He got excited, hoping this would be the pinnacle of them all as he had saved his best for last and hoped that Blaze would do the same. What came out was a Houndour which wasn't what he expected from the trainer. Not that he didn't believe it or anything, he just assumed a more powerful and rarer pokemon. But heck, looks could be deceiving... And when it attacked, Blitz prepared to take out his pokeball and return his Entei as he did not see him surviving this. The toxic came and dressed him up, inflicting very little damage now although it would get worst after every turn. Next was a beat up. Weird move considering only two other pokemon helped out, one of which was the Arcanine he just faced. The other also did some damage. Th surprising factor was, the combination of the three did not do enough to take out Hades, in fact it barely did any at all to the legendary pokemon. He thought for a second and then realized something... Maybe he chose not to use his strongest? Either way, Blitz was ready to put an end to this part of the battle soon, as he prepared for his counter. "Rock Climb. Throw yourself against him and defeat him!" He said. He did not have much faith in the Houndour to survive that, after seeing how little he did. And he was almost disappointed in Blaze, for not using his best. It was as if he was still being ridiculed. ::Entei:: (BADLY POISONED) (-1 attack) # name: Hades | # Level: 39 | # Gender: Genderless # Item:: Quick Claw: 1/3: # Ability 1: Pressure # Attack Set 1: Flamethrower, Hyper Beam, Bite, Rock Climb # Attack Set 2: Leer, Stomp, Roar, Rest Hit by Beat Up and Toxic. Still, the toxic will allow his pokemon to bring the entei down a few notches. Makai dug his paws into the dirt as the entei collided with him, knocking the air out of his lungs. It was a good thing the pokemon's attack had been lowered, helping the houndoom survive the hit. Makai shook off the pain from head to tail, the rocky helmet on his head dealing some recoil on his opponent. Blaze was relieved just to see his pokemon still standing and doing better than he had hoped, so he was going to do everything he could to deal as much damage he could. " Howl! And then go in for a Thunder Fang!" With the added attack, hopefully it would take out the rest of the entei's health and to just end the battle already. Makai wouldn't be able to withstand another hit from the legendary beast. The dark type braced howled into the sky, raising his spirit and getting him ready to pit himself against the larger pokemon. Makai stared the entei down, pacing around, jittery and ready to pounce, before he attacked. The houndoom went over and tried to bite his foe, attacking from the side, electricity sparking in his jaw. ::houndoom:: MAKAI (26) M MET AT » gift from jack at level eighteen ITEM » rocky helmet - deals recoil damage if hit by physical attacks ABILITY » early bird - awakens quickly from sleep || flash fire - powers up fire type moves if hit by one LEER - HOWL - ROAR - TAUNT - TOXIC - INCINERATE - THUNDER FANG - BEAT UP

He simply signed and dropped his shoulders when he saw the thunder fang connect on his Entei and knock the pokemon unconscious. He had no idea how the Entei fainted so quickly, especially after considering the level advantage of his pokemon against the foe. He did not understand it at all but simply accepted it because he assumed that the reason was because the tactics were too much and he misinterpreted the amount of strength his pokemon actually had remaining. He sighed as he took out his pokeball to return Hades after he had fainted. And he looked down on the floor, dropped his shoulder, almost as if he had given up. Then, he reached into his pocket to pull out his final pokeball. With it in his hand, he clutched it tight before he tossed it on the field. "Now for my last one." He said and out came a large, hairy, yellow pokemon. The two tails generated a large electric shock before Yoko pointed a hand at the Houndoom and sent a powerful thunder bolt. It was the finale now, and Blitz was leaving it all on the table. ::Electivire:: Name: Yoko | Level: 57 | Gender: Male Item: Leftovers Ability 1: Motor Drive Attack Set 1: Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Discharge, Attack Set 2: Thunder Bolt, Screech, Light Screen, Magnet Rise Used Thunder Bolt

The electricity released from the pokemon made the hair on the back of Blaze's neck stand up. Makai didn't even know what hit him, the thunderbolt striking him and making his whole body jolt before falling limp. Blaze stared at the trainer and his pokemon, trying to judge just who to call out next. It was between Ryuuku and Moon. Oh, what was he talking about. Ryuuku wasn't even in the city. Calling him would take quite a while. Blaze did not want to lose, though. Shamu had beaten him already and he wasn't going to let this freak do the same to him. " This will take a little while," he told Blitz, returning his houndour. " Ryuu doesn't like pokeballs, you see." The trainer clipped Makai's pokeball back to the inside of his jacket before digging out Ryuuku's. He had never really used it before, the shell pristine and perfect. It was the pokeball professor Winters had presented him all those years ago, and even if his temperamental pokemon always rejected it, it was still his proof of ownership, proof of their bond. Blaze held it in his palm for a bit, hoping his thoughts would reach his pokemon. It wasn't too long until Ryuuku was perched on the roof, the ceiling window locking his entrance. He seemed to be attempting the latch for a bit before giving up on it and smashing his way down. Pieces of glass flew down, the shiny charizard following soon after. It was all or nothing. The previous outcomes don't even matter, at this point. It was all down to the their strongest pokemon. " Ryuuku, full power. Sword Dance and Earthquake." The charizard wasn't too impressed with the lack of greeting and affection, but he saw the strong electric type and felt quite excited for the confrontation. Speading his wings wide, the red colouring vibrant and intimidating, almost vibrating with energy. With a swift movement, Ryuuku leaped and flew vertically, spinning as he did so, before crashing back down with a boosted Earthquake. The ground shook violently, Blaze barely able to keep himself standing. If his calculation was right, this attack should faint the electric type. Between the expert belt, and the sword dance, this earthquake was much stronger than normal. If not, he always had next turn. ::houndoom:: Fainted! +1 entei, +1 houndoom

Yoko was on a different level, and he was intrigued to see how Blaze would stop such a pokemon. He heard of the legendary fire collection that the trainer had, so he was intrigued to see it up close for himself. When the trainer decided to stall the match a bit, Blitz took it as a sign of fear from the executive. He assumed that Blaze was just delaying the inevitable as he was waiting for one of his pokemon to arrive. "You can still use the Arcanine as it comes..." Blitz said to Blaze, letting the executive know that he still had two pokemon left. But before he could finish, a black dragon flew from the sky and landed near them. The beauty and rarity of the Charizard astounded Blitz as he had never seen something like that before. The color was just magnificent, and the power he felt was off the rail. He hoped Kisara could grow into that one day as he watched the pokemon in action. And Yoko could sense the power also as he looked at the Charizard and stuck out his arm, ready to challenge it to attack. He had not felt this excited for a fight in a while, as he expected an epic encounter to arrive as soon as possible. And the fire type did not disappoint as it used a sword dance to boost up its attack before it sent an earthquake at Yoko. Blitz had to react fast now, he could tell from the power and the expert belt that the earthquake was not one he wanted to mess with. "Magnet Rise!" He said hoping that Yoko could get it off in time. He knew that teaching his pokemon that move would come in a handy time, as it countered his one weakness. The question was, could he get it off in time. He watched as Yoko generated electricity from his tails as the ground shook around him. It eventually sent him up in the air, but not before the ground clapped onto his leg and brought him back down. The Magnet Rise was not quick enough, and a lot of dust filled the air after. Blitz looked on, hoping that Yoko survived that attack... Hoping... Hoping... But when the dust cleared out, the Electivire was on his back. Fainted after one attack. "I've worked hard but you are definitely still on a different level." Blitz said, acknowledging the strength of his boss. It was Ryuu or nothing. They were pitting their strongest pokemon together and the survivor would be the only one considered the strongest.
A magnet rise would have been disastrous, but Ryuuku managed to dive down for the Earthquake in time. Blaze let out a little sigh of relief. This was what he needed. He was executive in Team Death, and he needed to keep asserting his power.
"You're not too bad yourself," he told Blitz. It had been a close match and the trainer respected his opponent's power. He defined Team Death's ideals, to strive and train the most powerful pokemon, to unlock their potentials and help them become stronger. Even if he was a bit of a freak.
Ryuuku, proud of his strength and knowing that he had beat the strong electric type in a single blow, came over to Blaze's side, wings stretched out to focus the attention on himself. Blaze took the pokemon's head into his arms and smiled at his pokemon. "You did such a good job," he said, keeping his voice down so the other male wouldn't hear him. "So proud of you" With a hand o the side of his pokemon's neck, Blaze guided Ryuuku off to the side so he could speak to Blitz again.
"You are a worthy opponent. I am glad to have had this match with you," he said, hoping it didn't sound too sappy or weak. But positive reinforcement was good, and this was the first time he had been forced to call on his strongest pokemon in a while.
ooc <3<3<3 finally done !
