((Teehee, Ari already gained a level. >w< But yeah, continue~
Do I get to decide gender and personality and all that? o3o!!! NEAT.))
Jonas had a hard time holding the Pokeball; it shook violently in his hands, and he had to hold tightly to the orb just so that it wouldn't fall to the ground. But then it fell still and released a "ding~!", and the Natu was proclaimed caught. Awesome! The blue-haired boy's eyes twinkled. He'd caught a Natu! The first Pokemon he'd caught totally on his own after a real battle, and it was a Natu. That was extremely cool.
The bird was probably tired at the moment, so he stored her Pokeball away. He would find out her gender and the like once everyone had been rested up at the Pokemon Center. For now, though, he was going to see if he could find another wild Pokemon to battle. Maybe Doros could get a chance at some action; Ari seemed tired at the moment, and the Mespirit had plenty of energy to spare. He might not be ready for battling, but... well, they'd never know if they didn't try.
"C'mon, guys," said Jonas to his Pokemon, and they both ceased in their struggling and hugging and laughing and whining to look at him. They glanced at one-another, broke apart, and then started to follow after their trainer as he continued his odd walk down Route One. Doros tried to mimic the dance-like steps of the boy, and Ari just scuttled along nervously, more wary after the sudden confrontation with the Natu. He didn't want to get caught off-guard again.

<SKEEEEEEET> A shrill cry echoed through the jungle, but it seemed rather close due to its volume and clarity. It was followed by quick tapping sounds, that were easily recognized as a running four-footed Pokémon. <SKITTTTY!> Another yell came though, but something accompanied it this time. As it yelled, a pink blur, followed by another one made its way out of the bushes, and down the route. They were giggling madly, the two pokemon, and looking at each other. They were in some kind of race, too busy in their own fun to look ahead. Before they could look infront of them, they were set on a doomed course to hit the trainer. <AAAH LOOK OUT!!> The same tone came from the two simultaneously. They tumbled over each other to try and stop, but they still managed to crash into the trainer.

At the shrill, squeaky "SKEEEEET" that rang through the air, Jonas stopped, raising an eyebrow in curiosity and wariness. His was the most calm reaction of the group, which was unsurprising; Ari yelped and jumped half a foot, and Doros made a noise similar to "meep!", then began to wave his arms as he glanced around eagerly for the source. The taptaptap of tiny feet, not terribly loud but loud enough to hear, implied that whatever had made the sound was close.
"Uh--"
Sure enough, there was another loud yell, and the creature making it bolted out of the bushes and into the open, darting down the path with haste. The pink blur was headed right for Jonas. He blinked, took a tiny step back, and didn't think to get out of the way even when a second blur of pink shot out of the brush. Both of them were charging at him, yet they didn't notice, until... +AHHHH LOOK OUT!!+
The two blurs were shrieking in surprise, trying to skid to a stop. They slammed into one-another; their effort was pointless and too late. Aristophanes made a loud noise of alarm as the two Skitties collided with his trainer. Jonas fell to the ground, the force of the collision enough to topple over his small, weak body. He landed with an "oof", frowning and seeming uncomfortable. Now his back hurt...
"Be more careful," he warned the Skitties, looking at them with a serious, mature sort of gaze.
+You okay?!+ squeaked Doros. Ari made a noise that probably translated to something like that.
"Uh-huh," murmured Jonas, sitting up slowly. The Skitties certainly weren't big, so it wasn't like he was really hurt at all.

The two Skitties were in a crinkled mess, one on top of the other as they moaned at their pain. The one on top tried to get off, but was in a dizzy little state, wobbling and tumbling around until falling on the ground.
"Skittt...." She whined as her creamy underbelly got a new coloring from the grass around them. The other Skitty had an easier time when standing up, and was quicker to react than her companion. With a sigh, she obediently took the tiny scolding from Jonas. Even if she didn't know him, she felt pretty bad about what happened. With her ears folded backwards, she sent a look of pity towards the other Skitty. She had managed to get up without a problem, and was cheering out loud.
<I'm alive! Oh, thank you! Thank you!> She was, for some reason, cheering at the sky. Apparently this little kitten was a highly religious Skitty. From the way that she spoke to the clouds as one would to another Pokemon/person.
<You look like you got hurt...> The other Skitty mewed, taking a hesitant step forward as she tried to examine the boy's body from afar. She certainly didn't want to invade his personal space, nor did she want to seem rude by not caring about him.

Jonas blinked at the concerned Skitty, seeming rather unconcerned about his own health. "Do I?" he asked, tilting his head in a childish, curious sort of way. "I'm okay." To prove his point, he pushed himself to his feet, rolling his shoulders and cracking his knuckles and arching his back with a pop! just to relax his slightly-aching body.
"See?"
Yep, he was alright. His back would probably be bruised after a bit, and it did hurt mildly, but it wasn't a big deal and would certainly heal up in a few days -- a week, at most. "Thanks though." He let his arms fall to his sides and his body to slouch as he stared down at the two Skitties. For a moment, he wondered just what they had been doing to crash into him so unceremoniously, but it didn't take long for him to come to a likely conclusion: They'd been playing tag, or some other sort of game. Seemed like the type.
Ari and Doros had not reached that conclusion, though, and the duo were now hurrying over to the Skitties. Doros, waving his arms, squeaked out a +What were you thinking?!+, and Ari yelped in agreement, trembling and nodding his head. Jonas blinked. It really wasn't that big of a deal...

The Skitty, while still feeling slightly guilty about the whole thing, relaxed a bit. <That's good!> she meowed, brightening up a bit. They had made a mistake, and so they would have to apologize for it. But luckily, the nice boy was only scraped up a bit. If he had seriously gotten hurt... Well. They would be in deep doo-doo. Not even her friend's friend up in the sky could help them, if that happened.
<We really are sorry.>
With another glance at the other Skitty, she let out an exasperated sigh. She was her best friend, but quite honestly, she didn't get why she was kissing the ground and screaming her thanks to the sky. <Fiona. Fi. Get up.> she meowed, nudging her friend to her feet.
She refocused her attention onto the group, and flushed as the Mesprit began yelling at them. <I-it was an accident... we were playing.> she mewed timidly, the legendary frightened her. Fiona nodded, finally coming back to reality. <Yeah! We were playing tag. You guys want to play with us?> she asked, grinning happily as her tails wagged.
The other Skitty slapped her gently, and she mewled a cry of protest. Once catching her glare though, Fiona simmered down a bit. <Sorry about running into you mister.> she added, slightly abashed.
