Dasy growled and quickly curled into a ball to prevent any horrible harm that might come ot her from the Lick. She growled softly and peeked one eye out to see what Jay would say. "Dasy, Scratch!" Jay commanded. She really had never fought ghost types, so she didn't know how to fight them. Jay looked at the Duskull adn frowned. She really wanted to help him.

The Duskull weakly tried to float up, but was so injured that it could only fall back to the floor. Worrying the Misdreavus to levels that she never experienced in her life as a Ghost type. She wasn't quite sure if Jay had the situation under control, but decided to risk going around to care to her mate. Blending into the ground below her, she snuck beneath the fight that was going on above her, and rose up to comfort Duskull.
This was all out of Ghastly's knowledge, for he was so concentrated on trying to take his anger out on Dasy. The Scratch attack went right through him, parts of his gasy body moving away from the claws as his body reformed into a solid once again. Making sure that his target wouldn't flee from him, he used once of his special attacks. Mean Look, a move that wouldn't help Jay out in the least.
<There's no escape from destiny!> He cried, before going forward to the ground type to use another Lick attack.

Dasy backed away from the Ghastly in fear; she wasn't the bet of fighters and Jay knew that. Jay shook her head with anger. "Oh, Dasy, Sand-Attack." Jay called helplessly. Dasy ran over to Jay then turned around, quickly dodging the Lick attack, Dasy hoped to spray sand right itno the Ghastly's eyes and mouth; maybe that would help her. Dasy jumped itno the Sand and kicked up a large wave of sand. Jay had noticed that the Duskull was with his mate and that made her happy.

Normally a Sand Attack wouldn't work, but the Ghastly was practically eating the ground type move, and was surprised by the nasty little taste that it left behind. Spitting it back out with difficulty, it glared over at Dasy before going back to spitting out that awful sand.
<I'll...get you for that...> The ghost type hissed, before making its body move into a strange wave. The farthest ends of gas were beginning to glow a dark blue, and the ghostly aura was beckoning at the Sandshrew. Spiteingthe attack with a spark of hatred in its eyes.
Perhaps now the ground attack wouldn't harm it anymore, at least thats what it thought until it looked at Jay. What was making that blasted girl so happy? He spun around to see his beloved with the Duskull that he fought, stunned at the sight, he couldn't do anything excpet stare at the couple.

Dasy watched the Ghastly, she couldn't help but just sit there, watching it. Jay looked down at Dasy and frowned. "Dasy, Poison Sting." She commanded. Dasy was still rather out of it at this point and had difficultly listening to Jay. She finally looked around and slowly did a Poison Sting attack. Jay saw that the Ghastly had found the two together and ran over to the Duskull and the Ghastly's 'beloved'. She put herself between the pokemon, challenging the Ghastly to attack them. She wouldn't let the two get hurt.

The Gastly still floated there, utterly silent. But the Poison Sting attack hit it head on. The attack was a mere itch to it, considering Poison was weak against Poison, but it did damage none-the-less. The Gastly turned slowly, anger coming back nearly tenfold.
Then it performed a Hypnosis attack, aiming the drowsy sound waves at the pokemon it was battling. They floated lazily over, barely visible. The Gastly then zipped over to the Ground-type. It performed a Lick attack.
It attempted to repeat the Attack as many times as it could, trying to slowly do damage. If the Hypnosis had been dodged, this would have been rather difficult- and disgusting. However, if it hit, the Gastly would probably finish this soon enough. Unless the trainer chose to withdraw her pokemon, anyway.

Dasy sat there, she looked... Hypnotized. Jay didn't really know what was wrong with her. "Dasy?" She called. Dasy just sat there. She didn't react untill the Ghastly preformed the Lick attack. +AHH!!!!!!+ She cried. Dasy narrowly escaped the attack, getting only a smal amount, enough to hurt her badly. "Dasy! If you can, Sadn-Attack!" Jay called. Dasystruggled and threw herself into the sand, trying to create a large wave of sand to throw at the Ghastly. She was much weaker than before, she wouldn't survive much longer in this battle. The Hynosis attack finaly took effect, Dasy fell over and started to fall asleep. "Oh, Crap." Jay cursed.

<Volt!> The ball pokemon shouted angrily, getting pushed back from the Low Kick Attack, which really caused the Voltorb to spin around like a dancing ballerina. <You shall pay for that!> The Voltorb growled once it regain it's composer. It then fired a Sonicboom at the Pig Monkey pokemon.

ooc: Moro'Moro'!
I believe this is the wrong board? ^^' Or wrong page.
BIC:
The Ghastly was thoroughly enjoying the advantage it held over this Ground user, toying with thiss pest had been fun but he was getting rather board with this. It was ending up the same as the dang Duskull, even that Pokemon had refused to attack it...Or couldn't, whatever the difference was.
Sending another glance over at their direction, secretly hoping that the Misdrevius would stop swooning over that pathetic excuse for a Ghost type and come to him. Right then, the Sand Attack made its mark and slid through its transparent body. It stung a little, the Poison part in its body hissing in response for not levitating high enough to dodge the attack. Now it wanted to go in for the winning attack, this battle was getting emotionally exhausting even though its body looked fine. Licking the sleeping Sandshrew seemed like a good enough idea, so it tryed.

Jay closed her eyes. Dasy wouldn't survive much longer. "Oh dear, Dasy, wake up!!!!" She cried. Dasy cried and woke up, she tried to back away from the Ghastly, but couldn't. "Oh! Dasy try and Poison Sting." Jay pulled out her pokebal just in case. "Duskull, you two get away!!" She called to the two pokemon. Dasy struggled and randomly threw her Poison Sting about.

The Duskull and Misdreavus nodded their heads in response. Both were beginning to think the same things for themselves, but just felt guilty about having to leave Jay to fight by herself. The Duskull was too weak to materialize into the ground by himself, but his partner was eager to help him overcome his weakness and soon they fell into the floor. Hearing thw sounds of battle above them as they huddled close together.
The Poison Stings stung at the Ghost type, but he merely floated above to take whatever damage the Ground type could give. He knew he had this round won, for the entire battle was at his advantage. Sighing in response to the emotional exhuastion that haunted the Ghastly constantly was showing in his eyes, and he was beginning to wonder how long he could take this.
If Jay had shown another Pokemon out to fight him, would he be able to handle it? And his beloved, and his prey had long since left. Having no idea where they were brought a strange calm around him, and he didn't feel as angry anymore. Nevertheless, he still felt like he should finish what he started. Running away would be a cowards way out. so he went towards Dasy to lick her. It would be impossible for Jay to recall Dasy otherwise since it used Mean Look earlier.

Jay shook hr head. "Stop!!" She cried. "We give up!!" Jay clutched the pokeball with new found rage. Dasy couldn't do anything. She lay there, helpless. At least the two lovers had gotten away, that was all that mattered. "Stop!!" Jay screamed at the Ghastly.

The Ghastly stopped at once, turning to give the girl an annoyed look. It was simply finishing buisness, so what kind of reason would she have to force him to stop? Floating right up to her face, he glared hard into her eyes. Attempting to find some sort of reason through eye contact, before floating some distance away.
Glancing at Dasy, and making subtle looks around the room. As if wondering where the lovers would be hiding, in this very Power Plant. It would be like a needle in a haystack, but it wasn't like he was angry anymore. He would leave them alone, for now...In in instant he cancelled out the Mean Look's effects, before floating away into the ceiling. Probably to never be seen by Jay again, in silence.
The two ghost types remained underground, not knowing what was going on, or if it was safe or not. The Misdreavus cuddled closer to the weakened Duskull, worried about the kind girl that agreed to help them out.

Jay glared right back at the Ghastly. She called back Dasy and sighed. "You two can come out if you want, he's gone." She put the pokeball back in the her backpack. She brushed her hair away from her face and closed her eyes. What could she do? She lost horribly, didn't really do any good. Jay waited for the two to come out to tell them where the Ghastly went.
((Does Dasy gain a level or not?))
