"Worm. Why are you on my head? You don't even like me." Susumu had chosen to go to the park today during his free time, not feeling like training on any routes today. No, today was a time to roam around the city a bit. His walk took him to the park, he let out the Shadow Caterpie in hopes of getting a reaction out of it, and in the end he was being used as a horse. Really? Sho didn't seem amused as he was nuzzled in Susumu's dull yellow hair, dark eyes hardly caring about the environment around him.
It was cold, the Caterpie didn't really care for much else around him. He was as soulless and lifeless as a robot, yet he listened to commands. It worried the trainer sometimes, this thing about shadow Pokemon. They were definitely a bit stronger than most, but it wasn't normal. Somehow, Susumu planned to crack the little guy. Make his walls fall down, get a smile out of it.
Gosh, if it would even talk, that would be good too. It was as if he had a zombie on his head; though he didn't have to worry about losing his brains. "Sho, why do you do this. I know there's an actual personality in there." He couldn't even look at the Caterpie this way, making him mumble a little to himself as he walked along the path with no apparent direction.

Aiden breezed through the park, happy about what has been happening, his hound friend following him loyally. A peaceful day, albeit a little cloudy, and some new pokemon under his belt. He loved big pokemon and pokemon that evolved into big pokemon. His latest additions would be awesome on his team! Now for the fun part: Revealing his new pokemon! "Vuur, its time to meet your new friends!" He said energetically to his best friend. Excitedly, he tossed the pokeballs into the air and in a bright flash, two pokemon appeared. An Aron and cubchoo looked around, wondering what was happening. "Hey guys....What's up?" Vuur approached, bowing his head to them. <Welcome to the team guys.> The aron just kept looking around while the cubchoo wondered off. The little bear approached another trainer with a caterpie on his head. As he approached, snot dripped from his nose, onto his fingers. Then, he used the same finger to poke the trainer's leg before scratching his butt. Aiden quietly followed, bring his aron and Vuur to him. "Hi! How are you. I see you met my cubchoo."following::aron:: derppoked susumu with his snot covered paw before scratching his butt

Susumu wasn't really sure about what he'd expect out in the park other than a brisk and refreshing walk, but he should've known that there would be people hiding around here. The first thing to catch his attention was a purpleish bear grabbing at his pants' leg, which was absolutely adorable. Still, he faked a scowl as he looked at the bear, wondering who it belonged to and what it wanted. Then it scratched it's butt, completely comical as it looked up at him with snot dripping out of its nose. "What in the world kind of Pokemon are you?" He asked, now amused as he crouched down to get a better look at the bear. Good thing he was dressed warmly, otherwise he would be shivering from being near this little guy.
He heard footsteps from behind him as he glanced at a tall guy, around his age, maybe younger. Apparently it was a 'Cubchoo', not bad. He had heard about those lurking around during one of the Winter swarms, how sneaky. He recognized the Houndour he had, though the coloration was completely different for that one, and the other...what was it? He needed a Pokedex for that one.
"Yeah, it really seemed to have wanted an introduction." Susumu chuckled, standing up and realizing just how short he was compared to the guy. Gahhh, it sucked not being in a tall family sometimes. "What's the steely one called?" He decided to ask, balancing the Caterpie on his head as Susumu looked at the Aron. Sho didn't really care for much of anything; how typical and boring.

Aiden giggled a little at how his new cubchoo acted before facing the other person. "Well if they wanted an introduction, they may have just done a barrel roll towards you. Haha." He spun around a little, feeling as though he could frolic in the grass he wanted to. But that wouldn't really be polite, especially since he was talking to someone he had just met. It was a good opportunity to make a new friend! "My name is Aiden, by the way. And this is my best friend Vuur." HE said, squatting down to pet his best hound friend. Vuur, being ever so polite, bowed his head at the trainer. Right as introductions began, cubchoo began to crawl over to the new trainer again, as if fascinated by him. As he scratched his butt, mucus continued to drip down onto his paw. The cool mucus covered his butt scratching paw as the little bear pawed at the trainer again. What he saw in this trainer was beyond most, but one thing is for sure though, Vuur needed to keep the pokemon in check. Being ever such the big brother, Vuur walked over and pulled the pokemon back to Aiden. The hyperactive trainer laughed again before looking at the person. "HAhahaha, my pokemon likes you....either that or likes to poke you with butt and mucus. Hehe~" He said rather childishly. The Aron looked around, wondering what else is new. All he did was stand there. Not much excitement, really. "This steely one is an Aron.......I don't have a name for him.........." Suddenly, an idea struck based on an old cartoon he saw. "....Ironhide! Oh by the way, my name is Aiden. Its nice to meet you..." He then looked at the caterpie on top of the trainer's hat, fascinated by it. "Whooooaaa....that is awesome! I have never seen that kind of caterpie by it. Its amazing!" He said, jumping up and down with excitement to see something new. "SO WHO ARE YOU? HOW ARE YOU? WHERE'D YOU COME FROM? ARE YOU NEW HERE? THAT CATERPIE IS AWESOME!"pulling the cubchoo awayderping, poking Susumu with his germy cold paws::aron:: Meh.

Eh? Barrel roll? Susumu grinned at the comment, realizing that this other guy was probably a bit of an internet dork, like he was. Not everyone knew about things like memes, so it was funny hearing them in real life sometimes. The guy was spinning around as if he had just consumed a lot of sugar, making Susumu wonder exactly what was wrong with him. "That's some energy you got there." He decided to say, chuckling awkwardly as he waited for Aiden to finish his spin fest. The Pokemon seemed relatively calm compared to the trainer, though the Cubchoo was questionable due to its nose and butt action, but it was ultimately cute due to its size and young age. Looking at the trainer, who looked as if he was around his own age, it was just different. Weird, but he could tolerate it. Syl was infinitely worse anyways.
Introductions, huh? Ok, he could get down with that Aiden. "Shamu here, like the whale." He decided to go informal here, since he doubted that Aiden would even hear him correctly if he said his real name. The Houndour was pretty awesome, but it wasn't the first time he saw a shiny Houndour. This one seemed a lot less violent than the first one he saw, even bowing its head as if it was Japanese, kind of funny. Anyways, good thing Susumu was wearing pants, because he could see the Cubchoo wiping snot on him. He made a face and backed off a little, laughing at how obnoxious it was being. "You call that affection?" He asked, shaking his head at the Cubchoo for being such a dork. He glanced back at Aiden as he told him that the other thing was called an Aron, which sounded familiar. Someone he knew must've had one in the past or something. "Pretty quick with names, aren't you? Think it'll respond to that?" He asked, since the Aron was probably used to being called something else.
Too late to answer that one! Aiden was already fangasming over the Caterpie that was on his head, which only gave Aiden a blank and unamused stare in return. There was an awful lot of squealing going on from that human, but the Caterpie simply didn't care for the attention, though he did twitch at the invasion of personal space. "Whoa whoa whoa, easy there Aiden." Susumu was being a bit overwhelmed right now, unable to play along since he hardly knew the guy. Kind of reminded him of Sierra a bit, though at least he got along with her and wasn't too weirded out. "I'll tell you if you do 10 jumping jacks! Come on, back off. Kill that excess energy!" Susumu clapped his hands to try and motivate Aiden to do it, not trying to be bossy, but he actually wondered if the trainer would actually listen to him. Now that would be funny.

Aiden continued to exert his energy outward until he suddenly stood still, staring at Shamu. What did he want Aiden to do? Jumping Jacks? "...........CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!" He said, folding his arms in front of him. As he got into position, he jumped rapidly up and down, arms and legs following suit to perform jumping jacks. AS he jumped, he seemed to have gotten faster, as if there was more energy to him than before! What was Shamu thinking, asking Aiden to do this while he was hyper? Oh well, Aiden had fun. As he gained speed, he seemed to have jumped more than he needed to. There was nothing people could do to stop it now. It was entirely up to Aiden's discretion on when he'll stop. As Aiden jumped, Vuur looked up at the caterpie on top of Shamu's head. <My, why don't you come down to talk to us?> He called out, seeing if it would like to hang out with the other pokemon. Aron just looked at Vuur, approaching quietly. <Yo, I don't think he's coming down......I think he's a robot.> Vuur looked at the Aron, surprised at how he spoke. It was the first time the steel type actually spoke. <Well now, I'm surprised to see you talk. Nevertheless, nice to meet you, Ironhide. And I don't think that caterpie is like that...maybe its shy.> Once Aiden completed his jumping jacks, he looked back at Shamu. He was panting heavily, what with all of the energy. "Alright....*pant pant* I did them! Now answer my questions please~~" He said, smiling at Shamu. calling out to caterpie::aron:: curious at the caterpiehurr durr

Susumu stared at Aiden in shock as he only seemed to go faster with some kind of crazy input of energy with each jump, wondering how this guy had so much energy in him. Did he snort sugar daily? He shook his head, trying to have a normal and unsurprised reaction but it was difficult to do. At the very least, it was fairly impressive that it didn't manage to calm down Aiden in the slightest. He was almost positive that that would work, curses! With a frown and a blank stare to the trainer when he finished, he sighed. Ok, he was going to have to reveal what he knew about the Caterpie. "Sho isn't a shiny, he's actually a shadow Caterpie. I managed to buy him pretty cheap, and I feel kind of bad for the guy. It's just not natural." He frowned, plucking the soulless Caterpie off from his head as it limply dangled in his hands, just gazing at Aiden's Pokemon with a blank look.
Shame that Susumu couldn't understand the questions that Aiden's Pokemon were making, otherwise he'd happily make them. Oh well, he'd just say what he knew to Aiden. "He's really closed off. I'm trying to change him, but...nothing." He had literally no experience with shadow Pokemon, and he had Sho to try and learn a little bit more about them. Might as well start with a weak one that wouldn't hurt a bunch of people, right? It seemed to be the safer option at least, but it was depressing having the Caterpie around sometimes. He was actually trying to change him though!
"Oh well, that's all I know. He's pretty tougher than most Caterpie though." At least physically, from what he could see. He knew Swords Dance, which was enough proof of the difference in power. He held Sho in his arms since the Caterpie wouldn't be very inclined to follow him unless he asked, but he didn't exactly have the fastest walking speed ever. "So, feeling calm yet?" He asked with a nervous but teasing grin, hesitant to see Aiden's reaction.

Aiden quietly approached closer, not paying attention to any form of personal space or anything. He was very curious and wanted to get a closer look at this different colored caterpie. "OOooooh, its all black and...well, odd. Its amazing! Woooow!" He then listened to the backstory of the little caterpie and could not believe it. It was so unbelievable that it.....it was.... "IMPOSSIBRU!!!" He shouted as his face crunched up in a rather comical fashion. "Why would anyone sell off someone like that! Its not right! I mean I can understand selling a pokemon that was bred for it, but that did not seem like the case! This one seems to be sad....I'm not sure what to say."Vuur and Ironhide seemed to be curious as to why the caterpie was not responding. Vuur approached closer and looked up at it, seeing what was wrong. There was nothing unusual, save for the sleak black coloration and its emotionless eyes. <Hey, are you willing to come down and talk to us! What are you, deaf?> Shouted Ironhide. Vuur, though considering it as uncouth, agreed with his new partner. Why was this pokemon unresponsive? Aiden looked at Shamu again, wondering what other pokemon he had. Susumu squished up his face and backed off when Aiden clearly broke his much needed personal space, flinching as he tried to maintain a safe distance from the weird guy. After hearing his reaction to the story, well, he could just shake his head in annoyance at the odd accent he was saying it in before scoffing at him. "You are obviously that one nerd in high school people called weird." He joked, shaking his head as he imagined it now. Yep, people probably had a hard time getting along with him unless they were as quirky as he was.
He shook his head a bit at Aiden as he made his comments, something about the seller being a bad person? It seemed like a really misleading thing to say, especially since he could've bought it off of someone that didn't know how to take care of it. Aiden's comments were interesting though, and he didn't even know which direction to take it. "Ah, don't worry about it. I'm trying to crack him open. Like an egg." He let Sho wobble on his arm as the Caterpie continued to endure the constant comments from the Pokemon to react to them. This time he at least looked at them when they talked, as if absorbing their words inside of him but not fully processing them.
"A battle? I guess I can show you what he's like. One sec." He toyed around with his Pokedex to pull out a lower leveled Pokemon from his PC, and soon his team was switched around. Taking the Chimchar's Pokeball in his hand, he released her onto the ground, while letting the Caterpie plop down right next to him. Scoot looked at the strange Pokemon with a sleepy, questioning look as she raised her arms above her head and stretched before letting them hang loosely at her sides. She felt pretty relaxed, even though she was about to get beat up. "Scoot and Sho, we'll try a double battle. They're a bit more fun, don'tcha think?" He asked, curious to see how Aiden was as a trainer. Did he even pay attention?

Aiden watched as Shamu released two pokemon, looking closely at the pokemon released. He knew of the black caterpie that was released and was excited to see a chimchar. Something that was completely unfamiliar to him. "Wow a chimchar! I rarely get those in the place I live! Of course, I'd never give up my Vuur, here. Go out there, boy!" Vuur nuzzled against Aiden before walking forward in the battle field. As Vuur approached, Ironhide also stood beside Vuur. He honestly felt like battling and wanted to show off his skills. <Well well, seems like you would like to battle with me. Very well then, lets see what we can do.> Vuur said, showing his fangs at the opponent. Ironhide only brushed the comment away. <Alright, just don't hold me back now.> Ironhide said rather bluntly. <They look kind of tough.> The Chimchar commented with worry, his voice sounding young and youthful as he turned to look at the Caterpie. He wasn't exactly familiar with Sho to be fair, but he grinned at his ally, expecting a good match from both of them. Scoot wasn't new to battles at least, but he was still very inexperienced. <Are you good at this?> He whispered to the Caterpie, earning a look since his mouth was cupped pretty close to the bug's ear. Sho wasn't exactly comfortable with such contact with strangers, so he did take it as something unusual and unwelcome with no reply other than a confused stare. Scoot didn't know what to make of it, since he was only trying to be friendly, but he didn't bother to stop hanging near the Caterpie since he was convinced that he could try and befriend him. They were fighting together anyways, so why not?
"Oh, really? I got this one in a random egg." He explained, never expecting a rare Pokemon like Scoot to come out of it. He kind of liked the Chimchar, but it was way too weak to belong on his team. What a shame, but it didn't mean he couldn't use it for practice battles like this. "I think I was pretty lucky." He grinned at Aiden, as if thinking of saying something witty when it wasn't very witty at all. "Maybe I'll be lucky in this match too." Oh, he probably wouldn't be. These two Pokemon weren't compatible at all, but Scoot was pretty lucky with his moveset.
"Swords Dance and Tackle, on the Houndour." Vuur was its name? Yeah, that sounded about right. Susumu would have to remember it this time. First turn of the battle, and it was time to feel the foes out. Sho shoved Scoot away from him as he started to swing his head around, making his red antennae grow longer from both ends, giving him the extra power that he craved as a Shadow Pokemon. It was then that he charged towards the Houndour like a train, not even bothering to stop. "Helping Hand." This first hit was bound to hurt now, and Scoot was soon clapping his hands, cheering the Caterpie on as he got even stronger with his first bold strike.

Vuur and Ironhide weren't exactly best of friends either, but they did at least agree that a battle was to be conducted. <Alright, you don't get in my way, I won't get in yours. Sound good?> Ironhide said bluntly at Vuur. Vuur, though, only stared at Ironhide with a confused look. He seemed much more....rough compared to the other pokemon he dealt with. <Well alright, if you say so. Now lets take care of tha-> Vuur said, before he was suddenly cut off by the sudden action of Ironhide. <YO! MONKEY BOY, I GOT YOU OVER HERE COME ON!> He said, blindly rushing towards the chimchar with an iron head attack. Even though the attack was taught in order to better establish his size, Aiden did not account for how hard headed it would make him. "Ironhide, wait! I haven't..." Even Aiden was cut off when Vuur took a stronger than normal tackle attack from the caterpie. Vuur took the hit, causing him to slide back and wince in pain. Just how strong was this caterpie? The way the Houndour and Aron talked to each other intimidated the Chimchar a little, shuddering because she didn't think she was smart enough to plan things with her teammate. She glanced at the Caterpie again, searching for some sense of confidence and encouragement, but Sho didn't provide any of that. She slunk backwards, concerned because the Caterpie appeared to be nothing more than an empty shell. It was ominous. Creepy. Wrong. Why was there a Pokemon like that out there? It wasn't normal, it wasn't right, and even in all of her youth and ignorance she could tell that something was off about the Caterpie. He wasn't like other Pokemon, which made him disturbing and weird. She'd rather be talking to the stubborn Aron, or the tough looking Houndour than this deadbeat worm. She didn't realize that the Aron ran off on his own, at least expecting to hear Aiden talk to prepare her for the hit, but the Iron Head was beastly. She yelped as she was crashed into, holding the flame plate protectively in her hands as she turned to whimper at the speedy steel type that wanted her down. Oh no, that wasn't fair! How in the world was that fair? Sho was hit even worse though, as he wasn't resistant to the Embers, and nearly went down to half of his health from that one hit. Shame his defenses weren't boosted or anything, but his attack was something to be feared.
Susumu wasn't sure of what to make of Aiden's Pokemon, but it seemed that he had trouble controlling them judging from his Aron. They were just making moves on their own, which was a bit of a relief. He had that problem with his older and more experienced Pokemon, and they just wouldn't respect him enough at times to even bother listening to his commands. At least these two were obedient, but his main team? There were just issues that they had that he couldn't figure out exactly. Something about it bothered Susumu, as he stared at Aiden's Pokemon. Was this his main team? He seemed pretty close with his Houndour, judging from the way they looked at each other. If that was the case, then what did it mean for Susumu if Aiden's team was suddenly obidient by the time Aiden's main team reached Susumu's level? That he sucked as a trainer because his Pokemon didn't respect him? He wasn't sure of what to make of it, but it made him uneasy.
"Ok, Sho you're doing good. Swords Dance and Tackle on the Houndour again. Scoot, just use Submission. Don't worry about recoil, you'll live." He was hoping that the Houndour would have trouble taking hits when Sho was boosting his attack so quickly, especially since he was a bit tougher due to the shadow gene. Sho vigorously danced and made his red antennae grow in length, then started to ram into the Houndour once more. He was being robotic, taking in these commands without much thought, charging straight ahead like a bull going for the target. The Chimchar was forced to use a Submission, which was an egg move she was born with, so it came naturally to her at least. Using it on an opponent though? It was a bit awkward. She made a risky pounce on the Aron, planning on unleashing a serious of random jabs that put her at risk for recoil as she made these frantic battle cries.

Vuur and Ironhide stood their ground, seemingly as strong as they were before. Though they did share their problems. Vuur looked at Ironhide, wondering what his problem was against Aiden, or himself for that matter. <Ironhide, I believe we can work this out if we worked together and just listened to our trainer.> Vuur commented, concerned about the outcome of thier battle. Ironhide brushed the comment away. <Like I said, I don't need you getting in my way. If you awnt to work as a team, you'd take care of that caterpie or help me take care of that chimchar. Otherwise, you're on your own!> Ironhide said, charging head first into battle. Vuur only groaned, wondering why Aiden bought him in the first place. Ironhide felt quite confident in his abilities. Confident enough that he could work alone. Hell at this point, he would rather work with a noncomplaining caterpie. Just as his thoughts began to whirl, he was suddenly held down in a submission, shouting in pain. <GAAAAAAH!!!> He shouted. "Ironhide! Hold on! You're a steel type, come on!" Ironhide was let go, health suddenly depleted. <Ya, easy for you to say! get a grip, you little genius.>Vuur didn't quite handle the situation smoothly, for another powered up tackle attack hit him square on, causing him to breathe heavily. "Vuur! Ironhide! Come on, you can do it!" He shouted, excited and terrified at the battle at hand. This was getting quite interesting, but his pokemon were getting seriously hurt. Hopefully they can keep this up. <Okay, Ironhide.....I can take the fire attacks that monkey has to offer. Maybe you can help me.....> Once again, Ironhide brushed the comment away and just charged forward, angrily hitting the chimchar with a tackle attack. What was with the commotion going on between Aiden's Pokemon? Sure, Scoot was taking notice of the amount of conversation because she could understand them, but Susumu was noticing it as well. The Houndour looked like it was being a bit bossy to the Aron, who simply wanted to run around and do its own thing. From what Susumu could gather, at least. He saw enough actions and body languages to get enough of the story in his head, basically explained. It pretty much unnerved the young Chimchar though, hearing about how 'they were being taken care of', which probably wasn't positive in any shape or form.
After the Submission, Scoot ended up getting some recoil based on how injured the Aron was. It looked as if he was hurt since it was pretty effective against the Aron, so her claws and feet were pretty sore afterwards. Sho was definitely getting weak after that second ember though, hissing in pain as he rolled around in an attempt to soothe his raging wounds. Just, ow. Even Scoot was tackled, but it wasn't the strongest attack ever against her. She'd be fine. Sho wasn't, as he looked as if he'd be knocked out in one hit, even if it came from the Aron.
"Yeahhhh, this is tricky." It was; someone was gonna faint soon. He shook his head, not knowing what to do except cut his losses if it happened. "Are we doing two on two...?" He asked, to make sure he wouldn't have to send any more Pokemon out. If he wanted to train the Cubchoo though, he could probably use something to help him out. "Swords Dance and Helping Hand! Hit hard!" He advised, unleashing the beasts as Sho got his final attack boost, combined with the efforts of the Helping Hand. With a snort of determination, Sho saw no reason to stop hitting the Houndour with his tackle. Why change orders when not told to? His tackle was aimed at Vurr, while Scoot felt nervous about the Aron. He was uncontrollable and unpredictable, making her question her own judgment.
Susumu saw that and didn't want to leave her hanging, so he had to give her some kind of instruction. "Ah, just Scratch the Houndour." Sounded like a weak move, but with the hits Vuur was taking, it probably wasn't going to help him out at all. Scoot gulped, but charged at the Houndour offensively and tried scraping at his snout.

It seemed as though the last attack did the trick for the pair. When the attacks hit, both his pokemon were down for a good while. Not even Ironhide's iron armor could protect him from the brunt of the attack. Vuur, due to his repeated hits, did not hold up well. Yet, Ironhide managed to stay standing up due to his persistence. Vuur, however, fainted, causing Aiden to stare in defeat. "Vuur no!!!!" He said as he rushed to pick Vuur up. "You did great...now take a rest." He said as he gently placed Vuur to his side. HE then looked at Shamu, watching as he worked his pair well. His pokemon managed to work together quite well, but Aiden's did not. Usually Vuur had no issue with working with others. So the only pokemon left in question was Ironhide. Speaking of Ironhide, he was sore and weak and could barely keep himself up. Nevertheless, he wanted to keep fighting until the last breath. <Yo man, that wasn't cool. BUt hey, I can take you both on!> He said, rushing in with another iron head on the caterpie. HE was quite persistant, to the point of being a flaw. Aiden looked at Shamu, wondering how he managed to do it. How strong was he, really? It was.....confusing, but exciting! Disappointing, but thrilling! "WOOOOW! That was a fun battle....but I need to train more....help me out here?" He shouted mid battle. He needed to know how he could tame and be a better battler. It seemed as though he had figured out what he can do with his life. But then again, it could be his excitement. How dramatic-- watching trainer run to Pokemon to pick it up after fainting, honestly it startled Susumu, not thinking of doing that to any of his older Pokemon. The younger ones he was always a bit concerned for, especially when it came to their emotional well being, but when they were older he expected they were a bit used to it by then. The Houndour wasn't even returned, just simply kept outside to sleep in the cold. Poor dog, even if it was a fire type, it probably wasn't good to be unconscious outside in the middle of Winter.
<C-Can he...?> Scoot asked a bit self-consciously, flinching as she thought the Aron was going to attack her next. Nope, just Sho. The Caterpie let out a pained grunt as he was KO'd from the battle, having absolutely no energy left to continue. Susumu was fair and returned him inside after that, grinning a little. "Not bad Sho, at this rate, you'll evolve." He had to wonder what it would be like to have a Shadow Butterfree. Hell, would the creature even talk...?
It was Scoot versus Ironhide, and it looked like the battle was almost in the bag. Time for a strong fire type move to wrap things up. "Scoot, you can probably finish it off with Heat Wave." With the Flame Plate heating her up in her arms, her fire type moves were boosted as she blasted out a harsh wave of heat at the Aron, trying to knock it out.
Aiden was exclaiming loud things again, inwardly making Susumu groan as he glanced at the annoying guy, not sure about how he was supposed to deal with these kinds of people. "More? Wait, really?" Ah, that meant dealing with Aiden longer...oh well. He did make it his little mission to help others grow stronger these days. Might as well stick to it.
"Nim, just get ready to battle." He had to toy with his Pokedex a bit, but soon there was a quiet looking Natu on the field. Her feathers were a bit more tame color wise compared to most Natu, and in the sunlight they seemed to practically 'sparkle' with her natural beauty.

Never your own Pokemon haha, cause that's just cheating. but keep aron level 8, since sho fainting just made him that level.

OOC: Nope, at 9. Well 10 now. Gained a level in my route thread Ironhide brushed the ground with his feet, as if he were imitating a bull. He could easily finish the battle on his own and he was ready to charge in at any time. That is until he was struck by a heat wave that caused him to faint. Even though Ironhide was hot headed, it seemed as though he couldn't take the heat and just fainted like that. Aiden returned the pokemon back to his pokeball and thanked him for a job well done, even if he was disobediant. "Why don't you ever listen to me?" He sighed as he sent out his new cubchoo to fight the new pokemon the cubchoo wasn't quite active in battle, as all it did was scratch its butt. He did not seem to want the battle at the moment. "Alright! Uuuhh....what do I name you now?" Aiden said, scratching his head. From the moments of buying the cubchoo to battling with it, he had no clue on what to name it. Suddenly, it dawned on him: the perfect name. "Snotty! Use powder snow!" With a sniffle, the cubchoo slowly stood up, looking at the Natu on the other side. Suddenly, with an inhale of the mucus, he breathed out a large, somewhat wet, powder snow attack on the Natu Name: Snotty Pokemon: Cubchoo Gender: Male Level: 7 Ability: Snow Cloak Attacks: Powder Snow, Growl, Night Slash used powder snow

At the Aron's defeat, levels were just being given out like wild fire. Absolutely delicious, like the main course of the meal and not the crappy salad. Susumu was somewhat convinced that they were going to attempt another double battle, since he still had Scoot outside of her Pokeball, but both were surprised as only a Cubchoo appeared as their foe.
"Oh, we're doing singles?" He asked with a confused face, taking out the Chimchar's Pokeball and returning her back inside. Poor Chimchar, she probably thought she was going to deal with more Pokemon. At least the rest would come as a relief, leaving Nim versus Snotty. "Snotty? How...naughty." Susumu couldn't resist the pun, and it wasn't as if his tongue was in a knot. Not knotty.
The Powder Snow was a cold jet of air, swiftly hitting the Natu with the super effective attack. She had no choice but to wince and take it though, ready to make some kind of retaliation. She had some hope in her trainer, but Susumu didn't see anything she could do in particular to an ice type.
"Leer and Peck, just try and get some damage on'im." It was the most he could do, really. Nim could only look at the snot dripping out of his nose in disgust as she leered at him, not sure if she even wanted to go near him. Could she die from what he had? With a light trill of her voice, she hopped towards him and attempted to peck him on the back of his head.
