Rebecca walked onto Route 1, a familiar sight to be seen. Eerything seemed to stay exactly the way she left it as she did back then. She seemed to be in a happier mood now, she seemed to be more proud of herself, she had more self esteem it seemed. It made sense, though, she hadn’t seen her brother since she left and she hadn’t been relying on any friends for her to live. She had been doing everything on her own and that was enough to make her happy. Her dreams, however, were far from over. Now she waned to show her friends and family that she could do whatever he wanted to, to show she could be whoever she wanted, that she could be what they can’t. Now, leaving with a new goal, she was determined to be a famous trainer, an to be famous, she would collect the badges as a good way to start her dream.
Rebecca strolled down the road, everything was just as pretty as it was in the winter as it is now. The trees blew in the wing, the leaves shivered in the trees, the grass swayed, and the brightened the colors of the world. Maybe this wasn’t as bad as it seemed, at least now she wouldn’t freeze to death. The heat was nice, but too warm for her jacket. Rebecca removed the jacket, tying it around her waist. A strong gust of wind blew her hair back and behind her face, showing her face and eyes for the world. It sent a shiver down her spine, but the cold wind felt nice, she smiled happily as she continued to observe the route.
The last time she cam down this road, it was a little strange. There was the blonde girl, a small trainer asked for a battle, but other than that it seemed rather blurry and Rebecca was paying more attention to the tree’s to even care. “Blaze! Come on, Blaze, let’s sit down for a while”. Off in the distance a small Growlithe raised its head at the call of its name and scampered to his trainer. The Growlithe barked at Rebecca’s feet, wagging it’s tale happily as the two went to a small tree providing shade. “We should probably head to Electric City soon, we need to do go someplace this time.” Rebecca looked down at her Growlithe lay his head on her lap. She couldn’t help but chuckle a bit at how the Growlith looked, he was too cute and his fir was very warm. She scratched the top of his head and under his ears, and the wagging of Blaze’s tail showed he was enjoying himself.
“We’re back where we started Blaze, this time let’s make it count” Rebecca looked down at Blaze again. She was determined to do what she needed to do, and nothing would stop her this time.

Along the side of the road was a small brown and cream colored Pokemon, her face buried in her paws and tears running down. She was all alone, the other Buneary had gone off to find trainers so they could evolve into beautiful Lopunny, but not her, no one wanted her. She hid her face from the world so that no one would see her left eye. It was a milky white color as she was completely blind. It wasn't her fault, she had been born like that. But still, none of the trainers wanted her because it was a disadvantage and no coordinator wanted her because it was ugly. She would be unwanted forever. ::buneary:: level 7 gender female ability Run Away+Klutz moveset: Splash, Pound, Defense Curl, Foresight, Endure personality: she doesn't think she'll ever be wanted. <Who's crying...?> The Growlithe raised it's head quickly with it's nose in the air trying to find where this sad sound was coming from. Rebecca looked at her Growlithe lazily, halfway asleep as she was dozing off moments ago. Blaze bolted off in the other direction without hesitation or reason. Rebecca could only stammer in confusion as she scrambled to pick up her bag and chase after her Pokemon. "Wait, Blaze, wait up! What wrong?" she cried out as she chased for her Pokemon.
Growlithe came to a halt about 20 feet away from the sobbing Buneary. <Excuse me, ma'am?> Blaze tried not to startle the wild Pokemon. He walked up behind the Bunneary, pushing his head into her shoulder trying his best to cheer up the Pokemon. Sure Blaze had no idea who this Bunneary belonged to, if anyone, but he couldn't just leave the poor thing crying there like that in the middle of no where.
Rebecca came up behind Blaze a few moments later to find him trying to cheer up a small fuzzy looking Pokemon. It looked very familiar to her, but she couldn't put her finger on it. Rebecca was breathing heavily, trying to catch her breath, "Is there... Something wrong with... This Pokemon here?"

Buneary heard a voice call to her over the sound of her own tears. It was another Pokemon. She couldn't let him see her face, she couldn't look up no matter what the case. They would just make fun of her, they would just tease her and call her ugly. They would make fun of her eye and tell her she could never be beautiful like the rest of them.
<Don't look at me! I'm hideous! You'll only run away if you look at me.>
She sniffed pathetically and cried a little more. level 7 gender female ability Run Away+Klutz moveset: Splash, Pound, Defense Curl, Foresight, Endure personality: she doesn't think she'll ever be wanted. Depressed and has low self esteem. Completely blind in her left eye.

The sad looking Buneary only cried more. The poor thing, who could have done this to such a cute pokemon? The Growlithe walked in front of the Buneary and plopped down on its stomach, place his paws in front of the feet of the crying pokemon. <Come now, you poor thing. I am clearly looking straight at you and where have I gone? Nowhere.> Blaze rubbed Buneary’s feet lightly, but playfully in an attempt to cheer her up. <Cheer up, all you Buneary are gorgeous. Even now I can see nothing wrong with you. Come now, what happened, why are you crying?> Rebecca sat down under another small tree. This one provided less shade, but it was more than enough for her to get sunburned. She watched Blaze and nudged the Buneary. “Oh, how much I wish I could understand what you pokemon are saying. It would make things much more interesting between us.” Ruby looked up at the blue sky, pondering that thought. She giggled to herself a few times, thinking about talking pokemon. “Yeah, that would be interesting.” ~Trying to cheer up a Buneary.

The Buneary sniffled and looked at the fire type. Tears streaming out of her eyes she buried them in her paws. <No no I'm ugly!> She cried. <My best friends hate me now and my boyfriend left me! I'm ugly I say, ugly!> She cried. Her left eye was colorless, sadly she was half blind. She sobbed harder and then hugged the Growlite for comfort. <OH I'M ALONE!> The Buneary cried out.
She looked at the Trainer with her one good eye and a sad looking face. Her life was over. Over! Everyone left her alone, no friends, no one to cry on. (Well except your Pokemon) She buried her head in her paws once more and turned her back on the two. <Just leave me alone! I'm usless!>

Blaze got a glimpse of something from the Buneary. Her eye was milky white, but to Blaze, it was just a milky eye, he had no idea what it was but it was enough to keep him curious. Her friends left her and her boyfriend also? The Growlithe couldn’t help but feel like a jerk, he felt sad for the Buneary he truly did, that must have really put a bad dent in her day. Blaze was not expecting the rabbit pokemon to jump on him and cry on him though, nearly being toppled over. <There there now, you’re not alone, obviously you’re talking with me and I count as something, at least I hope I do.> Blaze tried to tease himself a little to help stop the crying. <I don’t understand though, why would your friends leave you so suddenly like that? I hope I’m not prying into your problem, either. If I’m touching a nerve, just tell me.> The Growlithe tried his best to be friendly to her and cheer her up. <Well I’ll keep you company so you’re not totally alone. The way you said it before, you didn’t like to be alone.> Blaze got up and layed down next to the Buneary, laying the side of his head on his paws and keeping his face on the rabbit pokemon. <No one is useless. My trainer proved that herself. I’m sure you’re good at something.> The Growlithe said happily. ~Trying to chear up a Buneary.

The Buneary sniffed ald curled up next to the Growlithe. He was really warm since he was a fire type, that was nice. He talked to her so nicely too. Maybe she could at least tell him what was wrong? Then he could decide for himself if she was worthless, even though she already knew she was. Lifting her face from her paws she showed the Growlithe her eyes, both of them. The milky white one just sort of stared blankly while the other still had fresh tears. >I'm completely blind in my left eye. It makes me ugly. No one wants a Pokemon with a handicap, especially not one like this. I just want someone to love me... Is that so wrong? I want someone to think I'm pretty...<

The Buneary seemed to be warming up to him, that was a good sign he was doing the right thing. He felt good on the inside, he felt like he was being a good pokemon. As he layed there, the pokemon lifted it’s head, showing her eyes. The right one had color and shined brilliantly, the other was white though. It was blank, hollow, there was nothing there, it was like it was staring right through him. Blaze looked at both eyes with curiosity, but it made sense when the bunny pokemon described the milky white eye and how she was blind in that eye. <You poor thing, I’m sorry to hear about your eye.> He truly was sorry, he looked down sadly, pondering a thought about his own life. After all, the best way to understand someone is to put yourself in their shoes. <It does not make you ugly though. For someone to abandon you just because of an eye, and not to stay with you because of yourself, they’re the ugly one.> How all her friends left her just because of her eye, that just ticked him off to no end. Of all things, he hated that kind of thing a lot. His voice could easily show how mad he was with her friends as well. <People don’t just want a pokemon to battle with, you see, some people just like to spend time with them. Take the person behind us for example.> He pointed his nose to Ruby, who was now half asleep again. <She didn’t just want to battle with me,she wanted a friend as well. We are both very close, and very happy.> Blaze looked back to the Buneary again, smiling. <And even if you do battle, not all trainers do it just to win, sometimes it’s just for fun and to grow closer with their pokemon. What you want is love, and somewhere out there, I’m sure someone would want you I have no doubt of that.> Blaze jumped to his feet, happily. <Go ahead, do you want to try? She won’t bite and she loves cute pokemon, and you’re all beauty.> Blaze looked over at Rebecca, encouraging the Buneary to see if Rebecca would want her. <We’re a friendly bunch, don’t worry> The Growlithe said happily. ~Trying to make a Buneary feel better.

She was doubtful at the Growlithe's words but still, she had given everything else a try so why not this? She nodded and wiped away all of the tears in her eyes. Standing up she walked over to the trainer, rather shyly at that and blinked a few times, nervous about her eye but still trying her best not to run away. <Um. Hello... It's nice to meet you.> Buneary meekly held her paw out for the trainer to shake or to deny. Her feet shuffled back and forth on the ground nervously...

Rebecca heard some shuffling on the ground, but her mind was in another place, her eyes were heavy, her head bobbed back and forth, she was far too gone to respond to her surroundings. Growlithe looked at the Buneary with certainty that Ruby would accept her. Blaze trotted up to Rebecca’s arm, licking her hand. <Come one, look at who wants to be your friend> the Growlithe thought in his head. Rebecca shook her head weakly in her sleep as Blaze licked her hand, until she retracted her hand from the devious tongue of her cute little companion. Rebecca rubbed her eyes, adjusting her eyes to the light again. “Hello, Blaze, how are you~” Rebecca rubbed him behind the ears. “And who might you be?” Ruby opened her eyes to see the Buneary from moments ago that her Growlithe went running to. “Hello there cutie~ You look like that cute Buneary that blonde girl from earlier had back then.” She saw the Buneary’s eye though, she was curious about it, she couldn’t help but feel sad for the pokemon. She had a strong feeling that the Buneary was blind in that eye, but what’s an eye to make a about a pokemon? “Have been making friends with my Growlithe, little one?” Ruby rubbed the pokemon stomach with a finger. ~Trying to get Rebecca and Buneary to become friends.

Buneary's face turned bright red as the trainer called her cute! She had been called cute! Not disgusting or hideous but cute! It was too good to be true! She giggled a little as she was tickled. The human wasn't turning her away or making her leave! This was great! Suddenly she just couldn't help herself, she leapt at the trainer and gave her a big hug. <Can I come with you guys?>

Rebecca giggled some as the Buneary squirmed when she tickled it. “Haha, I like your new friend, Blaze.” What she wasn’t expecting though, was for the Buneary to leap up onto her. Rebecca laughed heartily with the pokemons affection. “Oh my, quite the loving one, aren’t we?” She hugged the Buneary like a teddy bear, softly and warmly.
<Does this mean you approve, Ruby? Can she come with us?> Blaze asked, but to Rebecca, they just came out as barking. “Does this mean you want to come with us, little one?” Rebecca pulled a pokeball out of her pack, holding it in front of the Buneary. If she wanted to come along, she would just have to touch the pokeball.

The buneary slowly touched the pokeball, excited as she finally felt welcome and felt beautiful. This one time in her life, she wasn't pathetic, weak, ugly, useless, a nuisance, or anything. She actually was wanted! It was the greatest feeling in the world as she was captured onto the pokeball and became a pokemon for Rebecca. She was finally at home. It seemed good things did happen to good people! She finally had a place in this world, a role in this world! Although she wasn't completely over her shyness and self doubt, she was one step closer to becoming a more confident pokemon. That had to count for something! Congrats =D. ::Buneary:: level 7 gender female ability Run Away+Klutz moveset: Splash, Pound, Defense Curl, Foresight, Endure personality: She doesn't think she'll ever be wanted. Well that was certainly interesting, wasn’t it Blaze. Though, I do admit I like your new friend, you seemed to like her very much. Blaze barked happy to Rebecca. He seemed to be agreeing with her. She looked at the pokeball for a moment. “My second caught pokemon. Wow, I must have gotten lucky or something because I didn’t even have to try haha”
Ruby stood up, stretching her back and yawning deeply as she woke up from her small nap. “Come on, boy, let’s make out way to Electric City again, hopefully we can make it there soon and before anything bad happens.” Blaze barked as he trotted next to Rebecca down the road with her.

::buizel:: Lv 7 - Male Swift Swim Growl - Sonicboom - Water Sport - Quick Attack - Water Gun HE THINKS HE SUPERMAN DUDE
<Save the city today? No, someone else has that. Hmm, maybe patrol a bit? Or not. What to do what to do...> A Buizel sat on a rock. He was in deep thought. Very deep thought. He had to figure out what kinda hero thing he was doing today! Hero thing you ask? Well....the Buizel thinks he's Superman. Is that a big problem?
<I could train a bit more.> He said to himself. No other Pokemon was around him. He was alone on the rock, only surrounded by the wind and the trees. <Hmmm....> The Buizel muttered, closing his eyes to think harder. He noticed no one around him so if you stopped to say hi...well.....who know what might happen.

As she continued down the road, Rebecca marveled at the scenery some more. It seemed like the road stretched on forever, but tit was almost mystifying, beautiful even. Something caught her eye, though. A small brown pokemon was sitting on a rock a little ways out. She looked at it for a moment, curious as to what it was doing. Was it thinking? He was just sitting there, not doing anything… Was it even alive? “No, it was alive, the pokemons eyes were open, and they just closed now…”
After that, Rebecca continued to walk down the path, determined to get to Electric City.
OOC / I was told I can avoid a pokemon battle as long as I don’t interact with it. If this is either incorrect or my oist doesn’t work with the “do not interact idea, please tell me. Either way, I hope this works.

Zig Zag Dance [atrb=border,0,true] ::zigzagoon:: Level 5|Male Pickup + Gluttony Tackle|Growl|Tail Whip Personality: Full of energy, dorky, submissive of the two brothers.

<Haha! You're so lame brother.> A spunky male Zigzagoon bit his brother on the tail and started to drag him around. The older of the two tried to pry his tail free by pulling it away, but that only ended up making it hurt. Thinking he could swipe his friend's jaws off, he started to push his tail into the younger Zigzagoon's mouth, startling him. <PFFT! Eww, fur.> He coughed, while the older one tackled him playfully.
<Pinned you!> The oldest cried proudly, keeping the brother firmly in place on the ground as they rough housed around. As much as the youngest wanted to, it seemed that he wasn't getting free. So thinking he could gross his brother off of him, he spit at the first one's face. <Ugh not that! I thought we promised no spitting!> He whined, rolling off as he tried to get that nasty slobber off of him.
The second Zigzagoon took the chance and pounced on the eldest, and they ended up getting into a tumble all over again. They were supposed to be playing close to him, but the more they played, the further they wandered.

Blaze looked up at the top of a small hill, looked at several Zigzagoon rough housing and playing with each other. To Blaze, he wasn’t sure about whether the two of them were a little dumb, but as long as they were having fun he couldn’t really judge it. Rebecca was watching the same thing as the two of them continued to walk down the road, watching the two small pokemon play. “Did one of them just spit on another? Ew, why would they do that?” Even Blaze was grossed out and now convinced the two pokemon were missing a little bit of their brains.
Ruby and her Growlithe just decided to shrug it of and ignore them, until the two Zigzagoon rolled down the hill, nearly knocking Ruby to her feet. She gasped as the two pokemon rolled in front of her but she moved out of the way before they could hit her. Blaze did not take kindly to this, and barked at the two careless pokemon. <Hey, watch where you two are going next time, you nearly knocked my trainer on her feet!>
OOC / I was having a little trouble trying to understand what was going on in your post, but I think I got the basic idea.
