King looked at the weakening bird Pokemon and noted it's weakness. He wondered if this weakness would disable the tailow at all. "Growlithe. Use bite. It may not be able to fly." King wondered how this would turn out. His mind also wandered to his seedot and how it hadn't trained much yet. He started to wonder...

<Taillow!> The tiny bird Pokémon wailed as it felt the powerful fangs of Growlithe pierce through the spot of where its fire wound rested. <Low!> Taillow wailed again feeling its wound heat up again. <I'm not going down yet!> It cawed using a little of its energy left to aim a Peck at its foe.

King thought about how loyal growlithe was being. In both of his fights so far he had almost been knocked out. King vowed to try and think more about defense. He began this by telling growlithe to jump on tailow's back and use ember down on it. This would mean he could dodge and attack at the same time. Excellent. "You can do it growlithe"

ooc: Bahahaha, sorry. I forgot about this thread. ^^'
BIC:
Caught offguard by this sudden manuver, the Tailow could only twist its head around to see the weight of the Growlithe rest on its back. Forcing it to the ground as hot embers were shot ruthlessly on its back. It wailed out in pain as each strike slowly created another burn mark, but it could only last for so long.
Its guts ability began to kick in as it managed to gather its energy into its beak, the energy making its golden bill a little bit longer, and a little bit stronger as it aimed to peck at the puppy's paws. Anything to get this extra weight off of it. These Pokemon were pretty much evenly matched, and both seemed stubborn about admitting defeat. How long could it last?

King looked at the bird and got a cruel idea. An idea so cruel that he couldn't even think about doing it but......what the heck. "OK growlithe. Use bite on it's neck. Then twist it's head around. Got it." King cried. Growlithe nodded and bared it's teeth.

The Tailow kept at its pecking, trying to make the Growlithe think twice about aiming those fangs at its neck. For now it recognized this action as a move of killing, not a casual battle tactic. Alas, remaining in this battle was not meant to be for the power in its beak suddenly shut off. Making it much shorter and unable to reach the target above it.
So to the birds horror the Bite attack made its mark. Forcing it to faint instantly from lack of air, and energy. Probably scarring the bird for life, but hey...What the heck?
Growlithe gains a level, catch the Tailow or move on?

King grinned at his Pokemon and patted his head. He then threw a pokeball at the tailow before picking growlithe up. Growlithe licked King's face as King laughed. He hugged the small canine close to chest and looked at the pokeball. Wobble, wobble, wobble.....

King looked at his poke ball with triumph. He decided to let all of his Pokemon out for now. As he sent out seedot and tailow he felt happy that he had caught two Pokemon so quickly. He put seedot on his shoulder and got tailow to land on his head. He also picked up growlithe in his arms and continued along the route.

Hidden behind a couple of large trees, a loud thumping sound sound be heard. In a pace that could actually be timed in your head, before the next one came echoing in your ears. Behind the foilage was a young fighting Pokemon, brimming with energy as it began its daily training on one of the older (and therefor stronger) tree's in the forest. He was getting annoyed with how little progress he was making, and switched from throwing its entire body at the tree, to small but rapid fire punches. With this fighting display, the Makuhita was really supporting the image of 'school bully', though there weren't any Pokemon in the area to test that idea on...Not to its knowledge anyways.

King saw the makuhita's potential to be a strong Pokemon and decided to catch it. He sent out seedot in front of the makuhita and ordered it to use bide. Time to see how powerful this makuhita was.

Turning its entire body around to get a good look at King, the Makuhita smirked at the sight of the trainer. How scrawny he looked, and when he saw the Seedot he couldn't help but laugh out loud. This was soon stopped when he saw that the Seedot was seriously trying to bide its time out of the fighting type, and soon only a smile was left on his face.
Yes, he would humor the trainer by fighting this Acorn thingie. That didn't mean he would be stupid though, knowing the potential harm of a bide attack meant that he couldn't be too hasty in his attacks. Instead, he charged forward. Looking like he was about to knock the spit outta the Seedot, when he kicked up a bunch of snow and sand at the grass type. A Sand Attack.
"Makuhita! Maku Mak!"
<I'll show you! Better watch your back!> He taunted, before jumping back to see if the Seedot was going to release the energy just yet. This was the only thing he didn't know, how long a Pokemon could bide before letting out an attack. So he had every right to be a little anxious about this challenger.

King instantly realized the makuhita's plan. It wasn't going to do any damage until after the bide. He thought about this and then...blew a raspberry??? "Coward. You're pathetic. Scared to attack a little seedot are you? Wimp." Tailow and growlithe started to laugh. How often did they get to see their trainer acting like a fool? King saw this and used it to his advantage. "See. They're laughing at you. You're pathetic." laughed King. It was time to see what kind of a temper this makuhita had. Seedot growled a bit when he heard "little seedot."

Whoah, bad idea there. The Makuhita was getting very pissed after each comment that King made, a small anger mark on his forehead growing bit by bit until it didn't even fit on his head. Raising its arms up into the air with a battle cry, it started using a Focus Energy move.
Building up so much of its anger, that it was turning into actual power. Making this a very strange situation, because at the moment it wanted to beat up King instead of the Seedot. But, he was challenging the Makuhita to something it had to accomplish. Charging towards the grass type it began throwing rapid fire Arm Thrusts at his target. Not knowing the mistake it was making.

Seedot cried out in pain. "Seedot!" cried King. "Take as much hits as you can and then try to dodge." He wished that he had thought of using harden first. That was what seedot had done in their battle. Oh well. It can't be helped.

<Oh yah! How you like that? I'm the boss.> The Makuhita shouted in response to the Seedots cries of pain. Pausing in his constant Arm Thrusts to send a glare over at King. It was a look meant to say 'Oh-yah-I-so-proved-you-wrong', despite the irony of the situation where Bide would send all the of damage back, if the Seedot could last that long.
Rushing forward again with his punches, the Makuhita aimed to make a critical hit as it aimed at various places on the grass type. Arm Thrust all the way, baby. Mostly because that Fighting type moves weren't effective on grass types, and he wasn't all that sure if he was scoring as much damage as he originally thought.

"OK seedot. Try to release that energy as soon as possible. Hopefully it will weaken KO that makuhita." cried King. He knew that if seedot didn't pull this off then he would have to recall it.

During its many Arm Thrusts, it paused in its attacks as the bright light radiated off of the Seedot. Visibly paleling as the growing energy began to engulf the Makuhita, tossing it back with many bruises and burn marks from being near such a powerful hit.
It wasn't over yet, finding how remarkable it was to even stand, it grunted with pleasure when it found it could still fight and show that man who was boss. Again, even though Fighting type moves didn't do much against grass types, perhaps the Seedot had crappy defense. Charging forward with a Tackle attack, eager and ready to finish of his prey.

King noticed that seedot was standing in front of a large tree. There were a few acorns in the tree which was ironic. King thought up a plan. Thinking hard, he perfected it and cried "Seedot, at the last minute jump out of the way." Hopefully some acorns would hit makuhita on the head.
