[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] The day had been droning on so far, he had visited every store he could find and saw nothing of any interest what-so-ever, so now that he found a place called a trainer's lounge he was actually feeling a little less depressed about the day's events. Akki pushed open the large glass doors and entered a brightly lit room that seemed almost empty save for a few pockets of people carrying on as though they hadn't noticed. Akki jerked his travel coat tighter around himself as he strode in, his eyes flashing around to find something that might interest him. A few powerful looking pokemon were battling and he was tempted to try and knock one out and steal it, but it then occurred to him that his past teams were long gone and all he had now were his charmander and tauros, neither of which would be able to take down some of the stronger pokemon around here. An audible sigh left him as he strode over to one of the many soft chairs scattered around. He allowed his body to sink into it, his head leaning back. God he hated this, he hated feeling bored and not really being able to do anything about it. He slowly began tugging his gloves off and stuffed them into his pockets before taking one last look around the room, hoping that maybe he'd notice someone that might be a good challenge for his team. As much as he hated admitting it, the best way to train pokemon was to go up against other trained pokemon.

Nathan was snoring loudly, his head leaned forward, sitting in a chair. There was a large and wet spot on his t-shirt and it was steadily getting bigger and bigger as he continued to drool on it. He will be pretty embarassed when he wakes up...
There was a small Machop next to the boy, juggling with three chairs, much to the personnel's dismay. It was laughing loudly, as he quickly grabbed a fourth chair and threw it high into the ground with the other three soon following. When they started to fall down, he tried to cacth all of them, but he missed two which landed on his trainer's head. Ow. Surprisingly, it didn't wake the boy up.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] A loud crash suddenly echoed through the room and Akki jerked himself forward on the chair, his eyes flashing around the room until they finally fell on a machop and a trainer being slammed on the head by one of the chairs that had started falling from the sky. Akki gripped the arm rests and pulled himself up before marching over to the younger male who was lounging rather roughly on a chair, drooling more than an average baby would. "Pitiful." Akki muttered under his breath, working hard not to give this idiot a hard punch to the forehead. Adjusting his glasses slowly he turned his gaze to the Machop, looking it over carefully. It had the usual muscle mass of a young Machop, but nothing else, could it still be young? Akki smirked, here was what he had been waiting for, an inexperienced pokemon for his team to use as a punching bag. Akki grinned and began walking away, pausing as he stood next to the fighting type. "You, wake your trainer, I wish to battle." He stated plainly before walking a few more steps away and pulling out his only two filled pokemons and thinking hard whom he might use in this. Doki needed it most for sure, but against a fighting type he'd be at a disadvantage, his best bet would be Hinote...that is if this kidwould wake up and accept a battle.

Is this man blind? His owner was pretty much awake. His eyes were open and he already stood up. It's impossible to wake up someone who's not even sleeping. The little fighting type shook his head and sighed. He'll never understand humans. "Hey you! I heard you want a battle!" Nathan approached the older teen, his arms crossed before his chest. He woke up at the mention of the battle and wanted to see who challenged him. The bespectacled guy didn't look like a strong or intimidating opponent so he was kind of diappointed. [bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] Akki's gaze fell onto the male as he approached, his arms crossed, his eyes looking deep in thought. A tiny grin spread across Akki's features now as he teen mentioned the battle, it seemed he accepted the challange. "Yes, I've got two at the moment, so two on two?" He asked before deciding to let out both so that his opponent could at least see what he was up against. He clicked both balls softly, sending two bright white beams out as they released the pokemon they contained. On one side of Akki came Hinote, the rather aggressive looking Charmander, her flame tipped tail swishing behind her in anticipation. On the other side formed the great bulky mass that was Doki. The Tauros shook his head quickly before blinking toward the teen before him...was this what he was meant to attack? Diciding to rather not attack just yet the great bull allowed his eyes to wonder on the little machop a few feet away..this looked much more like a battle opponent. "Or...if you'd like.." Akki spoke, his mind ticking away at the possibilities of type weaknesses. "We could have a double battle?" As he spoke Hinote gave a little grunt as though to say she needed no help in a fight. Doki however didn't seem to have understood a word of anything and decided to busy himself with shifting his weight from one side to the other.

Nathan smirked when his 'opponent' sent out his pokemons. The Tauros looked like trouble, but Tyson should be able to handle it. And that Charmander. Heh, Nadir will murder it.
"Okay, I accept your challenge." The boy took out a pokeball and released hism Horsea. The water type looked at the pokemon in front of her and smiled. This will be a good battle.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] His grin was wiped clear as the teen sent out his second pokemon, water type, looks like a double battle qould be the only possible way for him to make it... "Alright then.." Akki spoke just barely loud enough for the male to hear, this wasn't going to be an easy battle, but hopefully it would be worth it to learn a bit more about how to control his Pokémon. "Shall I go first? Alright then." He said slyly, if the guy wanted to go first he would have had a perfect chance, but now it was his turn and he would not waste it on trivial manners. Hinote hopped in place a bit, a water type didn't scare her in the least it, actually made things more exciting! Doki however had tensed up now, not from nerves, but to brace himself, he had heard this tone from his trainer before and a battle was definitely coming now. "Hinote, use fire pledge on the Machop, Doki, use tail whip then follow with a tackle on the Machop as well, take one down then we'll deal with the other." His voice was just above a whisper, clearing hoping only his Pokémon would hear his orders. Doki wasted no time in spinning around and lashing his tails about for both of the opposing Pokémon to see, each tail moving to a separate rhythm and all three joining in some form of chaotic dance that would lower the foe's defences. Hinote had but one attack, and boy did she love it, she charged toward the fighting type and opened her mouth wide. She stopped dead and as she did a column of fire blasted from her throat and soared toward the grey human like Pokémon. Doki took this as his cue and followed after the flames, his head held low as he shot toward the Machop in a heavey tackle.

Nathan watched wide-eyed, as the salamander and the bull charged towards Tyson. He knew the little Machop was done for, as soon as he's hit by the attacks. There's no way he could survive! Why didn't he order his Pokémon to attack first? Now he's stupidity will cost him this battle!
Tyson tensed his muscles, bracing himself for the attacks. He didn't even think about trying to dodge, his opponent's were too fast. Well, maybe he could try sidestepping out of the bull's way, but that pillar of fire will surely hit him.
Suddenly, Nadir pushed Tyson out of the way and took the fire pledge attack instead of the Machop. The attack didn't do too much damage, but it still burned the horsea. <Hey! You stupid gecko! Don't bully him!> The water type took a deep breath and shot a beam of bubbles towards the Charmander.
Tyson was surprised by Nadir's actions. Why did she save him? The fighting type didn't have time to think about this, because he was sent flying by the Tauros. Tyson glared at the normal type angrily, before charging at it and trying to kick it in the jaw.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] Everything was going perfectly until that stupid seahorse got in the way, the fire attack merely burned the tiny water type and the only upside was that the much younger Machop was sent flying by Doki, but now came the type differences Akki had worried about, he knew his best bet would be to have them switch opponents but they seemed set on who should take on who, there was only one thing for it. "Doki, move, now!" The bull had little time to argue and had kicked himself aside just in time to miss the well placed kick. In the mean time Hinote had no time to react and was pelted by a stream of bubbles, each popping on her skin and burning deeply, but then it was over and sure she was hurt, but she was still fit to fight! "Good...good, Repeat, but Hinote, use Growl as well." Akki called quickly, both pokemon knew what to do and hopped to it as soon as they had a chance. Doki ran back to his original place and Hinote was close after him, jumping back and not taking her eyes off of the horsea...she's have vengeance for that attack. The bull began rotating his tails once more, trying to lower any defences that had been raised. In the mean while Hinote opened her mouth wide and let out a crackling growl before shaking herself out a bit. Then came the attacks, Hinto took a few steps closer to the Machop, breathed deep and let out another blast of flames. As soon as they dissipated Doki charged forward again, his hooves hitting the ground hard and causing a loud rumbling as he charged in for another tackle on the Machop.

<Oh for fuck's sake, not this shit again!> Tyson sweared angrily, fed up with being the only one that gets attacked. He didn't except Nadir to save him once again, the horsea done enough already. The machop quickly jumped to the side, dodging the charmander's attack only by a hair's breadth. It looked like the tauros knew where he was going to land, because he easily rammed into the small fighting type, sending it flying.
<HEY! I thought i told you already to leave him alone!> Nadir let out a thick smoke cloud, trying to obscure the charmander's view. She won't let them bully that poor fighting type! The horsea fired a few bubbles at the fire type's face, knowing the attack will deal a nice amount of damage.
Tyson quickly got up from the ground and dusted himself off. He cracked his knuckles, trying to tell the tauros he was getting serious without words. He dashed towards the large bull and aimed a kick at its legs. Low kick's the best attack against a heavy normal type.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] Akki actually growled under his breath as he saw the Machop dodging Hinote's fire attack, this was twice so far that it had managed to avoid being taken down, but still as least he got the satisfaction of watching it fly across the room as it was yet again slammed into by Doki. The bull pokemon raised his head and gave an almighty Moo of rage and satisfaction at how badly he had tackled the stupid small person-thing. Hinote however had nothing to celebrate about, that's twice now her attack had been unhelpful and she was now getting truly annoyed that this Machop refused to take a stupid hit! She opened her mouth to roar out in protest on to have a thick smoke sudden;y cover her in every direction. She spun around nervously, knowing full well what was about to happen but seeing no real way to avoid it. Then it came out of the darkness, a series of bubbles being blasted at her scaled skin, burning with every pop. The little fire type fell to her knees, her eyes clenched in pain, the flame on her tail dimming somewhat. Then suddenly it shot out in a brighter-than-ever blaze. She jumped to her feet, her eyes open, her pupils dilated, driven completely wild by the flames. Doki too received quite a hit, he had looked over to the fire type as he heard her wincing in pain, only to have his knees buckle beneath him and his body come crashing to the ground with an almighty Thud. He sat for a moment, dazed...his joints aching, his muscles barely having any feeling at all. Then his eyes focused and all he saw, all heard heard was that damned Machop, he did this, he caused this pain, and He would freaking PAY! As though they could read each other's minds the pokemon set off in unison. First Hinote Growled out loudly, her lungs seemingly filled with fire, then she shot off possibly the largest blast flames she had ever done before this, sending them streaming, this time toward the Horsea, sure it would be barely effective, butshe didn't give a damn about how much it hurt, she just wanted to freaking hurt it! In the mean time Doki had set off on the run of his life, his nostrils flaring with rage as he charged toward the Machop for another tackle, he needed no orders now, quite frankly he needed no trainer now, all he wanted was that Machop to die at his horns.

Tyson wasn't intimidated by the large monster dashing towards him at an unbelievable speed, intent on trying to crush him. Even if he's still young, he's a fighting type and fighting types never back down! No matter how big or poweful the opponent might be, they always do their best and never give up!
The small Machop yelled loudly and ran towards the tauros, his eyes flashing with malice. When the bull slammed into him though, he got the wind knocked out of him and as he gasped for air, he was blown back by the tackle's force and sent crashing into a wall. His bones made a loud and sickening crunch and he fell on the ground, motionless.
Nadir laughed at the Charmander's attack, underestimating the fire gecko completely. The horsea was shocked by the fire pledge's power. The flames scorched his thin, blue skin, worsening his burn badly. <D-damn it...Where did she get this much power?> Nadir started coughing, releasing another smokescreen and a jet of bubbles at the charmander accidentally.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] "Finally." Akki spoke through gritted teeth as he saw the Machop fall, rather satisfyingly in a small, crumples pile not too far away, leaving Doki standing, his massive body growing and shrinking quite a bit with every laboured breath he took to fill his large lungs. The bull raised onto his hind legs and let out a kind of triumphant roaring moo before turning to glare quickly at a sound that came from the fire type fighting along side him. Hinote was in deep trouble, her attack had hit, ad not badly at that, but now she was standing recklessly still, her claws held into tight little fists as she glared at the Horsea, her pupils slightly red. The little blue fish was coughing up another cloud of smoke and without realising it had sent off more bubbles to shoot onto Hinote's skin. Had she been in her right mind she would have jumped away easily, but her rage hand blinded her, the bubbles came one after the other. One, she stood totally still; Two, her eyes shut slightly as it hit her face; Three, she cringed forward as it burst on her rappidly moving chest; and finally Four, it got her square between the eyes and it was as though someone had thrown a brick at her. She fell back meekly, her arms sprawling out limply and her breathing slowing considerably, that was all the little fire type could take. Akki scowled at the creature...it could have dodged, it could have kept fighting, but the pitiful thing just stood there...he'd reprimand it later...but for now, with eyes on him, he simply returned it to its pokeball without a word. The brown haired male straightened his glasses and turned to Doki, who now had his blank black eyes focused on the little sea horse, his nostrils flaring as anger still pulsed through his every fibre. Every now and then a muscle twitched out of pain, but for the most part the bull was hiding his agony. "Doki, Tail whip then Tackle it, make it count." Akki called out, his business like manner returning to him as he crossed his arms over his chest, her lips pulled into a thin line...this was going to be close now. Doki turned around to show his rump at the Horsea, each tail zipped through the air erratically, trying to draw attention to itself. Then without warning the bull before running away, down the room, then too a wide turn and keeping the momentum began his charge on the tiny blue creature, his eyes locked on its floating blue form...he would kill it, he would murder it, he would make it pay for it's friend hurting him so!

Levels:
Machop (2) +1 level fainting (3) -- what kath said about no guard, haha. Please don't forget about it! Attacks that are aimed at the machop always hit, and attacks that machop uses always hit. +1 level beating Charmander (4)
Horsea (5) +1 level beating Charmander (6)
==========
Charmander (6) +.5 levels for beating machop, but 4 levels stronger (6.5) +1 level fainting (7.5)
Tauros (3) +1 level beating Machop (4)
-- Also be careful about Anger Point. Every time you activate it, you should be taking critical hits on a Pokemon without Anger Point to make it fair.

Nadir gulped, as she saw the Tauros coming towards her. She knew this one will hurt like hell, but she might not faint from this. Hopefully. She still had to take revenge for beating the poor little Machop.
The Horsea was sent flying by the powerful tackle, barely able to keep her consciousness from fading away. She made a safe landing and quickly realiated. She sprayed a jet of clear bubbles towards the bull, hoping this attack will be enough to take down the normal type.

[bg=ebf9f9][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, vertical-align:top] Yet another power tackle had hit home, and rather badly by the looks of the Horsea as it tried to recover. Doki had run off again, working to get some distance between the two of them as quickly as possible before turning to glare at the blue creature, his eyes filled with blind hate. Akki was biting his tongue now...this was getting too close, Doki was starting to visibly shiver from the pain and his tails were moving less and less behind him, he couldn't hold this up much longer...but if he could just get one more attack in the battle would be won. "Doki, go!" Without any care for the bull pokemon's pain Akki ordered yet another attack, and in either his rage or in blind obedience the Tauros obeyed. He leaned forward and went in for another charge at the small water type, his eyes slightly glazed over. Before he could get within range to hit though a sudden blast of bubbles came streaming toward him, hitting him in the face, in the eyes and causing his legs to buckle from the pain. His momentum kept him skidding until he was just shy of the tiny blue pokemon, but he had nothing left in him, he was twitching to try and get up, to make those last few inches into an attack, but his legs refused to move. "Shit..." Akki muttered, pulling out the great brute's pokeball and returning him, he didn't want it's failure to be visible for much longer. As much power as he had, if he had just been slightly stronger this would have been his fight...but no...it was this kid who came away with the only unfainted pokemon. "You got lucky." Akki grumbled through gritted teeth, he could kill something right now he was so pissed off, had he had his proper team this kid would have been nothing, but had had to settle for these two barely usable pokemon...and now he had to admit defeat to a freaking kid...

Nathan recalled his two pokemon, thanking them for their good work. He glanced at his opponent's direction and wasn't surprised to find him pissed off. He gave off the impression of someone that lost his cool easily and Nathan didn't know how to deal with him. He approached him anyway congratulating the man for the great fight.
"I enjoyed this battle very much. You were a great opponent. Even though I had the type advantages, I almost lost." The brunet snickered and patted Akki on the shoulder. He might punch him in the face for that, but the boy was confident he could dodge it. He doesn't go through hellish exercises everyday for nothing.

Well he could take it and shove it up his ass for all Akki cared, all he knew was that once he got his team up and running again, this would be a thing of the past, he wouldn't lose to someone this pathetic ever again...and he'd be sure to challenge this kid in the future. "Right...you too." He said, a sadistic smirk spreading on his lips as he thought of this, being able to put this kid in his place would definitely be good, even if for now he had to admit being beaten.
[ooc: Short post is short....but I asked spirit to come, she'll give levels after this post]
