Part One
You walk into a room and see it filled with trainers and their pokemon. These pokemon all seem to be either Dark, Psychic or Ghost types as the message said. You let out your own pokemon and take a seat. Perhaps you are nervous, perhaps you are suspicious, either way, you are curious and that is enough. [This will be the welcoming post on the thread in which the address is assigned]
[At this point, the characters who decide to participate will post. Their post will require them to sign in and indicate the pokemon with them. Similar to this. Bubba Jones: Luxray, Ghastly and Sableye. As long as all ghost, dark, psychic pokemon are signed it doesn't matter how it is done. No legendaries would be allowed to participate.]
After a few moment's of waiting, a normal looking man in his late 30's appears in front of the room. He makes no attempt to hid his face or anything of the such. He introduces himself.
"I am Enigma. Thank you all for coming. Some of you may know each other, some of you may not. However, that is irrelevant you are here because it is time to learn more. Knowledge is power, but not a strong enough power to win the battle that looms beyond us."
At this point the mans pulls down a poster with a picture of an ancient carving on it. It shows a scene in which an unknown beast terrorizes innocent pokemon. In the final panel, you see a group of pokemon confronting the unknown beast. All are either psychic, dark, or ghost.
"This picture is of a tablet that tells a story. The monster that is rising once again." At this point many trainers scoff at the absurdity of the sentences but the cold hard glare of Enigma stops them. He has an air of honesty. He continues to explain that the beast has been living in the shadows of the modern age and quietly been growing in power. At the next solar eclipse, three months from today [Approximately three months IRL] it will rise again and will be trying to take over the world. "Our only hope is you and your special pokemon!" The man says with passion. "Right now, I ask you to choose. Stay and help, or leave and forget us."
[At this point the character would choose whether or not to stay or leave. If they leave, they forfeit the arc. If they stay a number of things becomes available.]
NPC Trainer Battles:
Participating characters will be able to battle NPC trainers in order to train their dark, psychic, and ghost types. The trainers will all have Dark, Psychic and Ghost pokemon and any duel types. Such as Starmie or Luxio. Characters may battle different levels of trainer and may repeatedly battle these trainers.
Training Missions:
Enigma will set up missions in which pokemon will be able to solve problems and the such without direct battling. Member points may be accumulated and be used for TM's or RC.
Enigma Member Shop:
Participating characters may spend member points and purchase TM's, pokemon [psychic, dark or ghost], and gear such as Sunglasses or other type boosting items

Part Two
Three months after the initial meeting, the trainers will meet again. Suddenly the sky goes dark and the solar eclipse begins. Dark, Psychic and Ghost pokemon begin to roam the streets and terrorize people. This is when character can decide to team up with another PC and begin the second half of the arc. They may also do it solo. As they go out into the nearby routes, they must fight through throngs of wild pokemon of varying levels. These pokemon are odd and may not be captured. After defeating three waves of double battles, a shiny Gardevoir appears. Her eyes burn red and she wears a wicked smile. She begins fighting you and you realize she is stronger than normal gardevoir. After defeating her, and another few sets of double battles, an evil Gengar appears, defeat it. If all of a trainer's pokemon faint during this part, they are excluded from the arc and receive nothing. At a point when most trainers have beaten the gengar, a large Lugia will appear. It's evil and maliciousness can be felt radiating. [No, it cannot be caught.] At this point all trainers are called together by enigma who transforms into another Lugia. Only this one isn't evil. He tells all the trainers to split up to take on a different part of the evil lugia. The portions attacked will be Tail, Left and Right Leg, Right and Left Wing. Each portion will have the attacks Slam, Psychic, Recover, Mirror Coat and Kinesis. it will probably have other attacks, but the point is that each part is treated as it's own pokemon.
If a trainer is wiped out at this point, s/he cannot go further. If this happens and a section is left undefeated, a trainer, a pair or group will have to volunteer to defeat that section.
Once all sections have been defeated, sit back and wait. This is where descions will have to be made.
Rewards:
Trainers who have not been knocked will each receive 1 pokemon egg containing a shiny pokemon of their choice (from the dark ghost and psychic categories and only common-uncommon) with two egg moves decided upon by admin and a dreamworld ability. (Or whatever, I'm open to suggestions because honestly, I think I'd have more fun with the arc itself anyways.)
An achievement: I'll create an achievement named Atrum Sol Solis (Dark Sun in Latin)
Mod/Admin Participation:
HELL YEAH! Although you might want to get a mod/admin who isn't participating in your direct thread to help run it along.
Ok, so yes this a long and somewhat drawn out arc, but I think it could work. I'm open to any suggestions in anything. As for people who don't have a dark/psychic/ghost pokemon who want to participate, I propose that there be a Monthly promo where each member gets an egg with "mysterious markings" and inside contain a common-uncommon pokemon of the three types above. As for dual types, as long as they have dark psychic or ghost as any of their types it's qualified.
I am totally willing to do a lot of the leg work on this such as organizing and creating the trainers to fight in Part One, creating the achievement, and anything else I'm asked to do.
SUGGESTIONS?
You don't know us, but we know you. You are in grave danger; a dark evil is gaining power in this world. We have been watching you because of your [insert any and all Dark/Ghost/Psychic pokemon owned by the trainer. Whether they are on the current team or not.]. Because of this pokemon's type, they are more sensitive to what is going and on, and much more effective against it. I cannot tell you too much within this simple message. I implore you, please come to Electric City and go to this address [Insert address here] on [insert IRL date here]. [There would be a topic with this address.] There will be others like you and your pokemon.
