OOC: What? Level ten? Why? www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/015.shtml *is really confused* BIC: The Beedrill could care less that he was fighting with other pokemon, e saw them all as the enemy, if they attacked him, he'd attack back and the Wingull and the Sandshrew weren't attacking so he felt no need to attack them. "Tec, just keep on attacking with Fury Attack." Jay told him, knowing that was the only attack he could do until level 13. Giving a darck glare at the two Rattata, he attacked the one that wasn't attacking, cause he seemed to be with the other two. Dasy wasn't having the best of luck, her Rapid Spin didn't work so well, it sent her spinning into a bush, stopping her almost at once. She dizzly stood up and fell down. Shaking her head, she growled and stumbled into Jay's leg. "Oh, Dasy..." She sighed. "Just try and get your balance back." She muttered. Teh Sandshrew fell back and just sat there, her eyes spinning. Marvi tried to dodge the Quick Attack, but failed. She was knocked to the ground and the only thing she could do was Growl. She wasn't happy by the fact that she was on the ground and not in the air. Glancing around, She let out a cute Growl at the Rattata that attacked her. Jay was shocked when Marvi didn't wait for her comad to attack. "Okay..." She frowned.

OOC: I think its a typo...But you have your Beedrill at level 1. >.>
Which is impossible. Check your PC.
BIC:
The non attacking Rattata was quickly knocked out by the Fury Attack, hitting him a successful five times in a row before he simply gave up with swirls in his eyes. His limp body was stuck in the middle of the battle field, attacks flying everywhere and it was every man for himself.
The one that had attacked Dasy found this as an opportunity to strike her harder than before, his big Bidoof tooth showing as he was only inches away from the Sandshrew. While she was uncurled and out in the open, he could at least make an easy Bite attack on her while he had the chance.
Everything seemed to change after that one Growl attack; all of the remaining Rattata’s had their attack stat lowered as soon as they heard it. They each had their own reasons, but the main one was because the attack was pretty powerful in its own way. But that didn’t mean that they were going to refuse attacking completely, because right after that growl attack, he shot after the Wingull with a Bite on her left wing, the easiest target to hit.

OOC: ... ok... *is scared* Oh... he he.. *smiles* Thanks spirit... I'll change that
BIC: Tec got bored of the none attacking Rattata very quickly. He sighed and glared it for a moment before attacking again with Fury Attack. But his Fury was growing because it didn't attack him back, what an odd pokemon, most would be very happy if their enemy wasn't attacking, Tec liked to get attacked back.
Dasy jumped and tried to get away as the Rattata attacked her. "Dasy, while the Rattata is right there, bitting you, Scratch!" jay got excited, if Dasy attacked right, it could do some damage on the Rattata. Letting the Ratta Bite her, Dasy turned around and Scratched right at his face aiming for the eyes, clipping herself in the process.
Marvi got ready ot tae off when the last Rat pokemon lactched onto her left wing. She cried in pain and turned her head towards it, glaring. "Marvi, try and shake it off!" Jay commanded, frowning at the fact this would make it very hard for her pokemon to fly. The Wingull shook her wings, wincing in pain, and started to flap them, trying to shake the pokemon off. "Try Water Gun." Jay suggested. Marvi Sent out a Water Gun at the Rattata that was attatched to her wing.

The fainted Rattata quickly jumped up onto its feet, not expecting to be attacked again as it felt more jabs come on his body. In a desperate chance to save his hide, he made a mad dash away from the battlefield and into the bushes, since he had no more energy to use any of his attacks. As soon as he got shelter, he planned on staying there and meeting up with the others as soon as this whole thing was over with.
The Rattata that had latched onto Dasy’s softer underbelly met up with a sharp gash across the face, letting go instantly with a squeak of pain. It was almost humorous how he rolled backward like a tumbleweed with his arms covering his face, trying to protect himself from more blows until he could figure out what had happened.
<That…Will hurt in the morning.> He mumbled, uncurling his body so he could get ready for another attack. Either from her, or from him. But in this case, he would rather be the first to attack. Something that was almost guaranteed as he made a mad dash at her with his Quick Attack .
With the remaining Rattata, he caught onto Jay’s plan before it even happened. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see water building up inside of the Wingull’s throat, and instantly sensed the danger. Letting go of the white feathered wing, a nasty taste in his mouth as he nimbly dodged the squirt of water. Skidding to a stop, he swished his tail violently in a Tail Whip to prepare himself for another attack. Since he was getting a little tired, there was no sense in wasting all of his energy on his best moves. So instead he rammed himself into Marvi with a straightforward Tackle.

Tec froze as the Rattata ran away... what was he to do now? Jay frowned. "Um, Tec, help Dasy and then next attack move to help Marvi." She muttered, trying to figure out what Dasy and Marvi should do next. "Dasy, Poison Sting. Marvi Super Sonic." She bit her lip and sighed.
Tec nodded at Jay and quickly attacked the Rattata attacking Dasy, right after Dasy attacked it. Dasy held in a cry of pain and shot out with a Poison Sting, right after she attacked, Tec attacked with Fury Attack, maybe together they could really hurt the Rattata.
When the Rattata let go, Marvi instantly shot into the air, dodging the Tackle by an inch. She stayed in the air for a moment, then shot out a Super Sonic, if she could confuse the Rattata, then she and Tec could finish it off hopefully.

As soon as he made that Quick Attack hit, he went right in with a ‘u-turn’ so he could get a safe distance away. It was going to work if Dasy’s Poison Sting hadn’t hit him right in the legs, tripping him face first into the unforgiving ground. His ears flattened as he heard an ominous humming coming from right behind him, it was almost deafening so it was hard not to notice. Trying to get back onto his feet in a rush, the Fury Attack was already hitting him multiple times in the back, and by now he was attempting to try and lose Tec as he swirled around in different directions. Seeing that that wasn’t going to work, he went to attack the Beedrill head on with another Bite. He was beginning to feel trapped, and felt like he had to make some kind of move to gain some distance from the Beedrill.
While the other Rattata was experiencing problems of his own, he didn’t realize just how bad things would get until the Supersonic blew right past him. Visible waves of sound surrounded his body, and like a gust of wind pushed his fur back into a fuzzy mess. Everything appeared to be okay with him until he began attempting to walk, but ended up falling right on his back. Confused.

Tec didn't even try and dodge the attack, he could only feel happy that he was attacked, this ment he got to his attacker and made them mad enough to want to hurt him back. He beat his wings faster, trying to lift the Rattata off the ground but he just wasn't strong enough. Dasy wanted to help Tec, but she hadn't been given a command yet, just as she thought that Jay cried: "Scratch Dasy! Scratch!" The Sandshrew wheeled around and shot her claws out at the Rattata.
A smile crossed Marvi's features. She was glad ther her Super Sonic had a great affect on the rat pokemon. She flew around the Normal Type, waiting for her next move. "Oh Marvi... Water Gun." Jay suggested, that could go both ways, it could make the Rattata more confused, why was he getting sprayed? Or it could wake him up and he wouldn't be so confused anymore. So marvi aimed quickly and shot out a Water Gun at the confused pokemon.

Once those unforgiving claws came at him, the Rattata had no other choice but to release the tight grip his large teeth had had on the pokemon. It was either that, or have his pelt ripped off. Preferring the other option, he let go and quickly turned on the Sandshrew. He had been battling the Beedrill, not Sandshrew! Since he had interferred, Rattata would just have to deal with him.
With a rugged snarl escaping from deep within his throat, he felt spirited as he lunged at the pokemon, fangs wide open for a Bite attack. Although he had lost quite a bit of health, he still had energy and spirit to keep on battling.
His partner was having a bit more trouble, he was stumbling around dazed, eyes dilated and unfocused. He knew he was confused, but what could be do about it? He saw something fly over him and knew it was an attack coming. He didn't know which way was up or down though, making it nearly immpossible to dodge.
He was hit with a extreme amount of water at a high speed. Thrown back, he found himself still dazed, as he attempted to pinpoint his opponent. Locking on, he charged at the pokemon with a Tackle. The supposed pokemon was acaully a tree, and as he smashed into it, he snapped out of his confusion, he was momentarily stunned though. Head spinning from the impact.

Jay saw this could be ended really quickly. "Ok, Tec, dodge and attack the other Rattata, help Marvi." Tec quickly dodged the bite, making it so Dasy took the attack, she was fine with that. "Dasy, Sand-attack. Marvi, Water Gun, help Dasy!" Jay called. Perfect, if she could get Dasy's sand-attack and then Marvi does her Water Gun, the Rattata would get covered in mud.
Tec flew over to the confused Rattata and attacked it with his Fury Attack, he seemed really good at this one, seeing as it was the only one he could do. Marvi waited until Dasy and jumped into the dirt and kicked up a large wave of sand, marvi acted quickly, spraying a large amount of water at the Rattata. As this all happened Jay held her breath.

The Rattata felt like crying at the meeting of teeth and hard skin, but held it in. Scraping his fangs across Dasy’s skin for a little extra damage on both of their parts, he had no clue as to Jay’s plan for the next attacks. He had expected damage, yes, but he also thought that he’d be able to get away in time before he could be clawed to death. Reeling back at the pain from the sand, the Water Gun was able to blast him at full force, coating him in mud as he fell to the ground. dead fainted.
Tec’s Fury Attack had gotten the job done as well, for the confused kept attacking himself each time a jab of the Beedrill’s needles stabbed him. It wasn’t long before he was done and out of energy, simply laying on the nice cool grass to declare his forfeit in the match. By fainting, that is.
All participating Pokemon gain a level. Capture?
<Aww, they look kinda cute when their sleeping.> The Butterfree’s soft voice whispered from behind Jay, her large wingspan lightly brushing against her cheeks. She smiled for this nice young girl’s victory, but really didn’t want any of these Pokémon to be captured, for it seemed quite cruel.
Butterfree was the voice of reason, or she thought she was. The trainer should be happy with the team she had, right? Or why else would she work on catching them all?

Jay sighed and her pokemon stopped attacking at once, alls sighing in relief. Jay didn't want any of those pokemon on her team, she didn't think she could train such a mean pokemon. "Dasy, Marvi drag those under a bush so they won't get attacked, it'll just look as if they were asleep." She commanded her two pokemon. Tec landed on the ground and rested his tired wings while Dasy and Marvi moved the two Rattata's under a near-by bush.
"Great job you three, great job." She smiled at the three and pulled out three pokeballs. She called back them, letting them rest after a great battle. "They are rather cute," She giggled as the Butterfree's wing brushed her cheek. "Alright then, let's find you some food now, maybe we won't get attacked this time." She smiled at the Butterfree and started to look for some berries or something they butterfly pokemon could eat.

<Ehehehe…You think its okay to drag them like that?> She wondered out loud, shaking her head in disappointment at the group of Rattata. It was a good thing that the fat one wasn’t anywhere close to here; she didn’t want to deal with anything purple for a good day. She waited patiently in the back, finding no room for her to be able to help out with the chore of bringing them to safety, and perked up once they were done. Now they could go on the mission for food! Glorious food!
<Right! I’ll look around here!> She cried with a fierce determination, flying off where Jay could keep an eye on her from where she was standing. Rummaging through several bushes in search of edible berries, anything that could keep her filled up for lunch, she didn’t have the best of luck.
But from hidden inside of the bushes, something bright red, and round, was dangling off from the bushes. It certainly had the qualities of a berry, but it was hard to tell what kind it was.

Jay searched around in a few bushes, trying to find a berry or something that the Butterfree could eat. Giving a sigh she stood up and frowned. Where would they be? This was rather frustrating. "Um..." Jay moved to another bush, this one had berries in it, bright round and red, but she'd never seen this type of berry before. "What about this one?" It might be deadly, but she wouldn't know that.
"Have you ever had these berries before?" She asked the Butterfree. "Are they edible or will they make you sick?" Jay almost walked away from the bush, but the berries might be alright to eat.

"Have you ever had these berries before?" She asked the Butterfree. "Are they edible or will they make you sick?" Jay almost walked away from the bush, but the berries might be alright to eat.’Berries? I don’t remember seeing any around me.’ A voice thought out, its curious eyes searching around it to see no berries in sight. He knew for a fact that the human girl was looking right in his direction, even if his face was hidden away from the many branches and leaves around him. He perked up, squirming around to see the backside of the human girl, his eyes peering out from the opening with a couple of dumbfounded blinks. A Butterfree was out there, flying around the girl in such a carefree manner, that one would think that they were the best of friends. <Berries? Let me see!> She cried out with such an excited burst that he was caught off guard, and ended up falling off the branches and onto the ground below. No one could see him, because these were rather puffy bushes, wild and untrimmed, but the ruffling could be heard. <Uh…What was that?> The Butterfree whispered with a hesitant step back while mid-air, she turned toward Jay to see whether she heard the strange noise or not. Whatever it was, she knew she didn’t want to go anywhere near that bush until she knew it was safe.

Jay waited till the Butterfree was done with the bush. "Wait, what?" She heard the sound. "Let me check." She walked closer to the bush and parted some of the leaves and branches. "Oh!" She felt horribly stupid. The berries were not berries, but a pokemon. "my mistake." She opened the bush farther so the Butterfree could see. "It was a pokemon." She sighed, at first she really thought she'd found something to eat.
"I'm so sorry." She told the berry looking pokemon. "I mistook you for some food." Her eyes searched te bush, just in case there were some real berries around, none. "I really am sorry," She had noticed the pokemon had fallen on the ground with the Butterfree's excitment. "I didn't mean to disrupt you if I did." Her voice rung with truth, she'd never lie to a pokemon or anyother person for that fact.

<You thought I was food?!> The Cherubi paled at the thought, shuddering with fear at the thought of being eaten like a berry. No! He was too fragile and sweet to suffer through that kind of horror! Jay’s look sent him looking around too, to see if there really were any berries around him. It was a shame that there weren’t any berry bushes around here, but didn’t Butterfree eat something else other than berries?
He thought about that for a second, before sighing in disappointment. The Cherubi didn’t know much about other species of Pokemon. It really depressed him, actually. But it wasn’t something he would start crying over like a little kid.
<Sorry! I didn’t mean to think you were a monster!> The Butterfree cried out frantically, rushing right up to the Cherubi to embrace him in a great big hug. He didn’t refuse her, but it felt akward being hugged by a complete stranger.
<Uh…Uh….It’s okay! You really didn’t have to say that out loud though.> He muttered after he was freed from the Butterfree’s grip. Hopping back into his sanctuary to eat from the bushes, as he was earlier.
<You know…That big Rattata from earlier? There were a ton of berries there. Do you think he’s gone by now? I can go check!> She had been thinking out loud, but some part of it was directed at Jay. Whether this was a good idea or not, she wasn’t really thinking about it, because she was already in a rush to find where that berry bush was. You better pray that no more Rattata were over there.

Jay frowned. "Well, we might have." She whispered. "I really am very sorry." She muttered softly. Standing up, Jay backed away from the bush, she really wanted to get away from this moment, it was a little uncomfortable. Honestly they just thought about eating the pokemon... not comfortable. She jumped at the thought of leaving here and getting anywhere ."It's possible, let's go look!" She smiled quickly at the Cherubi and dated away as fast as she could. Was it possible that the Rattata were gone? Yes, but they might not be.
"Is there anything else you can eat?" She asked teh Butterfree. "Just in case the Rattata are there." Jay hated the thought of battling them again. She really didn't want to fight more of those mean pokemon.

The Butterfree snapped her head back up and looked right at Jay, honestly, she hadn’t thought that much about the other kinds of foods that she liked to eat. Berries were defiantly on the list, but the next best thing was a flower’s pollen. That was what started the whole thing in the first place.
<Flower Pollen.> She stated with a gleeful expression on her face, already she could imagine the taste in her mouth, so sweet and pure that it was hard to resist. Hugging herself tightly as she fluttered along, the two had at last arrived in front of the same berry bush tree. And it turns out that the fat Rattata was still there. Sleeping in front of his favorite pile of berries, but the ones on the bush remained clean and untouched.

Jay was very tempted to just walk away from that bush with the fat Rattata sleeping in front of it, but the Butterfre was hungry and she needed food ."Alright, we'll try and get a berry of two, but if we can't, we'll find some flower pollen." That seemed less dangerous. She had a way to get the berries. "Ok, ready?" Jay pulled out a pokeball and quietly opened it. A small Swablu flew out. "Get a berry please." Jay whispered to the flying pokemon. Cuma swiftly flew off and towards the bush, she was quiet and tried to mak no noise at all as she flapped her wings. As she got closer to the bush she latched onto a berry with her small talons, but had difficulty pulling it off; when she did, it fell from her and onto the ground very close to the fat Rattata. Jay held her breath, hoping the pokemon didn't wake up. That wouldn't be good if it did, Jay just wasn't ready for a battle.

The Butterfree stiffened at the cloud winged bird of prey, Cuma did seem small and innocent, but any Pokemon with a beak tended to scare her. It was a completely rational fear that she developed as a Caterpie, when birds like that often tried to eat bugs like her. Even with wings, she was vulnerable to them.
She held her stomach close to by, clutching it to try and silence any growls of complaint that might distract their mission. It certainly was nice of them to go out and do all of this for her. She'd have to thank them somehow later on, but what would a human want as a reward?
The fat Rattata twitched in his sleep as Cuma flew over his head, his eyes slowly opened from the lack of sun, but only saw the clouds over his head and rested them once more. Scratching his belly, he flopped over to the other side with his head pointed right at the berry bush; a dangerous move indeed.
She ruffling of branches caught his ears, but he thought of it as the wind. Perhaps a storm was going to happen later on? As he wondered this, he basked in the sun's light, letting it relax him even further to a deep sleep. All of that was ruined when the scent of a freshly picked berry rolled over to his whiskers, and that snapped him upright with a growl at the Swablu.
<You! How dare you steal from me!> He shouted with a crazed expression as he turned into a stiff table. All four of his legs were slowly bending so he could get ready to pounce on the startled Swablu with his Tackle.
