Tie breaking lullaby!
"If you can't be 'em, join 'em."
That about sums up the attitude of Eva. She has never had much of a full-on personality when it comes to things. It's really kind of a shame how flat she tends to be. Ups and downs in life rarely ever leave Eva's proverbial feathers ruffled. Eva has always prided herself on simply being able to blend in with a crowd. Most people try not to, thinking originality is the way to go, but this blue haired girl couldn't be damned.
Despite the rather dull way of life, Eva has always secretly hungered for adventure. A certain lack of motivation coupled with a sheer almost unbreakable lazy streak has left Eva feeling rather unaccomplished in her life. Opportunities rarely present themselves but when they do, Eva tends to look the other way. Sometimes she is left with a rather cynical and sarcastic way of speaking to hide her general dislike for her humdrum life. If only someone could break her from her shell...
Looking past this, Eva is quite the interesting person to chat with once you get her going. Keep that in mind, once you get her going. Her rather lazy way of looking at life can lead to some very interesting conversation. Go ahead and ask her about that tattoo she so carefully hides, it provokes great conversation. Looking at her friend base, you could say Eva is about normal in the respect of how many friends one should have around her age group. Although she isn't particularly close with anyone, people don't hesitate to ask her to come to a party ever now and again.
Fears: Lakes are completely and totally terrifying. Why? Eva couldn't tell you if her life depended on it. No bad experiences have influences this fear. Perhaps drowning is what really scares her the most. Or possibly the fear of large bottomless holes that scare the poor soul.
Goals: Finally leaving her hometown for more than a few days is something Eva has always wanted to do. She wasn't exactly old enough to waltz out when this little dream came about. Doing something with her life is a big goal Eva intends to get onto aiming for one day. Finally making something of herself is pretty up there too.
Likes: Flowers of all shapes and kinds. Well, of course she has to like them, considering she is a girly girl at heart.Soda is also big on the list of Eva-likes. That fizzy goodness is always a nice touch. Soda has nothing on tea however. Warm weather is great for flowers, and Eva too.
Dislikes: Fighting type pokemon... Ugh! Those things look so brutish. You can also say working isn't exactly something Eva likes to do, although it's the only way to pay the bills. Getting up early is just as bad.
Hobbies: Everyone is surprised to hear that Eva actually has some hobbies. Flower arranging is one of the few things Eva finds herself truly enjoying... Along with gardening that is. Perhaps not so much as a hobby as a habit; Eva can often be found reading comics in her spare time. It's a loss let work than actually reading, in her opinion. When not out in the garden Eva can be found playing with her pokemon.
By then you can sing it!
Eva was born an only child in a small village in some rather unknown region. As such, she was rather protected. She did well in school with no trouble and was generally content. There was very little incentive placed on becoming a trainer and if a child did, they usually left home for many years. Without older siblings, Eva was left with a very lax view of the world and didn't do much in terms of Pokémon. If we all know something, it is that being content leads to laziness. Without the need to excel or really to want you can easily breed contempt. Up until her twelfth birthday Eva didn't even strive for anything. Her parents became concerned by their daughters lack of motivation, and forced her to go out into the world. No, they didn't shove a pre-teen into the big bad scary world of Pokémon (considering that was just bad practice for raising a kid) but they did force her to stay outside rather than doing nothing inside. This was when Eva began to really interact with Pokémon and form a sense of "I kinda want these." Still, the small region didn't have many resources for catching Pokémon and thus Eva was left wondering from afar.
Needless to say, it didn't work as well as they had hoped. It ended up making Eva a bit of a lazy naturalist and bred her love for gardening. However, it didn't really help with her overall lazy demeanor. When she turned eighteen she heard about the Cheyenne region and began to prepare for her journey over to it. Remembering the good ol' times when she would sit outside for hours as little Pidgeys would fly around and sometimes perch beside her in curiosity. Her parents were thrilled at their daughters desire to finally go and do something with herself. Of course they were a tiny bit nervous that their lazy daughter was going to be leaving them for an unknown length of time. By nineteen Eva had enough funds to finally set herself on her adventure. She ended up taking a cruise over to the region, and enjoyed a full week of being pampered. She figured she might as well enjoy a week before seriously starting something for once in her whole life. Now that she is finally here, hopefully the lazy girl will be able to make something of herself. If anything, maybe Eva will find herself with a Pokémon to wander around with.

RP sampleThe snow fell slowly downwards. There was already a soft covering of snow that lined the streets of the large city. Very few foot prints marred the frosty covering. Only because it was early of course. Eva found herself enjoying these days more than she should. On her hike down to the Flower Shop she helped manage she usually had to stop and greet familiar faces. Or have some of the patrolling Rocket members stop her and check her out.
Not this morning of course. The weather forecast had predicted snow starting early the previous night and continuing throughout the day. Of course, that didn't stop Eva from having to go into work. The flowers weren't going to water themselves. Besides, she had turned the temperature down in the shop the night before to help with the electricity bills. It couldn't remain low today, due to the snow. The last thing she needed was another surprise visit from the owner as she tried to coax frozen pants back into life.
Eva had bundled herself up tight in preparation of the snowy weather. Layers upon layers upon even more layers kept the blue haired girl warm. Even Petals, the small Petilil remained inside her pokeball as day started. It was simply too cold for anyone to be out, Eva decided. Yet there she was, trudging through the two inches of snow already covering the ground.
Finally reaching the shop, Eva fished the keys out of her purse and let herself in. Granted, it wasn't exactly warm but it wasn't cold either. Flicking on the lights Eva walked to the back and turned the thermostat up to a nice comfortable eighty three degrees. A groaning from the back signaled the heater begrudgingly turning on. With that, Eva deposited a few of her jackets and scarf onto the chair behind the cash register and went about setting the shop up.
Be nine the whole place was warm and cheery looking. The display windows were fogged, slightly obscuring the array of colors the display flowers proudly showed off. Eva looked around, satisfied she had down everything alright. Walking to the front door she checked outside, noticing a few more inches of snow had accumulated. She flipped the hanging sign to "open" and shrugged. Regardless of if people came or not, she was getting paid.
Walking to the back room, Eva set a pot of boiling water on a mini stove. She was going to reward herself with a cup of tea for getting the store ready in time. Returning to the front, Eva released Petals from her pokeball. In a flash of red light the small plant like Pokémon appeared on the floor, looking around. She stretched and yawned, turning towards her trainer. "Tea will be ready in a few moments, watch the front for me, okay? I'll bring the tea up once it's done." Eva said, somewhat tiredly as she wandered to the back.
This was the daily routine. Eva would set up shop as her Pokémon slept in her pokeball. While tea was ade, Petals was to watch the front. Usually no one came in this early and it was more of a humdrum task given to the Petilil to make her feel important. Hoping up to the counter with the register, the small Pokémon sat diligently watching the door, hoping as she always did, that someone would walk in.
