Syllina was taken aback when the Stantler tackled her. She was a little angry that the Stantler would hit her when she was just trying to flirt with it... And she was pushed back a bit by the leer, and then hit by the tackle which she wasn't really expecting completely. But she decided to run right at the Stantler and with her brush she drew a big X that went at the reindeer pokemon. It came out of her brush and went straight after the reindeer...
And then she took this time to rush the Reindeer in an attempt to pound on him with her brush. She was angry as she was just being flirty, and he went off and attacked her while she wasn't expecting it... "What a jerk!" She thought to herself. She hadn't really had a battle prior to this as she was still a relatively new addition to Sam's team... But that didn't mean she did not know how to battle...

Male Stantler Attacks! { Stantler }
Tackle is Disabled! Hit by Pound Uses Hypnosis and Astonish
The red X slapped him in the face, and as he did a trembling waltz backwards, he felt something strange come over his body. Like he couldn't do something, and it make him feel helpless. His eyes glanced back at the String Shot, a weak method of preventing his escape. If he really wanted to, he could go and join his herd, but he was very prideful. So prideful, that he didn't want to back down, and his stubbornness kept encouraging him to fight.
He couldn't think of anything to do at this point in the battle, now that his main offensive move was lost in his brain. Instead, he shook his antlers, letting out a hypnotic chime as he hoped to lure the Smeargle to sleep. His eyes glew a mysterious blue, adding to the effect as he stared into her eyes.
Then, he had to try and attack. Whether it worked or not, he wasn't sure. He suddenly pounced around the Smeargle, then let out a loud shriek in an attempt to startle her. It was a ghost type move, yes, but he felt as if he had to do something.

Syllina was completely captivated by the eyes of this Stantler and felt herself following it's every movement. She also paid attention to the antlers and began to feel very drowsy and very sleepy. She began to move a little but could not help itself from falling under the spell of Hypnosis and falling into a very long and deep sleep. At first she was moving towards the Stantler but then suddenly stopped and fell on the floor, in a very deep sleep. She had a very peaceful nap, dreaming about absolutely nothing... Having absolutely no care in the world as she just slept happily and heavily. While she was asleep, Sam let out a sigh as he did not want to change Pokémon yet as his other Pokémon had been weakened, and he did not want to send his tiny rat against this big reindeer. He stuck with Syllina and just hoped to god she would wake up soon... Luckily he took away the one move that the Stantler could use to really hurt his Pokémon which was to Smeargle's benefit. Smeargle was asleep so the loud noises that came from the Stantler while it was charging at him did absolutely nothing. He was hit by astonished but, somehow, did not receive any bruises or any marks from the attack. Smeargle just happily slept it off and was so calm and relaxed. (85% health). Asleep [-1 defense] Hit by Hypnosis + Astonish (No effect)

The Stantler could still feel the affects of the Disable, his Tackle was still unusable sadly. He stomped his hooves on the ground and tried a Leer. The Stantler gave a scary look as he hoped to lower defense, although he didn't really have any other attacks it was the only thing he could do right at this moment.

Syllina was hit with the leer and began to loosen up even more. She became even more vulnerable to physical attacks, but luckily the disable had prevented the Stantler from using any which heavily benefited her. She was having the most beautiful sleep ever, she was dreaming of rainbows and fairies, and of being in a beach with this Stantler. They were getting married, it was beyond weird but she was enjoying it...
She continued to sleep and continued to enjoy herself... Sam was a bit worried now as it became a battle of time, if she would wake up first or if the disable would wear off first. He hoped that it was the former, not the latter, as once disable wears off... That tackle attack becomes very dangerous. Especially now that she fell for two leers... He just hoped for the best, although he knew that the best might not be what he'd get...

Venturing to Route 1... sharpening some claws
The Stantler was at a complete loss as to what to do now? It's opponent was sleeping which would be quite advantageous...if it could actually hurt the damn thing. It's only attack that was effective was disabled. It's Astonish attack did not work against Syllina because she was Normal-type. ::stantler:: <"C-Crap! I-I can't do anything! I've got to try something!"> he thought. He then started running at Syllina hoping that something would happened. He then comprised an attack in his mind! He kept running and would then... What was the word? He couldn't remember because it was disabled. The word had to do with...not stopping. He kind of forgot how to stop running and...kind of fell at Syllina? How the hell are you supposed to describe a huge failure as an attack? Whatever. The Stantler got hurt in the process.

Syllina was still sleeping like a baby when the Stantler fell on top of her. It gave her a little pain but she began to have some feeling on her body. She felt her leg kick a little and saw she had drooled a little on the ground. <"Ew! Gross! I can't believe I just drooled Syllina began to say. She was still very tired and still halfway asleep so she could barely react. It would take at least one more turn for her to be truly aware... And fully functional. But she began to regain consciousness and began to move around a tiny bit... (75% health) Hit by Struggle, beginning to wake up

Pokemon battle ! The Stantler felt some satisfaction as the Struggle he'd just executed did some actual damage to the Smeargle. However, it'd also hurt him quite a bit also, and he winced as he got back up, surprised as the Smeargle began to move as if she were awake. There was still a chance for him to attack once more, he realized.
Suddenly, inspiration came back to him: What about that one move? Why hadn't he used it before? What was it, now? Tackle! As the memory of it rushed back, he grinned, then trampled the snow as he prepared to ram his body into the waking Smeargle.
Hit by recoil from Struggle. Disable wears off. Used Tackle on Smeargle!

[OOC: Okay I'll edit it. I always thought Struggle was a very weak attack... Like base attack of 10 or something. But you are the admin and you know more. I'll say 10%]
Syllina began to awake at the sight of the Stantler charging at her and she attempted to dodge the attack but was too late, she took a nice big chunk of damage from the attack and she began to fly back a little. She was beginning to weaken heavily and her ability began to activate. She had activated Technician, the ability that helped power up her moves while she was weakening. She could not take another hit like that again... One more and she would be dunzo... She had taken too much of a hit already and was weakening a lot.
But she did not want to lose this battle yet, she charged at the Stantler and attempted to pound him in with her stick. Give him one good beating to teach him how it feels to mess with pretty little girls. She hoped it did as much damage to him as his attacks did to her...

The big horn Pokémon had picked up momentum from the tackle, and after his lowered horns knocked into the beagle like pokemon, the speed continued enough for him to roll into a sideswiping charge as the pound came, evading the pound by sheer luck, barely even able to keep the pounding hit from striking him. Confident from the dodge, it lowered it's head, pawing the ground and charging forward for a far more reckless tackle. It was unlikely that luck would allow it to dodge this time, if his tackle didn't take the painting Pokémon out, the momentum and unhinged aggression was just too much. ::Stantler:: Dodged Pound, Used Tackle.

Before Stantler began running at Syllina, she began to yawn and get lazy. She decided to take a little break from battling and decided to slack off. The sleep did her wonders as it replenished a lot of her strength lost from the battle. It gave her enough strength to take on the tackle and still stand strong afterward as Syllina anticipated what the Stantler would do in his next attack after she had slacked off and taken a nice breather.
She felt very relaxed and got up strong after she was hit by Stantler, but she was still a bit beat up and probably could use another little breather in a little bit. This battle had turned out to be much more difficult than Syllina had ever anticipated. But she was glad that she could get some rest and feel strong enough to attack right after the rest...

Pokemon battle ! Stantler was offended that the painter pokemon had chosen to fall asleep as if he wasn't a threat at all - at least, that's what it seemed like to him. Regardless, he continued on with his attack and had successfully landed a Tackle on the artist pokemon.
Not satisfied with the amount of damage it had done, the deer scooted back a bit. Then, lowering his head, he charged at the Smeargle once more in another attempt to tackle her.

Syllina began to shoot a whole web of string shots at the direction of the Stantler, enough to lessen the blow of the collision although she still took major damage from the hit. She began to get really tired, and very faint but still had enough left to battle and began to charge at the Stantler in an attempt to whack him in the head with her brush. She was very weak against Stantler now and any blow would probably wipe her clean... And she was beginning to lose focus in the battle and become more of a wide open target... Or became to lose focus because she wanted to slack off some more...
But now this turn. Syllina had other plans this turn as she attempted to whack the Stantler in the head with her brush in an attempt to make him see how much of a threat she can really be. She wanted to give him a good bruising in the noggin. That way he would never underestimate a girl again. He thought he was having the advantage, but she had him playing right into her trap... If she was proactive enough to make a trap that is... Knowing Syllina, she was probably just lazy and winging it. Lazy and Horny.

The stantler was starting to get tired, the pounding of hits from this stupid smeargle made his ears start to have faint, susurrous sounds in the distance. He felt like he wasn't going to last much longer, charging the smeargle with a fierce Tackle. He was getting weaker and shorter in breath, but he could at least put up a good fight. His hooves made loud cracking sounds on the ground as he gallumphed towards the smeargle in hopes of knocking her down.

Prior to getting hit by the Stantler, Smeargle... in an obvious speed advantage, decided to take a little break. She had been working too hard lately, at least in her opinion. She wanted to get a little rest and decided to relax near a branch while the Stantler was coming after her. She simply decided to lie on the ground and began to fall asleep. Although that was not her intention. You just can ask so much from this Smeargle in a day... She wasn't used to strenuous activity, matter in fake she wasn't used to activity in general. She was more of the relaxing, enjoying life type. And this Stantler did not allow her to do that. So she was just going to ignore him and pretend like he did not exist. She wanted to slack off, and what she wanted... she usually got. In this case, she did get exactly what she wanted. The only problem was that she did not anticipate an attack coming since she was slacking off, and relaxing, so she was hit with a full blow tackle and it did hit hurt a lot. The relaxation she was trying to have became a lot less relaxing when she got hit by the tackle attack... (50% health) Used Slack off before getting hit by Tackle.

Venturing to Route 1... sharpening some claws
The Stantler was cautious as it watched Syllina's every move. This unpredictable Pokemon was certainly becoming a thorn in his side just like the Delibird before him. However, he was at a complete disadvantage when it came to moves. He then watched his opponent simply start to Slack Off. It was quite insulting to him that his opponent thought he was such an unworthy opponent as to just start relaxing in the middle of battle. He was peeved! ::stantler:: <"You're really starting to tick me off!"> he yelled. He then gave a fierce Leer at Syllina before charging at her with a Tackle attack.

Syllina fell for the Stantler's sharp gaze as she began to loosen up her defense and began even more susceptible to physical harm... But she was a crafty little pokemon, although lazy, and decided to exert a little energy this time to further anger the Stantler, and potentially even defeat it once and for all... She slowly shifted her body to the side so she can avoid the charging Stantler, and also responded by taking her brush and attempting to whack the Stantler in the head. But before she did this, she decided to create a web of string with her brush to further slow down the Stantler who had been running on fumes. She was trying to make it even slower than it already was, so that it would take the full on onslaught of the Pound. She had it all "winged" out, as Syllina does not plan anything. Ever. The Stantler was pounded down to the ground, he got down to one knee and tried to catch his breath. He then got up slowly and stomped the ground. He wasn't giving up, no matter how things looked bad! And it looked pretty bad for him Then, he felt something gooy at his hooves, he looked down and he was stuck in the String Shot. The Stantler lifted up his hooves to try and get it off. He looked like he was dancing, up and down up and down. He finally got most of it off and scowled. That was plain gross! he hated gooy stuff, it was bad enough when he was licked he had slobber on his face. He gave a scary Leer at the Pokemon before he charged at her in a Tackle.

Syllina saw the affects that the gooey web had on Stantler and decided to shoot a few more at the pokemon while it ran after him. It had previously stopped him from moving, so she expected it to stunt his attack this time and make him a sitting duck for her pawn. She began to make some web and she intended to make more and more until he would become completely immobilized in string shot and become vulnerable to an attack... The problem was that he gave her a sharp stare while she was at it which stunted her for a minute and made her stop making her webs.
She had still made enough to prevent the Stantler from attacking, but she had not made enough to stop him from evading her attack if he tried hard enough... That could end up coming to bite her in the butt... Especially if she could remember that. But remembering took too much effort so Syllina just want on with her plan, as if the leer did not slow her down. After she had made enough web from the string shot she jumped up in the air and attempted to pound the Stantler in the hoof and knock him out completely. If she was smart, she would have anticipated a counter since he wasn't completely immobilized, and thus could definitely find a way to counter. But she was too lazy to think that through.
She kind of just put her all her eggs into the basket and hoped for the best. It was a bad strategy, but she hoped that it would be a strategy that would work and knock the Stantler out once and for all... And the legend of the lazy, horny, not intelligent Syllina grows even further after this.

The Stantler was all but happy when he was Pounded again, he fell to the ground and lifted his head. Ohhh, this was not looking good. He slowly got to his feet and panted, why didn't he leave with his other friends? He could have been all happy then, he gritted his teeth as he felt faint coming on. He scowled at the Pokemon and Trainer before he collpased onto the snowy ground and laid there, not moving. He was alive, yes, but just no energy left. He was perfect pray now for hungry Pokemon, and he thought about that before he fainted. It was either move him off to the side or try and catch him? Might as well try your luck, he's a sitting Psyduck.
