Jay smiled as the Lotad come out, then quickly called off Ele when she shouted stop. "Ele, don't, don't spark." She called. Ele was about to let out a sharp attack when she caught herself and sat down. "What is it?" She asked the Lotad. Jay's green eyes became full of concern. While Jay was talking to the Lotad, Ele was glaring at the Marill. +If you make any move to hurt them I'll electricute you so bad, you'd wish you never attacked us.+ She snapped as she continued to charge her energy incase it was needed.

The Lotad's eyes watered as she took a look at the injured Marill, but even more so at the angry looking Shinx. Battles like these were bad, right? Even though the Marill started it, she couldn't help but sympathize with the water type.
<Isn't it hurt enough? Why finish it off...? What's it gonna do after you win, do we just leave it there?> The Lotad asked through teary eyes, her heart sympathizing with the rude Marill, despite all that had happened before.
The Marill's ears perked up at the Lotad's words, and shyly uncurled its body. Though keeping the stubborn expression on its face, it couldn't help but cower at the sight of the growing electric energy. It folded its arms together as a deep shudder went down its back, predicting pain of what was to come.

Jay frowned and nodded. "Ele, don't attack it," She softly told the Shinx, who nodded but glared at it. She wanted to finish the battle, but she'd stop only because Jay told her. Personally Jay didn't like to fight, but she didn't want her new friend to be hurt. "I'm sorry we were loud and that Ele attacked you." She turned towards the Marill and softly told it. "Ele," She looked at the glaring Shinx. +I'm sorry for attacking you.+ She muttered.

The Marill turned red with embaressment, and quickly looked away from the Shinx. Just because it had attacked first, and with the Shinx that had attacked in self defense was apologizing left it in an even worse situation.
<I-I'm sorry.> It mumured, the words feeling out of place as it spoke them. Stubbornly, the mouse rolled its eyes in its head, before turning back to head home. It had no other reason to hang around with the group now that everything was quiet.
Errr, it was a half battle! But Ele gains a level anyway for her efforts.
The Lotad gave a sigh of relief, and walked right up to the Shinx. Though she couldn't help but worry that the electric type might be angry at her for putting the Shinx in an akward situation, she still wanted to bow her head in thanks.
<You didn't have to listen, but you did...Thank you.> She said with a grateful smile, feeling that Ele had done a great deed.

Jay watched the Marill walk off. "Thank you Ele," She nodded to the Shinx, who just grunted. +It's fine, whatever.+ Ele turned to the Lotad and couldn't help but smile. +Yeah, but I obey what she tells me to do.+ She bowed her head back to the Lotad. She felt a little confused, but whatever. Jay looked over to Ele and the Lotad. "Are you still alright?" She asked the water type. "Nothing broken?"

The Lotad shrugged off Ele's words. It didn't matter if the Shinx was ordered to do something, because even tame Pokémon had free will. They had natural rights, or something along the lines.
<I feel alright.> She replied to Jay with a giggle, but you could never be sure. Shaking several of her legs, resembling the 'Hokey Pokey' dance until she shook her giant leaf. Everything was intact, even she was a little bruised.
<I think I'll live, but if I die its your fault.> She teased, winking and sticking out her tongue at the girl. It appeared that she wasn't harmed mentally, at least.

Laughing as the Lotad started to shake herself Jay smiled. "My fault?" She asked and quickly called Ele back and stuff the pokeball into her backpack. "Ok, if you die it's my fault, but that goes both ways, if I die it's your fault." She pointed her finger at the Lotad and softly tapped it's nose. "Wow, it's been an exciting day today." She shook her head. "We've been attack a few times and I guess that's mostly our fault but," She shrugged and looked around, putting her finger to her lips. "Shh, we don't want to wake or upset anyone, I don't think my pokemon could handle another attack." She bit back a giggle trying to break free.

The Lotad thought that over quickly, hushing her giggles as shie nodded at Skye. Fine, if the human girl died, then it would be her fault. Even if she was inside a Pokeball, or something like that.
<It has been a long day...But its not over yet.> The Lotad commented with a smile as she strolled near the edges of a familiar pond. Scanning across the surface to see if any more Pokemon would come out to attack them.
<What should we do? Your supposed to cross the bridge, right? It looks like a long bridge, so it might take awhile.> She noted, motioing to the nearby bridge. She was feeling rather bored by now, making jokes all day was making her face hurt, so finding something else to do would be nice for a change.

Jay nodded. "Alright, I guess you're right." She stood up and stretched. "You coming?" She asked the Lotad. "If you are, do you want a ride?" Jay dropped her backpack on the ground. There was a palce near the top that the Lotad could be is it wanted to, if not that was fine. Jay looked around till she found teh bridge. "There's where I'm going!" She pointed it out and smiled down at her friend. "It will take sometime, but that's fine." Jay didn't mind walking.

The Lotad nodded in respone, and hopped onto the backpack. The rest was great, after all of the attacks she had suffered earlier, but something was bothering her. Why wasn't she in a Pokeball? She has proved that she could handle a couple of hits, though she hadn't exactly battled the entire time she knew Jay...
<Since I'm coming with you...Shouldn't I be somewhere else?> She hinted, giving Jay a tiny wink. Of course, if Jay couldn't catch on to what she was talking about, then they were in for a mighty big game of charades.

Jay frowned. "Where?" She puzzled for a moment then understood. "Oh, do you want to be in one?" She asked, if not, I can just carry you, though you might be able to rest better in one. Jay gently took off her backpack and reached into one of the pockets and pulled out the pokeball. "If you want to be in then just nudge it." Setting the ball on the ground she told it. Not many pokemon wanted to be in the pokeball, but if the Lotad wanted to, that was fine.

Before Jay could get out the Pokeball, she Lotad leaped off of the backpack to allow her to take one out. She grinned at the sight of the pretty red and white Pokeball, and was quickly curious about entering. If anything, it looked cozy. Plus, Skye wouldn't have to bother with her extra weight. All it took was a simple nudge, but she missed the button. Blinking in confusion, her eyes then led her to the button in the middle. Oh...That made sense. Once that was all figured out, she was sucked into the sphere. It didn't even shake, because she wanted to be captured. You have received~
Level: 10 Attacks: Astonish, Growl, Absorb, Nature PowerAlmost instantly, another Pokémon emerged from the edge of the pond. Its eyes focused on the shiny red and white Pokeball on the ground. At once, its fondness for shiny things was awakened, and the Krabby scuttled right up to it. Snapping its pincers in case Jay made a grab for it, and snatched it up. Examining it with curious eyes while sending an occasional scowl at Jay. Wild Krabby has appeared!

Jay picked up the pokeball and held it tight. "I'll take care of you, very good care." She smiled and looked at the Krabby. "Oh hello." She backed away as it snapped. "Oh, I won't hurt you." She told it sweetly. Her face was soft and kind. "I'd never hurt you, not unless you attacked me." She knelt down and held out her hand, so the Krabby could see she wasn't trying to hurt it. "Don't worry." Jay tried to tell it again.

While holding onto the Pokeball, the Krabby finally relented and handed it back to the girl. Though he held the sour expression on its face, he felt a bit at ease at Jay's politeness. Now that was how the younger generation should act these days, he thought while nodding to itself.
<Well, I guess there's no reason to attack you now...But your still on my property. > He noted to her, the old man in the low leveled Krabby always finding a good reason to find a fault in someone. Perhaps it was just second nature, something to talk about. It has been awhile since he had a decent conversation.
<But, you should have the intention of challenging Pokémon. There's no other reason for a whipper-snapper like you to be on these lonely routes. And why do you say 'hurting'? Pokémon these days, such whimps. In my day, fighting was an honor. Gotta get strong, get the girls. > He said sourly with a repressed sigh, one that he had been wanting to get out for a while now.

Jay nodded as he said she was on his property. She quickly jumped back afew steps. "Am I stil on it now?" She wasn't trying to be funny, she was dead serious. "Challenging? Oh I hate challenges, I only fight if I'm, or someone I know, is attacked." Her eyes looked around, just in case a pokemon came and attacked her. "Get girls?" She gave a giggle. "I don't need that, I need to get guys, but most guys don't like it when girls beat them at battles, so I'm hopeless." Jay told the Krabby.

The Krabby raised an eye or two at Jay's sudden reaction. Apparently she was afraid of him, or something along the lines. Why else would she be that jumpy about it? It was the only thing he could think about to reason it out, but shrugged it aside. Deeming it not important for now.
<You hate challenges? But it makes you stronger...If we didn't, we'd all be lazy and fat. > He noted with a tone of astonishment. The younger generation really was in desperate need for some work outs. Mentally, at least.
<Aye'? Worthless losers, they are. They're lying, then. Some guys like a spunky gal that can beat the snot out of them.> It said with a playful wink at her, just for fun that is. Nothing serious and creepy, as some may think.

Jay titled her head to the side and gave a smile. "I'm an alright trainer, I have fun training my pokemon, but I just don't like to battle, it's horrible to see pokemon get hurt." Her smile had faided, then the Krabby winked at her and she giggled. "Yeah, none I've seen." She told the Krabby. "You know, you're alright," She told the water type. "You're alright, most pokemon around here arent, my friend got attacked twice today." She nodded. "But you're alright." Her green eyes shone brightly in the sun.

Blushing at the young lass's comment, the Krabby turned slightly to the side. Mumbling to himself but otherwise content with her words. He just wasn't used to having people be so nice to him, otherwise he would've picked up a perfect compliment for her himself.
<Thanks, much appreciated. I admit, the neighbors are kinda snooty. Never liked chatting with an ol' Krabby. > He said with a chuckle, knowing the Marill they battled fairly well. Though the land Pokémon that lived nearby, he never cared much about them.
<But anyway, you're a trainer that doesn't like to battle? Thats not something you hear everyday.> The Krabby spoke in an odd tone, the idea was rather off to him.

She couldn't help but laugh at that. "Yeah, some pokemon can be rather rude." Giving a slight nod se frowned. "Well," Jay started. "I'm alright with battles, well I don't like them but I'll battle." She gave a slight shrug. "I more like to walk along and see the different types of pokemon, like Gym Battles, I'm alright with them." She bit her lip. "Those pokemon can go to the Pokecenter and get healed, the wild, they really can't." A frown played across her tight mouth. "But other then that, I'm fine with them." Jay ended up smiling, she usually did.

Giving her a small smile, the Krabby enjoyed making others laugh. As long as they weren't laughing at him, then he would be alright. Listening to her explanation, he could see some reasoning with it. Most likely she was just underestimating the power of wild Pokemon, as most people did. <Wild Pokemon are a hardy bunch. We fight with each other regulary, to help each other, in a sense. The stronger we are, the more likely we are to survive. Of course, when it comes to trainer figths, a warning would be nice instead of just running in and attacking us. > He muttered with some biterness, possibly from one of his own experiences. Whatever happened in the past, he seemed to have recovered nicely. Nothing an Oran barry couldn't cure. <I guess I should get going, its hunting time for me. Can't miss out on the minnows. >The Krabby said with a couple snaps of his claws, grinning playfully at Skye before jumping into the pond. Wild Krabby has left, but has dropped something. Or is it a gift?
