The air around the blonde haired beauty was filled with the aroma of peppermint and coffee. Vio had chosen the perfect spot. It was a two person table, underneath a dimmed light in the middle of the room. No one could miss her presence! Of course, she had business to attend to. There were two things she hoped for. One, to meet the Romeo of her past, and break him into pieces. And two, to find her long-lost brother, and well, the result would be the same as the latter.
Vio had her elbow rested on the table, and her chin underneath her knuckles. Her hand was in a loose fist. Black and white bangles slid down her arm as she watched her potential victims enter and claim their tables. She wore a black corset, accentuating her tiny waist, and a beautiful white scarf. Her black, furry-hooded jacket hung up on the back of her chair. It was the perfect setting.
Now all Vio had to do was wait.

Blitz walked into the room and took a seat next to a girl with a white mask with black outlines on it. He liked to play pretend as his life had not been too eventful in the "interaction" department so this was his way to get that done. But he was a bit socially awkward so it wasn't going to be as easy as he had originally expected.
<"Okay lets just get straight down to business. My name is Terrence Howard. What is your name? What do you like? How long you been here?"> He asked her a series of questions... He wasn't very good at interacting so he did not know how to do it well.
He was just the type to be straight forward and to the point. He wore his all black mask and he wore his black wings which made him feel a bit comfortable because he wished he had real wings... It was nice for him and made him feel nice.
He had no interest in this girl at all... But he wanted to practice his social skills with her...

The man had sat down so fast, and continued to ask her a series of questions, that Vio could hardly keep up. When the sign said speed dating, it apparently meant speed dating. Vio blinked for a moment, taking in his appearance. Romeo would never wear wings...nor would her brother. He did not look like the guy who mugged her either, so what was the point in talking to this guy?
"Chill," Vio began saying, "My name is of no importance. What would be the point since we're wearing masks?" She gave him a small smirk. Of course, anyone who knew her would recognize her signature black fedora right away, but still she liked the sense of anonymity. "I like to break hearts and spirits," She nodded and gave a light chuckle, though it was hardly a joke. "Well, I was sitting here for about a minute or so before you joined me." She paused for a moment, then leaned back and crossed her arms, "Is this the part where I insert a cheesy question about what you look for in a girl? Or like to do in your spare time?"

Blitz was confused when she asked about cheesy questions and about what he would like to do in his free time... He completely showed his inexperience here as he had no idea what he was supposed to do in this case, and was clueless to the largest extreme. But he didn't want to look weak or immature to her so he tried to act like he knew what he was doing...
Albeit he was failing.
<"Sure that'd work. I look for a girl with a good heart, fun spirit, great laughter, great personality, sweet angel. And I like to save homeless shelters in my free time and be a good Samaritan."> He quickly said before he started to laugh.
<"I guess it was the part where I was supposed to tell a lie."> He chuckled before he continued.
<"But seriously, I do not know what I look for in a girl. And honestly I like to be alone and deal with my own business on my free time. What do you like to do?"> He started to feel nervous, losing the upper hand here.
He needed to focus more on her as focusing on him wasn't working... It just showed his flaws...

As he told her his list of lies, Vio had to stifle a laugh until he was finished. It was only until he began laughing when she did. Who was this guy trying to be? Some sort of cookie cutter romance novel character? Oh please. It was too good to be true. Plus it all sounded sort of....lame. Vio hoped he liked more exciting things, not as a potential partner, but as a person. Maybe a friend? Hahaha right, like that would happen.
"But seriously, I do not know what I look for in a girl. And honestly I like to be alone and deal with my own business on my free time. What do you like to do?"
Vio was a bit surprised at his honesty, but nodded as he spoke. Then she wondered if he was playing it "cool" just to get in her pants... heh, it happened. "Personally, I roll the same way. Relationships are sooo drab." She rolled her eyes. Honestly the only reason why I'm here is to kick some ass she wanted to add, but decided not to. "It's only really funny to see what kinds of people come through here. There are a lot of desperate guys," She laughed.
"So why are you here?" Vio asked, her smile creeping into a smirk, "Here to meet the woman of your dreams~?" She teased, giving a small chuckle. Oh please, this thing was sort of lame.

Blitz laughed awkwardly with Vio when she made her comments... But he wasn't exactly paying full attention to her right now as it seemed that something else was preoccupying his mind, he just couldn't think of what it was... He took a liking to Vio, not a physical attraction but he liked the fact that she was similar to him... Not caring and completely chill.
He laughed when she asked if he was trying to meet the girl of his dreams. <"I guess so. Are you trying to meet the boy of your dreams?"> He then laughed again because he knew that was not a serious question, and thus he did not give a serious answer...
<"Honestly. I'm trying to have fun here. Meet some people, get better talking to others... Just have fun. What about you?"> He asked. He was surprised she had not kicked him out yet... That was definitely an interesting twist. Maybe he was getting better at interacting with others...

Man of her dreams? Right. Vio was stuck up and bitchy, and she was not going to waste her time and energy into something she knew would never work out. Sure, it would be nice to have some arm candy, but who would ever want her? Vio loved herself and that was all that mattered.
A serious answer was what he was about to receive. "Heh, not exactly," She began, rolling her eyes, "I am looking for someone, but they sure as hell aren't in my dreams. Maybe my nightmares." She rolled her eyes and sighed dramatically. If he'd ask, she would probably just lie to him or something. Lies always rolled off her tongue; this situation would be no different.
"Get better at talking to others?" It was something she had caught. She tilted her head to the side, not understanding. "Am I supposed to grade you, or something?" She teased, laughing. Mostly at him.

Blitz was not the greatest with social skills so he ignored her judgmental expression... What ended up sticking to him was when she mentioned that she was looking for someone in her nightmares. He could totally have been that person but he did not want to reveal himself in an open environment right now.
But it did make him a bit nervous and a bit curious so he decided to shift his mask a bit, as he started to worry about if it covered his whole face or not. He then turned back to her to laugh awkwardly.
<"No you aren't supposed to judge me. But I like to see how I do in conversations with others, back where I'm from... We don't have many people around."> It was a lie, but it could be somewhat true... There were people back where he was from, just no one he talked to.

Okay, this guy was kind of weird. He did not even react to her snide comment. Usually people did, but maybe he was doing it to piss her off? Vio resisted the urge to just say "next", but something he had said made her curious.
"Back where you come from?" Vio stifled a laugh, "What? Are you part of some secret laboratory experiment?" She half joked. She would not doubt it, by the way he was acting. "Okay, now you've got me convinced you are. You're just going to have to prove me otherwise." She smirked. Heh, if she could not find one of the people she was looking for, she might as well have some fun.

Blitz laughed when she mentioned if he was part of a secret lab experiment or not... It was a nice story, he guessed. That gave him something to do in this free time.
<"Yes, I was born from a test tube and I had these black wings attached to me from it."> He said to Vio, although it was a blatant lie.
But truthfully, he has no idea how or where he was born... He never even seen his parents before... This could have actually been true.
<"Aren't we all born that way? Back where I'm from, we all are..."> He said. This was a complete lie, a bigger lie than the previous one. But he knew it would keep her interested.

That was just weird, and going a little too far. Test tubes? Oh please, this was not a science fiction movie. Even if it had been, Vio would think that was a bit odd for her. The last thing she needed was some weirdo having a crush on her, ew. That is how it always starts, right?
"Sorry, my parents birthed me the ol' fashioned away." She said, sitting up a little straighter. She rested an arm on the table, and began to drum her manicured nails on the table. Vio then yawned dramatically, "Oh, well look at the time. I must be courting the rest of the male species in this fine establishment." She said, a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "It was nice to meet you....Terry, was it?" She shrugged it off as if it was not important.
"Next," She called out. Now that she was thoroughly creeped out, she hoped for someone with a bit more taste and a lot less weird.

So here he was in his little disguise; he had on casual clothes that tried not to stand out in this crowd. Susumu always liked the cool, darker colors since they seemed a bit more mature than brighter colors. He found himself in a leather jacket that looked a bit expensive, saved up from his odd jobs around TD, and he had on a dark green shirt underneath. The jeans were also pretty clean looking, as if they were recently bought, with a bit of a darker tone to them as well. His mask was a bit on the bland side; just a smooth jet black mask that just covered his nose and eyes. It was cheap, but it worked.
He awkwardly stood around the area, looking for an open table. He was already in one with a cute girl, but she was a bit too young. Besides, he wasn't actually looking to find anyone he was attracted to. As long as he perfected his acting skills, he was good. He managed to have a bit of a fake background during his first encounter; his name was Mack Diamond, he loved baseball, hated heights (though he was rather neutral with them), and he worked at the Harris Megamall.
It seemed good enough, but he knew little about the personality he was supposed to maintain. In fact, he was acting more like himself without realizing it. If anything, he was more stiff. Which is probably why the other chick acted a bit cold. Ah well, he'd figure it out. As he saw some guy with dark wings leave, he felt a cold shill go through his body. Who was that guy? He shook his head and focused on the somewhat pretty girl at the table-- someone that looked as if she really cared about her appearance, but maybe it was overdone. For him, at least.
"Hi." He said softly as he walked up to the table, nodding towards Vio. "I'm Mack." He sat down, looking at the girl with some interest. Where was he going with this? This...speed dating thing. "This is my first time doing this, so..." He chuckled awkwardly, knowing that he didn't really have to finish that sentence. The meaning would've been obvious. "What do you do for a living?" Susumu looked at her, trying to coax her into talking. He did like her hair though, now that he had a better look.
ooc: I don't know clothes for the life of me. derp derp.

When the winged male left, Vio found herself relieved when she saw another boy fill the void in the chair across from hers. Instead of looking...creepy, like mister Terry Richard, or something like that. Vio did not really catch his name, since she figured she would never see him after this.
Vio sat up a bit straighter, a little more interested than the boy before him. This new boy looked more her style. At least he was excellent eye candy. Even though she was not exactly here to "speed date", it did not mean she could have a little fun. ...right? "Why hello there, Mack," She began, a small smirk on her face,"I'm...well, stick around and maybe you'll learn my name." There was a flirty tone to her voice. Mystery was always the best way to go, right?
"Don't worry, it gets a lot easier after the introductions," She reassured him. Truthfully, this was her first time "speed dating" as well, but she knew how to talk to people. She knew how they worked, and that was what made her successful and manipulating the masses. If all else fails, and the conversation went awry, she could always call "next" and watch another poor sucker step right up only to get his heart broken too.
"What do you do for a living?"
However, this was a question she was not exactly expecting. What did she do? She already used the "break hearts and spirits" line, and it would only sound redundant on her tongue if she kept using it over and over again. "Wouldn't you like to know," She chuckled lightly, trying to think of something snarky to say. "Maybe I'm a painter? An exotic dancer? A raging coke addict? Or simply a pokemon trainer. Believe what you want to believe," She shrugged lightly, "And what about you? Are you going to give me some BS options too? Honestly, she could make up her own persona, make him believe she was a goddess, or a coke addict, or whatever she wanted, but they were masked. He could easily think of something to say or someone to be.
Personally, Vio liked being herself, because she knew she was the shit.
OOC || You're doing perfectly fine, silly!

He blinked a little in surprise at the flirty nature, not expecting it as much as he should've been. She reminded him a bit of Nova, when they first met. At least she wasn't coming onto him like that, which probably would've resulted in him acting stupid. Still, he kept a sly smirk on his face at the potential brought from the conversation. The nameless girl had a nice voice, one that he could only use to guess at what she was really like. Something interesting, that was for sure.
"Hah. A coke addict. That would be kind of awesome." He snickered at the end of her reply. He got the gist that she was joking, but it made something obviously clear. Anyone could lie here, and he would have a fun time getting away with it.
"For conversations sake, how about we both assume we're crazy drug addicts. Get it out of the way." Well, why not? He was in a nervous mood, and he felt like joking around in order to lighten up.
There was some music playing in the background-- luckily nothing too embarrassing. Ke$ha's Tik Tok was playing right now, and he couldn't help but tap his foot in sync to the beat. Nothing loud enough to really notice though, unless you really cared about body language. "I've never seen Verona so...festive. The Halloween Party in the Club comes close though." Oh, wait. He had a somewhat decent question now. "Did you go to that?" He asked, having a slight tilt to his head.

This guy seemed to get her humor, and this only made her chuckle. If he wanted to play along, fine by her. Now, assuming that what he said was correct, he was a drug addict, but the blond-haired girl could not take it seriously. As far as he knew, she was a drug addict too, and perhaps a chatterbox. She just realized she was talking a bit too much.
"Well then," Vio began, "assuming we're drug addicts.... Her voice then softened to a whisper, "what is your drug of choice? Maybe we can hook each other up." She chuckled lightly under her breath, "We gotta stick together, right?" She joked. Hopefully, he was not all doped up, and maybe they could have a decent conversation. At least, until someone she was looking for showed up. Vio looked over the room in a glance. Nope. No one.
"Did you go to that?"
Vio was brought back to their conversation. Halloween Party? Nah, she was too busy moping around at home. That was behind her, but now she had to make up an excuse. Vio brought the soy cappuccino with peppermint beverage, which she had forgotten until now, up to her lips. The smell of peppermint filled the air. She brought the mug down, and shook her head and rolled her eyes. "Nahh. I don't need a Halloween Party to dress like a slut and shake my ass around like it's nobody's business," Vio replied.
It was true, so she technically was not lying, but she was not giving him the full truth. He probably was not either, but at least he was entertaining for the time being. "You're right, though. Lately, Verona has been pretty dull. I'm from here, though, so it's always been sort of a drag," Vio was not planning on giving such information out, but if he asked her about how her life was and yadda yadda yadda, she would just shrug and say "eh, it was normal". Dysfunctional families were normal nowadays, right?
"Though, I suppose it's always going to be dull if exciting people don't put on exciting things," Vio shrugged. She noticed Ke$ha's song on the radio playing in the background, "Oh, I love this song." She commented.

The teen grinned, enjoying the joke they were having 'for the sake of conversation'. Now that he thought about it, he probably should have said that differently, but it was too late to take it back. What drugs did he know of though? Steroids? Pain killers? Crack? Meth? That was about the most he knew, seeing that they had a million names for one specific drug.
"It doesn't get better than that white stuff. Crack, man." He faked a hippie-ish accent at the last part. People started to look over at their table, making him visibly flinch. He didn't think people were actually listening in. Crap. That was kind of awkward. Other than that, he pretended to ignore the sideways glances towards them. "We only stick together as long as someone has cash." He chuckled, thinking of all of those movies that were featured in the ghettos. Yeah, you had to have cash in those settings to get by.
Susumu was slightly envious that Vio had something to drink, but seeing that he was table hopping, he wouldn't really get the chance to have anything to drink anyways. "I've only been around here for a year but yeah. Only things that ever happened was that giant party, and this little thing." There was a small itch at the back of his head, but he forced himself to ignore it.
"Speaking of exciting things, I sure hope they're planning something after the table hopping." Now maybe he shouldn't of said that. After all, something actually was going to happen. At least he didn't act as if he knew about it.

Hmph. She had forgotten drug dealing meant a lot of money handling, and suddenly she really hoped he did not believe she was some sort of heroine shooter or crack sniffer, or whatever the hell drug addicts do. She drank, quite a lot, but it was not a disease like some people had it. She could live with it, or without it, but being a little tipsy was just fun in the right atmosphere.
"I know someone who sells real cheap," She whispered, a slight smirk on her face, "Could probably get us a shitton of the stuff if I...convince it out of him." She winked, and her mouth quivered stifling a laugh. As much as she did not want the guy to believe what was coming out of her mouth, it was still humorous. Now that she had already implied she was a whore, she might as well play around with it.
Truthfully, the more he talked about the party, the more she wished she was around for it. She had heard about it, but she was scared of a bunch of things: Romeo, her brother, or even any interaction with someone who could have hurt her. Whatever, she did not want to think about that any more. She just wanted to enjoy herself, kick some ass, and break some hearts.
"Speaking of exciting things, I sure hope they're planning something after the table hopping."
Vio shrugged, "If they are, I haven't heard of anything." She examined the male's features once again. He was cute. Another smirk was brought to her lips. It was time to play. "Buuut...." She leaned forward a little bit, "We could have our own little party. Alone." She bit her lip suggestively, as if waiting for his answer. How funny would it be if she just got him all hot and bothered for nothing, then just scream "suckaa!" and run? Hah.

The male gulped at her suggestive comment, trying not to act too phased by it but that clearly wasn't working. He shifted a little farther back into his chair; a kind of body language that showed he wasn't as engaging as before, though he was definitely curious. So if she was slutty, how was he supposed to react? He was nervous as hell by now. Luckily his voice felt fine enough to talk normally, and his mask hid some of his surprised expression.
"Good luck." God, he needed something to drink. "I don't think you'll need it though." Indirect compliment, since she did have the kind of looks that could pull something like that off.
He blinked as she moved forward, almost secretively, so he leaned in as well. Something about the action made him mimic it. Or something. Whatever. At what she said though, he was momentarily speechless. He had an uncomfortable expression as his body felt a jolt, making it even weirder. Wait...he couldn't leave the place...he had something to do. God dammit wasn't this a once in a lifetime chance? "We could. Maybe at the end of all of the...fun times." He said with a wink of his own, thinking mostly about his real purpose here. "You're on the top of my list though." Susumu added as he stood up, preparing to leave. Sure, she could tell him to stay, or say next, but he really didn't want Syl to bite him in the ass again.
ooc: xD You can drag someone else in if you want. it was fun fun fun though.
