The Sunny Day powered the Flame Wheel, and it would have done the same to the ember if it had hit. The furret was also helping him take the Arbok down. The snake pokemon then spit its deadly acid at Goku. The Monferno let out a pained cry, his fur singing from the acidic substance. He backed off a bit, really exhausted already. The attack hurt much more due to the level difference, and Blaze wondered if he should take some gambles. No.
"Goku, retreat!" he called, before picking another pokeball from a pocket and enlarging it. "Hell, substitute," Blaze decided, knowing that the arbok was certainly poisonous. This would allow some protection for his legendary beast, while Ashes... she'd just deal with it. It wasn't as if she would ever be proud enough to use it. "Defense Curl. Flame Wheel!" Those were her commands, which she followed perfectly, with her own flair. The quilava rolled into a ball, though kept the fire burning brightly on her head and behind, and then rolled toward the Arbok. The flames around her created a defensive barrier while providing for offensive damage. Meanwhile, the Entei had made a copy of himself in the forest, while hiding his true body further off, behind a tree. The illusion wasn't perfect, and much weaker than himself, but it would hold for now.

With the flame wheel coming his way in addition to the fury swipe... The Arbok was in a terrible position now as the flame burned his body badly with the intensity of the sunlight. >This doesn't concern you! Get away from me before you get hurt!< He hissed at the two, in an attempt to intimidate them after he already had intimidated the Furret. >And you. Do not think you can take on someone more fit than you! That will not happen!< He said and he gave the worst glare ever to the Furret. It quickly stopped the ferret in her footsteps and she quickly just stood there. Shocked and unable to move her entire limbs at all. >HEEEELLLLP!< She said. Scared out of her mind. Then the Arbok quickly turned his attention to the pair. He had noticed a second Entei, although not as perfectly formed as the first... But he knew that it was a decoy that he had to get rid of fast... Or else his life would be over. In an instant he began to charge right after it with his mouth snapped wide open to crunch down. He was just talking big because he knew he was going to lose, and she voiced her opinions. Fire types, namely herself, were greatly superior. It was common knowledge! She let out a cheeky grin before leering at the snake pokemon, daring it to do something. She then bounded over with another Flame Wheel, fire surrounding her sleek body as she tried to slam into the Arbok once again.
Blaze did not comment on it, though his eyes slit into a slight glare. "Hell, Fire Blast." he commanded, asking for a powerful fire attack from the legendary pokemon. He watched as the Entei's illusion, weakened and flickering from the previous crunch, opened its maw and let out a deadly flame toward the snake pokemon, the attack further enhanced by the bright artificial sun.

The combination of the fire blast and flame wheel knocked Arbok on his back and he quickly stood there for a second, unable to get up before he was engulfed in an intense flame that almost burned right through his skin. He was in an immense pain at the moment and there was absolutely nothing he could do. As a snake would do when caught in a fire, he rolled up in a ball and tried to fetal position his way out of the flame. But the tough, malicious, selfish, and cunning Arbok was easily defeated at the moment after the two flames hit him. It was just a matter of time now until he fainted as he looked like a sad and pathetic remnant of his former self. The Furret looked on, happy at the outcome and when she was able to move, she moved closer to the fire trainer and his pokemon to thank them. >Thank you so much for helping me! Thank you! Thank you!< She said as she was in a much better position now than she was just a few minutes ago. She looked on and felt no sympathy for the Arbok. Sure it was dying, but it deserved it... ::Arbok:: (Weak) (-1 defense) Summary: Hit by First Blast + Flame Wheel + Leer. Wrapped up in a ball to die... His Pokémon needed to grow stronger, and so he was doing this for a reason. No senseless massacre. It was the Furret's fault for being there, at the wrong time. He took out a red and white pokeball, throwing it at the arbok in an attempt to catch it. And then, he ordered Ashes to finish the furret off. "Swift." The command was simple, to the point. He felt a bit bad, turning on the weakened pokemon, after 'saving' it from the jaws of the arbok, but Blaze did his best to ignore the feeling in his gut that called him a heartless bastard.
The laws of the land dictate that only a certain amount of a specie should should survive, to keep the balance in nature. Blaze was helping to weed out the weak. She would have died anyways at the hands of the snake, so Blaze was doing nothing wrong, he convinced himself as Ashes steeled herself, planting her paws onto the ground and opened her jaw, showing her small, sharp teeth. Stars formed, pure in energy, and was shot toward the opposing Pokémon. The hit was guaranteed.

The red and white pokeball came right at the Arbok who was growing weaker and weaker by the second as he had mentally given up on the battle and thus was just waiting for his slow demise. But when the ball engulfed the Arbok, it suddenly gave the snake a new life as he struggled to break free of the ball and quickly responded when he was out of it. In an instant he sent a very nasty acid at Ashes before he began to stockpile himself and try to recover his health and strength. >You think it's over? It's never over! Not until I say so!< He began to slither as he found a new life on him. The Furret was quickly struck by a swift coming from the Quilava and it quickly got her incredibly angry at the trainer and the pokemon. >You are supposed to help me, not harm me!< She yelled as she did the most unexpected thing ever... She gave the Arbok a helping hand and strengthened his attack. For someone who felt no remorse for someone who tortures her, she just helped the same pokemon that tortured her before. It seemed that compared to the Arbok, Blaze was much worst in her opinion. But that was all the Furret could do. After, the paralysis hit her body and she was unable to move. The Arbok was amazed that the Furret would help him even after all he had done to it... He soon felt bad for glaring at it and paralyzing it. ::Arbok:: (Weak) (-1 defense) Summary: Broke free of pokeball. The arbok had fought its way of of the pokeball, proving it still had some fight in him yet. Probably not that much, though. A little bit more should do it, though Blaze wondered if it would be beneficial to make sure he knocked him out this time. The furret had turned to help the arbok, which wasn't quite what Blaze had accepted. He would have preferred a three-way battle, but his pokemon were strong enough. Ashes' fur got covered in the nasty acid, lowing her defenses. "Ashes, Defense Curl and Swift. On both of them! Hell, Bite on the Furret!"
He hoped that this would be enough to bring both of them down. As Ashes rolled into a ball, irritated that her pelt was now itchy and uncomfortable. Coming out of the roll, she opened her jaws once again before letting out a stream of stars, at a wider angle than last time, sending half of them to the arbok and the other half to the furret. Hell followed, leaping over, his strong paws sending him flying, as he prepared to sink his teeth into the soft flesh of the ferret pokemon.

The Arbok hissed as he was barraged by another wave of swift, but he found the energy within himself when he had stockpiled enough defense to let him through the move. His body budded with energy as he used that stockpile in order to swallow it up, hungrily accepting the new health boost. He had some pity towards his temporary ally Furret, who endured both a Swift and Crunch, but she was holding her own despite his own attacks on her.
<You...stop standing around.> The Furret huffed, still upset that the Arbok had abused her so. She could help him, but yell at him at the same time right? It was a weird situation, but she was more inclined to fight Blaze's Pokemon instead.
She retaliated to the Entei's bite by swerving around his legs and aiming her two front paws at his face. The substitute made things awkward, but if it did break, her attack could possibly do some damage because of the multiple hit streak. There were a total of 5 slashes, but typically on average, 3 tended to hit. It all depended on what the Entei did.

Blaze spotted the arbok do something, which had definitely restored some of its health. It was not almost dying anymore, and that would not do. Maybe he should have just make SURE to kill it off before he turned on the furret. With the two pokemon working together, the battle was a bit more complex, and Blaze had to keep a sharp eye on everything going on.
The normal-type was going to attack Hell's substitute. "Let it be! Fire Spin on Ekans!" Blaze called out. "Sunny Day and Flame Wheel!" He was going to finish what he had started, destroy the snake, and then deal with the ferret.
Hell's substitute vanished as the fury swiped hit it many times. Ashes took advantage of the lack of attention on her and summoned up another Sun to help boost the fire attacks. Further off in the forest, where the sun did not affect the weather, it seemed to be raining. Blaze would have to be careful and keep the sun around, lest he wanted his pokemon (and himself) to get soaked.
With the artificial sun out, Ashes curled into a ball and drew the flames from the star and surrounded herself with fire, before charging forward. Hell's attack came from the real Entei, who had come out of hiding. The substitute for him was gone, and he was now vulnerable to any attacks coming to him. Still, he stood proud, though a bit annoyed with Ashes' impatient action. He wanted to battle with Hades by his side again. Not the impertinent little quilava.
Sometime during the battle, and flying through the rain, was Phen. The Moltres appeared to drop off a parcel from the Sol Ranch. A pokeball with Makai, along with a beautiful egg. So, it had been a success. Now he just had to keep it warm and coax the pokemon out. He allowed his mind to stop focussing on the battle for a bit as he thought of Mothra. The moth pokemon had simply adored that girl's pokemon egg, and was unnaturally attached to her Lucky Egg. He supposed he could keep the egg with her. It would be warm and undoubtedly safe, there.
So Mothra was allowed out of her pokeball, a bit confused by the rain and the sun and the battle. But once her eyes were set on the egg Blaze had in his arms, she pounced to grab onto it.

It was hot, and there were flames everywhere. If the Arbok had stockpiled again last turn, then maybe he would've had a shot. The double teaming by these stronger Pokemon proved to be difficult, and he finally fell down with a pained hiss. The Furret twitched as she watched it all, still paralyzed from the previous turns.
She found herself able to move around this time, luckily enough, and using what strength she could muster she burst for the Quilava. Her stubby paws carried her under the vines as she let out a warning cry, ready to barrel into the Quilava's side with her entire body.

Mothra flew off a little further, though she found it quite difficult to stop staring at the articifial sun, like a moth drawn to the flame. Her small legs held onto the egg, buried in her fluffy thorax. Below her, the battle raged on, though she did not doubt her trainer was winning. The scary-looking snake had fainted, the other was going to go down quickly against the strong pokemon in Blaze's team.
The furret sped its way over, her small form blurring as she aimed for Ashes's side. The attack would surely hit, but Blaze was going to take full advantage of their close proximities to use his own moves. "Smokescreen! Follow it up by a Swift!" he said, while Ashes stared at the furret and tried to jump out of the way of the attack. <You can't get me! I'm the fastest strongest most powerful fire pokemon ar--oof!>
The quilava had gotten hit anyways, her sides aching, but she quickly opened her jaw and let out a thick steam of smoke, aimed at the normal pokemon's face. She followed it with a Swift, stars shooting out of the smoke, twirling and spinning as it raced to find its target. Hell was pacing, circling Ashes and the wild pokemon, waiting for his time to strike. Blaze had instructed him to keep an eye out and bite when the furret tried to run. A low rumble of a growl came from his chest as he got ready, his muscles tense, preparing to spring forward.

The outline of the pokemon wasn't quite visible, but they were able to tell where the furret kind of was. and that was all Blaze needed. He did not think the pokemon would be able to stay for too much longer, and if he managed to hit her full on for a couple of attacks, he'd be done with her and she'd be able to join that linoone he had caught earlier. He glanced up, making sure Mothra was still okay, holding onto the houndour egg and incubating it gently with her warm body.
"Flame Wheel," he said, "And Fire Spin." The two fire attacks would be boosted by the large artificial sun, and Hell's attack would prevent her from moving around too much afterward.
From within the smoke, Blaze spotted Ashes' fire peak out, the warm air current formed by it clearing the black smoke out just a little bit. It allowed Hell to aim his attack even more precisely. Watching the quilava's motions, bouncing around just a bit before leaping toward the normal-type, Hell sent a ring of fire to surround both his friend and foe. He did not worry about the fire type -- a quilava's fur could withstand quite a bit of heat and fire. The same couldn't be said with the furret.

The Furret was stuck in paralysis, and two heated fire type moves were coming her way. She was basically a sitting mouse with two cats cornering her, and there was little chance of escape. She closed her eyes and ducked, but she was still struck by the heated flames. When the flames settled down and the smoke began to clear, she was revealed fainted in the middle of the two Pokemon.
The Fire Spin still mercilessly wrapped around her form, but it was weakening. She hissed a little as a reaction to the pain, but otherwise she was completely out of it. She probably wasn't going to like Blaze very much, but if anything, she could be obedient and wait for her chance to make him suffer. Yes, that would be lovely.

The smoke started to clear, and indeed, the quilava was standing proudly next to the body, because obviously, her flame wheel was the attack that brought the normal-type down. Hell had nothing on her superior ego.
The trainer smiled at his two Pokémon. "Good job," he said, taking out a couple of pokeballs. He threw an ultra ball at the seviper, and a great ball at the Furret, hoping for a successful capture for both.
While Hell walked over with extreme poise, as if he had not taken any damage (and, to be fair, the large chunk of the damage had been on the substitute), and Blaze ran his hand through the mane in a silent gesture of praise. To Ashes, she required more vocal praise, which he delivered a couple of extra words.
A bit higher up, the egg Mothra was holding started to crack, helped by her warm body. Blaze was quite excited, as he had never seen a birth this close up before. Mothra definitely didn't seem happy about it, more distressed than anything, wondering what was going on, and why her egg was starting to move.

It's an egg!
The egg was hatching! oh boy oh boy take out your cameras because this is a kodak moment! The egg shell started to crack before two paws punched their way out of it. A beautiful Houndour began to emerge from the egg, a bit small though, perhaps a runt of some kind. It shook its head to get the egg goop off of its body and looked at Blaze, smiling. Then it saw the fainted Furret and started whimpering. Why was that thing so scary? It hid behind Blaze. Aww.

::lombre:: lv 26, Male Rain Dish , Swift Swim Astonish, Growl, Absorb, Nature Power, Fake Out, Fury Swipes, Water Sport, BubbleBeam Very Jolly. Jamaican accent man. Enjoys singing and dancing and getting on Blaze's nerves. Laid back, bit odd.
<Yo man what'cha doing out here? There's like nuthing out here.> A voice suddenly asked Blaze. Coming out of the bushes a Lombre came out and stared blankly at the Trainer. Then, he saw the egg in his arm. <Heyyyy, is that a Pokemon Egg man? Do ya know what's inside?> He came closer. Staring at it he rubbed his chin. <Well ya know man, if there's nothing inside you'll probably be able to feed it to your Pokemon sooner or later mon.>
He then looked at the fire Pokemon beside Blaze and jumped back. <Whoa mon, don't hurt meh. I did nothing to ya.> He said, a bit intimidated by the Pokemon's looks.
<So I'm guessing you're bored out here mon. Well, I can surely fix that problem.> The Lombre started shaking his fists and dancing. <Dadada dodod adada dodod!> He sung his own song and began dancing around. Wheeee!~

There was so much going on, his lack of multitasking skills was starting to show. The egg was hatching, and all his attention was on that, the lombre be damned. The experience was something almost surreal. Every moment was beautiful, amazing, and Blaze couldn't believe he had never done anything like this before. She was much smaller than Makai, but she was just perfect. It seemed to be a bit concerned with the furret, but the pokemon, along with the arbok, were both sucked into pokeballs, seemingly disappearing. The houndour was still a bit timid, unsure of what was going on and perplexed that the large striped pokemon had just vanished.
In the corner of his eyes, the Lombre was being annoying and he saw Ashes starting to get a little bit annoyed. She showed off her fire, not quite aware that this pokemon not as flammable as the furret she had just defeated. Blaze picked up the newly hatched houndour from its underarms and looked at it. "Don't worry. Things'll be fine," he told her, before gently tapping a pokeball on the pokemon's nose, making it wriggle it around quite cutely before it was sucked in and sent directly to his PC. His parents will know the best way to take care of a newborn.
Before anything got out of hand between Ashes and the lombre, a flurry of lights appeared and pokemon were all returned to their pokeballs, leaving Blaze alone in face of the pokemon, doing weird hand gestures. He looked at it for a while, wondering if it was crazy or not. Finally deciding he was not going to bother, Blaze walked away from the dancing pokemon.

[OOC: Just so it's added...] Blaze captures: (stats above) [BIC:] Returning his Pokémon probably wasn't the best of ideas as once Blaze walked away from the Lombre, he quickly caught the eye of a very large and ferocious bear. The bear took a look at Blaze and then quickly began to get riled up and started stampeding everywhere and destroying everything. It seemed this Pokémon had just recently evolved and still had no control of his power yet. He was scared because he had gotten so powerful so quickly, and he just did not know how to control it so he showed off by being ferocious and angry. And Blaze intimidated him with his black jacket and demeanor. He didn't like the way the trainer walked and took about himself, he felt incredibly intimidated by the legendary fire trainer and thus chose to scare him before he was scared himself. It must be true what they say about bears... If you play tough they would just be scared away. Male | Level 30 Attacks: Covet, Leer, Fake Tears, Fury Swipes, Faint Attack, Sweet Scent, Slash, Scratch Personality: Recently evolved, doesn't know his own strength yet. Deep down just a coward, but he likes to act tough to scare people away before they see his true self.

He remembered meeting a teddiursa in this same forest, years ago. It looks like it was time to meet the mama (or papa) bear. The destruction was not called for, and Blaze reached for a few pokeballs. Would they be strong enough, he wondered?
The trainer kept eye-contact with the normal-type, trying to calculate whether he would be able to bring it down. Perhaps, if Goku and Lotus worked together, it would be possible. He would have to give the ape pokemon an oran berry to help him regain some health, and hope that their fast and hard-hitting moves would work. Otherwise... he supposed he could always call on Hades' help. She could handle this, for sure.
His hand went to his pocket and pulled out a couple of pokeballs, releasing Goku and Lotus. Both pokemon had a bit of an inferiority complex, and Blaze really hoped this was a good idea.
"Work together, now. Goku, I want you to use a Leer, and then Mach Punch," Blaze said, trying to sound encouraging and positive. Goku looked positively terrified in front of the ursaring, unsure if he wanted to attack that thing that would probably hit back so so hard. "Here. Use this." Blaze bend his knees to lower himself a bit, though he kept his eyes on the ursaring in case it moved. He took out a couple of items, handing Goku a Muscle Band, which was tied to his forehead, and then an oran berry, gobbled up in a second. That seemed to do the trick, healing the pokemon up before he went into battle, confidence renewed. The muscle band gave him an influx of energy, and he felt that maybe with this boosted help, he would be able to win this for Blaze.
"Lotus, get ready. You will use a Growl, and then a Brick Break," said Blaze. This poor pokemon seemed even worse off than Goku. The fire trainer wasn't sure what Syl had done to her, but she was a mess. "You can do it."
The pokemon looked up at her new trainer, and then at the ursaring, before a new expression came on her face. Determination (though still laced with quite a lot of fear). Goku was already going into the battle, having leered at the pokemon before leaping in, readying some quick-fire punches. She let out a small battle cry and used a completely different set of attacks, focusing her energy as her body glowed brightly. She left forward, her body morphing as she went, and used a double kick with her newly evolved legs. Now a combusken, she tried to use many kicks in succession, before her Quick Claw activated and allowed her one last Brick Break, before she ran out of energy and just hoped that she wasn't going to die in the next few seconds.
