Persona! Personality -
There are few people out there with a more genuinely nice disposition than Scott Primrose. He’s one of those guys that will be kind to you no matter who you are, and won’t talk about you behind your back even when you really deserve it.
Because of his past, and the kids that used to pick on him, Scott has a terrible hatred of bullies and has only ever gotten physical when seeing other kids getting picked on by those types of thugs, though most of the time he is incredibly even tempered, and diplomatic.
Scottie is kind of a superficial kid, and though he thinks that all people can be good and have wonderful qualities, his mother’s shallow personality has rubbed off on him a bit, leading him to prefer the company of people who are physically attractive.
While he used to be an incredibly insecure boy, Scottie has grown into a person of extreme confidence. Most of that comes from his partnership with his Pokémon Solosis, who is his best friend, and most trusted confidant. Though Scott has grown into a more assertive and confident person through the help of his pokemon, Scottie hates to be alone, almost to the point of it being a phobia. To help alleviate this he travels with most of his pokemon outside of their pokeballs, but should they go missing he would likely have a nervous breakdown.
Scottie is a natural introvert, and tends to be quieter than most people his age, but he isn’t afraid of social situation and is capable of carrying on a conversation when necessary. Though he is a calm child, he lacks none of the determination that other kids show when training and battling with their Pokémon. They are his one great passion. Battle Style -
Scott has years of experience in working with his partner Solosis and they battle extremely confidently together. They tend to work in perfect unison, this is largely impart to Solosis’ psychic abilities. In tandem though, Scottie and Solosis make fierce, but intelligent opponents altering their tactics to fight effectively against most strategies. Of course, with any other pokemon, Scott is relatively unversed. He is intelligent enough to understand most styles of battle, but is still a novice in the most general sense of the word.

History! The Primrose family has long been considered a family of wealth, and old money. In last few centuries though, what was once a vast fortune has dwindled down to nothing. In the last decade, all of the youngest sons of the Primrose line have been forced to get jobs and work like the average person. Their ancestral homeland, is Celadon City of the Kanto Region, but one enterprising young heir by the name of Arthur Primrose traveled far and wide in search of his fortune and fame. Arthur Primrose trained pokemon and won tournaments, it was in the far away Unova Region that he gained his real fame, as a Pokemon League Champion. Arthur settled in Castelia City and began tutoring trainers and pokemon in how to be a winner. He got married, and eventually he was blessed with a son.
Young Scott Primrose was a soft-spoken child from the day he was born, a creature of quiet confidence and pride. He never cried, or whined. Scott was for all intents and purposes, one of the most well behaved children they had ever seen. As an only child though, he was given everything he wanted and perhaps he just knew that he really had nothing to cry about.
For most of his childhood, Scott would watch his father day in and day out with his wide, intelligent eyes. Gleaning every bit of information he could, but his father was a busy man and could only pay so much attention to the boy. He watched Scott attentively when the child was with him, putting him in a play-pen and letting the baby look at all of his pupils pokemon, but it was rare for him to actually play with the boy.
As Scott grew older he gained a great appreciation of pokemon. They were such fascinating creatures, each of them so unique and mystifying. As soon as he was coordinated enough to slip out of his play-pen, Scott would hunt down his father’s pokeballs and release all of them that he could. His mother would often comment on how ridiculous it was to have stampedes of pokemon in her living room.
Soon though, as Scott was nearing the part of his childhood when kids begin to wander farther from home, the boy came to realize that the hustle and bustle of Castelia City could be a dangerous place for one so small and naïve. Older kids, sometimes with their own pokemon were apt to pick on a little boy walking around, weak and alone.
Many times the child would return home with tears blurring his vision, cuts and bruises marring his flawless childhood skin. Scott was five years old when Arthur Primrose decided that he would need to have his own pokemon if he was going to protect himself from the bullies that hounded him.
Reuniclus had been Arthur’s strongest pokemon while he was battling, and the creature had created several offspring. Arthur bequeathed his son with his very own Solosis to protect him from the Poochyenas and Patrats that the other schoolboys used to chase poor Scott around.
From then on, Scott always had a fighting chance. He and Solosis learned to battle well together when confronted by thugs who would do them harm. They still tended to taunt him, because his pokemon was so “weird” but the blobby little pokemon had always been a true friend to Scott, and his looks didn’t matter. They were far too inseparable for that.
Scott and Solosis were the best of friends, but as Scott grew older and older, he found himself a pen-pal. The boy’s name was Noah, and he was from a far away land called the Cheyenne Region. It all sounded very interesting to Scott, who spent most of his time either reading, or fighting off bullies with Solosis.
Many times Scott requested and urge to travel away from Castelia City and it’s oppressive sky-scrapers and take part in an adventure like his father had years before, but the older man still insisted that he was too young. He had to wait until he was older.
Life got easier for Scott as time passed though. He and Solosis had proved with the local gang of pokemon toughs that he was strong enough to be left alone, so they rarely had to fight anymore. Noah and Scott kept up regular correspondence, and they talked of many things from girls to video games to pokemon.
Time passed quickly though, and on Scott’s sixteenth birthday he got a strange package in the mail. Inside it was a pokeball with a tag that simply said “Happy Birthday ~ Noah”. Inside the ball was a small, blue pokemon. It was at this time that Scott's father realized that Scott was ready to travel out into the world. He bought his son a ticket to the Cheyenne Region, and gifted Scott with his old Pokedex and some of his gear that would be useful on his journey.
It was then that Scott, Solosis, and his new friend Riolu set out on their journey to discover new things about the world around them and about themselves. The adventure before them weighed heavy in their stomachs, making them anxious to see what awaited them on horizons unknown.

Alrighty -
So I'm going to use this kid as my primary character. Pretty happy I was able to get a full history written up without disaster striking. Buuut, I've decided to give him a prestarter.
Here is what's going on this sheet. ----------- ~Gaining 1 Prestarter/Solosis/Level 4~ ~Transferring my Riolu from my prior account's Noah Alexander. Riolu/ Level 1~ ~Transferring my items from the same character~
I have permission from Resix for these transfers, and have decided to forgo any starters or things of that nature.
Anyhoo, ready to be judged.

Again, I really like him. His personality is sort of bothering me though. Like it needs more. This is the basic list of traits I got from him. I'm not sure if it's because some traits can kind of merge into each other or if it there's a lack of weakness in this character. If you think you could flesh it out a little more that would be great. I just feel like it needs more. Right now it seems like you already have him with the set up trainers to be a great trainer, but there should be room for development too. Like, what kind of things do you think he needs to work on as a person? Something like that.
Personality:
-- Kind -- Loyal -- Hates bullies -- Even tempered --Superficial --Confident --introvert/quiet -- Calm

Editted his persona a little bit, but really, I'm kind of going for a winning personality inside of a wussy, weak, nerd's body. If you catch my meaning.

I know what you mean, but he's still young. There's plenty of pitfalls, disappointments, and insecurities that kids that age go through. Hell, everybody does. I'll accept it right now, but I'd like you to think about that as a homework assignment. You have plenty of freedom to edit your character's personality as he develops and grows. Just watch out for stu/sue-ish traits and cliches when rping him.
So yeah! Route 1! The big ONE! Accepted. Enjoy~
