The great part about the idea of Verona was that it was a constant within the Cheyenne region, with all the regional depression throughout the routes, it was the one and only spot that showed the grandness within Cheyenne. A grimaced region with no hope of ever coming out of a global depression, it was obvious by the faces of the native Cheyenneians who worked hard just to get by. The pokemon scene was great but, throughout the last four or five routes, it seemed to be desolate. At least Verona showed great promise; it was the saving grace of the horror of Cheyenne. A bit of a narcissist, Abram often enjoyed the warm atmosphere of Verona as he aimlessly walked the streets during one of his off days. The training regime and even journey for all pokemon trainer/coordinators were never set in concrete, for Abe it was mood based and today he yearned for something more then pokemon interaction.
The frisky cat pokemon, Hel the Glameow snarled at the nearby wild walking through Abe’s legs showing whom she belonged to as well as her superiority complex. The normal kitty was a frigid queen but who could blame her, she was essentially Abram’s best and was told that constantly. ”Calm down Hel.” the words shocked the cat as her trainer scolded her, Abram didn’t need any unnecessary fights especially today. ”Fuck. All I want is coffee.” the statement was more of just a thought out loud, the coordinator’s eyes and pale face was an automatic giveaway at how much Abram just didn’t sleep. It was difficult, sleeping on the floor of random routes with the noises, tents weren’t soundproof and as his journey continued, he just didn’t know who or what could come in and stomp their way through where he was trying to rest.
”Coffee.”Abram said with enthusiasm sending his petite body into overdrive to the nearby espresso cart. After doing the little exchange, he had in his hands a nice warm cup of coffee and with every sip his body felt just a bit more rejuvenated, even if was an artificial feeling. Not paying any attention to who was around, the male took a sip of his drink before feeling his body hitting into something. ”The fuck.” cursing out as he tried to figure what happened, Hel leapt back and hissed at the thing who got her trainer a little disoriented.
