reason cartier . . . Reason descended into darkness. Not metaphorical darkness - honest, true darkness. Cave darkness. The kind of black where you can't see the tip of your nose in front of your face. "Oh my Arceus," breathed Delilah, her small hooves clipping along the rocky ground. The little Deerling stumbled into a wall, the loud thumping causing Reason to blink.
"Um, Dels, I think I have a flashlight..." She mumbled, hands groping along her belt. Reason finally came across a small penlight and shone it into the depths of the cave, shivering.
"I think I'm going to die," Delilah whined, histrionic personality filtering through her words.
"Oh, hush!" Reason grumbled, feeling along the cave's wall and venturing further into the darkness. Delilah stumbled forward into the back of Reason's knees, causing her to tumble forward.
"OH MY ARCEUS ABOVE." |
Reason fell to her hands and knees, listening to Delilah's voice echo through the cave. ARCEUS... ABOVE... ARCEUS... drifted through the air, scaring away more than a few Zubats. Reason sighed. Taking Delilah with her was clearly a mistake. Delilah burst into a tilting gallop, her hooves skittering across the ground as she tumbled helter skelter into the darkness. Reason called after her futilely, her voice getting lost in the darkness. "Hello?" She choked, scrambling along the ground on her hands and knees, hands roving for her penlight. Reason lifted one of her hands and patted it along the wall, grumbling to herself about useless Deerling. Before long, her hand fell to something soft and covered in fabric. Reason patted along the fleshy pillar, reaching upward and hoping to find an opening of some sort. Perhaps someone had left their bag here...? Reason groaned and reached up higher. Oh. This wasn't a bag. It was a leg. The leg of, er, someone most definitely male. "Oh my stars, I am so sorry..." Up ahead, Delilah ran headfirst into a wall. She reeled back, dizzy with terror and pain. "Oh my Arceus, I am going to die here..."[/div] party pokemon 1st Ruins post.

He'd never been in the ruins before, and the moment he stepped foot inside of them he sort of regretted the fact that he'd came here in the first place. "Shit, it's dark." Beside him, a pink-coloured Darumaka seemed completely oblivious to the qualms of her trainer. She rushed on ahead with fervour and Joshua scowled as he quickened his pace to keep up. "Christ, Nike, would you wait for me?" He wasn't sure what to think of the strange Pokemon. It hadn't exactly been an intended capture, it had just sort of... showed up one day and hung around, bothering the cats with its inquisitive and bold nature. Even then Josh hadn't planned to keep her, assuming that a Pokemon of such colouration would surely have a trainer, but... it seemed she was here to stay.
He stopped for a moment, unsure of the direction from whence he'd came. Realising that he was lost, the young man clenched his jaw and tried to strain his vision through the darkness. Ugh, I can't see a thing! He was just debating moving again and stumbling around blindly when he felt... something... brush against his leg. The trainer froze, unsure of whether this was some sort of Pokemon or a creeper or... or something else even more horrifying. "Nike," he said slowly, wanting the aide of his Pokemon just in case this was some crazy insane rapist or something. He would have tried to pull away from the stranger but he had a feeling he'd trip and fall backward considering he couldn't see a thing.
At the same time the girl realised her mistake and apologised, there was a bright and almost blinding flash of fire as the Darumaka lit up the cave. That's right, she's a Fire Pokemon, he thought, mentally kicking himself for not realising earlier. Glancing down with an odd expression on his face of someone that was very disturbed by their situation, he slowly arched an eyebrow at the girl on the ground. "Who... the hell are you?" Whilst Joshua didn't mind girls and he certainly wasn't gay, being groped in a dark cave wasn't exactly his favourite past-time. He stepped back slightly, finding his back against a wall. "And what the heck were you doing...?"

So. Dark.
One would suspect that it would be such in a cave but Dougie was the genius 'miner' who forgot his flashlight. Bad enough he had to carry a huge ass pick axe that he was more liable to poke an eye out with than do anything productive with. Least he had Djinn with him. His faithful solider of a Lucario was sure to help him with the rumored extremely hard rock.
Stepping farther into the cave the black and blonde haired male raised a brow at the sound of voices up ahead. As he got closer some of the words could be better made out, along with voices. One male (which sounded familiar) and a female's. A light could be seen around the bend too.
"And what the heck were you doing...?"
Was that... Josh..? How the hell did they keep running into each other? Shaking his head Dougie turned the bend and waited for his eyes to adjust a moment before speaking. "Well this wasn't exactly the type of party I was expecting to walk into in a cave with such young people."
|
Pausing to look at Josh, "Dude, you look like you've been raped...." Turning away he was about to talk to the girl when something behind her caught his attention. "What the fuck is that deer thing doing?" Actually the Team Death member wasn't so sure he wanted to know what happened. ::Tauros:: lv 8 Tackled the wall trololol
Walking onto the mining site Zane looked around. Well it was about time he started digging for shards. Of course the rules were you could only have one Pokemon with you. So he picked one of his newer Pokemon, a Tauros. Why did he have a Tauros? Well it certainly wasn't for the lul purpose the Tauros was full of power. Enough said.
Beside him was Red. The large Pokemon was indeed taller than Zane and he was not one to be messed with. Though he was a low level Pokemon once he was trained a bit more he could pack quite a punch.
"Alright, let's go find a place to mine." Zane said. The two walked onto the mining site and to the cave area. And of course with Zane's luck something was bound to go wrong.
The two entered the caves and looked around. It appeared no one was around. "OK, let's start---" Zane was interrupted when Red suddenly charged against the wall, smacking his head right into it. "---ed." Zane finished. Of course Red was a bit of a wild Pokemon still and didn't take orders like he should off. Where Red had Tackled three people were around. A girl, Josh and some other guy he didn't know. Sighing he walked over to Red and the others. This was gonna be a long mining trip.

[/div] Delilah, the poor dear (deer?), scrambled to her hooves and stood shakily in the darkness. Oh, goodness no! She'd lost Reason! The Deerling, who had latched onto Reason shortly after she left the Rangers' Station, had already gotten quite attached to her trainer. It was Delilah's way of things - she saw someone she liked, and she fawned over them for eternity. Delilah shivered, suddenly growing very, very nervous... what if she never found her way out of this cave? What if she did die here? Meanwhile, Reason was stuck between a rock and someone's genitalia. She blushed furiously, though it was invisible in the darkness. "Um, um... to be perfectly honest, I have no idea," she blurted, her face reddening further. What was more embarrassing - the accidental gropeage, or her pitiful lack of experience? Reason couldn't quite decide. Realizing that he'd asked her another question before that, Reason backtracked. "I'm Reason... Reason Cartier," she mumbled, realizing just now how much of an unusual mouthful her name was. Her sister had always gone by Etta... perhaps she should pick up an epithet of her own. Oh, well - now was as good a time as any to establish a nickname, right? "But you can call me Ree," she added belatedly, long enough to show that she'd put thought into it. Oh man, Reason. You just keep earning those fail-points - maybe one day they'll be redeemable for something. Behind her, she heard a noise. Someone seemed to comment on the risqué situation in a definitively masculine voice, followed by another lewd remark directed at the young man she'd just fondled. "R-raped? Oh, no - you see..." Reason trailed off, trying to explain. But it was useless. She was forever a rapist. The young woman placed her head in her hands. This was going so well. The Darumaka's incinerate briefly lit up the cave, allowing both guys to see just how hard Reason was blushing. Up ahead, Delilah shrieked with glee. Finally, she could see her way back to Reason! The little Deerling kicked up her heels in excitement and trotted back through the cave, halting by her trainer's side. Reason, still on her hands and knees, used Delilah to help regain her balance and get back on her feet. The deer Pokemon nuzzled her trainer's hand fondly, flicking her little tail dismissively at the two boys. Now that she had calmed down (she could see! She could see!), Delilah seemed to have adopted a much more rational personality. The back of her mind was still racing, but she hid it much more easily now that Reason was by her side. SLAM. "OH MY STARS ABOVE, WHAT IS THAT COMMOTION~" So much for regaining composure. The Deerling reared, kicking out her little legs in the confined space and striking Reason in the shoulder. Reason fell to her knees, grimacing in pain. It felt like Delilah had dislocated something... Delilah fell back to the ground, ribcage heaving. "WHATWASTHATWHATWASTHAT-" and then appeared Zane and Red, the mighty Tauros towering over little Delilah. "I feel faint." [/div] 2nd Ruins post. As if it wasn't bad enough, then a rather familiar voice spoke up from nearby. Joshua turned his head to glance at the other male raising an eyebrow at him. "You would jump to those conclusions," he remarked, unsure of whether to be amused or embarrassed by the situation he was in. When Dougie commented on his expression, however, Joshua rolled his eyes slightly and stepped sideways. "No, nothing quite like that," he replied, shaking his head. The girl apparently had no idea what she'd been doing and that made Josh seriously doubt this entire trip. If these were the sort of people that frequented the minds he'd be screwed.
Well, at least Dougie was here now. The presence of the other guy made things a tad less awkward considering they knew one another. He glanced at the girl, unsure of whether or not he should give her the time of day, let alone his name. Had Dougie said his name? Josh couldn't remember the exact words he'd spoken, so he decided to assume in the negative and eventually said, "My name's Josh." He didn't give a last name as she had, and his voice was stiff and formal, simple pleasantries that were far from pleasant.
He was not expecting a fucking Tauros to tackle the wall closeby, and he stiffened in alarm as it shook with impact. "Fuck," he cursed, then glanced around in the light which Nike had provided to see yet another familiar presence. Geez, was there some sort of a Team Death gathering down here? He smirked a little and jerked his hand in greeting toward Zane. "Hey." It was a little less friendly than he was toward Dougie, but it certainly wasn't hostile. They were on the same side and Zane had given him no reason to be hateful, so he didn't have anything against him.
Seeing as the other Pokemon (minus the Deerling) were helping out, he nodded to Nike, who looked up at him with curiosity. She didn't talk much, most was conveyed through actions. "Er, it would help if you could... give them a hand or something..." It was clear from the way he spoke to her that she was new to the team and thus he wasn't accustomed to her temperament or obedience. She skipped away and curled into a ball, Josh groaning in exasperation. She wasn't going to listen, was she? But then she started to spin on the spot before careening into one of the walls. "Oh, okay. That works."
Messing up the back of his dark hair, he left his Pokemon to her business and turned to the group. "So I guess we're stuck together."

Dougie didn't say much after his comment to Josh, instead preferring to watch the different interactions going on between the pokemon and the two teens before him. At the sound of introductions he was split on a decision. He didn't know or really care to know the girl and Josh already knew his name so should he add his name in? After Josh said his name silence filled in the cracks of the conversation. Dougie didn't know whether to 'add in his two cents' or not but finally gave in. "Dougie."
|
It would be all she'd get. Attention left the group and he let it instead fall onto his Lucario. His force palm had done a bit of an impact to the wall but not enough for him to really noticed besides a small crack... Or was that already there? Anyways a short nod to his pokemon gave him the go ahead to repeat the action again, a second nod saying to continue the action indefinitely until told other wise. It was then that he heard something like someone falling to the ground and a hiss of pain or something. Head jerking back to the two he saw a panicking deer and the girl, Reason or Ree or something?, on the ground. A small sigh escaped his mouth as he started over to see if she was alright, throwing an off hand comment to Josh as he went, "I guess so." Kneeling down next to Reason he gave her a small smile before he noticed... legs? Looking up he saw a semi familiar face, one he couldn't put a name to, and a Tauros tackling a wall. Where had he seen him before? Oh well, not important. Looking back down to the girl he gently laid a hand on her shoulder. "I'm not going to both asking if you're alright, I can tell by your grimace that you're in pain." Applying a bit more pressure steadily, "tell me when it hurts, more than when my hand isn't there." It was a simple measure to see about how bad it was. Whoops, wasn't Zane's fault his Tauros rammed into the wall. Wasn't his fault. Why did he run into these people again? He didn't mind Josh but he had no clue who the others were. The girl looked like a goodie-two-shoes and he didn't really want anything to do with her. Though the other showed concern he showed none. Wasn't his fault. Nope nope nope. So much nope.
His Tauros was the same. Staring down at the Deerling. Snorting at her. He disliked her. Nope nope nope. He was full of nope too. He decided to take out his anger on the wall again. BAM, head meet wall.

[/div] Reason whimpered when Dougie knelt before her, staring up at him with wide, limpid green eyes. "Oh, uhm, okay..." She mumbled, wincing as he felt his hands grope along her shoulder. "Ow!" Reason yelped when his hands stroked along the base of her shoulder blade. Delilah stared at the pair, biting her lip. "I'm sorrry, Reason! I d-didn't mean tooo!" She keened, ears flopping to either side of her head. Reason forced a smile, letting the Deerling know it was alright. The little deer Pokemon quivered beneath the Taruos' eyes, her little hooves positively clattering on the ground as she awkwardly stepped closer to her trainer. Reason reached out with her free hand, stroking her fingers along the short fur of Delilah's neck. Delilah rubbed her chin on Reason's good shoulder, making a soft whining noise in the back of her throat. It was dark here, and she didn't like it. Not one bit. "You know what you should do?" Delilah said, innocently enough. Reason was about to open her mouth to ask when she realized that the question was directed at Dougie. Dougie seemed just as uncertain about the situation as he was, or perhaps the other guy was just unfriendly. Most of their interaction had been concerning Team Death, so it wasn't like he'd really learned what Dougie was like outside of the organization. The dark-haired teenager yawned slightly, reflecting on the fact that he hadn't gotten much sleep the night before. Well, this was fixing up to be a wonderful day. Tired and nearly violated all in one morning. How fun.
Noticing that the girl looked hurt, Joshua might have expressed some concern if Dougie had not reacted first. Instead, the slightly younger male opted to hang back a little and let him deal with it. Maybe he knew what he was doing, maybe not. Josh certainly wasn't experienced with that sort of thing--he let most of his injuries heal on their own and he never went to get medical treatment until he was practically dead on arrival. He was a little terrified of hospitals, honestly, not that he'd ever admit that to anyone.
At the comment from the Pokemon, however, Joshua pressed his lips together to hold back the desire to laugh. Arching an eyebrow, he glanced at his friend and waited for some sort of reaction to that.
Meanwhile, Nike was still quite happily preparing another rollout, spinning backward away from the wall and gaining more speed and power the second time she slammed into it. "Aren't you going to give yourself a headache...?" Joshua wondered, furrowing his brow and worrying slightly over her well-being. But Nike seemed perfectly content to respond to this by rolling backward again, probably going for another one as soon as she'd recovered. Josh blinked, shook his head slightly, and then turned back to the others.

Dougie withheld a grimace when the girl replied with an ow after barely any pressure. "Likely its broken, could be a fracture or maybe out of place. I'm no doctor."
|
Removing his head he stood up and motioned to the closest wall. "Probably for the best if you don't use it much. Sit against the wall over there and uh... do whatever." It was then that he turned to the Deerling and raised a brow. What the fuck was it trying to say? He didn't understand pokey speech, never had, and he was doing just fine not knowing how to. However by the look on Josh's face it wasn't something that he was all to concerned about knowing. "Hello deer thing, go do something productive. Oh wait maybe not. You tried to kick a wall but hit your trainer instead, smooth." He rolled his eyes and stalked away from the two, giving a meaning full glance of 'shut the fuck up' to Josh after. Dougie was content to ignore the forth male too. If he didn't want to be social and be a git instead he was fine with that. Picking his pick axe he was giving at the start back up he moved to where his Lucario just launched his third force palm. Raising the axe high he swung it at the wall, earning a crisp ringing ~ting~ in response... Now his arms hurt.... Maybe he should work out more... Dropping the axe he shrugged at the others. Scoffed at Deerling Used Tackle on the wall
Zane stayed leaning against the wall. He didn't want anything to do with the girl's injuries and knew nothing about that field. So he decided it was best to stay in the background where he could focus on what he was here to do; mine. He needed shards for TMs and all that crap. Staying here chatting with people was something he was not here for. So instead of getting caught up in the mess that unfolded he turned his focus to mining once more.
"Red, leave the Deerling alone and tackle the wall." he told his Pokémon. Red snorted at the Deerling. He could easily take that little runt down. More with size than power. He scoffed at her to make her more scared and returned to his work. Stomping the ground the Taruos rammed his hard head into the wall to try and knock some stuff out.

[/div] Reason sighed and nodded, getting shakily to her feet and going to sit against the far wall and out of everyone's way. Hopefully she wouldn't be too much of a burden down here. Delilah watched Reason with worried eyes, deciding she might as well try and make herself useful now that she'd messed up so badly. The little Deerling puffed up her chest and strode confidently towards the wall... when the shadow of a Tauros fell over her tiny body. The huge Pokemon snorted intimidatingly, and poor little Delilah began to shake. She skittered out of the way and over to Dougie, who began to speak to her condescendingly. Make herself useful? Smooth? Delilah pouted. How rude! The little Deerling trailed after him as he strode away. "Hey you! Yeeah, you~" Delilah shouted, dancing on her hooves. "I am makin' myself useful! I'm being all kinds of useful!" The poor thing didn't understand that Dougie couldn't comprehend Pokespeech - instead, she kept heckling him. "Hey! Hey! Be nicer!" Reason watched, giggling slightly behind her hand. Delilah never failed to make her laugh - whether intentional or otherwise! She hadn't brought Cavanaugh down here because she didn't think that the bird Pokemon would enjoy being underground, but now she was regretting it. Perhaps he would've been more of a help with his peck attacks than Delilah with her flailing hooves and irrational personality... "Delilah," Reason said tiredly, "leave him alone and use tackle on some of the weaker walls." Delilah glanced over her shoulder at Reason, pouting a bit before nodding and heading over to where Josh was standing. She leaned against his leg, staring up with innocent eyes, just begging to be petted. "Delilah!" Reason scolded, "stop grubbing for attention and use tackle, please!" The Deerling sighed and nuzzled against Josh's leg affectionately before backing up a few steps and launching herself at the wall, using her right shoulder to take the brunt of the impact. A few pebbles fell from the ceiling, but other than that, the little deer Pokemon's attack was useless. [/div] 4th Ruins post. DELILAH ¦ F ¦ LVL 8 "PET ME, JOSH. PEEEETTT MEEEEE." { 4 } Joshua didn't know whether he should laugh or feel sorry for the poor Deerling as Dougie practically insulted her, so the trainer settled for pursing his lips and glancing around the dark mines, holding in the laughter that begged to be free whilst simultaneously feeling a little guilty for finding the Pokemon's troubles so amusing.
He wondered whether or not Eris would be upset with him when she found out he'd went to the ruins with the 'new kid' rather than she or her partner, then decided it would have been a bad idea whether Eris had wanted to or not. She'd probably complain about the fact that she was getting her fur dirty or something, and he didn't think that the small kitten would really be of much use in the mine. She didn't have attacks that could light the area like Nike did, and she didn't have any strong impact attacks either. Definitely wouldn't have been a good idea.
Gray eyes blinked in surprise as the Deerling leaned against his leg, but his expression softened slightly when he got over the initial confusion. He wasn't the most affectionate guy or anything, but the Pokemon was cute and it seemed to be begging for attention.
"Hey there, Delilah," he said in a friendly tone, obliging her urge to be petted for a moment. Isn't that a song...? He wasn't sure, and he certainly wasn't going to ponder it for too long when they were in a hell's deep mine or anything. Instead he just retracted his hand when the Deerling's trainer urged her to be useful again.
"Nike, just--"
Bang!
The third Rollout was enough to make the wall tremble, and Joshua stepped back in alarm. He steadied a hand against the opposite wall so that it didn't unbalance him. "Uh, yeah. Do that."

Oh god he was being trailed by a babbling deer that he couldn't understand. Dougie's patience with the pokemon was wearing thin as glass and he was half temped to tell Djinn to aim his next attack at it instead of a wall. Maybe the Deerling would fly into the wall and then it would be a two for two. However he couldn't bring himself to actually do it. It just wasn't worth it. That damn deer wasn't worth it.
Least the trainer got it to leave him alone so that he could talk to his own pokemon and work out a better strategy. Brown eyes glanced back to the Deerling to make sure it was gone but what he got instead was Josh petting it. "Josh. Get grow a pair. Really?"
|
The older male rolled his eyes and shook his head. Josh was going to be hopeless wasn't he. The teen had already earned the nickname Kitten around the Team Death complex and now he was petting a freakin' deer in a cave underground. "Alright Djinn. You've made a crack in the wall it seems. Keep at it." Pausing, Dougie wondered if his encouragement was more of a bothersome pestering to the male canine. "When this is done I'll treat you to a steak." The Lucario's eyes flickered to him for a brief moment, the only acknowledgement he received but it was the look that told the twenty two year old what he wanted. used rage on the wall
Red snorted at the small Deerling. Let the little runt talk, there wasn't anything she could do to hurt him. He was larger, more powerful and had a bigger brain than this tiny thing. He stomped his hooves down on the ground and couldn't believe he was stuck with a Pokemon like that. As he stared at the Deerling getting patted by Josh he huffed. The thing was weak, both physically and mentally. He didn't need love like that, he and his Trainer had the same goal. To get more powerful. He growled and slammed the wall with his thick skull with rage. If he was taking any anger out on something it was gonna be the wall. Poor wall.
Zane stood back leaning against the wall facing Red. The Tauros took out his anger on the wall and Zane said nothing. Though a glint of concern was seen in his eyes as he looked at Reason. Was her arm really broken? "Do we need to get a doctor for her?" Zane asked. The first words he's said in a while were ones of concern. Something that didn't come out of his mouth often. As he watched her Pokemon he smirked at Josh patting the Deerling on the head. It appeared he had a soft spot for Pokemon.

DELILAH ¦ F ¦ LVL 8.5 "HEY, JOSH. C'MERE. I KNOW THIS GURL I THINK YOU'D RULLY LEIK~"
|
[/div] Delilah whimpered when she hit the wall, pouting furiously that she wasn't strong enough to do more damage. The poor Deerling was frustrated with own weakness, so she covered it up by being overly chipper and whiny. Perhaps one day she'd be stronger - maybe even strong enough to beat up that nasty Tauros!
The small Deerling shuffled out of the way of the wall, glancing over at Reason. Her trainer shot her a glare that meant be more useful, but Delilah simply sighed. Being useful hurt too much.
She trotted past the wall and back over to Josh, headbutting him gently in the thigh before pawing softly at his shoes. "Hey, mister!" She called, craning her neck up at him and grinning.
"Can you go keep Reason comp'ny? She's awfulllyy lonely over there~" Delilah said in a sing-song voice, circling around Josh to press her head against his legs in hopes of coercing him towards her trainer. Reason blushed hotly, too embarrassed by her Pokemon to say different.
Well, she was lonely. Would it really hurt to have someone to sit with?
Reason awkwardly patted the ground next to her with her uninjured arm and nodded towards Josh, an attempt at making a new friend. Perhaps it would do to have friends and allies strewn along the Routes - it'd certainly make her life easier!
The teen slumped back against the wall and closed her eyes, tilting her head to the side when she heard someone ask about a doctor. "I'm, uh, fine..." She managed, eyes flickering open to reassert the fact. "Just tired. And in pain."

Joshua whacked Dougie's arm when he teased him--hard enough to hurt, but not the type of hit that was meant to start actual confrontation. They were friends, after all. "Shut up, man," he said, shaking his head. It was true that Joshua did have quite a soft spot for Pokemon and he treated his own as if they were a part of his family. He stuck firm on the belief that this didn't necessarily make him less masculine than guys like Dougie or Zane who seemed pretty distant when it came to their team. But whatever, he didn't really put too much stock into things like that. They'd never bothered him, so it was more of a lazy reaction than a serious one.
He was paying attention to Nike and her fourth Rollout--which caused a deep crack to appear in the mild crack from before--when the Deerling approached him again, so he didn't immediately take notice. "Keep it up, Nike," he encouraged with a nod, glad that they were getting somewhere with this even though the four of them were using drastically different tactics. He decided he liked the strange Fire Pokemon even if she didn't talk to him like his own team did. Then he felt something nudge his leg, and gray eyes blinked before he turned his attention to Delilah. Jeez. Persistent little thing, isn't she?
The colourless gaze switched over to Reason for a moment when the Deerling indicated her trainer and the fact that she was lonely. Joshua shrugged, deciding that he could sit down for a bit--wasn't like it would do any harm. Besides, the girl was clearly indicating that she did want the company and he had no reason to deny her. "Are you sure?" he asked on the subject of the doctor. "Because I could leave, if you really needed treatment." It wasn't like he had the dire need to be down here mining, after all.

Dougie immediately pretended to be in terrible pain when Josh hit, giving him a surprised and offended expression. "Josh! How could you!"
|
The act didn't stay very long though before Dougie's facade cracked and he smiled. "Nah man, just messin'" He shrugged indifferently but knew that his arm would likely have a rather good bruise on it the next day from the stinging it had. At the talk of the doctor though Dougie frowned a bit. "Besides the obvious pain she's gonna deal with until she gets it looked at she should be in alright shape as long as she doesn't try using that arm or hit it. Staying still until such time would likely be best.... Anyone have something to make a splint with?" The older male shrugged, silently conveying that he didn't have anything to use.... Well his jacket might work if he ripped it horizontally but he didn't particularly want to part with another jacket. If push came to shove he would but maybe one of them had an overly long scarf or something. Red snorted at the Deerling. How weak, she wanted affection from humans. He shook his head and stomped his hooves on the ground. He didn't have time to make conversation with the Deerling. He turned his attention back to the wall and shuffled his feet on the ground. His eyes locked on the wall as he charged into it. His horns rammed int the wall, shaking it a bit. It didn't hurt Red's hard head at all so it was completely fine to him.
Zane listened to Reason and he sighed. He walked over to Reason and bent down so his eyes aligned with hers. "If you want you could probably zap for a while. We will be down here for a while after all. I'll make sure your Deerling is fine." It was different for Zane to offer help but he felt like he should do something. He stood back up and leaned against the wall that Reason was leaning against.
