With that done, well, it was now time to go and have some fun. Simon would pack up his Pokemon and things, having gotten himself a pretty good team now. He needed to go and do as he was required in order to fulfill his overall goal. But first he had to make a few stops in order to blend in with the crowd, to be less of a pansy looking mofo. Be the best, hah. These fairy tale trainers made him laugh.
But that Combee was just too sad.

In the path before the Trainer, there was something strange; there seemed to be strange-looking footprints all over the place! They weren't just on the ground but in the trees and on the bushes that had snow on them. It was like something nonsensical and would only intimidate the truly paranoid. However, something appeared on the path; it was an Abra! ::abra:: <"Zzz..."> He seemed to be asleep... He was completely unaware of his surroundings no matter how cold it was outside. It was snowing, too!
- Abra is fast asleep. Interact or ignore?

Returning back, Simon took notice of a Pokémon resting beneath a tree near a frenzy of footsteps. Apparently it was trying to get comfortable, or something. Retrieving his pokedex and making certain he collected its data, the trainer smirked. "This ought to be a good time for Nina to get some experience..." he coo'd, retrieving the third pokeball at his hip strap and tossing it upwards. With a bounce it would release the female Nidoran, which perked its nose in every which direction.
"Nina, use scratch!" he ordered, and the Nidoran gave a slight hesitant look, before charging forward to the sleeping Pokémon and slicing its claws at the chest, aiming to scratch the other Pokémon.
Nina (Nidoran) (lv. 7) Nina was sent out to battle! Nina used Scratch!

Wild Abra! { Abra } Male Hit by Scratch Apparently a deep sleeper.
The scratch managed to get the Abra pretty good across his chest, and even if it caused him pain, he was still sleeping through the painful stinging sensation. Instead of making any sudden movements, like a typical Pokemon would when attacked, it merely slumped over onto its back before curling up into a ball. At the most, it instinctively tried to keep itself warm, but until he woke up he had no way to defend himself.
Then again, the only moves Abra tended to know around this point was the simple Teleport attack. As soon as that was used, it could simply run away, and that wouldn't be good for Nina if she wanted any training. He snoozed innocently in a pillow of snow, a cold and pure blanket sheltering him as it fell on his bright yellow body.

...Odd. Simon hadn't run into any Pokemon who were able to pretty much ignore all pain and sleep through it. The black haired teen's initial reaction revolved frowning quite confused, before however pointing his fingers back to the Abra and ordering the same attack again. Well, it seemed to work the first time! Maybe the next time would work as well? You had to take chances with this sort of thing, otherwise you might end up boning yourself.
"Do it again!"
Nina (Nidoran) (lv. 7) Nina used Scratch!

[atrb=border,0,true][cs=2] Wild Abra | [atrb=width,300]
The Abra was hit by the Scratch, hard. Making a large mark on his chest, he tumbled backwards and continued....snoring? The Abra was in a very deep sleep, or a deep meditation. He didn't attack, and even if it hurt he didn't show it. He flopped back on the ground and stayed inanimate. Wouldn't move, the only thing he was doing (thankfully) was breathing. His chest moving up and down slowly, some exciting battle this was huh?

Simon watched as the attack once more did not awaken the Abra - and with a smirk he grasped an empty Pokeball at his hip. With a toss, he threw it towards the sleeping Abra and waited patiently for it to cease moving - hopefully capturing it. Nina stood ready however, just in case it would have to pwn some weird mole looking thing in the face.

The Pokeball sailed through the air and landed on top of the Abra's head. The Pokeball opened up and a brilliant red flash enveloped the Abra before sucking the Psychic Pokemon into its depths. The ball plopped to the ground and began to wriggle about. However, the Pokeball quickly broke open and the Abra appeared back out. Now, the Abra was beginning to fidget, letting out a grunt as he slowly began to awaken. Meanwhile, the red and white Pokeball slowly rolled back to the Trainer, still usable. Capture failed Abra is waking up

Drat! It appeared that his attempt to capture the Abra had failed - and swooping up the Pokeball he would also call back is Nidoran. It was no point in trying, really. Once the Pokemon would awake, it would most likely flee - as the Pokemon was said to do. Besides, i was beginning to get late, and he had other engagements to arrive to.
With a twist of his heels, he began to run in the opposite direction - leaving the Abra to awake slowly but surely, though with no trainer around.
fled from battle!

The Abra shrugged. Whatever. Now it could go and find food in peace, right? Right. Bye weirdo Traino.
::Natu:: ::Skitty::
He was hopping along, happily, not a soul by his side except for his trusty BFF Skitty. They were like two peas in a pod. An unbreakable pod. But yet, they were complete opposites.
<"Hey, Natu, maybe we should stop and go foraging?"> she asked, hoping to maybe actually forage this time and not hop around a tree. Just because he didn't have paws didn't mean he got to sit out while she did all the hard work! What's up with that?!
<"Sure Skitty!"> he said, inwardly screaming inside while keeping a fake smile plastered on his face. <'Why can't she stop foraging and listening to her stomach so that maybe we can find someplace warm for a change?'>
They were to occupied with trying to find a place to forage when a trainer bumped into them, toppling them over.
- A Natu and A Skitty bump into you. Interact?
