Finally out of the cold snow and onto the heated volcanic rocks, Blaze felt great. Ryuuku too, really, and the fire pokemon showed his content by flying around overhead and letting out jets of flame once in a while.
It was good to be where you felt comfortable.

A slug-like pokemon crawled around, lava flowing all around, but seeming to belong to it's body. Silent hushes of panting, described with 'slugma' as its voice. It was deep, but panting with ever motion to try and keep up with the pacing boy.

Blaze was a bit dissapointed with his first fire pokemon encounter. A slug? Well, it was better than nothing... Letting out Hell, his Entei, he ordered the much larger pokemon to attack with a Shadow Ball. No point in accidentally getting hurt by touching that ball of molten lava...

The slugma, hit badly by the shadow ball, was barely amused. It only wanted to befriend the trainer, but, whatever, it would gladly fight and beat his pokemon single-handedly. "Slug~!" It hissed, using an ember attack.

"Stone edge," commanded Blaze without much of a thought. The ember hit, but didn't do much damage. His Entei was a fire pokemon, after all, and those moves weren't that effective. The grand beast roared and rocks flew toward the tiny slug-like pokemon, aiming to kill.

Oddly enough, the slugma managed to dodge. "Slugma, slug~!" It cried, using a rock type-move of it's own; Rock Throw. Out of nowhere, a bunch of rocks came falling down, their target being entei.

The entei was rather large, and even though it tried to jump around, dodging, it failed. Several wounds and gashes sported but the proud leegendary dog didn't give up. As orders came in, it used another Shadow Ball on the slug. "Just make sure not to touch him," warned Blaze. "So don't use a stomp or a bite, no matter what!"

The slugma slid to the side, but was still followed and tossed to the side by the shadow ball. It grunted before releasing a smog attack......from...what seemed to be its butt....

Hell was rather offended by the attack. What was that pokemon thinking? It did sting a bit but really, it was where it came from that seemed to damage the pokemon mentally a bit. "Don't get distracted, Hell. Use a Fireblast and finish that slug!" And so, the most powerful fire attack was unleashed...

The slugma was hit by the super-powered flames. Despite having a type disadvantage because he, too, was fire type, the attack was deadly - but not in the way one would expect. The fire was so hot, the ground beneath it also heated up and was melted slightly. Slugma was unable to move on this new ground. It's body quickly cooled, and hardened into obsidian pumice. Lol, fail. It was clearly unable to battle.
All pokemon under level 20 gain one leve! over 20... you know... level accordingly. -doesn't have over 20 memorized yet-
Capture or move on?
(.....lol. u.u)

Blaze didn't bother to catch the pokemon. Not only did a kind soul gift one to him -a shiny one too- he wasn't really... attracted by the slugma's appearance.
So patting his Entei and leaving him out, he continued to treck across the fiery mountain, pokemon by his side.

An odd pokemon crossed the path in front of Blaze and his pokemon. How unusual! It didn't seem to be a fire type... why was it here? ::porygon::

Blaze stared at the pokemon. his pokedex told it that it was a porygon, but it didn't tell him too much. All he knew that it was rare and that if it was rare, than he should catch it. "Hell, ready for another fight?" he asked his pokemon. "Let's start it with a Fire Spin..." The fire was reflected in his eyes as the rings of flame shot towards the pokemon.

The quirky pokemon quickly looked around, and realized the fire attack was aimed at him. It's ability kicked in at sight of the entei. The porygon had manipulated its type to a fire type, so the fire attack would now be less effective.
Unable to dodge, it took the spinning attack, knowing it would be surrounded for several turns. This pokemon was used to the firery attacks, and replied with a psybeam.

The Entei roared as the attack hit him. It send him back half an inch before he automatically retaliated with a Fire Blast, ready to knock that stupid pokemon out. "Hell, calm down. For yout next attack, use a Stone Edge!" ordered Blaze. The large canine simply grunted.

The Porygon took the stone edge hit directly. It couldn't move to much due to the fire spin that was still in effect. It stared down the Entei in front of it and its trainer. It was contemplating what to do in this situation. Its decision came quickly. It had to escape the fire spin. It used the agility move and became much faster. It darted straight for the wall of fire and escaped straight threw it. It was no wiiide open for an attack.

"Hell, finish it off with a Shadow Ball!" said Blaze. The little porygon didn't stand a chance against him and his team. He was unbeatable! His legendary canine reared as he charged a ball of shadow before unleashing it at the man-made pokemon.

Porygon turned only to eat a ball of shadow. It flew back a little as the Shadow Ball faded. It was laying on the ground, laying on its back, its foot twitching like crazy. It had swirls in its eyes and its type reverted to its normal element. Now would be the excellent time to catch if you choose to do so!
[Level i think they do sense this is the second battle!]

And of course, not one to let a good catch escape, Blaze threw a pokeball at the porygon. He had a smirk on his lips as he watch the pokemon get sucked in and could only wait until the ball clicked shut.
This was going pretty well, and Hell seemed pretty content too.

The porygon was sucked into the ball. The ball rattled for a few moments but then it calmed and stopped moving, the ball also returned to its normal color.
