumps of slush off of the bridge, and even farther up ahead you could see if did a very nice job of smoothing the bridge out. No matter how far along it stretched. Finding an extra hard piece of ice in one of the cracks, the giant beaver looked at it. Puzzled at what to do before knawing away at it with its giant fangs. At first it had a bit of a brain freeze, clutchign at its head at the taste of something so cold, but finished the job with its tail. Breaking the ice instantly, and sending it right off of the bridge. Stopping once to notice Jalance and Haruki, before continuing with its work. Though it was certainly a bit shakey that a trainer was so close to it, it was just too dedicated with its job to really care right now.

As Jalance and Haruki continued to walk along the path of the bridge they soon noticed the hard working Bibarel sweeping clumps of snow off of the bridge with it's flat tail. "That's something you doesn't see everyday," Jalance stated studying the Bibarel carefully as they crossed the water pokemon's path.
"You're doing a great job with that," Jalance commented, looking down at the Bibarel while remaining on Haruki's back. <I agree, and you don't have to be afraid of my trainer,> Haruki added softly.

Perking up at the sound of the comments, the Bibarel halted in its labor. Taking a break to have a small chat didn't sound like a bad idea, it was already breathing out of its mouth from cleaning out a large section of the bridge.
<Thanks, I know that people and Pokemon use this bridge. Its important that someone cleans this mess up. Since Mother Nature is so slow, I thought I'd help her out.> It exclaimed, patting at an area of snow with its large tail. You could tell by the size of this Pokemon that it it was pretty tough, moving so much snow and ice was tough work. Training even, that took strength.
<Sorry that you had to walk through the snow earlier, it must've been rough. I'll get to that later, hopefully before anyone else tries to cross through.>

"You're welcome," Jalance replied with a simple smile expressed upon his face as he studied the Bibarel physical looks. "You look pretty strong," Jalance added softly, talking himself mainly.
<Our journey has been pretty rough, but we've been able to get through it all,> Haruki stated, bending down a little to let Jalance down from his back.

Then the Bibarel looked a bit concerned about weather Jalance was alright, since he confirmed in his mind that he wasn't the 'evil' type of trainer that captured Pokemon and tortured them. All of those nasty rumors were spreading around about an evil criminal organization, no one knew what to believe these days.
<It should be much easier from here on out.> The normal/water type assured them, having come from the other end of the bridge itself, and was working its way down. Thinking that he heard Jalance say something, it tilted its head to the side to try and hear if it missed something. Not wanting to seem like a rude/deaf Pokemon, after all.
<He is okay though, right? I could escort you two down the rest of the bridge if you want me too. There's still some ice here and there, the really smooth kind that you can't break. I've tried, but all I can get are the large chunks.>
