The little dragon had no option but to take the variety of leaves coming his way. Shelgon watched, barely, as he saw his teammate get flocked by the grass-types. Regardless, he watched carefully eyes still tagged to the Roselia. His shield would glow as the leaves connected with it. These two were ranged fighters, that was good for a double battle.
Nick knew his dragons were somewhat close ranged, they had not matured to long range fighters yet. However, they knew what to do in this situation. At least Blade did. His shield would collapse and his mouth would immediately open. He kept minor visibility due to this storm, which by the way, was buffeting the cute little flowers. A glorious flame would escape his mouth as it bulleted towards the Roselia. Blade was moderately more powerful than the Roselia, so with the damage from the storm and the type advantage of this move he was surely hoping to take the nuisance out immediately.
The Sunflora had something different coming. Kyokudo noticed the beam of fire released from his partners mouth. He smiled knowing that hopefully he could do the same for the Sunflora. Kyo simply began to string the sand pieces together and use Sand Tomb on the Sunflora. This would keep her slightly confused and trapped while in this storm.
Outside, the trainer just watched his team go to work. This was definitely a pleasing sight for Nick - perhaps the greatest trainer to be in the Cheyenne Region.
Shelgon (Blade) used Flamethrower on Roselia • Kyo used Sand Tomb on Sunflora • Sandstorm: 2/5 •

The Roselia might have been able to dodge the torching blast of fire in normal circumstances, but she didn't see the blast even coming until a split second too late, thanks to the sand storm. She attempted to roll out of the way, but it hit her about mid-center on her torso and set her aflame, inflicting her with burned and making her throw herself to the ground as she tried to roll out of the flame. In the process, thanks to the wind, the super effective attack, and the level difference, the thorn Pokémon could barely stand, but she soldiered on with bravado. She wouldn't let herself fall so easily in a battle, how would her trainer get that Pikachu she wanted so much if she did! Without a moment's hesitation, she fluttered her little flowers and sent forth a stun spore aimed at the big armored brute who had just set her aflame. And without hesitation, she ruffled the other flower, sending a huge green bubble rocketing Blade's way. It was a megadrain, and would help her survive if the combo hit. Gabriella, meanwhile, huffed and puffed as she frantically watched her Pokémon basically be demolished. Her dainty hands over her mouth and nose, she watched through tight eyes as the storm kicked up more, and buffeted her dress and her hair to and fro. She did not have the prescience of mind to stay calm in this situation, and instead of being the calm leader of her Pokemon, she was hyper ventilating. "AAH EEM GEE... SPRITE! SPRITE! SPRITE!" she seemed almost ready to cry from the sheer ferocity of this all. Sunny, while buffeted even harder by the sandstorm, and feeling the pain every second as the tiny grains hit her sunfloran body, stood her ground, glaring as best as she could through the sand storm at her opponents, and then whistling with her hands again, hoping that this grasswhistle would do the job as she pointed the sound at the Shellgon. A bullet like seed was shot from her mouth, the legendary leech seed and as it darted towards the Shellgon she only hoped she could hit it. Draining it's energy every turn could be useful! Hit by Flame thrower, hurt by Sandstorm. Seriously Hurt. Used Stunspore and Megadrain on Blade the Shellgon.Hit by Sandtomb, hurt by Sandstorm. Somewhat hurt, used Grasswhistle and Leechseed on Blade the Shellgon.

* insert that intense battle music
Kyokudo saw the spores wisking their way towards his partner. The little Gible darted through the sands effortlessly. The little dragon would push his friend out of the way and would intercept the spores. His fluids began to shut down and his body began to tighten. The Shelgon narrowed his eyes and fired a great beam of fire at the Roselia once again.
The angered beast began to slow down as he heard the nullifying sounds of the wilderness. The Grasswhistle had got him. Hopefully his Flamethrower would be enough to finish the Roselia disabling the use of Giga Drain - if not his energy would without fail be sapped. Then with the seeds from the flower attached and vines entrapping him, Blade was in a tough position.
The sands from the sandstorm would continue to buffet the opposing duo perhaps it would be enough to finish them off? At least reduce the amount of opponents to one. However, in this situation it was pretty tight for Nick and his team.
Meanwhile, outside the storm the trainer narrowed his eyes and watching calmly. It was weird, for the average trainer with a paralyzed member and asleep member they would be freaking out. That was certainly not the case for Mr. Serri.
Shelgon used Flamethrower @roselia • Gible pushed Blade and took the Stun Spore (1/3 dodges) • Blade = Sleep • Kyokudo = Paralyzed •

The sandstorm continued, buffeting the trainer and her Pokemon, and she could only throw herself to the ground to keep her dress from flying up in a bad way in between the sandstorm. She was hopeless in this battle right now, she had no idea what to do next or to keep her pokemon's morale up, she couldn't even really see the enemies between her squinting eyes or speak out between her clinched mouth. The Roselia, however, was buffeted back by the sandstorm just enough to have fallen on the ground and totally dodged the blast of fire from the dragon's flamethrower. Within moments, her hurt body was healed a bit by the almost vampiric attack she had utilized before. As the green glow hit her, she little Roselia channelling her energy into sending pheromones at the Gible, hoping to captivate it as she launched a green little seed towards the stunned Gible, hoping to siphon off its energy and restore her own. Sunny, confident for the moment, send forth a green bubble of energy that was the attack megadrain as well, hoping to siphon even more energy from the Shellgon than the Leech Seed was already feeding the little Sunflora. Dodged Flamethrower. Used Captivate & Leech Seed on Kyokudo the Gible. Hurt by Sandstorm, Healed by Megadrain. Somewhat hurt.Used Megadrain on Blade the Shellgon. [ooc; Just saying, Zeno... how does your Shellgon attack before the attack that was launched last turn by your opponent hits you or gets near you, after being knocked out of the way/off course by his partner? Just... don't do that crap again, Shellgons are supposed to be somewhat slow, and you're not only trying to be knocked off course and dodge one move put in place on him, but make him attack before the attacks just launched at him hit him, one which is a presumably near instantaneous sonic whistle. ]

ooc - to get technical. you realize my Shelgon is Level 30 correct? Your Roselia is level 21 and Sunflora is 22. Sunflora base speed is lower than my Shelgon's - who is also stronger. Roselia's is slightly higher, but at a 9 level difference we are probably the same. Also Roselia should be KO'd - it took one Flamethrower which is 2x damage from a Pokemon stronger than she. But, she survived miraculously - so sandstorm should have finished her. Again it didn't. Now, she went from...seriously hurt to somewhat hurt with Mega Drain on a Dragon-type. Oh, so an attack that is half effect cures that much? Really? Flamethrower gets to be released because my Shelgon is the fastest and strongest on the field, all your attacks were still successful - I roleplay accordingly obviously you don't.
The storms violently whipped as Kyokudo noticed his teammate asleep next to him. His body failed to move as he peered into the thrashing sands to see his opponent. His body tightened as he looked back to see Nick. The storms were calming, they were almost at their ends. The quiet trainer watched as his Pokemon were down via status ailment.
His hand reached into his bag and he withdrew two full heals. The man ran into the storm, eyes pinched as he stopped before his Shelgon. He began to spray the healing supplements in his eyes, awakening the beast. Next was his Gible. He smiled at Kyokudo, he bravely saved Blade. "Teamwork, I am proud of you Kyo." With a smile he lifted the bottle to spray, before he could the beast was enveloped in a bright light.
Kyokudo was so joyed to hear the words of his trainer. He felt like he made Nick proud, now he had the internal will to fight on. To be better - stronger - faster. "Gabite!" The creature screeched as he evolved into a taller dragon. His claws straightened as he darted through the sandstorm - his target: Sunflora. The dragon snickered as he reached to use Slash on the flower faced monster.
Full Heal on Blade • Kyokudo evolved into Gabite • Kyokudo used Slash @sunflora •

Your item use was fine. Ill ask Talis to edit in a proper post.
However, speed doesn't really play too much of a role in Cheyenne. Things still go in order. I don't care if it's a rapidash vs a slowpoke. After rapidash attacks, it's slowpoke's turn. Or else it'll be as if you used two attacks in a row.

[ooc; Talis were referring to using Rare Candies off screen and attacking, I believe. Though we should've explained that before, I think. I'd also like to apologize for the wait. ]The sandstorm buffeted Sunflora and Roselia, and despite the healing before, the Roselia was still wavering. While Sunny was in fair enough condition to battle onwards, between the sandstorm and the sudden arrival of that sizable dragon type, the Sunflora couldn't stand a chance of dodging. The slash hit her in a side winding way, sending her rolling in a circle, and nearly severing the far end of her left leaf. It sent the sunflower Pokémon into a shock, and so she ran back and forth, normal attitude gone, and Gabriella not missing the sight of this, despite her squinting in the sandstorm. This battle couldn't continue, her Pokémon would die or be dismembered, and what did a cute pikachu matter in situations like that? Without a word she returned the sunflower, and moved to return Sprite, only to have the Flower dodge the beam, roaring in Pokespeech. <How, how how could you!> and throwing forward another blast of stunspores from her roses, followed by a green bubble that was another megadrain. Hit by Slash, buffeted by sandstorm. Returned.Hit by nothing, buffered by Sandstorm. Used Stun spore and megadrain on Kyokudo.

Nick snickered and realized the flower girl was out of her element with this battle. However, she did a great job in immobilizing the trainer's team. Kyokudo and Blade were rendered motionless by the spores. As the storm subsided, two red lights engulfed the dragons. Nick smiled as he nodded at the trainer.
"Thatwas phenomenal. If you battle like that, immobilization and sapping health you will go far." His hands crept into his pockets and his eyes glowed at the beauty of the flower girl. Hopefully, she would grow from this win and it would provide a boost in her confidence. The trainer was quite ready to go to the Pokemon Center and regroup he was ready for the Gym.

day 2
The sun waved over the face of the young trainer and his mini-camp. Laying on his right side was Power, the golden ape was there to sleeping softly. As the man rose he noticed a shadow on his leg. It was being casted by Blade, his Shelgon. It looks as if the duo were watching over the trainer all night. A smile crept over his face as he rubbed his eyes and began to stretch.
He rose and rubbed the head of his partner, Pow, before returning him to his home. He walked in front of Blade and was astonished as he saw the dragon's eyes sunk low. He looked as if he overdosed on drugs, wandering in a hypnotic daze. However, those eyes had never closed the entire night. Nick was moved, but his feelings were masked by his masculinity. With a simple rub of comradery and a loving smile he returned the shelled dragon.
He cracked his knuckles and lifted his tote. It was time to get out of this forest, he needed a real bed now. He had to find this hidden machine. The trainer began to actively search high and low through the forest there had to be some answer or clue.

Suddenly an Arbok slithered by and quickly tried to get Nick to follow him as he had just found an item which he thought was what the trainer was looking for. The problem is that snakes are known to be treacherous and tricky, so it was up to Nick to decide if he should trust the Arbok or not. The Arbok quickly slithered up to the trainer and began to speak to Nick. >Hey, I found the item you are looking for. Follow me and you will see it!< He said as he started to slither away so that Nick would follow him. >You have to hurry though, before someone else finds it. Come on follow me!< He said to the trainer. He also had a smirk on his face, was it because he wanted to lead the trainer into a trap or because he actually wanted to be helpful? It was up to the trainer to decide himself... ::Arbok:: Tells you he knows where the item is. Do you trust him and will you follow him?

Nick was alerted by the slithery snake. The trainer was not an avid communicator with Pokemon that were not his own, plus he and his team communicated in a unique nonverbal manner. However, he picked up on the fact that the Arbok was trying to lead him somewhere. He had no other leads, he was working with absolutely nothing. He remembered what a wise man once told him, the bigger the risk - the higher the reward.
His feet pounded the earth as he began to jog. His jog was steady as he darted for the snake. The six foot, lanky trainer hoped he was going in the direction he needed. If not, boy was this snake going to get it. This was his second day in the forest, he had been here for over twenty-four hours. He needed to get to civilization, take a nice bath, and enjoy some fine women and delicacies. Yet, he was a trainer, such dreams conflicted with his others the ones of being world renown, an adventurer.
"I hope this is what I need snake." The calm trainer said as he continued to follow.

The Arbok slithered and smiled when he saw that Nick had been following him. Good thing that the trainer trusted him and followed him instantly. He liked that and he decided to take the trainer further by going as fast as he could threw some of the bushes. The grass were so strong that it probably slowed Nick down a bit, although Arbok was just small enough to get through it. And while he slithered further he sent two Ekans on the side. They ran from each side up to Nick and tried to take a bite of both of his legs when he reached them. It seemed the trainer fell from into Arbok's plan, he was going to make a dinner out of them. He hissed, excited for his prey as he had not had a human fall into the trap in quite some time. This was going to be fun, this was going to be interesting, he was finally going to be fed... Leads you further (#1) Used bite on your left leg ::Ekans:: (#2) Used bite on your right leg

The Arbok was a bit disappointed when his plan had failed, and to make matters worst, it soon became a three on three match and the enemy had attacked first. One of the Ekans, the one on the left was hit hard with a Quick Attack and the extra speed of the attack did not do him any justice at all. He had a hard time spotting the incredibly speedy Scyther but when he did take notice, he gave the preying mantis a mean glare attack before shooting out some purple acid from his mouth at the Scyther. >You will make an excellent dinner...< He began to hiss. The other Ekans, from the right, was hit with a Thunder Wave attack which immobilized him from the time being until a large pulsing orb came and knocked him back. >Ouch... You will pay for that.< He said although he found his body immobilized and unable to attack. The only thing he could do was threaten the pokemon. >You will pay for that... You will pay...< He began to hiss. The third pokemon, the Arbok saw a pile of rocks hit him and it pushed him back a good amount. He quickly hissed back at the Onix before his fangs turned blue and he tried to dig them right into the pokemon. >Let me soften you up and make you dinner.< He hissed as he tried to attack the pokemon. ::Ekans:: Intimidate Activated Hit by Quick Attack. Used Glare and Acid
::Ekans:: Intimidate Activated (PARALYZED) Hit by Dragon Pulse and Thunder Wave. Paralyzed.

Nick was concerned for Katana as the proud mantis stood, frozen in place. He was impelled by the gunking acid which washed over his body sharply stinging his skin. The Scyther had took prior damage from both Ekans, so the young man began to worry of his health. He could not run to aid, not yet.
He looked over towards Dew, it seemed his plot was successful. The quicker he got rid of the snake the better hopefully. He simply twirled his finger as he stepped to the side to see what was going on with his Onix. Meanwhile, the Dratini sized his prey up which was frantically threatening him. The little dragon worried not as his emblem began to glow brightly. The blades of grass moved swiftly as a strong gust picked up.
Flying towards the little Ekans was a swirling wind, a tormenting attack known as Twister. The dragonic manuever was quite impressive for his Dratini to harness, Nick was truly proud of Dew's improvement over the time.
The blue fangs of the Arbok was alerting, this Arbok was no rookie hunter, not if it had access to Ice Fang. Nick smiled as he opened his hand and pushed it forward. He then interlocked his index and middle finger signaling his Onix. As the Arbok charged Rumby began to bellow sending a strong Screech the snake's way. He roared in pain as he felt the pelting elemental fangs on his body. It brought a stinging chill, but it was not enough to bring him down. Still reaping the benefits of Sword Dance, the rock snake proceeded to tightly wrap and Bind the Arbok. Hopefully with this position he would render the Arbok immobile and soon unconscious. With his large body he sought to capture the Arbok's slender body and jaw hoping to never see that Ice Fang again.
After commanding his troups the young trainer rushed to his Scyther spraying him down with Full Heal. That would do the trick for this paralysis.
Scyther v. Ekans (L) - Hit by Glare & Acid Used Full Heal •
Dratini v. Ekans (R) Used Twister •
Onix v. Arbok - Hit by Ice Fang Used Screech • Then Bind •

The Ekans on the left started to notice that the Scyther he was fighting against quickly healed all of his wounds due to a special item and it annoyed him a bit. >What do you think you are doing human?!< He hissed before he sent out a glare right at Nick to stop the human completely. He then found a twister coming his way and smacking him quickly. >Hey this doesn't concern you! Your opponent is there!< He said annoyed that he was suddenly attacked by the Dratini but he was going to deal with that later. And suddenly he opened his mouth and spew out a purple acid on the Scyther. >See! This is my opponent! Go deal with your own opponent!< He hissed back. The second Ekans felt himself able to move for a minute but then was sucked up into the huge twister and flung back, almost smacking hard into a wall. >That was not appreciated! That was not called for!< He hissed before he gave the Dratini a nasty glare. Then he opened his mouth also and sent a nasty acid coming to the Dratini. >Take this!< He said. The Arbok on the other hand was hit by the twister, but suffered the least from the attack. He then found himself hit by a very loud and snaring screech attack before he was wrapped up and squeezed tight by the Onix. >Get off of me!< He hissed but the Onix kept a strong hold and he started to feel a bit light and a bit dizzy. His teeth turned blue for a minute and he attempted to dig them down onto the skin of the Onix right at the close range to get him off. >Get off of me!< He hissed again before plunging his teeth at the Onix. ::Ekans:: (L) Hit by Twister. Used Glare at Nick and Acid on Scyther
