Quil surveyed the sight in front of him before rolling his eyes in exasperation. They were arguing over something stupid like this? He was going to get a headache from all the pounding, rock upon rock. The crashing of bodies and fists echoing throughout the space. Quil winced, his scowl becoming fierce as he glared at the idiotic pokemon.
Still though, a Golem would be a good addition to the team. Sighing exasperatedly at the idea of having to deal with a lump of rock with no brain, he pulled out a pokeball. Rolling the sphere in his hands, he looked at the pokemon scrabbling. Silently he pressed the button, enlarging the orb, before lunching it into the open area between the two fighting Geodude.
A red flash appeared as a blob soon began to form, an undetified pokemon appeared. A Griffis, a pokemon of Cheyenne Region. A rare gift. Quil smirked as the beast stood majestically, proudly above the rock pokemon.
Quil sighed slightly, before calling out in a voice rough from lack of use. "I call upon the strongest Geodude to face him! Male or female! Let's see who is the best of your kind!"

The best of their kind wasn’t someone that they wanted to get captured by a trainer so easily; they needed their leader to make important decisions involving the life of the clan. They all knew the risk, and it was decided that whenever a Pokémon Trainer or anyone else wished to challenge the leader, they would take on the second in command instead. A rowdy looking male hopped forward, looking eager for the challenge as the two in the middle simple sent hate looks at each other before hopping away to opposite sides of the room.
<I will challenge you, bring it!> He hissed, watching through the corner’s of his eyes as the rest of the Geodude hopped away to give the Griffis and him more space. It would be quite awful if they were caught in the backfire, and no one wanted that. Preferring to start the battle off being a lot swifter than normal than just attacking normally, he spun around against the rocky floor multiple times. Almost like a rapid spin, except by the time he was done, his body gained a smooth, polished look. A move called Rock Polish to get rid of excess weight, so perhaps now he could match up to the Griffis’s nimble looking legs. He

The Griffis watched as the Geodude approached him, his eyes were cold and distant. He had no interest in this battle, he would beat the rock pokemon with ease anyways. As soon as the words were uttered, leaving the Geodude's mouth forever, a loud whistle of wind was heard. Within moments there was a small lump of frozen ice that had clattered to the rock ground of the cave. Better hope it didn't come too fast, or else they would all be buried alive in hail.
Steadly, it began to grow heavier as the wind echoed throughout of the cavern, ice pebbles bouncing off of the Geodude crowd. Quil sheilded his face, taking cover under a small cleft. Rolo let out grunts of pain, and shot a look at Quil. Quil obliged, not wanting his pokemon to get weakened because of a hailstorm. "Pheice! Leer and then Powder Snow!" he called, issuing his commands to his loyal pokemon.
Pheice stood silently, completly uneffected by the storm. His eyes flickered over to his trainer as the Geodude began to buff himself up, that glossy sheen would not last long in this weather. Rather pointless really. Picking up the voice midist all the noise, he quickly performed what was asked. His eyes began to glow with a dark sinister red as he leered at the rock pokemon, suddendly he attacked with a Power Snow shooting out a stream of icy, frozen grains.

No one had expected a hailstorm to come in effect inside of a cave, especially since there was no sky for it to form in. It was a powerful ability, striking all of the Geodude as they struggled to take cover behind several rocks, some were stupid enough to try and hide under their own kind, only to find that they leapt away from them in order to seek shelter. It was humorous with the amount of chaos inside of here, but the battling Geodude wasn’t all that concerned about it. Raising up its arms to block its body from the blasts of snow and ice, it was a super effective move, but with its mighty defense, it would take more than that to knock him out.
’He not come to me, I bring fight to him!’ The simple minded Geodude argued, slamming his fists into the ground to unhinge the boulders from their spots. Now that he had a weapon to use, he launched his Rock Throw at the Griffis, their weight keeping them in place as the snow and hail blew around it.

Pheice while immune to the hail and unfazed by the blustery weather, couldn't see a thing. He had rather weak eyesight and the drifting flurries didn't really help much. He was too stubborn to move in search of his prey until an attack came his way.
By the time he registered the rocks flying towards him it was already too late to dodge, so the boulders crashed into him. He sank his claws into the rocky ground, so he wasn't snet flying backwards. This majestic beast was now frustrated that he had been hit by the attack, so he took a few mencing steps towards the Geodude as if he was going to attack. In reality though, he was waiting for orders from his trainer.
As the hailstorm was kicked up a notch, as it would every turn, Quil thought of another plan. The Power Snow had been an effective attack, but the flurries had made it hard for Pheice to see. That was a sense he had to have. "Alright! Pheice! Use Leer and then Peck!"
Pheice nodded, before his eyes glowed a mighty crimson, gleaming with evil undertones. This Leer would lower the Geodude's defense, something that was greatly needed. Then the Griffis, flapped his wings, shooting the hail around him towards the Geodude before soaring into the air. Once as high as he could go, the celing of the cavern limited him, he divebombed the rock pokemon, beak glowing with power.

The Geodude froze in place, his body stuck on the ground despite the hailstorm’s constant barrage against his rocky body. With his high defenses, it wasn’t as bad as one would think, but it would add up sometime. He just wasn’t aware of it yet, frowning at the Leer attack, making him feel more vulnerable than before until the leer’s light disappeared into the snow and hail.
Clenching his fists tight, the danger of the Griffis was ringing in his ears. Where would the attack come from? With the wind blowing like crazy, it was hard to even hear the flaps of wings that could’ve been the key to predicting where the next attack would come from. Even his family and friends were hidden away in the background, the keen eye of a Geodude finding another was failing him at this point. Grunting his annoyance, he threw his fists down into the ground to launch up a Mud Sport, soft, cool, and squishy mud was thrown up into the air, blown into the winds to cover various parts of the cave, as well as his own body.
He wasn’t the most strategic of them all, but he felt the need to do something before the Peck attack struck him on the head. It felt like nothing to him, glaring up at the bird as if it was a fly, he used a Tackle by jumping up into the air, trying to shove that beak back inside of the Griffis’s body.

The Griffis gasped angriliy as his pure white feathers were soiled by the filthy mud the Geodude had tossed up. The winds batted the slick earth and it was being spread all over throughout the cave. On the walls, celing, himself and the crowd of panicing Geodudes. Pheice had forgotten about the crowd and shook his head at the patheticness of this creature.
As he grew closer to the ground, the visibility increased some and he was able to pick out the Geodude lunging at him with the tackle attack. The momentum he carried made it impossible for him to avoid the attack, so he simply performed another Leer staring stright into the Geodude's eyes as the Tackle connected, but so did the peck attack. The tackle didn't slow down the Griffis much, although his chest did smart a bit now, the two were driven into the ground. The Griffis flying away nearly unscathed.
The hailstorm kicked up a notch and Quil shouted out some more orders, sheltering his face with his backpack. "Pheice! Scratch!" he shouted, unable to see the outcome of the battle.
The mighty Griffis obliged, darting with amazing speed over to the Geodude attempting to rake his claws down the rocky hardness of it's body.

The collision had thrown the Geodude spiraling into the ground, his arms were like a dangerous storm of their own, coming close would result in a direct punch anywhere. He wasn’t able to get control over his body, being at a rather low level, and ended up crashing into one of the walls. Behind him, the wall began to bend with the shape of his body, frozen dust scattered around him with the Hail ruthlessly beating against his injured body. That crash had hurt him good.
’Griffis. Coming.’ He warned himself while carefully walking with the support of his arms; he glared up at the ice beast. He had a weakness to Ice, but at least it wasn’t as severe as his weakness to water or grass. He held in a deep breath, and dropped himself to the ground, spinning faster and faster like a top with his special move, called Rock Polish. His speed increased further and further, and he bolted right away from the attack, leaving a missed claw to scrape at the wall behind him. Or perhaps even better, the Griffis crashed into the wall just as he did. It wasn’t part of his plan, but that would make things easier on him.
“Geo. Dude!” He cried, halting his sudden movements in the middle of the field. With two long arms extending to the rocks nearby, he began to throw them at the Griffis relentlessly. The flurry wouldn’t stop, since he was also using it as a defensive technique so the Griffis wouldn’t want to go near him. [/center]
