Aaron looked around. The wind had vanished when he entered the ruins. He had gone there to look for stuff that he maybe could get use for. Who knew what you could find down here. He looked on Rade, his Ryhorn that he had made tag along because of his strength. He could dig up more stuff than any of the other pokemon he had. So, Rade, what do you think? do you feel like finding someone to have a digging contest with?Rade had been walking in the same pace as Aaron, and looked up at him. The floor did shake a little whenever he put down his feet, but that was a little obvious. Anytime Aaron. But i don`t think there are any people around here. I don`t see anyone at least. And we have been going for some time. When do we get to a good dig spot?Aaron, which had begun to understand his pokemon for some reason, looked around a bit. Rade was right, there were about no other people in sight. But the dig spot he had heard about was right around the corner ahead. Just a little longer Rade. Are you bored?Rade sighed, then he looked back up on Aaron. A little. But not that much.Aaron smiled and kept walking. They were a short distance from the corner. Why the ruins made a turn like that were something he did not want to know.

Taking a swig of his vodka meant nearly impaling himself every single time, but it was worth the risk, he thought.
Trainer rounded the corner, his Mawile Mato in tow. She skipped behind him happily, humming a cheerful tune to herself. One of Syl's dark eyebrows cocked curiously as he caught sight of Aaron. "Blaze, I didn't think this was the kind of place your species laid their eggs, or were you looking for a date? My Mawile will be more than happy to oblige you, although you might be more interested in one of those rock formations that look strangely like Chris Chan..."
At her trainer's words, Mato wrinkled up her nose, jaw-horns snapping in anger.
::mawile:: Mato is on standby Mato is angry

Aaron blinked. He saw a guy, holding a vodka and a Pickaxe in the same hand. He recognized the bottle as his father had some of his own in the house. How the guy avoided impaling himself were a very good question. But what that made him curious was that he called him Blaze. who the hell were Blaze? And why were he insulting him?
Excuse me, but who the hell is Blaze?
Aaron said, standing while looking at the guy standing there. For some reason he felt a cold chill go down his spine when he looked at him. Rade was standing next to Aaron, looking at them.
oh, so there are others down here. Guess i was wrong then.

It was similar to Blaze's yes, but it didn't have that ass-clenching whiny shoot-yourself-in-the-head quality about it that Syl adored so much.
With a broad grin, Syl threw his arm around Aaron's shoulder and let out a laugh that would rival that of the burliest hiker. "I see how it is. Sorry, I thought you were someone else. But up close I see how it is, there's no way you could be him, you still have your soul," he laughed again.
"Mato! Start digging!" He took a swig of his drink, axe flying around wildly. He didn't even flinch.
The Mawile was all smiles again, chipping away at the bedrock with her massive steel jaws.
::mawile:: Is digging for treasure

Aaron quickly got out from under the strange guys hand when he took another swig of hs drink. He was to old to play pirate, so he did not want to end up with a patch over his eye. How that guy avoided getting hit like that was a little weird. He then looked at the mawile that started digging, and remembered why he was there. Okay Rade, i think this is the place. Start smashing into that wall over there. I wonder if we will find somethingRade charged at the wall, smashing into it to make cracks. If he kept it up, the wall would slowly become weaker and weaker until it would give up the fight and just fall down. But if he kept going after that he would create a tunnel that went a little downward. Aaron glanced at the other guy. so, anything special you are looking for?Rade is crushing a wall that is not needed to keep the ceiling up

Nothing special, other than signs of other life forms. Did you know that they used to do alien experiments down here in these very ruins? Did you know that they buried the bodies RIGHT WHERE WE ARE STANDING? Pretty freaky isn't it?" It was hard to tell if Syl was drunk or not. He stood perfectly still, his words weren't slurred, but he was making absolutely no sense. He flashed a toothy grin, pocketed his flask and started hacking away at the wall next to Mato.
Mato let out a yelp, the pointy end nearly nailing her in the head. "Whoops," he said sheepisly, "these eyes aren't what they used to be. Oh the horrors of getting old. Did you know that I'm ALMOST TWENTY FOUR?"
Tears threatened to roll down his cheeks, but that would be so pedestrian.

Aaron just stared at the other guy as he almost impaled his own pokemon. That guy were completely drunk. But still, he did not look drunk. He turned towards Rade again, watching as he kept crushing the wall. He then turned towards the other guy again. Why were he talking about being old as a twenty four year old and talking about corpses. He knew something had to be off when he felt the spine chill. This man was dangerous.
You should be more careful then. You know, careful. Like do not impale your pokemon`s head careful. The way you are holding it would lead to you impaling yourself in the end anyway. Maybe that would be for the best.

"You know Blaze, I used to think you were kind of a pain in the ass. I mean, you still are of course, but you're more pleasant to be around today. What happened, did that vampire boyfriend thing of your sparkle at you so hard that you lost your sanity?"
He wasn't even sure if Jack was the kind of vampire that sparkled, but he knew the two of them were involved. Was Syl jelly? Maybe a tad, but he'd had his fair share of adventures lately, too. The mere thought of Silva still left him weak in the knees.
"DIG FASTER DAMN IT!" he clanked the tip of the axe lightly against Mawile's thick steel horn. She let out a cry of surprise and continued to dig, faster and faster. The dedicated smile never left her face.

Aaron stared at Syl. The name Blaze now again. And what was this about vampires? They were only something created to make the kids go early to bed. And off all people he had to meet a crazy wacko that had serious problems. Ignoring what he said he tried to start a somewhat normal conversation.
so, what have happened lately?
Rade had no idea why they were talking so much. The older one were clearly insane. He shaked his head and kept smashing into the wall

Then I won a pokemon battle. All in all, I'm having a stellar month~" Syl whirled around, flashing Aaron a thumbs-up. "Saaaay have you ever heard of Team Death? Yeah, they're pretty super duper scary. You wouldn't want to be caught all alone with one of those monsters, would you?"
There was something in Syl's voice that sounded like mockery mixed with cheesecake. Mato giggled to herself, aware of her master's tricks, and kept digging.

Aaron looked at Syl, tilting his head as he said Team Death. And his voice was a little....scary. He began laughing a little. Rade stopped smashing into the wall and looked at Aaron.
So far Team Death have seemed more like a joke than a real threath. Sure, they made cheyenne powerless, and stole a few pokemon, but many others have done far worse. And the trainers i have met there have beraly been able to keep up with me...Except that cloaked chick in the power plant. She was though. But other than that, i have never seen any real strenght in them, so nah, i would not worry at all.

It was barely noticeable, but beside him Mato flinched. The little Mawile did it's best to keep digging. She chipped away at the bedrock, using her jaws as a scooping device to lift the dirt away.
"I guess they are kind of silly," Syl said slowly, "and not much of a threat." A small smirk formed on his face, which was partially obscured by shadows. Slowly his fingers curled around a familiar pokeball. But would he use it? Was it too cliche?

Aaron was standing with his back to Syl now, patting Rade`s head. He listened to him, and could not help but to feel that somethign was wrong.
You know, if they had been smart and stolen some important parts from the generator then they could have prevented more trainers from following them as i did. Do ou know how amusingly easy it was to get inside? All i needed to do was to open a door...But then again, right in a battle with one of them, explosions happened. I had to run. Sometimes i wonder if their leader got brains at all. If he or she had been smart they could have, like, kidnapped important persons or something. When you think about it, they are extremely, amusingly, idioticly plain stupid.
Aaron said, still having his back to Syl as he watched Rade go at the wall again, crushing it slowly.

With a goofy grin, he took another large swig out of his flask before pocketing it for good. "See that's what I like about you Blaze. You're always thinking on your feet."
He whirled around, the index fingers on both hands pointed at Aaron like two pistols. "Bang. I got you. You're dead."
Mato let out a giggle. Oh her trainer sure was a sight.

Aaron laughed a very short laugh, barely possible to even call it that. He then sighed. Still at the Blaze stuff. He looked at Syl.
Still, i am not Blaze. Get it into your head, which probably is way to big for your brain. Seriously, i would say you are as stupid as those Team Death morons. Think, if they had just....i don`t know, kidnapped the nurses or destroyed the healing machines in the pokecenters then they would have had way better chances. seriously.
Aaron said. Then he held up a finger as if he was going to say something more, pulled up a non-existing knife, checked the sharpness of it and threw it at Syl.
knifed like a TD
Rade just kept ramming the wall. The trainers could just talk for all he cared.

"You're right, Blaze," emphasis was on the word now. He knew it was the wrong name, but he liked the look on the kid's face when he said it. "I am as stupid as those Team Death morons. Oh derp derp derp, dearie me, it's a wonder I got dressed this morning," his words were carefully controlled, light eyes never leaving the boy. Just who in the hell did this kid think he was?
Syl only regretted two things: not bringing Sen down to dig, and forgetting his lunch.

Aarons calm face had gone away now. Now, Syl had called him Blaze intentionally, and if there were something he did not like, then it was being made fun of. He stared at Syl, with eyes cold as ice.
You are one of them, are you not? One of the Team Death morons? I can tell from the way you react. And here i have been insulting your Teams name all the time. How come you have not tried to take me on yet? Afraid off getting my foot stuck up in your pale butt?
Aaron knew he were playing with fire right there. And what other way was more effective than going straight on? why go around a paper wall when you could go straight trough it?

"Don't feel bad son, most people don't figure it out until the third or fourth word I say. Here it took you almost one whole afternoon! I was partially right; while you're not quite as annoying as Blaze is, you sure are as dumb. And as ugly."
Syl grinned clownishly, teasing, taunting. It was high school all over again, and Syl the one giving the purple nurples.
Not listening to anything the two idiot humans were saying, Mato continued to dig peacefully.

Aaron eyed Syl. Then he....smiled? why did he smile? He lookd down on the floor, laughing.
As i thought, the only thing you can do is insulting people. insult after insult after insult. And i guess this Blaze moron is someone in Team Death too. How dare a you compare me with you. from what i can see, you are all trash. If we ever meet again outside the ruins, ill make sure to throw a rock on you to get your attention
Aaron were usually not like this. But facing this guy, he just felt like it. This guy made him angry for some reason. <he waited for the answer.

You do know how to say CLASS, now don't you? C'mon, let's spell it together. C-L-A-S-S. Very good. You deserve a gold star."
Syl was all smiles now as Mato continued to dig, striking something rather hard in the process. And for once it wasn't Syl's head.
