Yeah, this was a guy who finished fourth in the Cresselia Cup. He had skills definitely and definitely had promise. The one thing that disappointed him was the way Adam seem to respond when he lost a match, and also when he faced Team Death. He did not really appreciate that from the trainer but he decided to ignore that for the time being and see if the trainer could grow while he joined Ace Academy.
But someone like him, who had interaction with Team Death... Sam was curious to what he expected Ace to be. He remembered with Team Death first took his Shiny Zorua. He had his whole method of death to TD and everything. That was why he joined Team Glory. A lot had changed since then for him to see the light and see how to actually handle Cheyenne. It wasn't about taking down an organization, it was about building a new one that could protect Cheyenne from chaos. And help Cheyenne as it moved forward.
He wondered if Adam had that same mentality? Or if he thought this was Team Glory...
"Hi. I'm Sam, what is your name? And what brings you here?" He asked Adam, standing by him and extending his hand for the trainer to shake.

[/b] Adam said with a slight twinkle in his eye, excited to be here. "Well, I was actually here in the hopes of joining the academy. I heard that somepeople, I presume maybe you perhaps, set up this place, and I was over the moon when I heard it, so I rushed over here to come join up!" Adam said with a slight laugh, although he could feel some nereves were trying to make themselves shown. "So then, am I the first to arrive here, or is everyone else inside the academy?" That was becoming pretty common today as it was the grand opening of Ace Academy. A few had already signed up, some were inside getting tours, and others had people answering their questions. It was all great, and running very smoothly as he let go of AJ's hands and began to answer some of the questions he raised or just reply to his statements.
"Yes. I am one of the administrators of Ace Academy." He said to AJ before he began to walk a bit inside, trying to lead the trainer to the recruitment room. "So, what has made you wish to join Ace Academy?" He asked Adam... He wanted to know what the trainer knew about the organization, and what he could help clear up for him... This was a great day to do that

[/b] Adam said with a bit of a frown on his face. But he quikcly got rid of it as he remembered how Bre had evolved and was now more powerful than ever. "After the incident at the tournament I did everything I could to help a a trainer and pokemon, and eventually my shroomish, who has sinced evolved into a breloom has returned." Adam said with a smile. "I'm sorry I'f im broing you slightly with the details; so my main reason is that I want to help trainer and pokemon in Cheyenne so that they can have a good experiance as a trainer, or co-ordinator." So far, two people have talked to him and both have voiced their opinion of what Ace Academy represented... Neither of which were right. He kind of felt bad but he expected this also. It was the grand opening so he knew there would be a bit of a confusion. He just had to work out the kinks and then everything would be okay. Another person did not understand the true purpose of Ace Academy... He hoped that once he explained it, Adam would still be interested as the opportunity was still available. But he did have to work out the details first.
"I think you have it a bit wrong. We are not here to stop Team Death. I don't know if you were part of Team Glory or not but we are not Team Glory." He started to say.
"They were created just to stop Team Death and that was it. They fell because that was their only purpose. We did not want to fall from the same problem so we created Ace Academy from their ruins." He continued, giving the brief history first.
"Our motto isn't to fight Team Death. Honestly you might never actually be asked to go up against a Team Death member at all. That isn't the purpose of the academy. As the name states, we are an academy. We want to train the youth of Cheyenne to be self sufficient and have the work ethics needed to keep Cheyenne ordered." He said to Adam, before he realized what perfectly could tie this together.
"If we were to disband Team Death, we'd just get rid of the group but not the ideal. And from that it'd just lead to chaos and anarchy. That is not our purpose at all. We are trying to convince the youth of our motto... That everyone deserves a chance, and that losing can be a building experience to get stronger. We believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to start a journey and advance in Cheyenne, as long as they are willing to put in the time and effort." He said, then he wanted to end it with the finisher.
"If we were to beat Team Death or strip them. We would be no different from them. We wouldn't be giving them the opportunity to do what they want. We would be stealing that from them. That isn't our motto. Our motto is to provide equal opportunity, provide a way for trainers to grow. And give them all a chance to go out and succeed or fail. Without punishing them either way."

[/b]Adam said whilst looking at the floor. "I guess that in a sense, the academy is much better than Team Glory overall. To grow as a better stronger is what I want to do, but you need to be with one with your pokemon as well in a sense." Adam said, before looking at Sam in the eyes. " Guessing from your posture, I bet you're a strong trainer, but you're putting the effort to give people, like myself, the oppurtunity to become better. It would be an honour to join someone like you." Adam said, before staring at the floor again, honestlty perplexed at the Team Death/Team Glory analysis. [/center] Notes: Talk:

In it was a large book with several names of recruits already. He could be the next one and on his way to becoming a member of Ace Academy if he wanted. All he had to do was sign, then he'd be a recruit. After he finished the first mission, he'd be a member.
"Alright! Sounds great. Here, sign on this line and you should be good to go." He said as he got ready to leave and help someone else.
Sam started to think about his life after AJ spoke and realized how he still has a lot of TD's qualities and ideologies in him. He has changed since he first started but he was still big on the privileged and that winning meant everything. He has since accepted losses as a means of improving, but he had not fully welcomed the idea yet.
To him, winning was still the main necessity. But he also had so much training, that it'd make sense for him to think winning was the main necessity. He'd never look down on another because they were losing. Although for him, he would prefer to promote the winners over the losers... That was one thing about Ace, no matter how they like to state their ideology and etc. They aren't as pure as they want to be.
They sought Jay because she was strong. Not because she was perfect for the job. In essence, they still want a strong team. That was why he sought Abe to be a member and why he promoted Sierra right away.
