"Seamus? That's an awful nice name. Ours both starts with 'S'! Sasha and Seamus! They sound rather lovely together, don't you think?"
”T-they do? M-m-miss Sasha, what are you proposing?” He stammered, suddenly feeling his body heat up in a strange, feverish type feeling. He couldn’t be sick though, he made sure to keep extra good care of his body in this kind of weather. Was it heat exhaustion? Oh dear, he needed a drink! Water, of course. Not the alcoholic beverage that he usually enjoyed in the night. He started looking around his suitcase in a panic, feeling his head burn up like a Charmander’s tail. It was even visibly red within the night’s darkness, and he was starting to twitch and panic. He finally uncovered his water bottle and drank from it heavily, until only several drops of water were left. ’Wow…maybe it was dehydration.’ Seamus noted with a curious expression towards the bottle. Now then, what was going on in the battle?
Chromate was currently getting scratched unkindly by the Spearow’s claws, and he desperately wished that he had the ability to avoid such an attack. Or know Harden. But he evolved too late, and was never able to learn the attack. The Kakuna yelped as one of the Spearow’s talons made a rather unpleasant sound, but other than that, the move wasn’t causing him that much damage. Ethyl was also in a sticky predicament with the Buizel, her Metal Claw had missed and the Buizel had knocked her down with a Quick Attack. She moaned as she felt her jaw collide with the hard earth below her, trembling as she pushed herself off the ground, eager for revenge against the Buizel.
’Shit…some trainer I am.’ Seamus bitterly thought, though he didn’t particularly care if he won or lost. In a trainer battle, levels were always gained. And he was so distracted by Sasha’s lovely voice that his Pokemon simply didn’t matter anymore. ”Uhh…keep it up. You’re doing great.” He spoke in his monotone filled voice towards his Pokemon, basically giving them the freedom to do as they pleased. Chromate instantly glared at the Spearow and unleashed his Ominous Wind at the bird, who was still attacking him. Hopefully that would push the damn thing off. But if it didn’t, at least all of his stats were raised this turn. That would’ve given him the edge, in the very least. Ethyl wasn’t the brightest Pokemon on Seamus’s team, and never did learn about type advantages. All she knew was that she had to fight and win for Seamus. With her tail glowing and raging with the power of water, she chased after the Buizel with her Aqua Tail.

"T-they do? M-m-miss Sasha, what are you proposing?”
Sasha kept her gaze focued on the battle, just sensing what Seamus was doing, but with his words she glanced up with an amused, but slightly creeped out look on her face. "What do you mean Seamus?" she asked, it had mearly been an observation. What had he thought? Perverse things? The girl shuddered at the thought as goosebumps prickled all over her skin. He was old.
But. Perhaps it would work to her advantage if she flirted with him just enough. After all she had barely suggusted anything and he had turned bright red, turned away and paid no mind to the battle. With a smirk. she glanced at her pokemon and upon seeing they were alright strutted over to the man and daintily plucked the bottle from his grasp. Pretending to pout a little, she batted her eyelashes at the man. "You didn't leave any water for me? B-but. I'm so thirsty!" she cried out, falling against the man's chest.
Spearrow was fixated on scraping his claws and scoring deep marks on the KaKuna, but the hard exoskeleton was proving to be tough to get through. He rather enjoying the squeaking his claws made against the smooth shell. It was also clear the Kakuna loathed the sound. So he persisted attempting to recreate it. The wind caught him by suprised and he was thrown off abruptly and harshly. He attempted to right himself before landing on the ground but only managed to land in an akward heap. A growl emeraged from his throat as he soared up in the air with a few powerful thrusts from his wings. He leveled himself horizontally towards the KaKuna and began propelling himself forwards his beak glowing a faint blue with the oncoming Peck attack. The bird could feel himself moving a little slower though with all the attacks taking a toll on his speed.
Buizel on the other hand wasn't able to think for himself quite as much. He was used with having orders, he never really had to think about his attacks and with his trainer preoccupied, he hesitated, giving the Totodile the oppotunity to ram into him with no mercy. The orange pokemon flew backwards with the force of the attack and laid there for a moment stunned, but got up slowly, a steely glint in his eye. The attack might not have been too effective, but it still hurt. Unsure of what to do, he simply performed another Quick Attack.

"You didn't leave any water for me? B-but. I'm so thirsty!"
That was the last straw for Seamus; he was blushing a deeper shade of pink than a pig kept out in the sunlight. He rocked back and forth on his feet, until the weight of Sasha’s warm body knocked him out cold on the ground. If this was an anime, he definitely would’ve had a gigantic nosebleed. But it wasn’t, so he was safe for now. On the bright side, at least the older man didn’t embarrass himself by getting a boner. That was a plus. That had been the first time any strange, young and attractive woman was that close to his chest. He hoped it wouldn’t happen again, even if it felt so nice. Good thing he passed out, or else he would be freaking out right now, which could have bothered his Pokemon.
But in fact, they were quite used to his silence, even if this was only their first battle together. Neither Pokemon even noticed that their trainer was unconscious, continuing to fight with what little experience they already owned. The Kakuna and Totodile both hissed at the loud Growl, feeling their attack stat lower. Chromate had felt more threatened by it than Ethyl, since this pesky bird happened to be his opponent, and his problem. <Dude, I will SO tie that beak up. Try and peck me after that!> He warned, feeling two sharp jabs against his shell, cracking it slightly as he whimpered from the pain. That was that! He gave out his warning! He shot out a String Shot at the Spearow’s beak, hopefully coating it so it wouldn’t be able to damage him anymore.
Ethyl was about to perform a Leer attack on the Buizel, but his Quick Attack interrupted her. Such speed was something she couldn’t figure out how to dodge just yet, and gave her a nasty future bruise on her hip. She shook her head in frustration, wanting to get angry at the Buizel, but she just couldn’t do it. This was a sport, no need to be envious, right? She shot a glare, or a leer in the Buizel’s direction and charged after him with a Scratch attack. Meanwhile, Chromate had finally stopped using his String Shot long enough to use a Poison Sting on his opponent. Hey, he had to at least try to damage his opponent.

Sasha giggled girlishly and tangled her hands up in his shirt, pleased by his rapidly changing face color. However, he quickly toppled over, Sasha landing on top of him with an ‘oof’ escaping from her lips as her breath was knocked out of her lungs forcefully. The girl speedily leaped off the man, raising her eyebrow at his still form. "Well, that was certainly unusual." she murmured quietly. Still awed by the effect she had had on the man, but not really caring for him, she turned towards the battle again, aghast to see both of her pokemon had been damaged.
"Come on you guys! Get your heads in the game sweeties! Let’s do this!" she yelled hastily as she rushed over. "Spearrow! Use Scratch! Buizel! Use Sonicboom!"
The Spearrow was unconcerned about the yapping Kakuna and paid no heed to its threatening words. Little did he know the Peck attack he had just performed would be his last. At such close range the Sting Shot was bound to strike and strike it did. The sticky goop quickly coated his beak and nearly cemented it closed. The fragile string was much more sturdy than it looked. The flying type writhed around on the ground as he tried vainly to scrape the string off, first with his talons, then against a tree then finally a rock jutting out of the ground. Just as he bent down the damn pokemon decided to aim at his rear and sent out a bundle of Poison Stings. Each stinger embedding into his skin and the poison seeping into his pores and bloodstream. Within moments he was poisoned and his pride was wounded.
He had been muted so he couldn't even scream at the irritating bug. Shooting a death glare at the shell, he prepared to counter-attack with a Scratch even his beak was unusable he still had his claws. Darting towards the pokemon, he tried to aim for the cracks he had made in the shell with his beak. However a sharp spasm of pain shoot through him from the poison and his footsteps stuttered making the attack clumsy and ungraceful.
Meanwhile the Buizel was faring not much better as the returning leer from the Buizel chilled him to the bone and made him feel self-conscious as his defense lowered. The water type looked around timidly and upon spotting his trainer, perked up a bit and prepared to face the oncoming enemy. He was met with claws, the pokemon quickly ducked and rolled away, but not before obtaining many nasty scrapes on his face.
With a small groan the Buizel shook his wary head and stood again. The water-type yawned and took advantage of his mouth being wide open to use Sonic Boom! The sound attack blasted over to the Totodile in invisible waves.

The Kakuna was starting to weaken a heck of a lot more than he was supposed to because of where the Spearow was inserting its sharp claws. They were actually starting to cause the cracks in his shell to grow, showing his fragile body underneath with his body pulsing, preparing to evolve if he gained a very much needed level. As his shell was continuously being battered by a barrage of Scratch attacks, the Kakuna’s gaze turned towards the Spearow, getting more nervous and anxious with each attack that was dealt to him. He was lucky to have the attack and defense boost from his previous Omninous Wind, and heck, he was even faster than before. For a Pokemon without any legs, that is. His eyes looked for an escape route, and found one in the tree that was directly above him. He shot out a String Shot at the branch and started pulling himself up for a quick get-away from the rest of the bird’s attacks.
<I really want a break…> He complained as he saw the Spearow’s figure appear smaller the higher he crawled up. He finally reached the very bottom of the branch, and hung limply there with his eyes fixated on his opponent. Now would be the perfect time to attack, while the bird’s gaze was still locked on his body. He shot a rainstorm of Poisonous Needles down on his opponent, and snickered as he watched several needles lodge themselves into the ground, making it a dangerous environment.
<You’re telling me!> Ethyl shouted as she watched the Buizel unleash some type of air bending attack upon her. It was coming in quickly, and by pure reflex she turned her tail towards the attack with an Aqua Tail, minimizing the damage. The water was kicked away to the side as parts of the air blast stopped upon contact, the rest leaving a stinging sensation on her tail. Sighing as she rubbed her injured tail affectionately, she gazed upon the Buizel with sad, defense lowering eyes. It was another Leer attack, except it wasn’t as angry as it was previously.

The Spearow glanced up at the the Kakuna becoming smaller and smaller by the second. The flying-type's thoughts were befuddled. If he took to the skies he knew the Pokémon would shoot him down with the Poison Sting within moments, but yet he couldn't perform any attacks from down here. The Pokémon glanced at his trainer, unsure of what to do.
Sasha hesitated, her eyes on the Buizel who had just been leered at. That single second of hesitation in which the Spearow stood motionless waiting for an order had provided ample oppotunity for attack and the Kakuna and seized it. The Spearow recieving a large brunt of the attack and the needles that missed landed on the ground besides him, forcing him to take to the air or risk falling on the poisoned needles. The Spearow fluttered around dazed, his head was spinning from the immense amount of poison he had recieved. He felt drugged, and as the poison trickled through his body, he grew weaker and weaker still. Soon he was caught in a downwards spiral. Not quite fainted, but unable to muster up the strength to halt his freefall.
Sasha gasped in shock and stunned horror and quickly withdrew Spearows pokeball and with a click the flying type had been absorbed into the ball. With a blur of red he had been saved from connecting with the ground painfully. Sasha stared at the ball in silence for a moment before turning to her Buizel. He looked a little better off than his teammate so she began cheering him on.
<Alright! Finish this! Water Sport! Water Gun!>
The Buizel nodded solemly and began spouting out water coating himself and the area around him with water. Some even reached past the Totodile. With a gleam in his eye, he attempted a manuver only done in training sessions with his trainer. He sprinted towards the Totodile and belly flopped into the wet grass and slid towards the pokemon, but right before they were about to collide he used his tail as a rudder and spun a circle around the Pokémon shooting out Water Gun the entire while. He hoped the Pokémon hadn't escaped too early.
Spearrow has been withcalled! Kakuna gains a level!

Seeing that Seamus was still knocked out, the Kakuna assumed that he was still in the fight ‘til the bitter end. He grunted as he swung in the gentle breeze up in the tree tops, feeling himself gain extra health as he munched on his leftovers. The health boost was good to have, since he was currently hanging on a rope, pun intended. He blinked as his opponent was returned into the Pokeball, meaning that he won, meaning that he gained a level! It was enough to make his body shake and tremble with excitement, his poisonous barbs pierced through his shell ruthlessly until his head was finally free from this stupid prison. He was out of here! He was free! All he had to do was squirm a little more and he was finally out of that yellow trap, leaving his Kakuna shell attached to the tree as he fell straight to the ground with a ‘thump’. Apparently he had yet to understand the concept of flight, or he was unable too, since his wings were too moist from the innards of his Kakuna shell.
<Heh. Need help, Ethyl?> He smirked as he watched the Buizel prepare to attack her with some type of rain dance, squirting water everywhere. Even he was soaked and freezing as he shivered, huddling his long arms together as the Buizel made the finishing move on the Totodile, knocking her right out.
<This battle ain’t over until the fat lady sings! Ethyl, that’s your cue.> He winked at the fainted Totodile, who was swiftly removed from the field by an observant Titanium, dragging her to safety. The Beedrill was getting anxious, and wanted to try out his new stingers. He pointed them right at the Buizel, his wings struggling to move as he charged towards it with surprising agility, using a Fury Attack while it was still recovering from the Water Gun.

[[ COIN! ]]
Sasha was fixated on the battle, but it seemed that she had blinked and everything had changed. Maybe it was just her slow human reflexes but she was quite confuddled. One moment her Spearow had been falling from the sky because of that blasted Kakuna. She had understood that, and was able to prevent him from fainting luckly.
But now the Totodile her Buizel had been battling was now gone and a wet Beedrill stood in its place. The trainer could almost hear the gears in her head turning as she slowly caught up with what was happening. One way or another, the Beedrill was attacking. It was an opponent, she could make sense of that. Deciding to focus on that aspect, she shouted some orders to her still Buizel.
"Quick Attack! You can do it Buizel!"
Buizel meanwhile had been momentarily distracted by the fainted Totodile, pleased that he had won the battle. He was about to turn to his trainer when he heard a thud off to his side. The Beedrill had dropped down from the tree looking soaked and quite pathetic. Its wings were still slightly curled up and looked like they needed to be ironed badly. Buizel wasn't expecting the sudden Fury Attack and was knocked backwards with the force of it.
He retailated quickly with a speedy Quick Attack hoping to catch the Beedrill off guard. Out of the corner of his eye he caught sight of the still sleeping trainer and snickered, before releasing another Water Sport in the middle of the Quick attack drenching the trainer completely.

Chromate grinned through the tiny crack in his lower jaw that could be called a ‘mouth’, but it was hard to tell unless you had a magnifying glass. Each successful hit he made on the Buizel had only taken away more health from the water type, and it had felt oddly satisfying. It meant he had a chance to win, and he was going to fight it with all he had in him. Which by now, wasn’t a lot after all of the damage he had suffered from that blasted bird. His new evolution had helped, yes, by gaining health, an extra level, and a new move. He was stronger and better, but he wasn’t at full health. He gasped as the Buizel started to duck its legs underneath his stingers, preparing to move away from him.
<Oh no you don’t!> He cried, continuing his powerful Fury Attack on the Buizel for as long as he could, thinking that if he made enough hits the Pokemon would simply give up before attacking him. Alas, that was not to be as the water type found an opening through his two, silver stingers that kept barraging themselves at it. The Beedrill received a nasty blow below the abdomen, and although the damage could’ve been worse, the Buizel just had to rub it in by sprinkling him with more water. He hated water. Bleh!
”Oyy...my noggin…” Seamus choked as some of the water got lodged in his throat, coughing and sputtering as he sat upright. The feeling was uncomfortable, but he wasn’t going to die from it. He gasped as he turned to look towards the battle, wondering what in blazes happened to Ethyl. Titanium floated over his confused trainer’s head, dropping the fainted Totodile in his lap without a word. The man adjusted his glasses as he started stroking the young water type’s head, feeling a tad of pity for the creature. She did fight for him, although he wasn’t awake to see most of it. ”So…Chromate evolved? Again?” He asked with a bored expression, noticing the bright yellow creature that was boldly fighting the Buizel.

[[ xDDD You're a special one thats for sure. My favorite pokemon is Snorlax. :3 That means I'm a cuddly person. Yours are evil creatures. Guess what that means? You are EVIL! ]]
The Buizel squeezed his eyes shut in pain as the Fury Attack continued well into many turns, he fought to reach the pokemon. To make his Quick Attack collide. It was a mighty battle between two speedy attacks. Quick Attack struck first, but how could it do that when matched up against a never ending attack. Or a seemingly endless attack at least. The orange water-type nearly backed off due to exhustion the countless hits taking quite a toll on his health.
However just as he eased away, he knew he wouldn't give up just yet. He couldn't. He he lunged forwards and managed to find an opening. With a sigh of relief he contacted and backed off, taking a breather while watching his opponent for any other moves.
Sasha clapped her hands together in delight as after many tense moments her fablous pokemon had managed to land a probably very painful attack. Watching her damp Buizel she thought for a moment. She knew Buizel was low on health. So she didn't want to get too close to the Beedrill. Getting hit by another Fury Attack would be deadly. Attacking from afar would be the best choice.
"Sonicboom Buizel!" she cried out, pointing at the Beedrill.
The Buizel allowed himself a few moments to recollect, shaking off his moisture filled coat, sending droplets of water floating in every direction. Fluffing his luxirious fur out, he gathered a deep breath and as he exhaled created a large blast of sonic energy. Sonicboom!

Chromate felt wild, amazing and in the action as he unleashed many blows against the Buizel’s defenseless body. He was in control! The man! The beast that couldn’t be put to sleep! If he had the vocal chords for it, he would roar with delight as he started to soar after the Buizel with an unsteady bob up and down. His flight pattern was starting to become mixed-up, since he was still getting used to the idea of flight, and he ended up flying right in the middle of the Sonicboom.
For a Pokémon of his level, he barely had 20 hp on his own. Making this a rather difficult attack to endure when he had already taken tons of damage from the Spearow before. Actually, it was impossible for him to not faint after he collided head on with the attack, sending him backwards in a harsh collision with the ground. It was an unforgiving landing, and even if his body refused to listen to him, he was still able to have his regrets. He wished the battle could’ve ended better for him, but it didn’t. The Beedrill fainted.
”That’s that.” Seamus took out a Pokeball and returned Chromate back inside of it. While he did that, he had to fumble through all of his medical supplies kept in his suitcase to find Ethyl’s Pokeball, returning her as well. ”I’m not paying you for winning, by the way.” He shook his head, knowing that some trainers had the arrogant idea in their heads that they deserved some kind of extra reward if they won a battle. Such a foolish idea. With Titanium floating by his side, he exited the route for a nearby Pokémon Center. And then he came back, because the writer of this post is too lazy to wait around for a Mod reply at the Pokémon Center.

Sasha was very happy and jumped around in glee but this mod is not going to go into detail because it is uneccsary and she needs to go soon! So be happy with this.

A rather loud squawk came from Seamus' left it was followed by a loud frantic scuffling noise followed by various awkward groans and moans. There was a moment of silence then an ear piercing squeal filled the forest.
<GOD DAMNIT. I JUST WANT THE STUPID ONION.>
If you took a chance and peered closer you would notice a quite flustered tan bird sitting next to a half chewed off stem. The pokemon was coated with dirt and he sat, clear displeased with the way events were going. He fluffed out his feathers and shook his body to attempt to remove some of the dirt he had kicked up during his struggle.
<If only someon could help me.>he muttered, before rising again and attempting a new approach, pecking at the earth surrounding the root. Perhaps making it softer would allow him to pull of the precious onion that made up his diet. Without the plentiful onions in this forest he would die.
