s i e r r a c a t a l y n n Sierra was blasting Susumu's phone with messages, she knew, and she wasn't shy about it either. She was laughing to herself even on the way to the cemetery, beckoned here from their discussion that there were ghosts that would appear to you if you sat on a grave at midnight. They say there was a chance it'd attack or drag you, maybe even have a conversation with you, but despite the risks Sierra was going to get to the bottom of this. This wasn't a job for the faint of heart.
Which was why she invited Susumu as well, in the form of a texted dare. Conceal a meet and greet as a dare? So smooth. Grinning to herself, she hugged her coat and scarf tighter around herself as her Ugs kept her feet warm. Her shoes touched the cold soil of the cemetery boundary. She flipped open her phone - 11:37 pm, and she'd only just arrived. Would Susumu be fashionably late?
She looked out over the cemetery and could spy a few shadows lurking around, her overactive imagination telling her that those might be ghosts. It made a chill go through her. But they were probably other adolescents, adults, and even children that had heard the rumors too and had gathered to check them out.
{{ OOC /// TIME: 11:37 PM WEATHER: CHILLY. THE MOON'S OUT. SETTING: CEMETERY, NEXT TO SOME DEAD TREES.
Random Tip: When you're roleplaying, be sure to acknowledge important details, like time and setting, and how your character might react to these clothes-wise and action wise. Does chilly weather make them bitter? Are they a night person? etc. <3 }}

Nate was walking through the Cemetery at night time and he could feel the cold chill blow across his body. Nate with his casual gear hadn't prepared well and didn't expect the weather to be as cold as it was. Nate took a mental note to next time wear a jumper instead of his short shirts. Nate had decided to explore the cemetery after hearing the rumor about ghosts appearing if you sat on a grave at midnight. Nate didn't believe in ghosts, and certainly wasn't going to fail in trying to prove the rumor was fake. As he looked around he could see other figures in the darkness, but he couldn't portray who they were. Nate checked his watch and noticed it was now 11:40. Only twenty minutes until he was going to prove the rumor fake. Nate couldn't help himself but wonder who the figure was that looked to be holding a small device in their hand. Nate's curiosity took over him as he headed towards the figure as the shadow disappeared as he go closer. It was a girl texting on her phone. Nate decided to introduce himself to her as he said, "Hello. I'm Nate Packerman. Nice to meet you. What might you be doing here at this time of night?"Nate wasn't the best at conversing, but it gave it a very good go. He certainly broke the silence and awkwardness that could be created between people.

'Sierra. Why? Like, really. Why?' Normally he wasn't the kind for late night adventures like this, at least after he stayed in Cheyenne, but she managed to get him talking about this rumor he spied around on the internet. 4Chan was exploding lately with this creepy rumor, where different anons were going around sharing their own stories, some posting shooped pics as proof of their horrors. He had some of the creepier ones saved on his phone, and after sending a few to Sierra they suddenly got into the idea about giving it a try on their own. To be honest, he was freaked out and was trying to get out of it. At first. Definitely at first, especially after recalling his previous haunted experience with Sierra that involved a gun, total darkness, a little side of psycho, and an oddly intimidating sexual side that he tried not to think about so much when it came to his friends. Awkward. It would be great if it was just a rumor, and the only thing that really encouraged him to come out here was the absolute swarm of text messages Sierra sent him. Like, holy shit. His phone was louder than an Exploud's Uproar! It trembled like an Earthquake even when he was fed up with the sounds, thinking it would be safer on vibrate.
He wasn't going to be late, hell no. However his transportation over here was a bit delayed even though he tried to be early, and it was about somewhere even on the 40 when he arrived. Staring at the giant gates at the entrance, he felt the odd chill of the thrill the setting provided him. He swore that he saw shadows slithering behind the trees as he walked hesitantly inside, trying to straighten himself up as he constantly checked his back for potential rapists on the loose. Implying that he was a rape victim. Susumu did not feel safe in this kind of place, with the darkness settling around him like a suffocating blanket, only illuminated by the moon, stars, and the occasional lamp post that revealed a winding dirt path through the little tombstones that reminded him of castles.
Sierra luckily wasn't hard to spot-- her clothes popped out from the dark colors of the night, being pretty vibrant. Not only that, you had to be blind to have a hard time spotting the bright yellow Pikachu hat that was always on her head. It was weird seeing her without it at this point, and it would probably make him do a double take if she ever walked around without it. Naturally he put his phone away, not needing it as he started to walk over, until he recognized...him. Oh gosh, it was the guy from the mines that had a giant ragequit on him. He snorted at the sight, recognizing the bright green hair he had.
Who had green hair? Only one male he knew recently did. Susumu probably didn't stand out too much in his dark winter clothing, hardly wearing a hat and just letting his face take whatever cold it wanted. He was fine though, with a somewhat festive red scarf wrapped around his neck in an attempt to stay warm. Holidays were approaching; screw the crowd, he wanted to be slightly festive. Either way, it was probably likely that he'd be noticed. Sierra was keeping an eye out for him, the place wasn't exactly populated, and he was debating hiding behind a tree right now to just try and text her. Susumu couldn't hear what they were talking about though, choosing to try and act distracted by looking at how fascinating one of the tombstones was, when it was a tiny little thing that said: Here lies Donaldo Marcado, BBL being reincarnated. Not bad, not bad. Maybe if he waited a little, Sierra would finish up with that Nate guy that had it out for him.

s i e r r a c a t a l y n n Sierra continued to laugh, rapidly typing out texts with her dexterous fingers to him. It was keeping her mind off of the scary figures looming in the darkness, at least. Speaking of figures, one suddenly spoke to her, causing her to shriek and toss her phone into the air before frantically catching it in her hands again and sighing with relief. What she'd do if she lost this phone -- it had all her contacts in it, so if she broke it, she was screwed. Unluckily for Nate, when that happened, she hadn't heard what he said at all.
For a moment, she stared at him in surprise - particularly at his hair, which was an odd color. Did ghosts have green hair? She didn't know. She decided to give him the benefit of the doubt though. "You scared me!" She breathed, sighing. "I thought you were a ghost." She regained her composure, then checked her phone again. 11:41 pm.
"Are you here about the rumor too?" She inquired casually as she lowered her phone to look at him. With her phone illuminating the vicinity a bit, she could just barely make out his features in the darkness. Only the whites of his eyes and his bright green hair were obvious.
She didn't notice Susumu yet, and in the fright of the moment, she'd paused in texting him.
{{ OOC // We're going to touch on another point here. What Nate said to Sierra isn't exactly bad, but it's not normal. If he's extremely socially awkward, it'd be fine, but in your character's description it said nothing of the sort. Imagine if someone came up to you at midnight randomly, introduced themselves, and said 'nice to meet you' before the other person even said hello. Especially in a graveyard. Remember, dialogue should be realistic and should fit your character. <3 I can tell you're already improving though! Have fun with it! By the way, why aren't you on skype? :C busy? Would you prefer PMs? }}
