"Of course,"the nurse replied to Nera, smiling sweetly as she took hold of the seven Pokeballs, depositing them in the healing machine. While waiting for the machine to finish rejuvenating the Pokemon, the nurse wiped her brow, letting out a slight sigh of exhaustion. Trainers seemed to be coming in one after another. She was sure she wouldn't get a break until the end of the day. At least she wasn't as stressed as she had been during the power outage. A small "ding" alerted her from her musings and she quickly took out the Pokeballs and handed them back to Nera. "There you are, dear,"she said. She gave a polited bow and said, "Have a nice day."

Nera carefully took the pokeballs from the woman and clipped them to her belt. She smiled up at the nurse in thanks. "Thank you so much." Nera then turned back aroud and made her way through the other trainers once again. she headed out the door and back to route one.

Adeleine had entered the Pokémon center, she'd be preparing to go on the boat soon and she really wanted to heal up her Pokémon. She got inside, the familiar air was so used to her by now. She pulled out all of her pokeballs, walking back over to the clerk's desk.
"Excuse me, may you heal my Pokémon?" Adeleine asked with a smile, pulling out six pokeballs. The seventh one was deposited into her box, where Flower would be taken care of. She felt kind of bad for it, but she felt it would be a bad influence on her team.

"Ofcourse. Give me a few."The nurse took the Pokeballs and placed them on a tray before inserting them into the healing machine. The small ding coming from the machine was always a good sound for her. Taking the tray out of the machine she placed it on the desk for Adeleine to take her Pokeballs off from. "Here you go. Have a nice day!"With that she gave the trainer a polite bow and a smile before giving her a wave of farewell.

Rane entered the Pokecenter and brought out four Pokeballs, offering them to the nurse. All her Pokemon were very weak from the battle with the Cacnea, but it was all worth it. "Can you heal them for me?"Rane asked the nurse, hoping she wasn't too busy.

Helloooooo Nurse!
"Oh? Of course I can. Most injuries on the first route are actually very minor." The Nurse calmly explained to the girl, hoping that it would relieve her somewhat. She clapped her hands together; a signal that her partner Chansey was able to pick up on from the next room. A singsong voice from the back chimed in greeting as the sounds of a rusted old cart was being rolled towards Rane. The duo worked on carefully slipping the Pokeballs into the tray, delicately of course, before heading out to the healing machine.
One of technology's finest inventions; curing poison, low health, low fatigue, paralysis, sleep, and just about anything else except for cancer. They were still working on that part. Once the Pokeballs finished glistening from the healing machine, a small beep signaled a successful healing procedure. The Nurse then rolled the cart out with a cheerful face, something she knew that any worried trainer would look out for. "Here you are. They weren't so bad." She giggled, allowing the trainer to take them at will.

((From here.)) There was a faint whirring of electricity when the sliding doors opened and a bundled up woman stepped in. Snow flurries had begun to fall and a gust of wind blew a few stray flakes in and the woman shivered. She wore a heavy coat with a hat and gloves but oddly enough, the scarf that poked out wasn't wrapped around her neck. Gertrude went towards the counter and propped her cane against it while unbuttoning her coat. Wrapped around the scarf was a little Seedot who was blue with cold. "He's not mine," Gertrude explained. "I found him on Route 1 and he was nearly frozen stiff." She placed him on the counter along with 5 Pokeballs. It had been decades since she'd set foot in a Pokemon Center and it was certainly a lot smaller than she's expected. They used to be huge, cold, and white hospitals but technology had improved that now Pokemon could be healed only in moments! She also found the decor to be pleasing to the eye and not the unfriendly sterility that she expected. The chairs were squishy, there were a few toys to occupy waiting Pokemon, and there was even a coffee machine to warm cold Trainers. Her throbbing feet were eager to be rested but not until she was certain her new charge was going to be okay.

Rane "Thanks,"Rane said gratefully, taking her Pokeballs back. Carefully clipping them back onto her belt, Rane gave the nurse a good-bye wave before returning to Route 1 -------------------------------------
Seeing the frozen cold Seedot, the nurse quickly walked over to the counter. "Oh, you poor thing,"the Nurse said, sympathetically patting the Seedot. "Don't worry, he'll be nice and warm in no time,"the nurse assured the old lady. The nurse quickly took the 5 Pokeballs and deposited them into the machine before taking up the Seedot and taking it into another room. After a few minutes, the nurse reappeared, holding the now healthy Seedot in her arms. "There, good as new,"she said, smiling kindly as she handed the Seedot back to the old lady. "And here are your Pokeballs,"the nurse added, handing the tray to her.

When the nurse took the little Seedot back to warm it up, Gertrude decided to warm herself as well. She took a small cup of coffee and sipped on it with a grimace. No milk offered with it and only artificial sweetener? Blasphemy. She took off her shoes as she sat and stretched her cold toes. A pair of boots would probably keep her feet warmer, especially with some nice knitted socks...but her bunions wouldn't appreciate it. It would just take time for her body to get used to the agony of travel after years in a rocking chair. A ding alerted her to the strange machine her Poke Balls were in and soon after the nurse reappeared. The Seedot looked as good as new! She took him in her arms and she swore the little acorn smiled up at her. The balls she placed in her bag, but not before scrounging out her trusty knitting needles. She only had a small skein of yarn, but it should be enough. "Sit here, little fellow, and rest while granny knits you a hat." After all, it wouldn't make any sense at all to dump him back out in the cold without some sort of protection. The hat she had in mind was just a simple beanie that would fit snug on his head, and the only colors she had left were navy and baby blue. Gertrude wasted a few good hours with her knitting as Seedot dozed next to her and eventually, the hat was finished and the sleet was letting up. "Before we go back into the wilderness, I need to stock up on supplies." Next stop, the Poke Mart. Seedot toddled after her, showing off his glorious new hat. Seedot has a snazzy new hat! ((Continued here.))

s i e r r a c a t a l y n n Sierra entered the pokecenter, knowing that her team needed some rest before they were to explore the beautiful city tomorrow. She walked up to the counter. "Excuse me," She said, trying to be polite. A Chansey came by with a happy smile, offering to take Sierra's pokeballs. Smiling, the girl took out all 8 of the pokeballs and handed them to the nurse pokemon, then went and sat in a booth.
Her tiredness, compared with the couchiness of the seat and the warm air circulating throughout the center, was enough to add up to a prompt rest. She couldn't help but nod off, resting her head on her arms and bending her legs for a suitable sleeping position.
When she woke back up, it was late morning, the sunshine pouring through the window. Once she realized this, the girl sprung back up. "I fell asleep," She said aloud, startling some visitors, who stared at the girl incredulously. Ignoring their stares, she advanced up to the storage where her eight team members lay and took them, placing them on her belt. "Hehe, sorry about that," She said, blushing embarrassedly. Trying not to show her red face, she ducked slightly and walked out the front doors.

After the battle Blitz had with the Sunkern he felt he needed to heal all of his pokemon. He had just journeyed through most of route 1 and found his exit... But he was not quite done yet so he wanted to make his way back after he had healed. But a lot of his pokemon were banged up after their battles... And he could not use many that he had captured because they had fainted too.
He placed all of his pokeballs on the table for the nurse to pick up and then he decided to step out for a little bit before walking back in. He had got a strange feeling that there was an egg waiting for him somewhere near the pokemon center. He had a strange feeling that it was calling out to him, and wanting him to be it's trainer. He had to find it before he left Electric City, and thus he walked out to go and find this egg...
[OOC: This is my IC way of Blitz finding the random egg from my Hypnotist]

NURSE TO THE RESCUE! The nurse was running around all day and had yet to take a break, but that was the life she had signed up for. She had known the day she started studying that this was a job to be on your feet twenty four seven. When another boy came into the center she let out a sigh, but did not complain. She loved her job, but she needed a break and food. She went to the boy and took his pokeballs and healed them. Putting them back on the counter for the boy but he walked out. "Boy! Your pokeballs!" She sighed and placed them under the counter and left a note on them. For a boy who came in earlier.

When Blitz came back, he had found his Pokémon egg. It was hiding near a dumpster for some reason... He had no idea why. He just simply took the egg and returned to the Pokémon center to pick up his Pokémon and go back on his journey. He now had an egg to hatch, and some wild Pokémon to capture or defeat... He was a busy busy man. Continue to route one here--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sam had also just walked into the pokemon center, he decided to drop off his pokeballs to the nurse in the front and then proceeded to walk off for a little bit as he had not called his parents in days. They had told him that he was expecting a package from them in Electric City so he wanted to talk to them, and also get the package. He knew this would be the place to do it so he looked for the phone in the pokemon center and gave his parents a called... After he had finished his talk, he left the room for a little bit to look for the pokemon egg his parents told him about. It was said to have come from a Dragon's Den

NURSE TO THE RESCUE! Busy busy busy. She smiled as she got her first bit of a break in hours. She slugged down the glass of ice cold water and when the glass parted from her lips she gave a sigh of relief. "Now that was refreshing," she told herself as she looked at the ice cubes at the bottom of the glass. Ice cubes were amazing. They were truely magnificent and courageous. They faught the warmth to make your drink cold. What heroes!... Okay now she had gone mad. MAD! Then she heard a sound. It sounded something like a borborygm. It was from her stomach! Now that it had liquid it wanted food. Proteins and carbs. Vitamins and Minerals. IT WANTED FOOD NOW. She slapped her face and looked at a new boy coming in. "How may I help?" The boy handed her the pokeballs and she smiled dropping one accidently. She placed the others onto the machine and and bending down to pick up the other one. "Please excuse me, I have terrible butterfingers." She quickly healed the pokemon and handed the spheres to the trainer they came from. "Have a good day now."

Sam returned to pick up his pokemon, and surprisingly he also had an egg with him which was sent by his parents. He thanked the nurse and took off, excited to see what his parents sent him. They said it came from a dragon den, so he was hoping that it would be a Bagon as that was always the pokemon of his dreams... Sam exited the pokemon center and his way to Electric City.

Raff entered the city and made a bee-line for the poke'mon center. He was still holding his fallen Pidgey close to his body instead of having her in his poke'ball. He wanted to hand her directly over to the nurse, a small measure of comfort for the concerned trainer. But he also had a pocket full of poke'balls that all had poke'mon who could use a good rest. He walked into the center briskly, standing at the counter with eyes hungerly looking around for a nurse. He set the poke'balls of his four other poke'mon on the counter and then held Aella with both arms while he waited.

"Why, hello there,"the nurse greeted, walking briskly up to the counter and giving the newcomer and kind smile. "Aw, your poor Pidgey,"she said, looking over the hurt Pidgey with sympathetic eyes. "Don't worry, she'll be up and about in no time." Taking up the Pidgey and the other Pokeballs on the counter, the nurse quickly walked over to a machine. After a few minutes, the nurse came back out with the Pokeballs and a newly healed Pidgey atop a tray. "There you go, good as new,"she said kindly, offering the tray to the Trainer, indicating he is free to take them.

His eyes lit up as the Nurse returned with his poke'mon. Aella looked, and felt, as good as new. She practically leapt from the tray and to Raff's shoulders where she cuddled against his cheek and began picking at the blue strand in his hair. <"Raff Raff Raff!"> She exclaimed happily while he gathered up the rest of the balls, shrinking them and slipping them into his coat pocket. Slinging his small bag of supplied over the shoulder not occupied by Aella, he returned to his adventures on Route 1. A brisk nod was given to the nurse as he exited the building and left the city.

Nera walked into the pokecenter and walked over to a PC. She put most of the pokemon she had caught that day. She only kept five of her pokemon, one of them belonging to the strangely warm pokeball. After she finished she headed toward the nurse and held out her pokeballs. "Excuse me, could you please heal my pokemon?" After the nurse took the pokeballs she walked over to an empty chair and waited for them to be healed.

Helloooooo Nurse!
"Welcome." A nurse leaning back lazily on her warm chair perked up at the sound of the sliding doors opening. She was just about done with her morning shift, which meant waking up really early, though she found enough kindness in her heart to take care of one last patient. The next nurse wasn't even here yet, that lazy oaf, keeping her waiting like this. Pulling out a chart, she beamed at Nera as she stood up to shake her hand in greeting. "Very well, just sign here and which Pokemon we'll be taking custody of. Just to keep a record of things." She giggled, trading the paperwork to the girl as she took the Pokeballs for healing.
Best to get to work on them now, before the trainer was kept waiting for long. Slipping them into the center of one of the machines, she locked it shut as her eyes observed them in the healing process. Each sphere looked neat and in order, glowing softly as a special energy was shoved into them to force them to heal.
When they were finally done, reminding her of cookies, she took the tray out and rested it on the front counter for Nera to claim. Hopefully she was done filling out the two papers by now, which really wasn't much to begin with.
